I wanted a well priced, portable monitor for home working. Portable, not so i could take it with me places, but so that i could pack up my workspace which needs to be flexible. This monitor does the job perfectly. It was well packaged, good set up instructions and is a great second screen for work. No complaints at all.
First I must say I’ve always been sceptical with portable monitors. Until now.
The product comes wonderfully packaged, with detailed instructions on how to use it, all necessary cables and charger adapters and a beautiful cover/stand.
It’s super easy to use right out of the box, and I just tested it with my laptop and Steam Deck (to my surprise, there’s a built-in speaker which I didn’t know!) and it worked perfectly on both without lagging or ghosting.
I’m extremely excited with the possibilities and glad the reviews are true. Highly recommended!
Setting up the monitor was a breeze; it connected seamlessly to my laptop through the USB-C port. The display is crystal clear and offers a fantastic viewing experience. The sleek design and slim profile also make it highly portable and easy to carry around.
However, the only downside I found was the short power cord. It could have been a bit longer for more flexibility in positioning the monitor. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience does not detract from the overall quality and functionality of the product.
In summary, the Cocopar USB-C Portable Monitor is a great investment. Its easy setup, impressive quality, and portability make it an excellent choice for anyone in need of a second screen on the go. Just be aware of the short power cord.
The monitor arrived super fast and was so easy to set up. I love the picture quality and light weight. It is just perfect for my work and easy to move around especially if you travel a lot.
The screen is perfect allowing me to work away from the office but like I never left extending my laptop screen.
I also use it to watch films the picture quality is that good plus it comes with all the cables required.

Used for gaming on my Xbox in the living room. It’s super easy to get going and only requires the Xbox to be plugged in – which is amazing.
My only complaint would be brightness – which is a little low (even at 100, max settings).
Got this monitor on a deal at about 160 – so really feel like I have value for my money
I absolutely love this piece of kit. My work is all done via the cloud, which means I can work anywhere in the world providing I have an internet connection, however I do need 2 monitors to be effective. This little gem of a monitor really does the trick. It’s slim, lightweight and easily connects to my Macbook with the cables provided. Magic!

I used this monitor as a second screen with my laptop for a couple of weeks whilst working away. Was simple plug and play and worked immediately with my hp laptop. I will certainly be taking this on my future business trips. I would recommend this to anyone travelling and who prefers to work with two screens. I haven’t used it for watching films or gaming, so I can’t comment on its suitability for that, but great as a second work screen.

Great monitor, set up couldn’t be easier and one of the lightest on the market. After researching a few portable monitors I landed on this one and glad I did. Not only is it one of the best, but also in the lower cost range. I’m very pleased with this portable monitor, I have no complaints about it- Easy to install, many options to connect with my laptop (I ended up using the HDM1 option), it stands on its own without having the need of buying an extra stand, the display/picture quality is great, sound is great too…Buy it! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and functionality of the screen. Picture quality is great. Size is the perfect balance between larger screen size for convenience and being small enough to carry in hand luggage and use in hotels/co-working spaces. Easy to connect and if the laptop powers the screen you won’t even need the socket connection.

The screen folds up easily and slides into your laptop bag alongside your device very easily. In fact it folds up so cleanly it is genuinely a joy to unfurl the screen when you’re ready to work and see this comparatively huge amount of screen ready to work alongside your laptop in the blink of an eye. And as if the convenience of this item wasn’t already enough to satisfy you, you don’t need an additional power lead, just the included USB cable that comes included, and the monitor powers via your laptops battery.
This will never rival the best of the best monitors for screen quality. But that’s not why you’re buying it. Where this screen excels is it’s unparalleled portability and ease of use. Can’t recommend it more.
I bought a monitor to be able to take with me when I travel. It’s a great size for travelling. Screen has really nice colours and does not irritate eyes. It almost looks like matte which is great. It comes with a nice cover which means it’s always protected when stored in the backpack. I definitely recommend it.
I wanted to have a portable monitor when I go to work at the public library, and this totally does the job. It his light and thin, so can be easily carried in my backpack together with laptop and notebook. The quality of image is very good. Just connected the cable and was working. I use ubuntu (Linux) and windows, it work fine in both.

