This is well worth the money it does everything you need of it , very easy to use . I thought it would be a cheap Chinese knock off but its very good quality.
Bought 2 of these cameras for front and rear of property and had them installed by an electrician hard wired. The picture quality is excellent both in black and white and colour and the motion and person tracking/sensors are amazing.
The app was very easy to download and install and adding the cameras was a breeze. I’ve recommended to friends and family.
I purchased this in a bundle so was pleased with overall price. I found the instructions a little confusing but not a major problem. Good quality product and video is excellent.
Humanoid detection seems to spot humanoids but not people. Maybe need to work on the settings

This camera gets the job done…no long stories. Very impressed by its picture quality and detection functions…and for the fact that you have the option of saving your recordings locally makes this camera a real bargain. Happy with the purchase.
It’s good for the price and has nice night vision. Gives lots of motion alerts, can look at different parts of the garden easily by just using the app and tapping where I want to look.
Got this for security at my gym. I can watch what’s going on my phone from anywhere in the world. You can also speak to people via the built in mic!
The lens has a a very wide angle so you’ll have much better coverage than you expect. The smart night vision mode will record in black and white until it sees something, then the led lights on the camera switch on to give you full colour. There’s an alarm button which is great fun for giving people a jump.
Set up is easy- just follow the instructions provided. You’ll want to buy yourself some 40mm screws as the ones provided are too short.

The only slight issue we had was that the power supply is only 1.5m but that was easily solved with the 10m extension cable that the seller has in their shop.
Before purchasing I contacted the seller regarding the solar panel system that they sell with a base station. I wanted another camera to add to that system that could pan and tilt. They advised me that this camera would work with the other system and their customer service was above and beyond. Their after service has also been really good too and they respond quickly to any questions you have.
The great part about being able to connect this camera with the base system is that it allows us to record onto the base station that is in the house so that it will still record if someone tries to steal the camera.
The app is stable and works well away from the home. I also like using it at home to see what the dog is up to in the garden. (I don’t think the dog is as impressed as I am)
All in all, I am really impressed with the quality of the camera and the easy set up. As long as you have a way or getting power to them they are absolutely amazing. For those that can’t get power the solar power option is a good alternative.

Esee cloud app is very easy to use and fast installed. But it can only be full setup on android not on PC. Night view with color means that the light leds on the camera goes on. This gives a great view but let the camera appear and therefore can be seen/detected from the person. The humanoid activation works and has 3 stages, small animal like a cat, middle as a dog and human. The registration of an activation is always 30s and is not extendable but works flawless. And the preset positions which can be easy stored is great and very fast and effective. The camera after 10s goes back to the initial position. Ottima telecamera, non un problema per chi non ha tanto dimistichezza nel montaggio, con pochi passaggi si installa facilmente. Si vede bene la visione notturna nonostante sia da tre MP. Ricerca direttamente il segnale il WiFi, superando distanze e muri spessi. Le immagini sono nitide anche quando si zumma per vedere un particolare. Sono soddisfatto del mio acquisto.
I use my camera with my Hiseeu base station but all of their cameras can be used stand alone and record onto sd cards and/or remote accessed with your smart phone or computer. The PTZ controls are nice and responsive and allow for an almost limitless field of view you can also quickly set up pre-set positions and have the camera quickly jump to these positions.

La telecamera funziona bene e si configura i 5 minuti. L’applicazione ha buone funzionalit ed ha una risposta veloce. Al buio si pu impostare la modalit intelligente che accende un illuminatore led nel caso venga rilevato un movimento per permettere una visione a colori. Ne avevo gi acquistata una che dopo circa 1 mese ha perso un colore dominante e visualizza a tutto di color viola. Fatto reso subito ricomprata. Speriamo non ricapiti. Really pleased with the quality, very easy to instal, 2 little negatives the 3 white leads could with being longer and the 4 holes for the screws I found a bit tricky getting a screwdriver in so had to screw the screws at a slight angle, but apart from that really pleased. I have since brought an other one and will buy a third in a couple of weeks for my rear garden.
I got this 3mp ptz digital zoom camera to add to the Hiseeu 4 camera nvr system i got they are a great add on and very easy to add to the nvr
they also have auto tracking and colour night vision or infrared night vision plus two way audio and at a great price Jason at customer service was very helpfull answering all my questions i also got the 5x optical zoom camera that are really good as well i’m really pleased i got them all now i’m thinking of getting the 30x optical zoom camera as well
Had a few questions which I emailed the support team about on Saturday and got a response within a few minutes. The camera quality even in Standard definition is excellent, putting it high definition is superb and honestly unnecessary for the most part. This is an external camera with easy wall mount fixing too.
So my experience has been very different from some of the negative reviews on here. For the money, this is a superb bit of kit with so far service to match.

