Very nice screen and works good as a small out of the way screen for a little hidden computer I have. The picture is sharp and the screen is bright enough.

Works perfectly fine. Just make sure to push the USB-C cable all the way in (if connecting to your computer). At first I thought mine wasn’t working but turns out I didn’t push the USB-C cable in all the way. After plugging into my iMac, the “Displays” window automatically popped up and I was able to make adjustments as I pleased. Speakers were a bit quiet, but I didn’t really care about that. There’s also a headphone jack on the side of the screen.
I have to say this little monitor was completely unexpectedly great for a variety of occasions. For most using a portable monitor is helpful for general productivity yet given the size of the screen I was a bit hesitant on some of it’s capabilities. Yet the monitor has been extremely helpful for gaming, video production, photography use and yes when needed it’s capable of being utilized with a laptop as a secondary screen.
I’ve owned a few portable monitors yet this one has been highly favored with my photography and video production projects as I’m able to connect and sync this up to my digital camera. Viewing photos and videos on the go has always come with the drawback of needing an external power supply, possible tripod, and so much more yet this monitor is the perfect size for viewing quick highlights compared to a 3.5″ dslr screen. It’s also fairly light so that is also very useful when taking it on the go. Now aside from my photo work, I’ve used the monitor heavily with my smartphone for meetings and also to extend my phone’s display. This has been great for presentations, gaming, and just streaming content in general. Plus I’ve also tested to see if this would connect with my gaming consoles and sure enough it works perfectly!
The build quality seems to be durable and the output of the display is pretty impressive for the size. It’s rated at a 1920×1280 resolution for due to the fact of the screen being smaller, a lot of the pixels end up appearing sharper than what’s intended which for my needs is great. I also love the fact that it has built in speakers, headphone port, as well as having a glossy IPS panel which is a plus on all metrics. The package comes with everything needed to connect and power up as well as a convenient kickstand that can be used along with the monitor. Overall, I’m very satisfied and have continued using this for current projects and setups.
WIMAXIT bezeichnet das Display als “tragbarer Monitor”. Das ist zwar mglich, trifft den Verwendungszweck aber nicht unbedingt. Zum Transport msste das Display geschtzt werden, aber es liegt keine Tasche bei. Also msste man das Display im Karton transportieren. Dieser ist jedoch mit 34,2 x 21,7 x 5,7 cm (BxTxH) ziemlich gro fr einen handlichen Transport. Eigentlich wird hier eher ein “Zweiter Bildschirm” angeboten. Oder ein Bildschirm fr Bastelprojekte – allerdings ohne Touchbedienung. Daher ist in der Hinsicht die Frage, warum man dann nicht lieber ein gnstiges 10″ Tablet verwenden sollte.
Der Bildschirm ist gut geschtzt verpackt. Im Lieferumfang befinden sich Netzteil (5V, 2A), Putztuch, provisorischer Stnder, USB-A auf USB-C Kabel (fr die Stromversorgung), USB-C auf USB-C Kabel (fr Bild und Ton bertragung), Mini-HDMI auf HDMI (Bild und Ton bertragung).
Der Bildschirm verfgt auch ber einen eingebauten Lautsprecher. Das war eine angenehme berraschung, da ich davon nichts in der Produktbeschreibung las.
Das Anschlieen an mein Android Handy sowie an ein Surface Pro klappte ohne Probleme. Der Bildschirm konnte gewohnt als weitere Ausgabemglichkeit verwendet werden, um z.B. ein Video des Handys auf dem greren Bildschirm anzuzeigen oder im Windows einen weiteren Desktop zu verwenden.
Am Bildschirm selbst kann man Helligkeit, Kontrast, Schrfe etc. ber ein Men regeln. Dieses wird ber den linken Navigationsknopf bedient. Leider ist der Knopf sehr wackelig und somit die Einstellungen schwierig zu handhaben. Je nach Verwendung muss man diese Einstellungen aber glcklicherweise nur einmalig vornehmen und dann nie wieder.
Auch die Lautstrke kann ber den Knopf bedient werden. Oder lieber gleich am angeschlossenen Gert, da auch hier der wabbelige Knopf nicht gut zu bedienen ist.
Statt des Stnders kann man auch eine VESA Halterung am Bildschirm befestigen. Vor allem wenn er als Zweitbildschirm verwendet wird (bestenfalls an einem begeglichen Arm), ist das hilfreich. Oder bei einer festen Installation.
