wonderful scooter my granddaughter loves it very smooth and safe.
Realy nice coulor and light up wheeles are super cool.
Brilliant scooter, have always had micro scooters and this is equally as good quality for a lot less in price, my son is a tall six year old and will definitely get a few years out of this.
The light up wheels are also brilliant in the dark
Got this my 5 year old for Christmas and she loves it. She previously had a similar one in a well known brand and in all honesty this is better. Very sturdy and came already assembled. My only issue is that for some reason it’s stuck on the highest position and just will not move down. Does anyone have any tips?
The scooter is really good, feels robust, simple to get going from the box and the light up wheels are brilliant on dark school runs! The reasons I give 4 stars are that the instruction booklet is a bit sparse on information: no guidance for the use of the included tools (which in fact are not needed for assembly, just for maintenance); no description of the steering mechanism (which is great by the way, once you work it out), and because the mechanism to collapse the scooter is really stiff to operate so I can’t do it myself but need my husband to do it.
This item was purchased for my grandson Christmas present. He was delighted with it and particularly liked the LED lights on the wheels. The price was very good when compared with similar items.
My children both had one for Christmas, the packaging was battered and open when they arrived but thankfully the scooters were fine.
Scooters are really solid, easy to fold and the lights are fab. The light up wheels are great for a scoot when it gets dark which we’ve been doing alot over the last week.
They have been well used already and my children love them. Really pleased with this purchase.
Brought both my son and daughter one for Christmas, they are very sturdy and I love that the wheels light up when riding. Also easy to pull along as a mother if teaching child to ride. The kids were very happy with thier present.
I usually get micro scooters but my boy was adamant he wanted orange with light up wheels that they don’t do so I had to consider a different brand, this is very good quality and very sturdy- I would definitely recommend
Brilliant scooters bought for 4 & 5 Yr old girls for Christmas, sturdy & pretty
Bought this as a replacement for a micro mini scooter which my daughter has grown out of. They also make one the same as this, but at a much higher price. Not knowing how much longer she will be into scooters, I was hesitant spend almost 150 on one. Saw this one which is at a far better price and had some excellent reviews, so thought it was worth a shot. So glad I did as it’s been a big hit, she’s thrilled with it. The only downsides are that the folding mechanism is a bit stiff, although I expect this will ease after some use (or some WD40) and the main stem is in black regardless of the colour your order. Would be better if this was colour coded too, but hey, you can’t have everything. Generally highly recommended.
This is an amazing scooter. Wide base so feet dont slip off. Turns really easily and my daughter loves the light up wheels.

Awesome product, very sturdy. At first when I opened I was like how will my daughter ride this , isn’t it too heavy at cost of being sturdy. But just 10 min in garden and she had good control over it. Haven’t seen a better scooter, lights in wheel also look good. Came fully assembled. Delighted with purchase.
This was an early birthday present for my son who will be 5 in December and he absolutely loves it, its great would definitely recommend this scooter!
This is the second of these scooters I have bought – I bought one as a birthday present for my grandson over a year ago. He loves it and it has withstood over a year of rigorous play. I have just bought another one in pink for my granddaughter. It is sturdy and stable to ride, easy to fold and the coloured flashing lights in the wheels look lovely – especially when it is dark.
These seem fab, not ridden yet as they are a xmas present, but them seem very sturdy and well made. Lights are cute too. Love thr folding to fit in my boot. A bit heavier than previous scooters, but hopefully that means they will last longer than ‘plasticy’ ones.

