INFORMATION ABOUT MAC OS 10.15
Some users updating to 10.15 have found their DisplayLink devices have stopped working. 5.2 software is designed to run on Mac OS 10.15, but the OS can disable our kernel extension during the udpate. Please check the kernel extension is enabled and screen recording is also enabled, to ensure DisplayLink enabled devices continue to work when migrating to 10.15.

I had purchased several HDMI outputs to connect two screens, this is the only one that worked.
I have an ASUS rog strix laptop with only one HDMI port.
So easy and quick to set up. Plug and play within seconds.

This was super easy to install and worked first time. I bought it replace an unreliable docking station which was designed for my HP laptop. Although I have ended up with a few more wires, they are easy enough to hide and I was able to connect 2 screens, ethernet and various USB items with all working first time – and remaining so!

Spouse and I work from home on our respective laptops (but a different times!) Unit is versitile as we can just use single plug, have access to two screens (3 if using laptop monitor) connectivity with wireless keyboard & mouse, web cam for Teams calls, printer etc. Don’t know how we managed before.

This does!!! I have my personal laptop (1 screen) plus two monitors, my work laptop plus 1 monitor.
5 screens in total, can all display 5 different things. Not just mirroring, full extend.
Plug and play, no downloads no updates, easy peasy.
An important note – using a DVI to VGA converter for a monitor is not ideal. It causes some blurring and flickering due to a digital signal being converted to analogue. This was easily fixed by using the included DVI to HDMI converter and purchasing an HDMI cable.
Now both my additional monitors use HDMI instead of one on HDMI and one on VGA.
I bought this so I could use my huge double monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam setup from work through my laptop and it works well – able to run it all with my laptop closed just by changing a USB port connection.
My criticisms would be that I’d prefer the product to be heavier – it tips over with lots of cables running into it. The USB connector for the hub is also quite short – will not stretch to my laptop placed on the floor beside the desk.
Besides that it’s a fine product and suits my needs well. I’d recommend that anyone buying checks what ports they use and how long they need their cables to be.

At work we use dell docking stations and at home I did use a toshiba dynadock but this is by far the easiest and cheapest docking station I have used it is “plug and play” and my work laptop needed drivers with my dell docking station before it worked but with this it needed nothing and just got on with its purpose very impressed
I bought this so my wife could connect her work laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse and USB headphones.
I was a bit anxious spending 80 or so pounds, however I think it’s been worth it.
My wife’s been working and using the laptop and setup daily for 10 hours for the last week and no issues with the docking station. Its connected the monitor, keyboard and mouse smoothly to the laptop with no loss of connectivity.
A good, solid product, just “plug and play”.
Having read the reviews I was nervous as it was for my 18 year old sons gaming setup. Didn’t need to be. Literally plug and play and does exactly what it’s supposed to with multiple displays and a large number of USB ports for peripherals and charging. Really good quality product to be fair!
Really pleased with this item, I had my laptop set up with an additional screen in no time , just what I needed.
I looked at more expensive products that do exactly the same job so I’m glad I decided to give this item a try.
Plug and play, but wireless keyboard and mouse dingle still needs plugging into the laptop directly or they behave erratically
Absolutely superb. Adds additional two monitors. New version is a much improved upgrade. Flickering issues when nearby devices turned on or off seem to be resolved. No drivers to install on windows 10.
It has plenty of connection in the back and fast charge usb ports which are very handy.
In total, i am impressed with this product and the price i paid.
Love this Dock, its great. Not sure what the point of the square on the front is, guessing cosmetic. We’ve bought a couple of these now. One thing I would say is that it was suggested fast charging was possible, I couldn’t get that to work on any port so I’m not sure it does. We’ve not used them much yet so I can’t confirm whether they are robust long term, but good first impression.