Hinderlich finde ich, dass sich die Eingnge an der Seite befinden. Man hat also immer die Kabel am Rand heraushngen. Das ist nicht nur unschn, sondern muss bei manchen Einsatzzwecken dann mit einer extra Abdeckung oder einem Rahmen kaschiert werden. Htte es Anschlussmglichkeiten auf der Rckseite gegeben, ggf. ber ein Flachkabel, wre das viel hilfreicher.
Um Videos abzuspielen kann man auch einfach ein Tablet – z.B. ein FireHD 10 – nehmen, welches sich im hnlichen Preisbereich befindet, hat dann aber noch viel mehr Freiheiten als mit einem bloen Bildschirm. Als Bildschirm fr einen kleinen selbstgebauten Spielautomaten ist der Bildschirm gut geeignet, wenn man die Kabel gut verstecken kann – wie oben schon angemerkt. Oder als zweiter/dritter/vierter Bildschirm am Arbeitsplatz, fr Statusmeldungen oder hnliches. Zum Arbeiten ist das Display jedoch mit den 10 Zoll zu klein.
First impressions are that the monitor is very light weight, and on the verge of feeling cheap. Once you plug in the unit, any quality concerns are gone. The image is bright and vibrant, and the menu system is easy to use. Be sure to switch it out of “standard mode” and into one of the other modes, to get the highest quality image. For whatever reason the standard mode is very dull and low brightness, but all the other modes look great. Really, for the price, this is a very good monitor.

The video quality is really good and it’s easy to set up but the video resolution stretches because the monitor is 1920×1280. If it is 9201080 then the resolution would be the same as the screen of the source where connected. So you can see that people on the video or objects are thinner and taller.
Could have been better If it doesn’t stretch.

What I liked about the WIMAXIT 10.5 inch monitor is the stylish and sturdy design and the picture quality is fantastic it’s great for gaming and dual screening and it looks great it works well with iOS and android devices it’s compact and easy to use and very easy to setup it makes a great value for your money and it makes a good gift for all ages and occasions and it’s a good addition to your computer accessories
Ui, da ist ja das neue Tablet! Ohwarum funktioniert den Touch nicht? Na weil es ein Monitor ist
Dieser kleine Monitor in Tablet-Gre darf zurecht als ultraportabel bezeichnet werden. Er kommt gut verarbeitet und mit allem Zubehr, das bentigt wird. Auch ein Stnder liegt bei. Die Stromversorgung ist per USB-C mit dem beiliegenden Netzteil mglich, kann aber auch direkt von dem Gert erfolgen, das per USB-C angeschlossen wird — so dieses gengend Energie bereitstellen kann. Interessanterweise war bei uns ein Smartphone sogar stark genug, um den Bildschirm mit Energie zu versorgen. Hngt der Bildschirm hingegen zustzlich am Netzteil, ldt er wiederum das Smartphone auf.
Bild und selbst Ton haben uns berzeugt. Einzig die spiegelnde Oberflche ist Geschmackssache. Das Bild sieht schick aus, aber bei starkem Lichteinfall htten wir eine matte Oberflche vorgezogen.
Spontan nicht so einfach war das Anschlieen von Gerten. USB-C von einem USB-A-Hub der an einem Standrechner hing war der erste Versuch bei uns. Erwartungsgem klappte das nicht, obwohl Windows per Gerusch sogar meldete, dass ein Gert angeschlossen wurde — es wollte aber partout nicht als Bildschirm auftauchen. Auch mit einem Android-Smartphone wollte es nicht funktionieren. Ein Apple Tablet hingegen, dass eigentlich erst mit dem nchsten Systemupdate diese Fhigkeit erlangen sollte, stellte direkt ein Bild auf dem Monitor da. Hier ist also Ausprobieren angesagt — nach unserem Kenntnisstand sind Kompatibilittsprobleme hier aber nicht dem Bildschirm anzukreiden.
Der Preis ist in Ordnung, wenngleich auch nicht super gnstig, wenn man bedenkt, dass einfache Tablets in hnlichen Regionen liegen.
Das Display wird sehr gut verpackt geliefert. Mit dabei sind
– Netzadapter mit kurzem (1m), aber tauschbarem Kabel
– Universeller einfacher Tablet-Stnder
– Ein kurzes USB-C zu USB-C Datenkabel
– HDMI zu Mikro-HDMI-Kabel
Nicht dabei sind eine Anleitung und ein Verbindungskabel fr iPhone.
