I purchased one of these for my elderly father when we placed new concrete steps up to his patio. I was a little unsure of the quality and being my father, I wanted something reliable. The installation went well, looks amazing, strong metals used and looks like it will last a good few years also. But the only thing I can honestly say they need to improve on is the anchor bolts they supplied. In my opinion, they are to weak for this type of application and I did not feel comfortable installing them. I replaced these with a stronger type from a local trades counter (Sc** F*x). I’m the top end of 18st and I can lean up against the handrail and it doesn’t move!. Money well spent!
My uncle broke his hip over a year ago and is still nervous with steps which he has 2 coming out of his front garden. We bought this and it has made the world of difference to him. He can now get in and out of the garden with confidence.
Didn’t use the anchor bolts as others had said they were poor quality but they looked fine. I agree that all of the fixtures should be stainless which they are and the cover sitting on the feet doesn’t click into anything which I thought was poor. The handrail screws didn’t line up so poorly secured in place. Make sure you carefully check the measurements as it only just fitted on my steps. Looks reasonable but time will tell.
Was difficult to fit as instructions said to use wrong size drill bit. Once we figured this and fitted the handle it looks good and is pretty sturdy too
I bought these handrails for my front and back doors. They were well packed and delivered promptly. My handyman fitted both within the hour. They look really nice I am really pleased with them. They are powder coated so won’t rust. I have received several compliments on how good they look.
Very sturdy rail easy to assemble,Mine is on a flat surface to help in getting into or out of the door as both me and wife are very bad at walking

Install to install and make my elderly mothers horrible steps much safer. Came quicker than advised and good quality item, well packed.
Easy to assemble and good quality. I was so impressed with the rail I bought another for the next flight of steps. Recommended Since posting this review I have noticed that the screw are rusty already. Pity because stainless steel screws would have earned this 5 stars
This fencing does the job, although I don’ think it’s meant to take a persons full weight as the fixings could have been stronger or have a bigger base plate, but saying that it looks good in place.
The handrail was easy to assemble and to fit. No instructions were supplied but that wasn’t a major problem.
Fitted for elderly relatives who had become less confident about outside steps. It has proved to be very successful. It hasn’t gone thru a winter yet so can’t comment on its durability thru bad weather but it’s brilliant so far. Fitted in a couple of hours and easy to assemble.

Good value for the money, easy to install, sturdy (but wouldn’t let kids climb on them) Had to cut off approx 2 inches from the top handrails which was easy to do with a simple hacksaw, end caps then put back so you wouldn’t know. The only complaint my husband had was he had to purchase a 14mm spanner for the floor bolts. Overall Very pleased with them.

This railing has been a very good addition to our outdoor stone steps.Much easier to get up and down them now!!