Brilliant cameras, now bought for home and work. The system came with 4 cameras but I bought the extra one for more coverage.
Fantastic cameras. Bought a full set of these for my car garage and works better than systems we were quoted 10 times more for. A great investment to protect my cars.
What I can say though is that I’m very impressed with what I have seen 🙂
A little while ago we replaced our aging CCTV set-up with a Hiseeu wifi CCTV system (WNKIT-4HB312-1T) and have been extremely pleased with it. Recently we decided to add another two cameras, one was a bullet camera from Hiseeu (identical to the ones that came with the system), and the other was this 3MP PTZ camera which gave us a little more flexibility in our camera use.
As with the other cameras, the initial set-up was simple and achieved first time. Added to the EseeCloud app first and then to the NVR system. Easy. Like I have said above, I am not technical but have found the camera straight forward to set-up and use. The PTZ function can be accessed both via the app and on the NVR system. The picture is crystal clear and although the camera is approximately 15M from the NVR and through a couple of thick walls, the wifi signal is very strong and steady.
More than happy to recommend this camera – it does just what we want from it.
Is there any way you can go wireless without having to plug it in it said wireless but I can’t set it up won’t work
Well made, looks good, easy to install, great picture quality, motion sensor very good, have got 2 now, quick delivery. Very pleased.
Needed a camera in my garage to monitor package deliveries remotely and this fits the bill. Has 2 way audio which is good to inform delivery drivers where to place packages etc. The lag on SD is not really noticeable, when on HD you start to notice it a little. I’ve connected the camera using a CAT5 cable into my home mesh system and setup was really simple. Night shots are very clear and the camera has built in spot lights which are also very good in dark. I’ve put a microSD card, 128gb, in camera which give you continuous recording and looks like it will give me around a month before it starts to write over existing recordings.
Works well with good picture and app allows good control of camera.
Easy set up. I have mine connected to my network via LAN cable, and it works well.

We had to purchase a camera for security reasons, also because we wanted to keep an eye on the dogs while out.
We searched for one on amazon and this one popped up, and for a decent price we thought we’d give it a go.
The installation was straight forward, easy to put up and set up on the phone. The photo/video quality is great, even in low light. it also has a light that you can put on so it makes it easier to see at night time.
The sound quality is perfect and it picks up every little noise.
You can also talk through it so if you are not home you can speak through the camera.
La telecamera Wi-Fi Hiseeu WHD303 di tipo PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom), ossia possiede un obiettivo da 3MP, con risoluzione 2304×1296 pixel, che pu ruotare in senso orizzontale (Pan) di 320, in senso verticale (Tilt) di 90, ed effettuare lo zoom digitale 5x (non ottico); per chi necessita di uno zoom ottico, esiste anche l’apposita telecamera Hiseeu modello WHD602Z.
La parte frontale incorpora un obiettivo da 3.6mm ed 8 led: 4 led infrarossi per la visione notturna in bianco e nero, e 4 led che emettono una normale luce bianca, tipo faretto “spotlight”, e permettono la visione notturna a colori, caratteristica quest’ultima che non normalmente disponibile nelle comuni telecamere in commercio.
La registrazione dei filmati viene effettuata con il nuovo stardard di compressione video H.265, conosciuto anche come HEVC, che riduce del 50% lo spazio di archiviazione richiesto, e pu essere effettuata sia su un videoregistratore NVR Hiseeau, sia sul cloud, sia localmente, in quanto la telecamera dispone di un alloggiamento per scheda “microSD” (detta anche “TF Card” o scheda TransFlash), di capienza massima di 128MB.
Una caratteristica importante di questo prodotto che oltre alla rete wireless, pu essere connesso anche tramite una rete cablata con cavo di rete ethernet, ed in quest’ultimo caso supporta i sistemi PoE (Pover on Ethernet), dove lo stesso cavo di rete viene utilizzato per fornire anche l’alimentazione della telecamera, rendendo superfluo l’utilizzo dell’alimentatore separato a 12V fornito in dotazione.
Da segnalare che il prodotto possiede un grado di protezione IP66, ossia pu essere collocato all’esterno ed alle intemperie, infatti resiste alla polvere (IP6x) ed a forti getti d’acqua (IPx6).
La rotazione dell’obiettivo pu essere comandata a distanza tramite l’app Esecloud per Android, iOS o Windows, oltre che ovviamente tramite i videoregistratori NVR Hiseeau, come nel mio caso.
Per comandare i movimenti della telecamera si usano 4 frecce: su, giu, destra e sinistra; anche la velocit di rotazione pu essere regolata a piacere fra 8 valori. Da notare che possibile memorizzare delle posizioni preferite dell’obiettivo (preset), ossia delle posizioni usate di frequente che possibile richiamare velocemente con un semplice comando.
La telecamera molto reattiva nei vari movimenti, che sono fluidi e senza scatti, come anche molto fluide e nitide sono le immagini riprodotte, anche di notte.
Sono molto utili le funzioni “Auto” e “Tour”: attivando la prima la telecamera ruota ciclicamente in senso orizzontale di 320 a passi di circa 30, mantenendo ogni posizione per circa 5 secondi (vedi video parte 1); attivando la funzione “Tour” la telecamera si posizione ciclicamente nelle posisioni memorizzate (preset), per una durata definibile a piacere (vedi video parte 2). La telecamera possiede anche la funzione di rilevazione del movimento, che attiva automaticamente la registrazione se un oggetto si muove davanti alla telecamera; assieme a questa funzione possibile attivare anche le funzioni di intelligienza artificiale “HumanBody” e “BodyRegion”: la prima rileva solo i movimenti causati da una persona, la seconda traccia un rettangolo colorato intorno alla persona rilevata per individuarla meglio (vedi video parte 3).
La funzione “AI Auto Tracking”, disponibile solo tramite app Esecloud, permette di ruotare automaticamente la telecamera, per inseguire una persona nei vari spostamenti, ed inquadrarla sempre al centro dell’immagine. Con la rilevazione di un movimento pu essere inviato anche un messaggio “push” di allarme sul telefono cellulare (se provvisto di apposita app), per poter visionare in tempo reale ci che sta accadendo.
Da notare che se viene a mancare l’alimentazione, quando quest’ultima ritorna la telecamera si posiziona sempre nell’ultima posizione prima del black-out.
Grazie al microfono ed all’altoparlante integrati nella telecamera, possiede un audio bi-direzionale, ossia consente, tramite uno smartphone provvisto dell’apposita app, sia di ascoltare sia di parlare con chi sta di fronte alla telecamera, come se fosse un normale citofono di casa; ovviamente per avere un ascolto intellegibile occorre parlare di fronte alla telecamera, perch non registra l’audio a diversi metri di distanza.
Ottimo anche il supporto clienti Hiseeau: per avere informazioni su alcune funzioni del prodotto ho contattato il servizio di assistenza, e mi ha rapidamente risposto Jason, che ha sempre risolto tutti i miei dubbi. Dovr valutare l’affidabilit del prodotto nel tempo, ma per il momento mi sento certamente di consigliarlo.

