Fitted perfectly into the old fitting, which broke so needed a quick replacement. Easy to affix and adjustable.
Decent quality for the price. Does have some plastic parts,but no want don’t. Shower head not much use, but I retained my original as I only needed the riser and ‘holder’

Good replacement for my previous unit, inlet points are standard size so easy to fit.
Only given it a 4 star rating because the mixer bar, where the hot water enters, gets very hot and could burn, however after mixing the rest of the unit is cool.

Although it was fairly cheap I would still say it is made from plastic and not overly sturdy. The shower head is basic with no way of adjusting it. Luckily I only bought it for the rail itself which does the job

Easy to install using my original fixings in shower wall (5mins) Would have been nice for brackets to be metal rather than chromed plastic, but seems sturdy enough. Good value for money.
Value for money, easy installation, very handy. A bit flimsy and shower head would have been a bit longer but worth of money. Strongly recommended for everyone.
So easy to install. I used the holes from the one I removed. There were no instructions but you shouldn’t need any. The top bracket can be fitted at any height of the pole. The shower head holder moves easily up and down the pole and shower head fits firmly.
I was also changing the hose luckily because I found the one I removed didn’t sit in the shower head bracket so may be something to be aware of.
This was a good price, and I’ve only knocked off one star because of the size of the showerhead. It is tiny and almost half the size of our current one, rendering it useless. Otherwise, it looks great and seems to be durable though it is liable to move a little from time to time when pressure is applied (for example, when putting the showerhead in the holder which could be why they supplied us with a tiny lightweight one).
Doea the job very well but changed out the shower head for a high pressure one as the one in the kit was a bit lacking
I realy only neede the rail however kept the head as a spare very esasy to fit and was surprised how strong this product is would recomend

Easy to install in existing screw holes

Some reviews mention the shower head being smaller than the one they already have.
I found that the head holder is larger one side, so turning it round allowed me to use my existing larger head.

Was able to use my original screw holes, so no need to drill new holes.
It comes as a complete set of shower head ,hose, and adjustable shower head holder and soap dish. . The down side was that my original shower head was slightly bigger so would not fit. So have to use the shower head supplied as it was smaller. Value for money and easy to install

when it arrived I thought it was something else as the box & packaging was absolutely massive.
I could unclip the shower head from the purpose made holder, but it seems like a lot of effort.
Was installed in minutes, looks great, only drawback is the soap dish is a bit flimsy, now it’s just used to air out flannels

It’s easy enough to install yourself, got this to replace an old riser rail set so already had the holes in the wall for the fittings.

lets get something clear, the rail can slide along the top part of the wall fixture, so i was able to align the top and bottom to existing drill holes. the bottom is fixed to the rail so you have to put the top one up first, slide the rail through and then align the bottom.
must have taken all but 2 minutes. bonus for my existing shower head handle fitting perfectly into the holder.
Great product. Very well made and the bonus is that the main (large) head has plenty of up-and-down adjustment, even after installation. Very handy as one of us is 5’5″ and the other over six feet! The secondary shower head is a really good size and useful for cleaning the shower. Very impressed, especially at the price.

Superb Chromed Quality items with functional Hand Spray Head & Large ( But not over sized ) adjustable in height Pan Spray Head.
Everything was there ready to fit, with simple instructions for those who are not installing or replacing these types of Bar Showers everyday.
In this instance, this was specially ordered for a Chap who’s wife is now requiring Carers to assist in her everyday life. They already had a Standard Bar Shower in place but No Optional Hand Shower for her to have assistance in just wanting to wash her hair. So with the Customer I recommended we replace there existing Bar Shower with this Round Thermostatic Dual Control Modern Riser Type.
WOW what a difference … the Customer is still to this day ( Since a Month ago ) absolutely BLOWN AWAY by both its Quality, presentation & ongoing Operation.
This particular customers system was of the Gravity Hot & Cold Type which was assisted by a separately installed Shower Pump located under the backrest end of the Bath, also serving other Bathroom appliances ie the Lavatory. Bath & Wash Hand Basin Taps
Obviously the Pump could also be installed in other locations i e either in the Airing Cupboard or Loft Space.
All in all a Very Nice bit of Kit indeed … Love it !.

This shower looks great – has been installed for a couple of months and is working perfectly. It keeps a good temperature even when other taps are being run. The removable head feels a little plastic and when I fist received it I was disappointed with the quality especially after reading the positive reviews but once it was installed I was really happy. It’s really lightweight and very easy to use in the shower if you don’t want to use the overhead spray. Whilst it is a little plasticky it’s not anything to worry me and I would recommend it.

Just what we needed to smarten our bathroom up for sale
Fitting is simple. The wall brackets attach via a single screw and the upper bracket slides freely along the riser bar to allow the existing holes in to be used.
I’m pleased with the overall result and expect that the rail will last just as long as the more expensive Triton kit it replaced.

Stylish but plastic shower head. Spec did mention that it was stainless steel but it is not. Overall a good design and it works.

Arrived promptly, was a bit tight getting the hose in the hole, so wont be taking it in and out.
Liked this because it’s a square head..And nice up. Don’t know how long it will last as is plastic. But it is cheap and nice looking. Makes sure u take right measurement though to fit ur shower fitting..
great item. family love the overhead shower. recommend shower tray with 90mm drain hole. i had 50mm drain hole and changed 4 shower traps before i found one that drained fast enough for the shower flow rate

I did have a problem with this item and contacted customer services they were slow and replacing a part I was not working correctly but now working ok
