All built just needed to be unpacked. Looks really good had lots of compliments about how lovely it looks in my room. A positive is if I find s better stove I can use it in fireplace
Great looking fireplace and a lot cheaper than other products on the market. The heater is good and the flame effect is very effective. Simple to install. The electric cable from the heater could do with being longer to reach the mains socket. I bought some rustic brick effect paper and stuck this to the back of the fireplace and bought a decorative flue pipe which I had to cut to size to sit on top of the heater. Would recommend.

Absolutely love this electric fireplace suite I was expecting something small and pokey but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in this massive box carried by two really helpful guys. It is brilliant quality and looks perfect in my living room. The log affect is so realistic I’m super happy with this and hugely would recommend you buy this too because it’s great!! I was looking at others well over 700. This one looks way better than them
This is a nice piece of kit and excellent value for money. The surround is good looking and strong and the fire is effective and efficient. The fire could easily be replaced in the future if it packed up so you would never need to replace the surround.
Great value for money and looks good,great heat output,maybe the only thinkg I could pick up on is the colour,its more of a creamy white,but still looks good
I purchased this for a friend who has been more than happy with this item.
This is a pretty good fire, easy to install, looks great in the room.
Only issue is the flame brightness is NOT adjustable as advertised so please bear this in mind when purchasing this fire.
Apart from that and the price fluctuations it’s pretty good.
Dont know about the heat output, I only use the light. I love this purchase and visitor have commented how lovely it looks.
I wasn’t sure of the quality and overall appearance of this fireplace when I ordered it, but I can honestly say that I am absolutely thrilled with it. It is easy to install (remove from box, and plug it in), the heat output is great (thermostat controlled), and it looks beautiful. I was desperate for a homely fireplace in our bland new-build living room, and this certainly worked a treat at a fraction of the cost of other fireplaces that I had looked at in person. This fireplace is great. It was really easy to unpack and install. The glow from the fire affect is lovely and very real looking. The heat is great too and has a thermostat that switches it off when the temperature has been reached. My only bugbear is it’s advertised as ‘white’ and it isn’t. It’s off-white/cream. I probably wouldn’t have purchased knowing this but, overall, a great fireplace that looks lovely.
The heat out put is very good and the frames look so real. Makes my sittingroom look so cosy and my garland and stocking looks wonderful on it.

I absolutely love this fireplace. It arrive exactly when I requested, by friendly delivery drivers. It was fully assembled, all I had to do was plug it in. It looks great and heats up the room immediately. I love that I can just have the visual effects on without the heat too. It creates a lovely feature wall and fits our 50 inch tv on top too. Definitely recommend!

Good looking unit, although a bit rough and ready! The arches are jagged in places, and the black hearth is covered in glue stains. Hopefully these will fade in time, but I’ve got a feeling this is probably a second, or wasn’t put through quality control. Fire itself is adequate, but will probably purchase a better quality one at a later date. It’ll do!
Could go in any room of the house as long as there is a plug! Very happy will be getting another next year for the loft bedroom 🙂

The item is heavy, almost 40kg but you can dismantle the actual wood burning unit from the fire surround.

It has transformed my living room, given it a focal point and has been admired by neighbours and friends.
It has two heat settings and a thermostatic control. It warms up my living room very quickly even on the low setting. The forced air system can be a little noisy but not too noisy but I just operate it with the light only as it makes the room really cosy!

Love it..Although I read the reviews and looked at the videos etc…when it was delivered, realised it was much bigger than I thought.
However it is well made, and strong..The actual fire is separate, not built in as I first thought.. however this is good, it means if the fire breaks down, it can be replaced..
The heating is good..the actual fire is not heavy, but does not look cheap.
This item was a bargain.. my old fire broke down and needed replacement..I paid double for the old one, so I am pleased with this..it was cheaper, but qood quality for the price… and it looks good.

