Gives very good quality video during daytime and night vision is fine.
Battery life seems good as it has now been working for four weeks and has more than 50% left.
Mounted the product on the wall of front door after the product was successfully configured last night. Connection to the home wifi was simple and the app is easy to use. I would say the camera for this price is quite good.

The only issue is such a tiny screw to hold the actual doorbell camera in place has unfortunately been lost. Unsure which type? Could you possibly help please seller with this issue or do you supply a spare screw? Thank you.

Brilliant, I can’t fault it and I laugh at my friends with ring or whatever. It looks cool, easy to charge (and tells you so). Notifications are spot on and prompt. The app is excellent and I have nothing negative to say. Plus an extra doorbell chime for an outside office or room is easy to set up and just works.

Bell works great. Had a problem connecting the chime. Got in touch with boifun for support. They were great to deal with. After trying there advice they sent a new unit and all is great. Would recommend this to anyone.
Hi, i would like to dismiss my remarks regarding the item i purchased, I acted in haste when I commented on this product, I recieved 100% refund from the provider, the item was what I was looking for, and would have been a good purchase, I would recommend that any one looking for this type of product, check this out before you purchase another.
As soon as you open the box you can see this is a well built piece of kit. It feels robust and the lens looks good.
The picture quality is excellent high definition, even the night vision, and the motion detection is accurate and effective.
The SD card is sufficient for my needs and the option not to have to subscribe to cloud storage is a big selling point for me.
The set up is simple and you can buy with confidence because if you do have any problems the customer service is exemplary. I had a problem pairing the chime and they responded quickly and helpfully, reassuring me that the issue would be resolved, which it quickly was. You rarely come across this kind of service these days and I totally recommend both the product and the company.
Extremely good camera at a much better cost compared to others. Only issue I have with the video doorbell was the memory card it came with as it stopped working after a week but as soon as I spoke with the customer service they soon helped me out with another memory card which I have had no issues with so far. The video doorbell is very good quality, super easy to install and sturdy, didn’t take long at all. I would highly recommend this product over others especially with all the great features in the settings it comes with and the excellent customer service.

Great door bell good picture day and night if only if it was a little smaller all in all happy with it.
Customer services where great they contacted me just after delivery I did manage to sort the problems in the end by disable 5 ghz on the router if anyone else needs to do this when you go through pairing doorbell re-enter the password for the WiFi again then it all worked nicely After it all set up I then put the 5 ghz back on
I would still recommend this Doorbell to anyone because of the fact if I did not sort it BOIFUN customer service would of help to work it out for me

Very happy with this Doorbell. Good audio, excellent motion detection and easy to install.
Very good communication with shop, quick to respond no matter what issues if any that you may have.
Only thing I would say is the SD Card does not hold info for more than a day.
Otherwise an excellent product.
Great quality footage but like my other security camera it has that little second lag and don’t capture people coming up the path, however it does pick up cars 20 feet away on the road and had to turn sensitivity to 1 if I have it on 5 on a sunny day it goes ding dong, yet won’t capture human detection at 6 feet?
Had problems pairing the chime and won’t ring when I unplug it but just received a second chime which is currently on charge!
Technical support is A1 and reply as soon as they can can’t fault that probably 8/10 from Len!

This is an ideal doorbell (incorporating video/camera) for your front door. Easy to instal, simple to use, and with excellent product support. Easily a 5 star product, and we are extremely pleased with it.
Very easy to setup. From unpacking setup took only a few minutes. Via the app it is simple to adjust for personal preferences. I Live near a road so was able to adjust for no false notifications which saves on battery usage. Night vision is superb. Nice touch is everything included in the box for installation. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a Video doorbell.
Battery was faulty on the first doorbell and I was unable to find a replacement but the company reached out and solved the problem for me. Pleasure to deal with them.

We actually have this on our external fares approx 15m from the hub and we get a perfect picture and sound. The ringer is clear and we haven’t yet missed a visitor! Easy to install both on the wall and onto phones. Fantastic and fast customer service (after I forgot to turn the sound on my phone up!)

