Everything was alright till few days ago. Now the start button and volume buttons are not working. Any support please?

There really is nothing to fault this product , sound ,display and battery life all good , and at a great price , easy set up too .
Bought this for my daughter who is enjoying it. It has a Good picture. She watches movies, plays games and other stuff sruff it with no issues
Have two of these tables and both of them are excellent in performance very fast and highly reliable, with large storage, highly recommend this tablet, also at a good price.

Ich habe das Tablet fr unseren Garten bestellt, damit wir dort Internet zum Musik streamen haben und damit man mal schnell etwas im Internet suchen kann. Einige Rezensionen kann ich hier leider nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Das Tablet kostet knapp 100 . Das muss einen beim Kauf bewusst sein, dass es nun mal nicht wie ein iPad funktioniert! Fr unsere Zwecke ist das Tablet vllig ausreichend. Das einlegen der SIM Karte hat wunderbar funktioniert. Als Zweitgert vllig ausreichend und zu empfehlen 🙂

Switching on, instant satisfaction! Extreme value for money! Glass screen, faultlessly bringing the amazing High Definition picture quality. Loaded with Android 10 and not plagued by extra Apps of no use, this Google Certified Tablet is a joy to use.
I’m sure 128 GB of RAM will be sufficient for my use, but if it isn’t I can add a Memory Card up to 256GB! The 6000mah battery lasts me all day and with a charger that only takes 3.5hrs to charge it’s brilliant. I have owned an iPad in the past and this Tablet comes very close to that in build quality and use. Thank you Padgene for my brilliant Tablet.

Excellent sound and picture quality is fantastic,this was well worth the money.
Dont be put off by not being a big name. Does everything a Samsung or iPad will do at a 1/4 of the price. Large storage too.
It also can be annoying when you open a game/post on social media and the orientation turns the page upside down, so you can’t easily get to the volume switch, as it’s now on the bottom.
But very small issues, and it’s a great product for the price.

It’s so easy to use and battery life is what it says can last most of the day depending on use. When not using it the battery won’t drain as others do.
My daughter has sever autism and she loved how easy it is to use for all her wee apps. Amazing colour and sound. I have even started using I for my university course and art classes brilliant tablet.
The memory is superb. Don’t need to keep checking if a game she wants or my university documents will download it takes the streets out of technology.
