The electric cable would be better exiting from one of the back boxes. The fire unit and heater are spot on . The live in flames finish the whole look .

Great unit, lovely effect, you will get some fan noise when you turn on the heat but to be expected. Only small issue, when I hit the button to turn on the heat it switches modern my sound bar, no biggy

This product for the price is amazing! I did a huge amount of research for wall hung fires and this was by far the best value out there. No random colours just the colour of real fire. People have commented how lush and expensive it looks. Totally quiet when just on flame effect and yeah if you turn heat on you hear a fan which isn’t too bad. So happy with it.

Overall, fantastic item. Really transformative. Good packaging, speedy delivery particularly considering it was labelled as awaited stock at time of purchase. It is grand yet space efficient and offers a nice shelf centre piece. The flame effect is essentially a plastic screen with a flame effect behind a bed that holds the logs and stones and glows orange. One of my plastic logs was broken but I trust I’ll have that addressed. Also I’m not sure if i got the stones. Personally don’t mind as these items would have to be in an enclosure to be suitable for our use as we have toddler. He has given it all a good few slaps and it’s holding up fine (hide the remote!). Wish it had: a matching chunky floating shelf, a clear enclosure, less accessible manual controls, power delivery including usb and wireless charging, maybe a version that doubled as a media uni
