Can’t believe I didn’t get one of these any earlier. I have lots of free weights so just needed this to be thrown in the mix. Now my dumbbells & barbell bar get put to much better use. Size is perfect, I’m 5′ 9″ and 70kg and this thing is absolutely perfect with bench pressing 60kg, or reverse crunches, no squeaking or moving etc. It comes in ‘biggest pieces’ already so just have to put them together, takes 5-10 mins max and then to put it away just 2 mins to loosen it up, and folds up incredibly neatly. Materials look and feel solid, good craftsmanship all around & I spent quite a while researching before buying. Lastly, my wife completely forgot that it was there until she spotted it under the bed weeks and weeks later, it can literally fit into tightest storage spaces & it’s out of the way!
Quite decent bench for the price, a little short in my opinion for some exercises but it has the advantage that does not take much space in the room, so still ok to do loads of exercises. It quite robust and easy to assamble removing to screws to bend it.
I was very pleased with my WINNOW Weight Bench as it was just what I needed a basic flat bench to do my dumbbell flies, presses, triceps dips & more. It was as simple as ABC to put together with tools & instructions supplied & the sturdiness & quality is fantastic for the price. Also, I found the fact that you can fold it away is very helpful & it also has a handy carry handle that comes in useful & it’s also very light to carry. If I was to have one little niggle it would be that the legs would be so much quicker to fold down if they had spring-loaded pull-pin locking releases for the legs instead of the two screw locking type. But apart from that, it is perfect & I feel money has well been spent.
Very easy to put together my 7 year old helped. It’s also very sturdy and comfy. Great value for money easy to fold down and carry about can’t wait to use this along with my workouts
I’m 182cm / 90kg and bought this for tricep dips and light weight training. It’s long enough to comfortably lie back on and support your head, but may be on the slightly narrow side. It’s also a good height to kneel on for dumbell rows.
Probably not suitable for those wanting to benchpress large weights – check the weight limit…
I like the compact size as it doesn’t take up too much space in my “gym”.

Decent small compact bench. Seems sturdy enough. I’ve worked with 80kg of weight on it and I weigh 70kg and it felt solid enough. Could have more grip to the feet as they are plastic and slide a bit on smooth flooring.

Once put together it seems sturdy enough. The metal is not that thick, about 3mm, but seems thinner in some places. I was wary of overtightening bolts as I’m pretty sure I would have been able to warp the metal. The plastic feet are no good on a hardwood floor or lifting platform, too slippery. Not a long bench, your bum will be right at the end, even if you’re not tall. If you are tall I doubt this would be the right bench for you. It is light and easy to move around. Legs are secured with threaded bolts with knobs, a bit of a slow process, which is unfortunate as it folds to a nice size. Detent pins would have been much preferable. Overall, not a bad bench for the price.
The bench came quickly, but didn’t have any screws or bolts to put it together. Contacted the company on Amazon and they sent the missing parts. This took another 7days.
Assembly was simple, but the bench is quite short and wobbly on a hard floor.
Good value for money, still happy to have purchased.
Bought this bench to help with home workouts during COVID. Have to say, it’s very sturdy, holds my body weight no problem (90kg). Would I buy this bench again if given the choice? Absolutely.
We live in an apartment and with lockdown meaning no gym, I wanted a bench that was sturdy for home use. I ordered a different bench initially but it was way too bulky and it seemed to require an AWFUL lot of assembling. I didn’t feel like spending an additional 45 for some stranger to come and assemble it for me. So I returned it and opted for this one. Only took me about 15 minutes in total (I think there are only 8 screws) and it’s very sturdy. Plus it folds away nearly and has a snazzy carrying handle. You can also unfold only one side if you need a slanted option. It’s brilliant in every way! Highly recommend.
Excellent for heavy dumbeell work. Well sturdy and a great price. Folds to a good small size for easy storage,and takes less than a minute to assemble from folded position. Well worth every penny in these non gym days.

