So far I’m really enjoying this equipment. The remote is bit old fashioned but the unit itself is good. Wish that the arms bands were a tad longer because I’m 5’10, they are just a bit short.

For the price I paid for this, it has been WELL WORTH IT! I used this to help get lymph & other things moving in my core, & it has worked as desired! I saw some at the fair that were clearly a big improvement in quality, but I’m very happy that I had this available. I might have purchased one of those others had I known more, but this is a fraction of the price & delivers what I needed. Now I use it in conjunction with weights & resistance bands for a bigger “workout”. I’m at the highest setting & many times use it for longer.

I saw another brand infomercial and decided to check it out. Too expensive, event on Amazon. I saw the Vive Shake Plate for over $100 less than that other brand, and decided to order. It came the next day. I was skeptical, but since I am working from home, sitting in a chair practically all day, I thought it would be worth it. Well, with the first use, for 20 minutes, my right knee pain is now gone. That alone is worth the priceI I used it while sitting at my Diningroom Table/desk. I haven’t experienced any weight loss yet. I’ll report back in about a month after I use it for about maybe 15 days or more.

Update:
One thing I would seriously evaluate before using this device, is gauging your digestive system. I found it difficult to use shortly after consuming a meal/beverage. Not a plesant feeling. I would wait at least 30min after eating/drinking (non-alcoholic) to use the Vive shake platform.

I do believe the manual could be a little more comprehensive, but you are referred to the website for further info/instructions which IMO is worse than the manual. Website doesnt have anything more comprehensive about the shake platform operations.

Old “LOS” (line of sight) technology remote is a big turn off. You must aim it directly at the “electric-eye” receiver on the digital display before a function will register. I kept thinking I needed batteries, or that the remote was defective. After shining a flashlight on the display, I saw the “eye” and once I aimed the remote directly in front of it, the button functions would respond.

Other than the old tech remote, and the printed instruction manual, this device registers 4 stars. I like it.

I like it. It has various programs and the vibration is good for tight muscles. The connection to the unit from the power cord comes loose too often. Will stop in the middle of program. That is very annoying and seems like a flaw that should be fixed.

Even my mood is different after using my plate. I love it. To lose weight, you have to combine exercises with your usage. My sore knees felt better after one use too! Weight capacity for this particular one is 440 lbs.

I got this to work muscles to burn calories and strengthen bones. It feels like my back is much stronger. I’m up to 25 minutes a day. I use it in the bathroom while I do hair and makeup. My calf muscles feel firm. I’ve lost e lb. I’m very happy. It’s been about 20 days. I am up to about 25 minutes on the “fast run” level (it has its own button). It’s so easy to use. I feel energized yet relaxed after using it. I can feel a pleasant buzzy feeling in my feet afterward, like you may get after exercise.

I love this machine! It’s quiet. Easy to use and move around. Works well. Haven’t noticed anything different on myself as it’s too early to tell but all research points to this being beneficial. I hope this is the case. I do enjoy using the machine. I use it twice a day. Will update a few months from today with what if any changes have happened. Good price and great product!

The only problem I had was there was no battery in the remote. I didn’t want to go to the store so I had it a week before I used it. I would have rather paid a little more and had a battery. I had every size battery but the one I needed. A little heads up would have been helpful. It’s a very nice looking machine and it works very well with the remote.

I have had a bigger vib plate and this is just as good but fits into my home office better. I am well pleased with the strength of the vibrations, programmes and how quiet it is. I work from home and soft too much and had a sore back which is why I purchased this machine. And within days it felt much better.

i was skeptical but always wanted to try the vibrational platform but they were thousands of dollars and at doctors offices in therapy. i decided to buy this affordable inexpensive one after reading the review…but still skeptcal. i was pleasantly pleased to see how fast my leg, back and butt muscles firmed up after using it less than a week for 10 minutes every day. i do jazzercise classes 3 x a week but with covid have not been able to attend very often so this was a very good experiment and i will also do aerobics a couple of times a week at home, i do recommend but be aware that is work the first few times you try it and you will break out in a sweat which is good! stick with it to succeed!

The only thing I was unhappy with is it did not come with an instruction manual. It really help with stiffness, leg fatigue and overall tension in the body. It even help tighten and tone the muscles. I am moving so much better. I tried to order one for my sister and my friend but this brand was unavailable so I ordered a different brand for them. Nevertheless, they got a shake plate.

I have I.B.S. so every time I eat, or drink something too cold or too hot, or try not to eat, or eat too much, or forget to eat or sneeze or sit too long (you get the picture) My body bloats with painful air that tries to make my body explode from the inside out.
I take a lot of appropriate pills, but nothing moves the air out like this little shaker. It makes me belch a lot, which you may think sounds impolite; but if belching gets the job done just go in your room and shake and belch your way to a new you.
I probably stand on this 3 to 4 times a day, so much better than pills. Best thing I ever bought.

Very easy to use. No assembly. Very sturdy and good vibrations!
I used it for awhile when I first got it then didn’t for awhile. Five days ago I began using it everyday. Today I went to the doctor after going to urgent care for something seven days ago.
She asked how I’d lost 7 pounds so quickly!?!? I thought about it and aall I could think I’d changed was using this vibe plate!!!
