This is a great item and my 6 year old grandson loved it. He loves the clock function, the camera/video and step counter. The games are way too young for him though and he isn’t interested in them at all. A great introduction to a smart watch but definitely for slightly younger kids.
Really good item. Haven’t really needed to help my children use as very easy to find things. Love how it can read out the time for my daughter who is learning. Games keep them occupied and taking video and pictures of everyone and everything.

Christmas presents for the grandkids, unfortunately one of the watches was faulty when they unwrapped them on Christmas morning. Can’t fault the service, replacement received within 48 hrs of reporting the fault.
Sorry this was bought as a Xmas present or my grandson so have not seen it in operation, although apparently he love it. Difficult to comment any further.
Nice watch, got it for my 4 yo. He loves it, don’t how much use he will get out of it. The touchscreen is easy to use. Nice and bright and colourful.
Looks great, our son loves it, but after a full charge and not even a full day’s typical smartwatch use, the watch stopped responding and shows the message to charge the watch again.
This watch does a lot more than telling the time, there are games, videos and cameras to add to the entertainment value for kids to enjoy for hours, simple instructions on how each function works and easily followed by all.

Bought for my 6 and a half year old son. Lots to keep him entertained, and much more suitable for his age (and cheaper!) than a Fit Bit which was the alternative. He loves the games, camera, step counter, different clock faces etc

If that’s not a good enough review it also kept him quite for those same 2 hours whilst he figured it out. Just asked him again and yes, he does still love the watch!

Vtech toys are always well made and great quality, this watch is easy to use, suitable for children age 4-5, they will enjoy it more, takes pictures and record, lots of little fun things, comes in two colours blue and pink.
Fun for my 7 year old daughter! She manages to navigate her way through the programmes and finds the watch easy to use. Due to daily use, we charge every night.

I brought it for the pedometer, so all the other stuff are great bonuses.
My kids (age 7 and 5 when they got them) love these. Battery doesn’t last for long so it’s a bit annoying to keep remembering to charge them but kids like to play the games on them and use the stopwatch. Easy for kids to use.
It is chunky so be aware if your putting coats on and off the watch will get in the way. The games are fun, he adores taking photos and adding filters to our faces.
I’m really pleased I bought this now. Charges easily and keeps him entertainment, especially in the car trying to take photos outside his window.

Lovely watch although it’s a bit of a novelty for my five year old, he’s only worn it a handful of times. It’s quite large on his wrist.

My 7 year old had this for Christmas, it was ready to use straight from the box. He found it easy to figure out all of the functions and loves it.
Thought these would be a 5 minute wonder but my 6 year olds love them. They’ll probably move on to something more advanced quite quickly but they love them for the time being.

Such an amazing gift for a 7 year old! The product is very easy to use and understand! The only thing that we have had trouble with is the camera, sometimes the camera doesn’t work as it should and displays a pixelated green screen. We have going that by applying pressure onto the screen it temporarily fixes this. Regardless, the product is great for the kids. 5*

My son Loves this watch and it has so far survived 3 months. This is a record in our house not only does it still work but he still loves it dearly and even sleeps with it on! He found it easy to use (6 years old) and especially likes taking pictures when he’s out and about.

Love that you can custom the screen. Son was major impressed with his present, the games and stop watch features and attempts to tell the time. So funny to watch him timing himself running.
Only downside is that you have to charge via usb on computer. No internal battery or winder. Kind of takes the fun out of the watch when it runs out as it takes a while to recharge.

My 5 year old loves this. It has some great games, and also some learning games, great edutainment. The 2 cameras wouldn’t provide anything you’d print out but they are good enough for viewing on the watch. I have not transferred them to a PC to check them. He loves taking photos of people and taking selfies with it.

Was perfect gift for 3 and 5 year old. Searched for ages too. Funniest thing was I thought they would end up zombies playing video games but they played a game where it counts their steps while they run around to music.
It is a watch, i cant see some of the analogue watch faces helping with learning the time much but persevere with swiping through the faces, there are some clearer ones that will definitely work. You can change the watch face to digital, the majority of which are actually clearer.
The watch will take photos from its two cameras, the pictures are not the sharpest but certainly good enough for a sub 40kids watch! Im impressed that the watch has two cameras. I like….i mean my nephews like being able to take a picture from the camera on the side, like a spy!
There are plenty of different functions on the smart watch including games. The games work also better than expected, i mean its a small cheap screen but the picture is clear and responsive.
This watch fits my grown up wrist perfectly. I think i want one with a blsck strap please. The large face would probably look a bit big on a smaller child.

The watch is easy to use with a swipe screen to select between options and a home button to return back to the main screen along with a camera button to take photos without having to go into the camera option from the main menu.
The watch strap is a soft silicone style and has multiple size options so should fit most children’s wrists.

It’s like a kids – cheaper – iWatch. It has dual cameras: face camera and a top mounted forward facing camera. Quite spy like and good fun. You can take low res pictures and videos and have fun editing them on the device 😮 It also has a pedometer with games and the screen itself is touch sensitive so you can swipe up / down / left / right and for a cheap device it’s really quite responsive.
You can also download additional software for kids by attaching it to your computer via USB. There’s no WIFI.

He then discovered it could take videos too – I mean, will the excitement never end? I don’t know what the exact storage capacity of the watch was but it certainly had a fair few photos and videos on it at the end of the day. These can then be transferred to a standard PC (or Mac, I guess) for backup.
Battery life was pretty good. It waned at the end of the session but sometimes these things need a few full charges to get their 100% capacity. Whatever, there are no complaints from the user. You use the same USB cable to charge the watch as you do for transferring the photos.
We barely had time to look at the accompanying apps but the Monster Detector seemed to grab his imagination. As he is learning to tell the time the standard (“boring!”) time display is also being used to tell the time and date. Reluctantly.
As a pretty robust more-than-a-toy, this is pretty neat. It is now cherished by the new owner and seems to be working well. Not particularly cheap but with the price comes the quality and robustness required of such a device.
The two cameras work quite well. the quality is not great, but for a watch, it’s OK. The selfie camera is located on the top of the screen and the other on the side of the watch. I think after testing it, we agreed that the quality for using the side camera was definitely best when the watch is not on the arm…
It records video, takes pictures, records sounds and it has a decent storage life but you can transfer the pics etc. to a computer using the enclosed cable (which is also used for charging the battery) if you want to keep some of the files.
The battery life is ok, but don’t expect to use it regularly without having to charge almost once a day.
There are fun games on there as well as a basic calculator, a clock…, funny photo editing features and much more.
It’s durable and can withstand splashing etc.
I actually think that this one is going to get a lot more usage than a standard kids camera, because my nephew can wear it e.g. on cycle trips etc. and it can be used for more spontaneous recordings and photos. On the other hand I’m thinking it will be banned by, or certainly unpopular with, his teachers.
I’ll see how he gets along wtih it and whether having to remember to charge it will cause frustration or not. I’ll update if it is relegated to the shelf quickly, but for now we like it.
