XP-PEN Artist13.3 Pro is not the standalone product. It must be connected to a pc/laptop to work.
- What type of interface you need for connection?
Your computer needs to have HDMI and USB ports available for the connection, if not, you need an adapter to convert for the connection.
Please confirm the Black USB Cable and the HDMI Cable completely plug into your computer. For the Red USB Cable, if your computer cannot supply enough power, please plug it to the wall plug.

The replacement pen nibs are stored in the pen holder, please open it and you will see the pen nibs.

Before install XP-PEN’s driver, please remove other brand’s driver from your computer and reboot, otherwise this might cause the conflict problems.

Been using for about two years I guess, good latency, accuracy, pressure range, and wheel is very nice for skipping through animation frame by frame.
Has one usb-c cable that splits up down the line to power and hdmi so no cable clutter, can be powered from usb port or wall plug.
Drivers also work well and have good functions (binding keys, pressure curve, monitor colour settings).
Could do with smaller bezels and occasionally driver shortcut changes/settings aren’t registered.
Used with Krita/Clip studio paint/TVpaint/Autodesk sketchbook/Blender on a windows device.
Personally would suggest getting a drawing tablet without a monitor if you have a decent monitor but you do you.

Excellent little tablet, especially for the price. Great support too – had an issue and emailed their support address for help. Quick response (5 minutes!) and the issue was sorted that evening.
Dessinateur amateur depuis quelques anne, j’ai saut le pas vers cette tablette. C’est ma 1ere tablette graphique avec cran intgr, jusqu’ maintenant j’ai dessin sur plusieurs produit mais non spcialis dans le dessin ex: surface pro, surface go et galaxy tab. Ici les tracs sont plus prcis et le ressenti au toucher est plus proche d’une feuille de papier ce qui me convient mieux, j’avais du mal a me faire a la glisse sur les cran “brillant”. les boutons de raccourci et la molette sont top et un vrai plus.

Depuis plusieurs mois, je me suis familiaris avec cette tabette. Le seul reproche est qu’il n’est pas tactil au doigt, nous ne pouvons donc pas zoomer sur une zone prcise de manire intuitive.

Cette tablette est excellente ! On reconnat bien l le srieux de XP PEN ! Je l’utilise pour mes BD depuis 6 mois, je ne suis pas du !
Un bmol, mais qui concerne beaucoup de tablettes, le nombre de prises brancher et la fragilit de la prise mle de la tablette.
Il y a eu une mise jour du pilote il y a quelques jours, depuis je suis oblig de recalibrer le stylet aprs chaque branchement.
Mais je suis ravi de cet achat ! Ma prochaine, une tablette plus grande de chez XP PEN !
La superficie dello schermo morbido e lievemente ruvido, quindi non da quella sgradevole sensazione di trascinare la penna sul vetro. Oltretutto la rotellina laterale davvero comoda per zoommare, anche se non funziona con tutti i programmi, ma quello non credo sia colpa della tavoletta.
L’unica cosa, che come tutte le tavolette con lo schermo, piuttosto delicata, e dopo 4 mesi che la accendevo e la spegnevo di continuo, ha incominciato a darmi qualche problema. Ma l’assistenza stata gentilissima, velocissima (nei suoi tempi, perch se ho capito bene hanno la sede in China, quindi almeno 6 ore per rispondere ce le mettevano) e soprattutto sono stati ultra disponibili per aiutarmi a risolvere il problema.

This is my first drawing tablet and I am very impressed its really easy to use and although the set up has quite a few steps, the instructions are easy to follow. The screen is like drawing on paper, it is not so shiny that the pen would slide around and the image quality is great! I have not yet set up which buttons control what as I’m not sure how but that doesn’t affect the use in any way. It is a perfect size for using on my lap as this is how I prefer to draw. I would certainly recommend this tablet!
My daughter is very happy of it and costs half of the similar Wacom tablet. Great for beginner. The only drawback is the screen surface – it catches scratches very quick.

Auch die Software funktioniert unter Windows sehr zuverlssig und der Stift fhlt sich sehr gut in der Hand an. Wer jedoch wirklich viel zeichnen will sollte in Betracht ziehen sich einen extra Stnder zu kaufen, da der mitgelieferte nicht wirklich konstant/stabil genug dafr ist.
Ho comprato questa tavoletta da affiancare al mio MacBook Pro 16 pollici per implementare e perfezionare la postproduzione delle mie foto. uno strumento molto utile per effettuare scontorni, creare maschere di livello precise, effettuare cleaning della pelle. Sono tutte cose che con mouse risultano fastidiose e macchinose, con questa tavoletta invece un piacere fare anche le cose pi noiose.
Installazione facile e veloce. Si pu evitare di collegare la tavoletta alla corrente e si pu alimentare direttamente dal computer, a patto che esso sia a sua volta collegato alla corrente, la tavoletta pappa molta energia!
Non mi fanno impazzire errore di parallasse e pressione: se si tiene la penna ben dritta praticamente inesistente, ma quando si d una certa angolazione pu sfasare.
La pressione allo stesso tempo non sempre precisissima.
Tuttavia per il prezzo che ha non si pu chiedere di meglio. Grazie a quest’oggetto ho ritrovato la voglia di disegnare! Fantastico.
Ps.: Sono mancino, non ho avuto problemi a settare lo schermo al contrario per avere i tasti sulla destra e non sulla sinistra

En Windows 10 me ha funcionado a la primera en mis tres equipos.
Je n’ai pas encore l’appareil en main. Mais je n’en reviens pas de la rapidit avec laquelle l’appareil m’a t envoy.