This is the second time purchasing this exact screen, around a year apart. I can not stress how valuable and fantastic this product is. The first unfortunately broke at no fault of the product, and I was without it for a few weeks.
I’m a developer, so I write a lot of code. When not at home, I struggle using only my laptop’s screen, constantly flickering between documentation and my editor. I also have to give presentations of solutions to clients, often in places such as coffee shops, with offices now becoming more of a rarity. So it’s super helpful to have a second screen so everyone on the table, no matter where they are sitting, can see.
I’ll start by saying I haven’t had a chance to test this fully but on I initial inspection the screen is crisp and good quality, the stand and cover is well built, the fact that you can power it and display it though one cable keeps it neat and means you don’t need to take up multiple sockets or cables.
I bought this to use for work when travelling but given it connects to your phone I can use it to watch films on the plane, so all round a very versatile product!

Used briefly with my daughter’s Nintendo switch and she loved the portable big screen. Then have moved on to using it daily as an additional monitor for my laptop as I work from home. It’s working really well, really simple to set up. No issues with it at all so far.
Great smooth, clear, high quality screen, very lightweight, easy to carry around. Sleek plug and cables. Maybe would be good to have an adjustable screen tilt but it’s very minor for me. The stand is sturdy otherwise.

Things I loved:

I suggest other buyers to get the right angle adaptors to declutter the desk and easily hide the cables.
Things I would improve:
* If you need to power-plug the screen (because you connect via USB-A) cables are a bit short in my opinion, but one can always get longer cables (there is a 6-feet option). I have a power bank under my desk so not a big deal.
* The magnetic stand allows only a fixed inclination angle, so if you need more flexibility I suggest to buy/get another screen stand. Same story if you want to use the screen in portrait mode.
* Sometimes, if I move the screen, the magnetic stand loses the grip but this may be due to the kind of surface of my desk
All in all a great product, I would buy it again. It’s too early to comment on durability, but the 2-year warranty is a good peace of mind.

I have been using this screen for the past 2 months and I absolutely love it. The picture quality is great and the lighting too. I use it for work and work with a lot of EXCEL spreadsheet and it is amazing. It is also light and comes with the front screen cover which also works as the stand – which is great – less accessories.

At the office and at home I’m used to using multiple monitors, so whenever I’m somewhere just with my laptop, I found it annoying to get work done with just the laptop screen.
This portable monitor has added so much flexibility for me being able to work in the living room or at my parents when visiting. Has also been great for 121 meetings at work where other person has their own screen to look at rather than us both looking at my laptop.
Screen quality is great and it’s very easy to set up, simply use the relevant cable, plug it in, then set your desired screen settings i.e if you want it to duplicate or extend.
Brightness does start off low by default, but there is an easy switch on the side to brighten it up.

Been using this for about 6 months as an extra screen while I have been travelling or working in coworking spaces. Has been a really handy product which fits in my backpack with my laptop and is very easy to use. Does the job absolutely perfectly and the USB-C to USB-C connection makes life even easier. It does use up some processing capacity so if you don’t have a top of the range computer and are running a lot of programs it can get a bit clunky but I am also a web tab hoarder so a bit my fault anyway. Highly recommend for the price!
The monitor is exactly what I was hoping for, the quality is excellent and most importantly it’s so easily transportable, I can carry it around with my 15″ mac very comfortably in a backpack which totally transforms my ability to work productively from anywhere!
The monitor is doing what its supposed to.
Brightness and colors are fine.
I use it in combination with Samsung DeX, which worked almost fine if the added HDMI cable wouldn’t have made trouble.
I’d like to mention, the delivered HDMI and USB-A to USB-C cables seems to be poor quality, especially the HDMI cable loses signal quiet easy when touched.
The USB-C to USB-C makes good impression.
Well, but back to the main Object.
On the bottom of the Monitor some rubber has been attached, so the monitor can be put on a desk without slipping away, which suprised me in a positive way.
The cover of the display also can be used as a stand, so you are ready to go without any extras that needs to be carried around.
The speakers quality is not the best, but for the mobile monitor purpose this was not in my scope anyways, I was looking for a monitor only.
So all in all the monitor does what I bought it for, I had no issues yet with it, but let’s see after further use again.
Maybe I will give an update after longer use.
Absolutely superb portable monitor. I needed to attach a VESA mount which this monitor supports (75mm). This was the only one I could find that had a HDMI input, VESA mount, headphone out jack as well as the USB C. It worked first time on all 3 of my laptops of various age, no drivers needed, just worked. Fantastic.
I would normally opt for a well known brand name but so glad I chose this one from Cocopar. Highly recommended, in fact I’m that impressed with it I think I might purchase another one. Cheers.
There are a lot of similar monitors under different brand names on Amazon – how to choose. This was not the cheapest, but it clearly had consistently outstanding reviews and that means a lot. I wanted the monitor to act as a secondary monitor to my Mac Studio and Studio Display. It performs flawlessly and looks great. I noted in the review that Cocopar offered to send a stand on request. I contacted them and they replied within hours – I actually received the stand before the monitor! It has 2 USB C ports and in a perfect world I would have liked the second one to be on the bottom of the display where it would be far less obtrusive for my needs, but I knew that before I bought it. I don’t understand the HDR mode – it just gives a poor washed out image, but is easy to turn off and leave off. I have no regrets and highly recommend this monitor.
My partner and I are designers that work from home, but we recently needed a compact travel screen to use with our laptops when I want to work remotely and when my partner would like to work form a co-working space.
We were really impressed by the quality and how lightweight and slimline it is. The screen quality is pretty close to my MacBook which was great and the only thing I’d change is that the screen brightness would go higher.
My partner was sceptical about me buying from a brand we didn’t recognise but now he hogs the screen more that I do and he’s already taking about buying another one so we don’t have to share.
This screen has fit my needs perfectly, it’s super lightweight but still feels sturdy with its metal casing. The built in stand is ideal and the fact it both powers and connects to my laptop via the usb-c with no additional power cable is awesome!
Being a designer the screen might not be the usual 4K I am used to but when travelling with my laptop it more than handles the tasks I need it to when using the laptop as the main screen (the sun is slightly on the screen in my photo, so the colour is a little off).
I was a little sceptical having never heard of the brand but it hasn’t disappointed. I’ve had no issues using this so far but having contacted the company regarding accessories and received a swift response I am under no doubt any issues would be handled appropriately.

