Great value. They come as a 3 piece set, two smaller wedges that stack together to make the same height as the third wedge.
They don’t slip on rubber but on say a wooden platform they would be unusable.
Used them for Squats up to 140kg and they have not deformed. Above that weight who knows.
I received this a bit earlier than stated so was happy with delivery. Having used several times I can say my squats have less difficult and more efficient. Excellent produc
These work well enough for my needs. They don’t appear to compress at all under a moderate amount of weight and feel very sturdy, my only complaint is that they could be a bit more grippy as I find myself sliding forwards during a set.
Compared to the “Slant Board” brand wedges, these are basically 90% as good, the branded ones have denser foam and that’s about it.
Ignore my 4star from before! I had sent the wedge board as a gift and was missing one board. Only to realise she hadn’t separated them …
It’s a great wedge board, light weight and far better than a slant board. My friend uses this for her ATG Program, definitely value for money!
These are a fraction of the cost of a slant board yet more versatile and portable easily thrown into gym bag for use as squat wedges or for calf stretching, can be stacked for varying heights and angles, seen well made for what they are. All good from what I can tell and a great addition to any home gym or gym bag. If you’re looking for something for your knees over toes training look no further.
I ended up buying two sets so I now have two at 10 and two at 20, this was perfect for my TRX and deep squats, and weighted squats. I cannot recommend enough using angles blocks for squatting, helping with posture and performance.
Not sure why other sellers are charging more? Maybe these take a bit longer to be delivered but I can’t imagine the others are in any way superior.
These are sturdy, comfortably large enough for my size 9s. You might struggle if you’re a UK size 12 but might be OK. They look like they are made of a robust material and in a home gym sure theyll stand they test of time. Feel like they can handle a decent amount of weight without compressing but I won’t be using for heavy weights. Grip well enough when wearing trainers, haven’t tried bare foot.
In the few goes I’ve used them.for I’ve stacked 2 (large and one of the smaller) and they really feel like they target the quads and tear drop with minimal additional weight in the moderate rep zone.
Nice addition to the home gym and can take them to a commercial gym as they are light.
These are sturdy wedges which easily take my weight during squats (275lb). They don’t slip on dry surfaces and I love the fact that you can have a pair of wedges at two different heights for one low price.
I’m really only echoing what another reviewer has already said below, and that’s the fact that these are good to the point where it’s hard to work out what the more expensive versions can really do to justify being twice the price.
They’re very sturdy, with zero give, super lightweight, and feel robust.
Wasn’t sure about these being the cheapest ones I could find but after using them I doubt anybof the others could be any better. These are solid under weight, don’t slip either, very happy with them!
I have poor ankle mobility and deep hip sockets so my squat form was quite poor but having used these wedges for a month or so, I have notice significant improvements in my squat depth and form. They have been so useful and I use them regularly. The only issue is that they may slip on smooth floors so that would need to be considered before using them. All in all, a very useful product.
These wedges are fantastic. Light, but large enough & stable. They were cheaper than other options, so was a little worried, but they are absolutely fine.
I knew this was a one-piece but I do squats at home using the angled blocks to stand on so needed to buy two.
Easy to use but wear shoes because if you’re in socks you’ll keep slipping down.

One of these gives you two slant boards. Great for squats

Good shape and size. minor quibble that they’re slippy if you’re in socks.
