Operation Instruction:
- Step one: choose one die bigger than the watch surface and install it on the bottom of the machine.
- Step two: choose another die smaller than the rear cover, install on the top of press machine.
- Step Three: put the watch on the bottom die, make sure it is on the right position.
- Step Four: Press the handlebar to make the back of the watch more compact.
- Step Five: You should place a blue cloth on the bottom mold to better protect your watch.

Seems to be good. Only used it once and had to modify one of the nylon pieces to suit the watch I was using it on (Nothing negative about this set the front had a couple of sticky out sections). Watch back was pushed back on nicely with no dramas. Recommended.

Die Chefin im Geschft, in dem die Uhr gekauft wurde, weigerte sich, obwohl vorher abgemacht, den Deckel in ihrer Uhrenwerkstatt zu schlieen.
Bei Amazon wurde ich auf Vastar aufmerksam. Am Donnerstag Abend bestellt, am Samstag Morgen war es da. Uhr eingesetzt, die richtigen Formen fr oben und unten ausgewhlt, Deckel aufgesetzt und mit gezielter Kraft durch die Handpresse verschlossen. Kinderleicht in der Anwendung. Per Hand war es vorher nicht mglich einen gleichmigen Druck aufzubauen.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this press. It works perfectly and has everything you would need (12 reversible dies covering 24 diameters) to change watch batteries at home. Recommended.
My husband is more than impressed with this watch press, he loves it. Changing watch batteries is now so easy. The press is well made with a good selection of sizes to hold your watch in place, he never expected it would be so good. Only problem was the tool to open the back case, it was too thick for our watches, so he modified it by filing it down to size, it now works really well. We are going to save so much money by replacing batteries ourselves it will pay for its self.

Das Werkzeug macht einen guten Eindruck. Nur den Heber fr den Deckel finde ich sehr dick und somit kann man mache Uhrendeckel nicht aufhebeln und ich musste auf ein Kchenmesser ausweichen.
Die Uhrendeckel sind unter Druck wieder gut zu verschliessen,

I found this very hard to use, tried to get a glass back on and couldn’t do it just couldn’t get leverage

It is easy to use and the first watch I closed so easy! Since I have many watches to maintain and up to now I lost a lot of time with self constructed basic tools to close them, I am looking into a bright and easy future. I easily replaced the battery in a friend’s watch, but found it absolutely impossible to replace the back. I watched several YouTube videos showing how to replace a watch back without a press, but nothing worked for me. In desparation I bought this little tool, it arrived very quickly and within 5 minutes of opening the box the watch had its back on again. It’s good quality and well made. Fantastic!

Spent ages trying to get the back on a watch, got this and done in a minute, first go.
I own plenty of watches. The wife says ” For heavens sake, How many arms have you got?” Thats not the point as anyone with a collecting hobby will tell you. Changing batteries is a bit of a chore when the watch back is of the press close type. An almost impossible task at times. Saw this watch press on offer. It’s Christmas spoil yourself I said.
It arrived promptly. I was pleasantly surprised. A well made prees with many different sized cups. A back removing tool which also can be difficult. Tweezers (Zurcon encrusted) for all you Zappa fans. A super cool watch holder with cutouts for the chronograph buttons and a set of very clear instructions…in colour.
So following the instructions I placed a difficult press close watch which I had failed to close for ages (An impossible task. Both my thumbs had suffered greatly) into the press. I pushed down on the lever and hey presto the back closed shut without resistance or damage.
Then dancing around the living room holding the press up high I pointed to the watch and said..”Don’t mess with the press!”
Die Uhrenpresse hat funkioniert. Sie ist gro und schwer. Den Uhrbodenffner habe ich verschenkt, da ich den Deckel immer mit dem kleinen Messer vom Taschenmesser ffne. Ich hatte bisher eine kleine handliche Uhrenpresse mit Spindel, die auch sehr gut war und ebenfalls verschenkt habe.
Not bad this, the dies (no idea the correct way you spell that) have a metal core which is great for stability, but you need to make sure that’s not going to touch the crystal. The whole pack though is perfect, managed a full skx mod with just this.
Makes replacing watch backs a doddle, very easy to use, so glad I purchased it.
Does the job perfectly. Was quoted ridiculous money in the shops I visited to replace batteries in two Tissot watches. This machine cost half the price of replacing just one battery!
The only thing I would advise would be be to taper the edge of the Watch Back Remover tool as it is a litlle too thick. No problems so far.