I needed at least a second screen for my work and bought a big 27 inch screen for my home office but realised quite soon that it is not always feasible to work in my home office after hours. I decided to try out a portable external monitor and after going through the reviews I settled on this screen as it had a lot of 5 star reviews compared to other screens from well known brands. I have not been disappointed! I now use the screen as a second screen when I am working while watching TV with my wife, and I also use it as a 3rd screen when I work in my home office during the day. Picture is very good and completely responsive, brightness is perfect for office work, I have not tried using freesync or anything like that so can’t comment on that. Overall I would recommend this screen for people who want to be able to use a second screen when it is not convenient to carry around a full size screen, it will also come in handy when I need to work while away on holiday/conferences.

I looked at loads of reviews before settling on this. Although I didn’t know the brand and was reluctant I felt they probably all get made in the same factory and it was the specifications that would count most.
On these alone I realised this was by far three lowest power drawer and could be powered by usb-c alone which was a big bonus in my eyes as broken propriety power cables was one of the reasons why I dislike many lesser known brand electronics.
Upon receiving it worked perfectly straight from the box. The only oddity is the stand which essentially is a folded cardboard style stand and it works but is easy to knock, so you don’t really want to let it drop too many times.
Other than that it lets me extend my laptop screen and I even use the Apple hdmi adaptor and watch my phone on it when travelling and while it’s not quiet as perfect a display as an iPad for its size it’s perfectly watchable and even action or sports seem fine.
There is a hdr mode which makes the display sharper and occasionally I would find the display would default back to a duller and darker screen and in these cases I either had to reset the settings or make sure hdr and other options were turned on.
A few months in I am very happy with my porchase and hope it’s lasts many years.
Needed a 2nd screen for admin purposes. This fits the bill brilliantly. Was easy to set up even better that its portable.
Works very well with my laptop and is great for presenting while travelling using a dual screen approach. only downside is the magnet on the cover which doubles as a stand, could be stronger to make it more sturdy when using.
Never used a second monitor before but this attaches easily to my Mac and now I can’t live without it. I can’t compare with similar projects but the screen is clear enough for my needs and the brightness and other settings are easy to use.
Originally I purchased another brand portable monitor but it doesn’t work with my HP laptop. It is returned to Amazon. So I purchased this Cocopar portable monitor and it works great. I found that its hardware quality is better than the previous one and also the user manual is much detailed. It also comes with 2 year warranty.
This is the perfect product for an additional screen whilst remote working. It’s very lightweight and fits perfectly in my laptop bag. Screen quality is good, not as perfect as an actual laptop screen but certainly does the job. Came very fast and free warranty which gave me good confidence. Would certainly recommend.

