I have Arthritis in both wrists and ankles and find this unit adds a bit of confidence getting on to my decking. Even with only one fixing point it feels secure. The difficulty in fittings is down to your own ability but just think before it’s fixed its not balanced and the alan screws to fix the arm are a bit of a problem. Having said that l should say I’m thinking about getting another one, now that is saying something