Man darf von diesem, unter verschiedenen Markennamen und Farben vertriebenem chinesischen Massenprodukt, nicht erwarten, dass das Einpresswerkzeug vergleichbar sei mit einem Qualittswerkzeug aus der Schweiz, welches ein vielfaches kosten wrde: die Mechanik wackelt extrem.
Zu meinem Glck habe ich ein Exemplar erstanden, bei dem zumindest die Pressschalen ausreichend gerade bereinander liegen; man kann im Netz durchaus auch anderes erfahren.
Ich habe nur eine Uhr, dessen Gehuse mit einem Pressdeckel verschlossen wird. Mit der Hand war dieser nicht mehr zu schlieen. Mit diesem Werkzeug hat es ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Ich ffne meine Uhr nur zum Batteriewechsel; da halte ich im Moment das Preis/Leistungsverhltnis fr ok.
Sollte es mit der Zeit zu Problemen kommen, werde ich diese Rezension ergnzen.

Ich habe mir ein ganzes Uhrmacherset gekauft, um selbst basteln und Batterien wechseln zu knnen. Leider ist es oft schwierig, die geffneten Deckel wieder dicht zu schlieen. Das geht mit dem Gert einfach, unkompliziert und schnell. Einfach die passenden Halter fr oben (etwas kleiner als der Deckel) und unten (etwas grer als das Uhrenglas) einschrauben, das Tuch unten hinlegen, die Uhr mit Glas nach unten auf das Tuch legen und dann vorsichtig den Hebel bettigen. Der Moment, in dem der Deckel einrastet ist gut zu hren. Funktioniert jedes Mal….
This is a really useful kit. I bought it to try to change watch batteries in two of my dad’s watches. Before buying this kit dad took his watches to a jewellers. I changed both at home using this kit. The little vice to hold the watch while removing the back is great. No more fear of slicing into your hand with a screwdriver. Theres a tool for taking the back off the watch. The press ,to put the back on again, worked very well. There’s also a set of long thin pliers and a small cloth. Instruction leaflet is included too. Altogether very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.
Had 2 watches I couldn’t get the backs back on. This worked a treat! Seems sturdy, everything went together smoothly and very easy to use. Worthwhile investment.

We worked out that it has now paid for itself after changing two batteries on our watches including both batteries, (which we bought separately) we normally pay 10 each at the jeweller.
Es hat sehr viel Auswahl an Einstzen. Und der erste Einsatz ist auch ohne Probleme gelungen. Gutes Handling und man kann mit Gefhl arbeiten. Das einzige was mich strte: Ich htte einen Einsatz doppel gebraucht um optimal das Glas einzusetzen (4Sterne). Aber mit etwas Geschick kann man auch mit anderen Gren arbeiten.
Habe mich fr diese Uhrpresse entschieden, weil ich bei meine Armbanduhr den Batteriefachdeckel nicht mehr drauf bekommen habe und immer zum Uhrmacher musste, da ich meine Batterie immer selbst wechsele. Denn der Preis beim Uhrmacher ist bei uns fr eine neue Batterie, mit Arbeitszeit (5 Minuten)betrgt 12 Euro! Also habe ich mir die Uhrpresse bestellt fr kleines Geld. Die Presse erfllt voll und ganz ihren Zweck und hat fr jede Uhr den passenden Aufsatz. Ein Tuch zum Schutz fr das Glas wird und diverse kleine Werkzeuge fr die arbeit an einer Armbanduhr werden auch mitgeliefert. Das aufpressen des Uhrdeckels hat auf anhieb mit den richtigem Aufsatz geklappt. Top! Einziges Problem war, es kommt aus China, fast 6 Wochen gewartet bis ich das Uhrenpresswerkzeug erhalten habe. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne
Worked absolutely fine for removing and reinstalling cystals in my seiko watches. Just make sure you use the correct cups. Has paid for itself in two jobs.. comes with a decent bezel remover and tweezers too.
Wer kennt das nicht? Man hat mhsam den Deckel der Uhr entfernt, die Knopfzelle getauscht und bricht sich fast die Daumen beim Versuch, die Uhr wieder zu schlieen… Bei den letzten beiden habe ich sogar das Glas zerbrochen.
Mit diesem simplen, aber genialen Gert erzeugt man kinderleicht den ntigen gleichmigen Druck, um den Uhrenboden bzw. -deckel problemlos hineinzudrcken. Die Aufstze werden aufgeschraubt, sodass nichts wackelt und man gleichmig Druck erzeugt. Die ersten Uhren ticken wieder – ohne schmerzende Daumen.
Braucht man so was??? Wir haben ber 50 Uhren, da geht das Wechseln lassen echt ins Geld. Nach 3x Wechseln hat man den Kaufpreis eingespart. Lohnt sich definitiv. Auch bei weniger Uhren.
Very pleased with this, able to change batteries on several watches so has paid for its self quickly. Once you get confident using it you will have no problems & start saving money.
I bought this for future maintenance, as I have around 30 watches, but have used one before & they do what they’re designed to do & stop you damaging your watch and stop you paying a fortune to get your battery changed.