Das Display liefert ein brillantes Bild, welches in der Sonne allerdings stark spiegelt. Also eher nichts fr den Garten.
Tests:
1. Windows-PC via HDMI Kabel. Funktioniert problemlos. Die Auflsung ist allerdings winzigklein, hier mte in den Systemeinstellungen nachjustiert werden, was man natrlich nur bei dauerhafter Nutzung machen mchte.
2. iPad Air 4 via USB-C-Kabel. Funktioniert bedingt. Das iPad-Display wird zwar angezeigt, aber mit einem dicken schwarzen Rand drum herum.
3. Raspberry Retropie via HDMI. Funktioniert prima. Meines Erachtens der noch sinnvollste Nutzen fr dieses Produkt.
Die Brauchbarkeit hngt also ganz stark vom geplanten Zweck der Nutzung ab. Gnstig ist das Display nicht. Fr diesen Kurs bekommt man fast schon ein gnstiges Tablet.
This is a good quality monitor with vibrant colours, clear screen and fast response. Perfect for watching videos or movies. The screen isn’t touch, it’s only a monitor so wouldn’t be ideal for playing games. I was hoping to use it on my phone when travelling or as a second screen for my laptop.
We struggled to actually connect it. It didn’t support our two android phones, nor our TV but it did connect on our new laptop. My phone is a galaxy from last year so I was surprised it didn’t connect. It connected fairly quickly to the laptop via the hdmi cable. The laptop took a few minutes to respond to it, the screen froze whenever we’d do something on the laptop until it just settled ok.
So one thing I would recommend is checking that your phone or laptop supports the connectivity mentioned on the listing info.
Overall I recommend it.
I cannot pretend that I am an expert at everything, and certainly monitors are not something I can speak of in that way – but what I can say is that it is a very handy and flexible device!
The way you can power it I find innovative as well, and when I’ve powered it by my USB port when connected to my phone, I found it was charging my phone up. Whether it was meant to do that, I don’t know, but convenient it certainly was.
The picture is good, and watching online videos and such becomes a much more pleasant experience. And with the range of devices you plug into it it’s just become one of those really handy pieces of tech you have around. I have also connected it up as a second screen on a laptop too.
The stand is decently stable and discreet, easy to use.
As a 10in screen, is it worth 119 – possibly. I know these portable monitors aren’t generally cheap I looked into them a little before. I have not tried an iPhone on it but it might work with an adapter.
The sound is OK – but then it has a headphone socket which can also function as an audio output of course.
For the sheer element of convenience and flexibility this brings, it’s five stars from me!

This is an amazing little monitor. It looks and feels like a tablet, but is much lighter as it doesn’t have a battery or other tablet electronics. It’s extremely light, higher than FHD resolution and a really good range of brightness. There’s a very compact stand if you want it as a simple little display but there are also holes on the back for a Vesa mount if you want it in a more permanent position.
Cables for HDMI and USB-C sources are supplied, as is a USB power supply and connecting wire. It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack that I haven’t tried.
The display does run at 1920x1280px at 60Hz with no problem. The screen follows the common trend of being glossy and reflective, rather than matt, which could cut down the reflections in a light room.
When connected through a USB-C to USB-C cable from a powerful enough source it doesn’t require any other power. When it was connected to my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra it just worked as an extension screen. Similarly with a Lenovo laptop.
If your device provides insufficient power through the USB-C port you can power it up with the power supply that is provided.
It does everything a small portable monitor should and does it very well.
I am not an expert but this mobile monitor is decent quality build with good sturdy finish and no defects ,and I like that even when bit rudimental. Straight from the box it’s easy to set up and getting working just like that in seconds .This screen support thunderbolt 3.0 (usb-c 3.1 ,no driver required) good working standards these days I guess..Anyway , hardware wise as input output you will be getting USBC 2 USBC or USBC to HDMI options to choose from and both work flawlessly.(all USBC cables included).. Anyway,screen wise and the same image quality is quite good and you can observe high definition picture with more than satisfactory refresh rate ,and black colour depth +other geek factors .Also worth mentioning is the sound quality which is nice too and easy to listen .Overall this is one nice 10 inch starter pack for mobile application.