Prodotto qualitativamente veramente valido, robusto, di “sostanza”. Ottima visibilit, piacevole e pratico nell’utilizzo. Unica pecca i cavi un p troppo corti, che ti obbligano a lavorare piuttosto vicino al pc.
La tavoletta grafica XP PEN pro davvero ben fatta ad un prezzo molto competitivo sul mercato.
Lleg super rpido. La tableta tiene una buena imagen, es muy fcil de manejo. El pen es super-cmodo. Estoy satisfecha con esta tableta.
I bought this for my daughter as an upgrade to her Ugee drawing pad. She has been using this for 3 weeks and absolutely loves it. The screen is impressive, being much brighter and more vibrant than the computer monitor it replaced. The 5 stars awarded here are actually for the quality and speed of service by the manufacturer, who promptly replaced the stylus when it became defective on the first day of use.

Per chi ha problemi con la ruota,o non le funziona,solo deve scaricare di nuovo i driver dalla pagina XP-Pen cercando il modello.
I don’t plug into any power supply and just use the usb on my laptop as I have plenty on there to cope.
I don’t really use the buttons that much as I have my cordless keyboard set up most of the time and find that easier than trying to remember what I’d programmed to a button.
The pen has a nice weight to it and thickness. I would like it if they had some felt nibs as I find those work well and feel better to draw with.
I use with several programs like Illustrator and Photoshop as well as animation. This works well and so much better than a standard drawing tablet.
I would like a better stand but the one that comes with it is ok.
le stylet est de bonne fabrique et la bote de rangement dispose de 8 mines de rechange. Il y a les adaptateurs secteurs dans la bote et la tablette en elle mme est super lgre !
C’est ma premire tablette a cran, avant j’avais une intuos small de Wacom donc autant vous dire que la diffrence est d’autant plus flagrante que de passer d’un cran 60hz vers 144hz.
Si vous avez seulement un seul port HDMI et dj deux crans n’oubliez pas de prendre un adaptateur HDMI vers display port !
Super tablette, et le service client au top aussi.
Je suis illustratrice et franchement c’est un super investissement.