I already have the Hiseeu Wireless system and i wanted to upgrade one of the camera’s to a PTZ and i purchased this one as it was on offer and nice and small so not too overpowering in appearance. The movements is very smooth and works remotely with ease, i added it the existing Hiseeu system & took like minutes and i was ready to go.
it is very light so i added to a plaster wall with the fixings provided.
I was very impressed with the colour night vision which is great to have as an option.
I have a few bird boxes around my house. With this camera I am able to view what’s going on without disturbing the birds.
This camera is quite unique in that it has pan and tilt functions, an alarm siren, led security lights (which are very bright) and a speaker so you can either talk to a subject or just listen. I was happy to have bought this and installation took less than ten minutes.
Bought get it a while ago and only just got round to installing it as was waiting for a friend to fit it for me as I didn’t have a clue. Over 6 months later still waiting so decided to install and set it up my self was really easy to do was so suprised how easy it was now it’s up and looks great feel a lot safer many thanks

Bought two of these cameras and both worked perfectly. Setup of the cameras was very straight forward and the phone app is easy to use with more than enough options for controlling how your cameras work. Picture quality is more than sufficient for my domestic use and the IR night vision is crisp and clear.
Everything was great until 6 weeks later when I noticed that one of the cameras no longer recognised the SD card and so was unable to record for playback. I contacted [email protected] for support who responded really quickly. Despite Jason’s best effort the problem remained so he dispatched a new camera replacement on Saturday which I received on Sunday. No matter how great or expensive modern technology is, the most important thing is how the company deals with issues that arise and I can honestly say that I have rarely received such outstanding customer service. With such great customer service backing up their products I would not hesitate to purchase again and would recommend Hiseeu to everyone.

Got this for our holiday homes and it’s good. As long as you got good internet connection. It’s not the best quality out there but definitely good enough.
installatie en koppeling naar smartphone verliep goed , instellingen voor camera iets moeilijker ,maar ik mailde Hiseeu en vlug antwoord en hulp ….moet nog even uitzoeken om enkel personen of grote objecten te detecteren ..want nu reageert hij op een kat ,vogels en ook regen .ik heb 2 camera’s gekocht .
