Would totally recommend this product. Have had no problems for 18 months. Woke up to an alarm beeping from the box. Contacted customer support who helped us rectify the problem. Their response was immediate and Slina has been extremely helpful. Many thanks to you my system is up and running again.

Installation easier than I thought, although had a couple of issues with one of the PoE cables and power adapter.
I emailed my concern to the service dept. My contact through out has been an advisor called Hugh, he has been great to liaise with, sort out my concerns and resolved the issue.

Had 8x of them put them around the house and had them around 6 months now and all has gone well, really good after care support from them and really proactive solving issues but rest assured there has only been one, but all sorted, app on the phone is great to have too!

Fantastic system . Upgraded from the 1080 and what a difference . Brucey bonus didn’t have to change the cables as they are the same between systems . I could not recommend this enough well done. Just had to add if you want all the features including playback on your phone just format the hard drive and Bosch your away . As I said superb system
I bought during a lightning sale some months ago, and just set it up a few days ago. – The kit supplied is comprehensive, and the instruction manual far better than the one that came with my previous Annke system.
The cameras are robust, of metal construction, and the screws/locknut for changing its angle are good quality, meaning that they don’t strip if the screwdriver spins up on them. – There’s a drilling template for each camera too, so that was a help.
When setting up, you need to remember you have eight large double cables with ethernet head on one to get from outside to inside. – If you’re not confident, get a tradesman to drill and run the cables for you. – You need a big hole to get ’em all through, and there’s likely to be repairs to do afterwards.
But when connected up, it runs superbly well on the screen it’s directly attached to. (Tip, buy a cordless mouse so you can control it without having to be next to the DVR box.) – There’s an easy to use interface, including a 4x and 8x zoom, with the 4x still leaving you with a full HD picture.
Night vision is decent, but I don’t feel it illuminates quite as far as stated on the box, but still is more than adequate. – The picture at night is very crisp, obviously in black and white.
But the system falls down with its remote-viewing software. – It does not allow UHD, instead leaving you with an SD/HD choice, and with no zoom facility, even when logged in ‘locally’ and streamed over your own network. – *IF* the manufacturers invested a little more in better PC/tablet/phone software, it’d be more than worth a 5* review.
Still, it is one seriously good CCTV system. 🙂
This is the first CCTV system I have had and would recommend as it’s good quality and easy to setup. Had a minor issue and contacted zosi who resolved the issue very quickly.
A great unit and cameras with good features and easy to set up. I only gave it 4 stars though because the app for remote monitoring is very poor. When you open the app, you have to click on a camera for it to go live – not great when you want to monitor multiple cameras.
Good cameras at very reasonable price. Had couple of faulty ones delivered which they replaced promptly. Good customer service from Zosi
This camera system was easy enough to install and get up and running. The only problem we had was getting the screens onto our phones but after contacting customer services we got it resolved easily with their emailed instructions. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Seems to be a really good system and we are happy so far.
i purchased the camera system for my own property and when i installed it i have a few problems with the DVR it kept freezing and restarting i contacted customer service’s and explained the problems to then and they were very helpful talk me though a possible solution but this didn’t work in the end i needed a replacement DVR and i received it 2 days later and works brilliantly the customers service team are really helpful and explain thing so thay are easy understand and would recommend the CCTV
Only one cable used to connect each camera so it does not need multiple electrical plug sockets as the digital cable supplies the power for the camera.
If you have a bit of common sense the system is very easy to set up and get running.
Picture quality is very high but remember to set you recording times.
I am more than happy with my Zosi 1080P home CCTV System. The customer service is second to none all you have to do is WhatsApp them and you have a more or less instant help reply. My contact has been called Rainbow – she is a credit to her Firm always ready to help. The picture quality is excellent.
Outstanding bit of kit. Wipes the floor with the Swann system we replaced. Also has 4 audio input which work great.
Got this as I needed More cameras, on the system I had only hold it 4, I’m glad I did it was amazing improvement.

Night vision has a range of up to 30m and 8 cameras will continuously record for 3 weeks before overwriting. Motion detection and PIR range are very good indeed.
Pictures quality is good but if you want to zoom pixels blast also zoom is not powerful i hope in future zosi is improving the quality as they given speciatio

Had a problem with the box that contains hard drive.
After a few questions from the seller new box and hard drive exchanged.All is now good again.

Bought this system to replace existing CCTV system and was easy to install, i did however have major problems with getting email alerts to work. I spent hours trying to get it to work. I then decided to email Zosi direct and I must say I was totally impressed with how quickly they responded and tried to sort out the problem. They sent several solutions to try and fix problem . Any emails I sent were answered within minutes and I must praise Nick Williams and also Slina who got me up and running and all working as it should be now, very impressed.
I would recommend this system and the support staff too.
I’ve had this system for a few months, it was easy to setup and install and when i forgot the logun password I contacted the Zosi team on facebook messenger who provided a first class service and support to help reboot my dvr and create a new password. Excellent service

If you’re not concerned with trailing and are competent installing a lot of cabling then this is an absolute bargain.
Have full view of my house perimeter on my tablet, phone and main tv. 10/10.
Dvr keeps rebooting even when set to never in the seting menu.other then that camera’s give an over all good night vision..and good picture in the day .dvr go’s in to reboot after an hour .if any other buyer experience this..
Excellent system….very easy to set up and get going… app works perfectly on phone as well……if you have any problems they have no problems helping you via email…..