I’ve been a Wacom user since the days of the Amiga but wanted to upgrade to a display tablet. Haved read and watched some reviews for the XP-Pen I decide to take a gamble on it and I’m incredibly pleased I did. The display itself is first rate with excellent colour that calibrated perfectly to match my main display. The feel of the pen on the surface is lovely and smooth without being too slippery and the accuracy is extremely good.
I did notice that occasionally I would get a false 100% pressure mark when holding the pen tilted above but not touching the surface. I wondered if this was a configuration issue and contacted support via their online chat. It was quickly confirmed I had a faulty pen and I was asked to email me order details over. This was on a Friday evening and later that evening I had a reply asking for confirmation of my address for a replacement pen to be delivered, with an estimate of the following Tuesday. It actually arrived Sunday and fixed the minor issue I experienced.
Overall an excellent product and when I needed support it was there in abundance quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
Arrivata esattamente nei tempi indicati, il cartone esterno del pacco era un po’ aperto, ma il prodotto non ha subito danni.
L’ho testata un giorno e mi sta piacendo moltissimo; si installa facilmente (ho windows 8), la penna ottima e funziona tutto perfettamente. Quindi prima impressione davvero positiva.
Es la primera tableta grfica que compro.
Mi hija est encantada, la instalacin fue sencilla, tiene buena precisin y la pantalla una dimensin perfecta.
Premire tablette pour moi. Conforme mes attentes. Avec un peu d’entrainement pour matriser toutes les fonctionnalits ce ne sera que du bonheur.
From there I emailed XP-PEN’s support service and I was not disappointed. In three days they figured out my problem and are sending me a replacement stylus as we speak. I am very happy and impressed with their customer service!
For anyone who might have a similar problem with this product, I hope you read it and soon realise that you don’t have to be disappointed with lost functionality and look to their support for help.
Daughter loves to draw and also uses it to complete coursework at home. Bargain for what you get. Wee tip don’t buy any cases for it online until you’ve seen the actual size as it’s quite a bit bigger than a 15.6″ case for a laptop.
I have no issues with the XP-Pen. I plugged it in, I switched it on and it started working straight away. I’ve been using it for just under six months now and haven’t run into any problems at all. It came with a glove to stop my greasing up the screen, a pen with extra nibs, and a whole host of connections (because of my computer setup I did have to buy an extra connector to fit in the back of my particular PC, but mine was a home build which uses Mini-hd ports for all monitor outputs). It responds well enough for me. If there’s a lag, I really don’t notice it. In hindsight, I might have gone for the next size up for a bigger image but for the price it’s great. There are hotkeys on the tablet for things like zooming in and out, what more could you need?
I’m semi-professional and I get what I need out of it. If you’re a real professional, you might stick with a Wacom or an iPad.
Never owned a drawing monitor before in my life and have this one a shot when it was on sale, couldn’t resist and no regrets, its enjoyable to sue everytime, its feels nice to draw on, it’s like digital paper for artists – i have not stopped using since i bought it. best investment for my art career and production work flows much better and faster.
The XP-Pen lineup blends both a budget price tag with a premium feel. I couldn’t fault how well made it was and how they seemed to think of everything from the tactile click of the knob to the grips on the bottom of the stand.
However, if i were to provide constructive feedback, i had to turn off the pen buttons as they’re too sensitive to touch, and the pen can occasionally get stuck in eraser mode. Other than that, a fantastic device!
Precision + pressure detection is fantastic, I use Krita and it was basically plug and play for that, I didn’t have to futz with the settings at all.
Screen brightness can be turned all the way up, though I tend to keep mine dimmer for my eyes, and the colours are very vibrant
The 8 extra nibs included with the pen are fantastic, and unless you’re really heavy handed, should last you a good long while.
The screen protector doesn’t compromise the quality of the image at all, and it definitely gives me a bit of piece of mind when it comes to those micro scratches a tablet picks up over time.
The cable situation is a little clunky, you need the hdmi + both usbs plugged in. (Or one usb + the mains), but it’s really not too bad.
The tablet is a little heavy, but so are any good quality tablets really.
The only thing I’m not in love with is the stand, as it only has one setting, and that one doesn’t really work for me.
This tablet is half the price of the wacom cintiq pro I’d been considering for a while, and frankly matches it toe-to-toe in specs, AND it has programmable buttons. The only thing it’s missing is the “rubber” on the end of the wacom pen, but once again, that really doesn’t bother me
I’d always wanted a drawing tablet to do hand lettering designs on but never been able to afford an IPad. I took a risk with the X pen but so glad I did as the drawing tablet is truly amazing and works incredibly well! It feels just like drawing on paper. I have a Samsung tabpro S laptop and tablet in one that I connect it to and it did take a bit of time and tweaking with settings etc to get it working smoothly without taking too much battery but it works amazingly now I’ve got it set up! Also delivery was very fast for me :).
The quality of the screen is very high and the build itself feels sleek and sturdy. The anti glare coating is awesome as you can work without fear of lights interfering. The red dial is a wonderful addition to the tablet as it allows the most natural and efficient access to zooming in and out and scrolling up and down. The 8 express keys are also extremely useful and allow for a seamless experience when creating.
The build is the perfect size for somebody who has limited space but prefers the medium working space. I personally felt like the 12 inch version would have been a little too small whereas this version is what I would expect a small laptop would be like. I prefer to zoom in and work on my pieces so the extra space from the 15 inch version would of just resulted in taking up more desk space- this version is compact but also big enough to draw effectively on. The build is also fairly lightweight and I can see travelling with it being a piece of cake.
The pen is lightweight and may be off putting for users who are used to battery powered styluses. With a little practice it is easy to get the hang of and is not noticeable when working. I love the stand the pen comes in and the additional nibs thrown in is much appreciated, i imagine especially so for those who bust through nibs quickly.
The tablet also comes with a stand in the box. Albeit a fairly basic stand, it does the job. It only has one height level above completely flat so I will likely be looking for a replacement as i prefer the ability to change the angle i work at. However, this is personal preference and will be different for everyone so it’s not a deal breaker. Setup was easy to understand and the little additions in the box are a nice touch – a cleaning cloth and a glove to prevent smear marks whilst leaning on the screen.
Overall I really love this product and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality medium sized pen display.

Now my only gripe with this product is the delivery service. I really wish XP-Pen gave customers the choice of courier because HOLY HELL it was a nightmare getting this delivered. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service from DHL Express.
This was supposed to arrive on August 16th. I have only just received it on August 21st due to DHL Express messing me about with delivery times and changing the information about my parcel. The tracking system is abysmal and Amazon and DHL clearly do not update each other on what’s going on until hours/days after the information should have been updated.
DHL does not offer accurate tracking info and do not update you off of their own accord. I ended up making several phone calls to their customer service line which is a premium line meaning you’re charged to chase up a parcel you should have received days prior.
I also think it’s worth mentioning if you decide to purchase this that XP-Pen put long delivery windows on the products to accommodate for potential issues but when contacted about late deliveries they do not do anything. I tried repeatedly and was met with what felt like automated responses. Regardless of what i told them they would just brush me off with ‘Please wait longer’ and I felt that it was disrespectful considering I was the one doing all of the communication for both DHL and XP-Pen/Amazon which a customer should not have to do.
The whole experience was extremely stressful as I did not know whether I was going to even receive my product or not and if that had been the case that would have been a big amount of money to lose. Just be aware that this could happen if you purchase and DHL is assigned as your courier service.

Other than that the tablet is fantastic and budget friendly for artists who cannot afford Wacom. Everything works beautifully and I have no issues with the product itself.