Delivery was fast, and everything looks to be in good condition. Unfortunately I have not used the tooling yet, but being reasonably compitent, am fairly confident it is up to the job of aligning and press fitting a watch back into position. Reviews were good, and the discount given at time of purchase, made it an offer I could not refuse. Time will tell, when I get to the battery change time, just how good a bargain this has been, but my hopes are high. As long as you take your time, and apply some logic, it would be hard to fail — but the world is full of dummies who dont have a clue and have a disaster, them blame the tool rather than themselves – doh !
It is very easy to use. I had also purchased a supply of watch batteries and renewed four of them in about 40 minutes. Had I taken the four watches to the local suppliers, it would have cost around 25 to replace all four batteries. So this is very good investment.
I cant give this less than 5 stars for the price I paid @ 8.
It was well worth the money for something that will only get very occasional use. It worked well with clear instructions. There is even a nice tool for opening watches which once I used it I would have been happy to pay a few ‘s for itself.
The finish is a little rough at the pivot points but not something that impacts its function. To be honest if I had paid 17 (which I am seeing it for at the moment) I would only give it 4 stars but I still would be happy.
We’re delighted with this purchase. It has already paid for itself, and more, compared to going to T or a jeweler. SO satisfying. (And fun, too!)

Watch now sorted. It is a bit fiddly to get the watch back in position and keep it there. This is NOT a fault with the watch press, it’s the nature of the job to be done. However as long as the press is on a level surface, it works fine so I would certainly recommend. It arrived promptly, well packaged and is good value.

Ich wollte mir den Gang zum Uhrmacher sparen und dachte mir, dass ein Batteriewechsel wohl nicht so schwer sein kann. Die Abdeckung der Uhr habe ich auch ohne Probleme auf bekommen, aber leider lie sich der Deckel dann nicht wieder zumachen. Ich habe wirklich alles probiert und war schon kurz davor aufzugeben, als ich dieses Werkzeug gefunden habe. Ich konnte es selbst nicht glauben, aber damit habe ich die Uhr sofort und ohne groen Kraftaufwand wieder zu bekommen. Das beiliegende Zubehr ist auch sehr praktisch und qualitativ passt alles. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und werde jetzt den Batteriewechsel bei all meinen Uhren selbst machen.
Sind sie aber scheinbar nicht – ich kann bei diesem Anbieter keinerlei Mngel an Materialgte oder Handhabung feststellen.
Der eigentliche Grundkrper ist aus Guss (uerst stabil und robost), der Hebel aus Aluminium.
Ich konnte hier kein Verbiegen/Wackeln des Hebels beim Einpressen des Gehusebodens feststellen, auch wenn man aufgrund des etwas kurzen Hebels ganz schn Kraft aufbringen muss. Allerdings hat man durch den kurzen Hebel auch mehr Gefhl fr die Sache und pustet der Uhr nicht im bereifer das Licht aus.
Aus meiner Sicht eine klare Kaufempfehlung fr ein paar Anwendungen pro Jahr – fr den Profi-Einsatz eher nicht geeignet.

Nicely made item, and easy to use. With a case back opener, tweezers and watch grip thrown in, it’s a really good value package. Like me, you can probably press many cheap case backs into place with your fingers. But for more valuable items, or when it just won’t work with finger pressure, this is ideal.
Good quality, with plenty of choice for many watch sizes. Takes the worry out of opening and closing watch backs. I even used it to change battery myself on an expensive watch.

I have often replaced batterys in my watches before, but it now seems as though the watch manufactures have made the back covers harder to put back on (maybe made to tighter tolerances) the product enabled me to replace the back covers with ease, saved money on replacing batteries in two watches so far and rest of family quing. The product is robust enough and reasonably well made I would reccomend this product.

The back of my watch had fallen off so needed this too it it together.
Simple instructions, just needed a little pressure to click the case back onto the watch with useful attachments like the plastic vice to hold the watch when taking the back off with the prying tool.

Tried various YouTubed methods to get the back on a watch but none worked. This did – within a few minutes of having it out the box. Lots of helpful extra bits for getting the back off (won’t have to use my penknife any more!) and changing battery. I’m sure will come in useful again in future so good buy.
