This is a good all round guitar. I especially like the golden colour and the glossy finish, it makes it look more expensive. Great tone, very nicely made.
En realidad no hay nada destacable en la guitarra. Es buena y hasta ah. Si la piensas comprar por su funcin electroacstica no lo hagas, no es su fuerte en lo absoluto.

Buena relacin calidad-precio, excelente para principiantes como yo que queremos aprender a tocar guitarra, el acabado me gust mucho, lamentablemente tuve que devolver la primer guitarra que enviaron por un defecto, Amazon se hizo completamente responsable y me enviaron otra sin costo, estoy completamente satisfecho.
guitarra comoda de tocar aunque a mi me vino con la accion bastante alta …necesita de un repaso en los trastes y el mastil te deja los dedos desteidos..pero por ese precio no creo que haya nada mejor en el mercado..
La realidad es que la compr con un ofertn y me sali con un 40 % de descuento. La parte medular que son la maquinaria, el puente y la construccin en general son buenas, me sorprendi. La caja de la guitarra no es tan grande y por ende su resonancia no es tan alta, pero est bien. El octavado: firme, los traste: bien y la altura de la cuerdas es correcta. La guitarra no tiene alma, as que es muy importante ser cuidadoso en cmo y en dnde la van a poner en reposo si no se cuenta con un case o con un stand. Digo esto porque con el tiempo el brazo va cediendo y luego va a ser muy complicado octavarla y afinarla correctamente. No es un instrumento para dejarlo encima de la cama mientras te vas a comer.
La parte de la pastilla no la he probado, no soy de los que les guste grabar por lnea “direct to board”. Soy de la vieja escuela de grabar con un buen micrfono y un preamp. Si lo tuyo es tocar en la iglesia o en un bar, no veo problema, solo que necesitars un ampli que te brinde la potencia que buscas.
Para practicar funciona perfecto.

Trs bel instrument, les cordes nilon ne font pas mal aux doigts et le son est excellent, mme sur l ampli.

Una de las mejores guitarras, en cuanto a sonido, estructura, su calidad me sorprende, me llego con unos golpes supongo que fue parte de paqueteria, pero en general una excelente guitarra :)))

Schon die sehr sorgfltige Transportverpackung zum Kufer fllt positiv auf. Auch der erste Eindruck war sehr gut und der Wunsch, die Gitarre gleich einmal von allen Seiten zu begutachten, zu stimmen und die Klangflle zu hren war beeindruckend. Form, Farbglanz und die Verarbeitung sind ohne Makel. Die Klangflle ber das Tonabnehmersystem kann ich – in Ermangelung eines Verstrkersystems – jedoch noch nicht beurteilen. Beim Kauf wurde ich in keiner Weise enttuscht und kann bedenkenlos diese Gitarre empfehlen.

Tengo ms de 20 aos tocando guitarra clsica. Es la segunda Yamaha acstica que tengo. La primera de otro precio mucho ms alto. Esta segunda guitarra, la quiero porque viajo continuamente. La diferencia en sonido existe, sin embargo, no es problema. La ejecucin la encuentro un tanto ms accessible en esta guitarra. En fin, altamente recomendable.
Der Sound des Tonabnehmer ist bescheiden. Das funktioniert zwar, aber klanglich ist es eher farblos und blechen, oder wahlweise dumpf. Im Westerngitarre-Bereich gibt es klanglich bessere Angebote zu hnlichen Preisen. Trotzdem bereue ich den Kauf nicht und spiele offline und mit Verstrker und Looper gerne mit diesem doch schnen Einsteigerinstrument. Preis-Leistung ok. Lieferung/ Abwicklung war schnell und korrekt.

Perfectamente bien empaquetada y en su caja correspondiente a su tamao, es una excelente guitarra si vas empezando, cuerdas de Nylon suaves, y el material con el que esta hecho es realmente muy bueno, y con la gran ventaja de ser electro acstica, por el precio , vale mucho la pena
Pero ya tocando es muy cmoda, muy ligera y tiene muy buen sonido.
Aprend a tocar guitarra con cuerdas de metal y la verdad que, para m, es un alivio por fin poder seguir practicando con cuerdas de Nylon. Melodas muy cercanas, me encanta.
Mientras la he tocado no s si es un efecto visual pero los trastes del brazo los veo raros, pero todo bien. Espero que sea yo el del problema.
La seguir probando pero por ahora muy satisfecho.
ACTUALIZACIN 15/09/2020: Le tengo mucho cario ya a esta guitarra. Ya tuvo su primer cambio de cuerdas sin problema alguno. Lo que mencion de los trastes creo que efectivamente era yo el del problema.
Me gustara que tuviera ms trastes, pero para su peso y tamao comprendo que est hecha de esa forma.
Al da de hoy mantiene su calidad.

