I won this digital gift card on a game. The girl sent me the code for it and it didn’t work! We tried again and again but it wouldn’t work! In the end the girl had to give me 10 to buy another one from my account! As she used her account to buy it and then sent me the code. So I had to buy another one which worked luckily, but I have no idea what happened with the first one?! The girl contacted Amazon customer support but got nowhere so we gave up and brought another one! Be careful wen you buy the digital ones as if it doesn’t work you get no help (u cud contact Microsoft) but I don’t know what they could do? As I said they weren’t very helpful wen she contacted them so 10 was wasted

Got it delivered straight away on my email, tried to redeem it directly on the Xbox 360 unsuccessfully to later realise that is no longer possible to redeem it there but instead had to redeem the 25-digit code in the Microsoft online store. All I had to do was log in using the account I wanted to top up. Also I had to change my location back to United Kingdom otherwise it wouldn’t go through. Overall I am satisfied.