I bought this and then realised it didn’t incline or decline. But I decided to look on youtube for alternative exercises that work the muscle groups the same as at the gym with incline and decline. Some are simple change of hand grip rotation. Others are to use bands. But I am now all set to carry on with my fitness journey with gyms closed yet again.
The bench seems sturdy, well made and was easy to build. It takes seconds to undo the handle screw on each leg which pins it in place, open or close the legs and then replace the locking handle screw back in the other socket. That really is it. The whole setting up and putting down is undoing two handle screws and replacing them with the legs moved. When building I almost put one leg on the wrong way around. So be aware that the legs are put on with a slight flare outwards not inwards.
The instructions show how to build it from scratch but it is partially built for you. The only steps left are to put the leg bar and leg floor rest bat together with 2 screws, washers and self locking nuts each leg assemply. Then ine linger screw through the bench and leg, washer and locking nut to join the leg to the bench. Once that is done to both leg assembleys all that is left is to use the round, plastic handled screws to lock the legs in whichever position you want.
My only observation that could be a negative for some is that it may fold flat but it isn’t a thin flat. The pictures show it as if it is thinner and can fit under a bed etc.it doesn’t fit under any of the beds in my home. I didn’t need it to so it doesn’t bother me. Just maybe be away that it is rather thick with the legs folded. The top and bottom are slightly rounded so it may struggle to be secure when stood upright. If leaning it upright agains a wall I would probably find a cheep way to secure it. Maybe some O ring screws into the wall either side and a bit of rope with hooks each end so that it is quick to access but it can’t fall? Just an idea!
This is really light. My trombone in its case is twice as heavy. So they are not kidding about it being light weight.
The padding is not too soft. It isn’t rock hard either. I’d say it is about right. My gyms ones are a tad softer but that might be because of how much use theirs get. Maybe theirs used to be more solid?!
I have weighted sand bags, an 8kg and 12kg. I did try to put the leg down and rest it on those either side of the leg assembly but I didn’t feel it was secure enough for me. I also tried to use it with one leg folded and no sand bags. That was even more wobbly and I also kept sliding down. So I wouldn’t recommend trying to make it do incline or decline against its design. The leg assembly really tented into my carpet too. Clearly if used like that for a long time or regularly it would end up shredding my carpet to bits. So if you don’t want to look on youtube for alternative exercise reps to work out as if you had done incline/decline then don’t buy this one and keep looking for one that can incline/decline by design. There are also some really good flat bench exercise videos on youtube. Some use just the bench and body weight, others use dumbbells and other barbells. Think I saw one with kettlebells. I guess weighted balls could also be used along with a bench.
This is not huge. It isn’t as long as some I’ve used but it is long enough for myself and my son who is taller than me at 6 foot. The carry handle is well placed and does make it easy to take anywhere indoors or out. Best thing I have bought in lockdown other than the weight set.
Bought as a late Christmas present, arrived much earlier than expected. Very helpful and responsive customer service. Very positive feedback from the recipient.
Was easy to set up, easily fits under sofa to stowaway and easy to carry.
Good to use for various exercises, only dislike is that it stays on one level, cant adjust it to tilt etc.
Overall if your looking for an exercise bench that stays one level and easy to transport and put away, this is the bench for you
My son has been after one of these for a while but he couldn’t afford it, so me as his mum purchased him it for his birthday!
I chose this particular one because its folds flat for easy of storage when not in use.
He was so happy with it and appreciative, bless him.
He can now start building himself back up again!

I purchased this as part of my gym refurb to have in the free weights area. The bench is perfect really, no complaints. Easy to store away but we leave it out. Comfortable when excercising.

I found this one and noticed the max load of 300kg compared to the 220 of the DOMYOS. The bench was delivered very quickly (within 2 days) and was easy to assemble. The bench is very sturdy and I’ve found it be the perfect size (I’m 5ft 8). I’ve put around 200kg on the bench so far and it has showed no signs of weakness. My only criticism is that I’m not a fan of using the screws to lock the legs in position, I would of preferred a lock pin that the DOMYOS uses but it does work fine.

Bought this bench with no reviews to look at, however it ticked all the boxes for me,foldable, not heavy,but thick metal used ( the metal does not bend in when tightening bolts as some Chinese benches ive bought !! the total weight is stated which I wont be going up to ( a lot) its very comfy and looks good,faster delivery than stated,ime 200 lbs and bench press over 50 kg for an hr,holds me easy with no creeks,easy to set up with a clever design,yep ime over the moon with this very affordable bench,ive nothing negative to say but believe me if there was ide say it !!! thankyou supplier for a brill addition to my home gym ))

Lsst sich flach zusammenklappen, knnte allerdings an den Fen rutschfester gestaltet sein. Stelle sie auf eine Gymnastikmatte, dann rutscht nichts!

When you’re lifting very heavy weight you can sometimes feel a slight rocking but nothing that will put you off.
It’s great for all types of exercises and really helped me work out at home!
