- Too many locked videos in the memory card will cause loop recording not to work, so please format micro SD card termly in case of locked videos occupied much capacity, release them necessarily;
- Please set [Timezone] before setting Date/Time.

- iOS / Android Devices: search “LuckyCam” on App Store or Google Playstore;
- Please use original accessories provided by us, just in case of compatible issues after using others’, especially use 2 or 3 in 1 cigar socket will lead to 100% insufficient current supply;
- It is recommended to use Samsung, U3 TF SD card or original SD card to avoid incompatibility problems. Please change micro SD card〔Class10(10MB/sec) required〕 format to FAT 32 on PC(Micro SD card is NOT included in box) if use micro SD card capacity > 32GB
- The available distance of the WIFI connection is 9-15ft, and it will be automatically disconnected if exceeds this distance .

1.Can’t turn on automatically?⇨It may caused by the poor connect of the magnetic part in the bracket, you can wipe the magnetic thimble then back it .
2.Rear camera can’t display?⇨Check whether the 4 pin connector or AV connector on the dash cam is loose. Or tell us if still failed.
3.It doesn’t update time automatically?⇨Please set [Timezone] before setting Date/Time.
4.How to enter/exit playback mode?
Press the Power button to stop recording -> Long press “M” button to Photo mode -> Long press “M” button to Video mode -> Long press “M” button to back to Recording mode.

I have been using mine for a few months with no problems. Good quality picture, my rear camera is actually installed on the inside of my window not outside and you are still able to see a clear picture.