Excellent door cam, lots of function options, instructions are a bit underwhelming, that said, communication with the company has been excellent, they sorted out my issues quickly. Would recommend..
I have had this for a few months now and it does the job quite well. Sometimes lives can be a little jumpy but apart from that its fine.
Great wireless doorbell which compared to the bigger competitors does a better job. The software used (cloud edge) is good and has all the features you’d expect and would see with the much more expensive video doorbells. I fou d connecting to the doorbell via my phone to be good, some hang up but only a few extra seconds than others.
Camera quality is really good and the wider camera lens let’s you see more.
Can’t comment on battery usage yet but again you can improve battery by reducing alert events through sensitivity settings and ensuring the WiFi is as close as possible to stop connection drain.
Door chime has 4 different rings and could be louder but is loud enough. We have a 3 storey house so will look at adding an additional chime so it’s auidable in all rooms above TV or music noise.
I’d Highley recommend especially for everything you get for a cheaper than the big brand prices.
The voice comms are ok. Not brilliant. But rest is very good for the money compared to ring.

The product is solidly built and has a very clear camera picture. Links up to wifi easily and to phones. Much better than the previous one I had from a different manufacturer. I had to ask Boifun’s help line for assistance to pair the separate bell speaker unit, they responded quickly and with good info to solve my issue. Great support.
It’s generally really good and easy to use, picture quality is good but at night hit and miss dependant where the camera pics you up but still great to see whose around
Good item does what it says on the tin but WiFi reception not brilliant. I have a TPLink whole house mesh network yet this item reports the signal too low in many positions, even quite close to one of the routers. Other than that, setup is straightforward, the app is good and the functionality so far seems good (only installed today)
I’d never considered a video doorbell before until my cat went missing again last week. Like many people who don’t have, or can’t have, a cat flap, my cat can only come back in with human intervention to the door handle. As is often true for cats that are missing or lost, they tend to hide in the day and try and return home when it’s dark and quiet. Unfortunately, this is also typically in the early hours when their owners are asleep. It was time for a tech cunning plan…
I charged the doorbell to 100% which only took 2-3 hours and installed the doorbell low down on my front door at a height where I knew my cat would scratch to get attention. I turned the motion detection sensitivity to 5, and made sure I have every notification setting on my phone set to alert if motion is detected (app sounds enabled and making sure the app bypasses my nighttime ‘do not disturb’). Night 1, nothing happened and when I checked the live view I noticed the camera was fogged up. It was very cold outside, however, and I don’t think it had prevented any motion being detected. Also, I don’t think the designers of the product would assume it would be sited so close to the ground.
Day 2, and after much hilarity watching my lovely postman decide to crouch down and ring the doorbell (he’s going to think we’ve lost the plot) the device was working really well. My only slightly negative comment is the video seems to start 4-5 seconds after motion is triggered, but what is captured is beautifully clear. Also, when the doorbell is pressed it activates like a phone call on my iphone, but it doesn’t make any ringing sound. My phone is always with me, so it’s less of an issue, but could be for many people.
Night 2, and after checking live view I went to sleep. The night vision view is really crisp and clear, and despite the motion sensitivity being set to 5 it ignored the wind blowing leaves in the garden. At 1am after making sure my notification sounds were on max, I woke up to a motion alert. After quickly checking live view, there he was! The microphone and audio is remarkable, so clear. If I’d had more sense I would have used the intercom feature to reassure my cat I was on my way, but I was so happy I just ran down to let him in.
I know this is a bit of a different type of Amazing product review, but honestly I am seriously impressed with this doorbell, and how it can also be used to help find a missing pet. Last job is to move it to back to the right height for humans (or teach the cat how to operate the doorbell button).
I purchased this doorbell as it didn’t require any subscription. It was easy to install and integrate within the CloudEdge app along with other Boifun products which I purchased at the same time (solar outdoor camera). It comes with 32Gb storage card but can accommodate up 128Gb. It is reasonably priced. It can be either be hardwired to a power supply or run on two 18650 batteries which come with this doorbell. I have just purchased spare chargeable batteries to replace the current batteries when they run out, so that I have continuous protection. I have also shared the camera view on my wife’s mobile through her CloudEdge app. I had the doorbell installed for two weeks and so far I am very pleased with my purchase.
Well made. Bit bulky. Good motion detection and night vision. Easy connection to wifi. Can’t get independent door chime to work? Good clear picture and range of lens. Would highly recommend.
What a shame, this doorbell camera is really good all round it’s just a shame the batteries have packed up after a year. Leave it on charge all night and only get about 17% from it

Video doorbell arrived on time and it was very easy to install. The quality of the video/picture is very good. The alerts are accurate and you can schedule it during night to turn the sensitivity down so that you don’t get disturbed. The battery life is good so far, it is still on 78% after having used for 2 weeks.
I must say, having read all the reviews I am glad I picked BOIFUN. I would recommend happily this to anyone