Just received this fireplace today. I’ve been waiting for a couple of weeks and I must say it was well worth the wait! Really well packaged, easy to set up and looks far more expensive than it is. I’ve tried the lights and it looks so cosy with them on alone. I also tried the lower heat setting and it puts out a lot of heat! The fan isn’t too loud either. All in all I couldn’t be happier with my fireplace.
I am so happy with my new free standing fireplace. I just had my lounge redecorated and always wanted to have my tv mounted on the wall with a fake fireplace underneath it. This product was great value for money (I bought it when the price was at 195.06 early last month) and the size and sturdiness amazing. You do not need to attach it to the wall. It stands on its own and is solid. I wanted to wait until my room was done before posting a review just to see how good the product is when running. You can have the fire light feature on without the heat, which is great and the heat that does come out of it, is warm and cosy. To be honest, I will not be using the heat unless my heating goes on the blink. I bought this mainly to make my lounge feel homely, which it does and just in time for Christmas too. The delivery was quick as well and came on the day it was scheduled to. Amazing buy and service. I highly recommend. 🙂

Wanted to update the living room so opted for this. Modern surround but traditional wood fire effect love it. Looks great lit up and creates a cosy atmosphere.. not noisy tones when turned on and great heat from the front to take chill off a room.
Bit annoyed that days after I bought on a special offer price it then dropped again dramatically by almost another 100… but never mind we were pleased anyway with overall purchase. Slight mark on wood join at front but not noticeable when in place so kept as this could just be from packing in factory and likelihood is another would have some kind of tiny mark. Really nice fireplace, easy to install just pop in place cut skirting and plug fire in behind.

This looks great and has made my small living room much more cosy. It looks way better than it feels though! The materials feel very cheap, however, it does not look as cheap as it feels. I’ve still rated it 5 stars as I think you get what you pay for – I was on a limited budget so couldn’t afford any more. I believe I’ve got great value for money as I wanted very specific requirements re colour of surround and back panel, size, features, etc. and this matched those perfectly. If I wanted better quality materials I would have to pay at least double, but it does not detract from how good this looks.

Love this fire and surround and such a bargain at 143 nice lovely glow,looking forward to Christmas now, I only want the glow as I have central heating, so just for decorative purpose more than practical! You can change the bulb, just look on youtube.

Excellent. The fire place has a wood effect. The fire is detachable and has 2 heat settings. The fire place is a good weight with not rise of falling over it doesn’t need attaching to the wall.

Love it! Bargain for what it is, heater is nice and warm but not too noisy. Fire could be a bit more realistic but you get what you pay for and it does still look good even if it’s obviously not a real fire! Fire surround is solid, i thought it would just be plain white MDF but it’s actually got a wood pattern on it so lovely detail. Delivery was straight forward, no issues whatsoever. 100% recommend!

Brilliant value for money for the size compared to other electric fires and surrounds I looked at.
This fireplace is much better quality than I thought it would be. A bargain at 199.99, looks far more expensive. It’s also much quieter than the fan on my old fire. Makes the room look warm and cosy.
Arrived quickly and works well. Since I bought it my uncle has also bought one for his new house and they are really pleased too!
Gives off a decent heat and looks nice for the money. Only down side is it turned up very dusty / dirty and has left a few places with slight dirt marks.
The inside of the surround is hollow, which was good as the cable on the fire wasn’t long enough, so I used a 13 amp extension and fixed the socket inside the hollow. There’s enough space behind the backboard for the cable so it can fit flush to the wall (I cut my skirting around it). There’s a plug hole in the back of the backboard enabling the cable to be completely hidden.
There is a LOT of packaging with this, so a trip to the tip may be necessary to dispose of it. It comes well padded with foam supports and polystyrene. The heater had a bit of tape residue on it but this came off easily using a baby wipe. Other than that, it just needed a wipe down with a soft cloth after installation.
The heater itself is great – the LED lighting makes the room look really cosy, and can be operated independently of the heating. The unit kicks out a good amount of heat (it’s a fan heater and as such you can hear it).
Overall, we’re very pleased with both the surround and the heater, and would recommend it to anyone looking for something solid, that looks good, and doesn’t have a fortune to spend.
It’s a great focal point for my mums lounge. Gives out good heat and the orange glow makes the room feel cosy. Only one down side. There was a scratch on the mantle, my mum couldn’t be bothered to send it back.