If you want a monitor that has a good screen size, decent display, light, all cables and power supplies and is value for money, this monitor is it. For a monitor that will be going across continents and used extensively for development, this is ideal as it is not bulky, relatively light, can be used in portrait and landscape mode and just has to be hooked up to my laptop with one cable.
Only thing I would say is that if you wanted to watch Netflix or any other streaming from your phone on it, it won’t work due to HDCP compliance issues, but that is more of an iPhone problem than the monitor.
Would highly recommend this monitor to others!

Order was supplied quickly and in a good secure box. Box includes a number of different cable and is really easy to use. Either plug into your laptop with the USB C cable which allows you to charge the screen at the same time. I would highly recommend this screen.
This 15.6″ monitor is perfect, just plug and play on any laptop and works excellent with the supplied USB C cable, if you have a USB C connection on your laptop then this for me is the best way to connect this monitor as this supplies the power and the image all in one cable, simple, other cables are also provided for different connection configurations, the image quality is excellent and at a great price, I can highly recommend this product, in addition it is very slim and compact and just slides into my laptop bag along side my laptop, the monitor has an attachable magnetic solid cover which converts to a stand when using the monitor which enables you to set the monitor at any angle, all in all I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend.

I use it on my desk just behind the keyboard as part of my multi monitor setup for day trading. I’ll also use it with my laptop when on holiday. I just wish there was a 17″ version to match my laptop screen size.

I have been using this screen nearly every day for ~8 hours for about a month now. And it has consistently performed well throughout my use – I have not seen it lag or flicker at all. I use it for design work and the picture quality and refresh rate is great for it. It is easy to carry and lightweight – I carry it in a 15in backpack with my 15in laptop also.

Now that I’m working from home more frequently, I needed an extra screen to help with my day to day work. This screen is the perfect size, not too heavy and can easily fit in my bag if I need to travel with it. The quality is very good and it looks very high end. For me the screen resolution is excellent for what I need and I would even say it is better that the Surface pro I am using. As I’m using a Surface Pro 4, I had to purchase a separate Mini Display Port Thunderbolt to HDMI Adapter to connect the monitor. There is no lag between the screens and this will make working from home a lot easier going forward. It also works great with the Nintendo Switch and my iPhone. So far I’m happy with this purchase.
I did a very extensive research to make my decision about this item. It all came down to weight, reviews, price, and most importantly, ability to plug into the mains to power up the screen.
I travel a lot and was missing a second screen when working on spreadsheets. Brightness is perfect when you have the screen plugged into the mains, which is a must if you cannot control the amount of light in the room.
If I’m using the screen on a train I can also power up it directly from the laptop or the mobile phone. In my case, I have a samsung galaxy Note that allows me to use Dex. Extremely convenient.
It is very light and you will not struggle to carry it around. But… I recommend buying the case for protection.
It is a nice conversation starter… people will ask you about it and, believe me, you will find yourself recommending it, just because is tgat good.

One last piece of information. I have my workstation when working from home with a dedicated monitor, but I found myself taking the portable screen with me to work from tge living room and the garden. It is that practical.

This is great value and fantastic as a portable monitor to use with a laptop. The fact it can be powered from the same USB C cable that the video runs through is excellent for laptop use. It comes with all the cables you might need including USB C, HDMI to mini HDMI, and a USB power adaptor plus cable for charging. The picture quality is surprisingly good, the brightness is comparable to my MacBook Pro display, although at certain viewing angles it can be quite reflective. Personally though I wasn’t after the absolute best display quality, and this monitor is ideal for my needs.

The monitor arrived quickly and well packaged, very easy to set up, all I had to do was plug in the USB C cable into my surface pro 7 laptop and the monitor worked without changing anything. So far I am very impressed with this purchase.
I purchased this screen as a portable solution to my typical office setup (Macbook and second screen). I had found some issue finding a decent monitor that could connect to a Macbook and still provide decent screen quality but looked no further after finding this. It connects to the Macbook like a dream (literally plug in and go), has a slim design and is lightweight so is perfect for working on the go.
I haven’t linked my iPhone to the screen as of yet but from the other reviews, it looks like it would work pretty well.