This will not break the bank, but on the other hand, you are rewarded with a great sound when you practice on this instrument and that is really essential in maintaining motivation when you are starting out. Too many people give up too early on account of unplayable guitars, for example with action to high (strings too far from the fretboard) or that refuse to stay in tune. Yamaha has been making quality beginner instruments for decades and this guitar gives back to those who want to give guitar a go.
The CX40II is the acoustic-electric version of Yamaha’s C40 which means that it has that extra bit of flexibility to plug in when jamming with louder instruments (steel-string dreadnoughts, electric guitars, banjos/banjoleles), or to add some punch with distortion and some big venue reverb. It just adds another dimension for the player. For this the pick ups are perfectly adequate, and for the extra little bit of money I would say it is worth it given that it is an instrument worthy of keeping longer term.
The only thing I would say is that the strings are only two months old but are already almost worn-through and in need of replacement. It has been played and enjoyed moderate use in that time, but that does not seem right. However, I would stay that that does not have anything to do with the quality of the guitar.
This guitar is good for beginners, the sound is alright unplugged but if you want to plug it to an amp or a audio recorder to record your music the system is not a good quality unfortunately.
Its a very extraordinary piece that is value for money too…

Al aire suena con un poco menos de volumen que las de tapa armnica maciza .
No he podido probarla an con amplificador pero pienso que es un buen plus para poder tocar con otros instrumentos.
Vino con su caja original (tipo triangular) metida en otra caja ms grande y fuerte, es decir bien protegida.
La guitarra suena amuy bien, la compr para un principiante y la verdad que son sorprendi el buen sonido que tiene.
Las cuerdas no son de mucha resistencia. Buen sonido en general.
A mi hijo le funcion muy bien para aprender a tocar.

Yo la recomiendo mucho. Con respecto a conectarlo a un amplificador, por ser de paso bajo, tienes que tener un buen amplificador para sacarle provecho.

Lleg sin problemas , bien empaquetada , a tiempo y en excelente estado. El producto es tal cual; estoy muy contento con la compra. Para un principiante como yo es un instrumento a un accesorio uen precio y de una gran categora.
El sonido de los bajos se nota de calidad, y la resonancia es bastante buena. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para quien quiera una guitarra para principiantes, o para usos ocasionales, pero que tenga un odo que exija calidad. El puente y la tensin es bastante agradable. En resumen se toca “a gusto”
la fabricacin y acabados son inmejorables.

En todo caso, la cejuela del puente inferior la debes mecanizar para tu gusto,

La utilizo para entretenerme un rato con ella y porque soy productor de msica electrnica, y la utilizo tambin para introducir algunas cosas con ella en mis creaciones, ya que es electroacstica. Ecualizando bien, agregando delay y reverb, ajustando el tono… salen sonidos y punteos maravillosos. La he utilizado tanto con amplificador, como en mi tarjeta de sonido.

I required a classical acoustic guitar as it’s the only type I don’t already possess. The electro part was a bonus, so I chose this model. At this price point, I don’t expect the finish to be like my Gibson LP, but Yamaha are a good name. When the instrument arrived, the setup was perfect and the finish very good indeed. I may have been lucky this time (I’m not, usually), but I couldn’t find a thing wrong. This is a great guitar and was tuned and played within minutes of being unwrapped. Novices must remember that brand new strings stretch and take time to settle to a reliable state of tuning. Just keep a tuner handy and you’ll find that you’ll be using the tuner less frequently after about two weeks if you play daily. Better players may want to change the strings to a premium brand, but these actually sound rather good.
Bought this to try to improve my finger style guitar playing, a good guitar for the price (got it in the pre Christmas sale). I would recommend this for beginners or someone who only plays finger style occasionally, good quality for the price.
Guitar has a lovely classical sound very rounded and clear. It has a shorter neck consistent with a true Spanish classical guitar and is electroacoustic, not found anything this cheap and such good quality elsewhere. My eight year old is very happy with it and it has dramatically changed the quality of the music he plays. Just shows the quality of the instrument is very important, even at this young age.
Would highly recommend for any classical beginner to intermediate.

The sound isn’t that great (I’ve heard a lot worse!) and it’s a little quiet, but what do you expect for a hundred quid?!! It stays in tune and the intonation is ok.