The monitor has met all these criteria.
Its slim and light yet has a good feel quality and doesn’t flex.
It came with USB-C to USB-C cable which one of my laptops supported.
Also it came with an HDMI to miniHDMI and USB to USB-C cables which my other laptop needed.
The screen setup menu was easy to use and allowed me to set up the brightness/colour/contrast just how I wanted it.
In summary I cannot fault the screen and I’m really please with it.
Perfect for those who need to work with multiple documents at a time. Light, aesthetically pleasing, all round great product – would definitely recommend.
I’d bought this essentially as a TV for our kitchen, and it fitted the bill perfectly. Sleek, compact and wafer thin (compared to the clunky, traditional “compact” TVs). Pretty impressive piece of kit and can double up as a secondary monitor when working. Excellent. Will not disappoint. Highly recommended
The monitor is versatile, light weight and can fit in a ruck sack or laptop bag. The screen quality is excellent and would recommend the monitor to anybody working in different locations that is frustrated with just one small laptop screen. I have found that you do need a power source though as mine will not run unless plugged in, so you need access to two power sockets. Overall, very pleased with the product and helped me when dealing with customers and two screens are required. *** Update – if you plug in the USB C cable the monitor works well without having to use an external power source (I was just using the HDMI cable). Problem was solved by the excellent customer service team.
I have found this to be an excellent monitor. Packaging and product literature is all very good quality. There is a toll free number for product support (not that I needed it). Product comes with a 2 year warranty subject to registration by emailing [email protected]. Response to email was within 12 hours. Everything you need is in the box. 2 USB C cables (one is power only the other is power and data). A 15W USB wall charger is also supplied although I have not needed it. The monitor works fantastic with the MacBook Pro and if using the power/data cable supplied you do not need the wall charger as the monitor will quite happily take its supply from the host Mac. The display itself seems to be every bit as good as the Mac retina display for every day office applications although at maximum brightness is slightly darker the Retina display. I am only using it at about 80% brightness anyway so this is not a problem. The monitor is reassuringly heavy and is supplied with a magnetically attached screen protector which fold back to form a perfectly adequate stand. A free accessory is available to buyers who leave a review here. I will be choosing the protective carry bag. No regrets buying this at all.
This works well as a portable second screen. I have tried it with both my personal and work laptops and it worked with ease. It came with a top clear cover that directed you to the menu buttons etc so set up was quick. (I purchased when the price was sub 190)
Really good second screen or travel screen, can be connected and powered from the mac/pc with usbc or lightning port. Very light and thin. Excellent customer service and the team will send out additional accessories as requested/needed with quick delivery. Very satisfied!

Really light portable laptop screen which is useful for working with 2 screens.
Screen can be powered from one cable connected to the laptop alone which keeps the working space free of leads clutter. After using for a month I’ve purchased another screen for my partner.
Value for money, easy to use. Plug and go. I use it as a second screen for my laptop on the go.
A touch screen would have been a bonus.
Travel a lot and working soley from the MacBook was inefficient. This extra monitor was the perfect choice. It slips comfortably into hand luggage beside the Mac with little extra weight. The screen comes with a number of cables including those suitable for the MacBook. Used it now on several business trips and very pleased with the result. The picture quality is excellent and setup easy.
Very light weight and compact for carrying with me on my travels. Screen size is perfect as an additional screen to the laptop.. Would highly recommend.
Bought it for use as a third monitor screen, and to be able to take with me on the go. For the price point, you’ll be hard pressed to find something better.
Setup was as simple as plugging my phone in and using it. It works with no other cables. If you do use a power supply into the monitor it will charge your phone also.

Really useful companion product if working from home using a laptop and you need to be able to work flexibly. Can move from room-to-room as needed. The only weakness is the case-stand which is slightly flimsy, but the screen quality makes up for this. I’ll be getting a separate stand to help but overall very pleased – UPDATED: The seller read my review above and has kindly offered to send me a separate stand for free. I really appreciated this personal touch so have updated from 4 to 5 stars. Good job!
This is an amazing portable monitor with a great image, very sharp and perfect for work-from-home or travel needs. Bigger than I thought but very slim, light and a great menu with plenty of functionality. Love it and can highly recommend it.
Recently purchased and so far very pleased. The box content was so much more than most of the electronics purchases I make and it came with a handy guide.
The screen itself can be used and connected in a few different ways with all the set up options advised.

The screen is a perfect addition to my laptop, it’s great for spreadsheets. My only negative comment would be that the sounds does not go high enough when watching films from my iPad.