My 2.5 yr old loves this. The wheels glide effortlessly. It’s very sturdy but my only down side is… it’s not normal to turn. You have to lean the handles to turn it the direction you want to go. This confused my daughter as
Her old one you simply turned. She’s got the hang of it now. Make sure you buy helmet. These can pick up speed. The light up wheels are a lovely touch. I got the next size up for my daughter. So she can grow with it. Admittedly the price is a lot but I know it will last some years yet size and quality wise.
What can I say only one think, money well spent. Very happy with this scooter. It is very vell built, sturdy and the best thing is that I can fold it. My little one loves this scooter.
Very good quality. My son enjoys it so much. Daily commute is enjoyable for him now. Only improvement i can suggest is the folding mechanism. I have to push the base really hard to fold it after use. If you have shoulder pain like me then it will be hard.
I bought this for my daughter who is 4.5 years old but a little taller than usual. Her previous scooter has a different kind of steering so it was really difficult for her to keep scooter balanced on her first use but after using it around 30 minutes she already got experienced with this scooters steering as well. It looks very well made, takes attention from other kids since its wheels have leds inside, already 2 of her friends’ parents asked where we buy this scooter to replace theirs. What I like about it is it has a wide base which lets kid to go stable during higher speeds.
I was afraid when my 9 years old daughter picked this scooter, but actually it’s the best choice ever, nice design, nice colorful light wheel, smooth ride, good high adjustment, in one word AMAZING, and my daughter is happy!!!

*update.* My original review follows this but I have to say that the customer service team were fantastic. I reached out about an issue with the handlebars. They responded the next day. And following that new handlebars and fitting instructions were with me the day after.

Apart from the handle bars being welded together at a weird angle this is a good scooter for the price. We purchased it early and opened it for my daughters 5th birthday the following month (27/6). It’s fast, bright, and sturdy.
Brilliant scooter my little boy loves it, can’t fault the scooter in any way at the moment. Well made good sturdy scooter, best I’ve come across. Would highly recommend this make of scooter for age 5+. Well worth the money.
Bought this over a year ago and is still working perfectly. My son’s favourite colour is orange and after a lot of searching found this one. I t is used every day and the lights on the wheels are bright. He likes to go for a scooter ride in the evening and the lights are brilliant.
Build quality is very impressive, using stong materials. 6 year old daughter absolutely loves it, especially the lights in the wheels. I just know this will last her for for a very long time.
Great scooter. Sturdy and easy to steer by leaning. The flashing lights in the wheels are fantastic, especially in the dark. These are triggered by motion and do not require batteries. Both my kids have one of these scooters and love them.
The product is well built and the bright colors make it really attractive for kids. It has wide deck and it is very stable when cornering, My daughters feel confident when they drive it. Beuatiful the flashing wheels, they are very visible in the dark. My daughters love it.
Really fun, brightly coloured scooter. The light-up wheels are a big hit and the foot plate is nice and wide. Study, well made and will last as they grow. Only down sides are it can be hard to fold, sometimes the mechanism works first time others it won’t budge; and the brake is a bit short so it doesn’t act as a mudguard and puddles/mud get sprayed up the back of legs. Otherwise it’s great.
I bought 2 of these and 1 is a lot easier to fold than the other but I’m sure after we have used them a while it will become easier. They are great and the boys loved them, they are sturdy and the wheels lighting up are fab. The 3 different heights for the handles are ideal so hope they last a long time.

Bought 2 for both my sons for christmas….very sturdy and quick and easy to assemble. Colours are vibrant both boys love them. Slighty on the heavy side but apart from that the scooters of have been a good buy and i certainly recommend them.
A really sturdy scooter but if you live in the country the back wheel does tend to get clogged with mud, leaves etc… it can relatively easily be washed out, but is a bit annoying.

Having loved the younger children’s version of this scooter we upgraded at Christmas. So pleased with it, really sturdy and looks great with the flashing lights. My son does miles on his scooter while I jog alongside and this is the only brand we have found that lasts. The customer service is also great, we lost a part on the last one and I messaged them to ask where I could buy a replacement, they just promptly sent me a new part for free. Definitely recommend.
Works brilliantly and my daughter loves it. I love gadgetry and the colourful wheels producing a light show are very swish! The scooter is very durable and will certainly last a long time. I love the fact that the steering height adjusts allowing years of use. We looked all over at various designs, but found this one highly recommended in a roundup review and gave it a go. Very glad we did!

Opening the scooter for the first time is quite hard, the part you pull up to release the scooter is very stiff. I bought the scooter for a 6 year old and he is very happy with it.
So pleased with the scooter it is brilliant quality for a wonderful price. It didn’t need any putting together and it is easy to change the height of the handle bars.
It’s a little stiff to unfold but I think that’s just because it’s new.

I’m not giving this 5 stars as my son had one for just under two years when the spring needed replacing-not a problem, only the bolt was jammed in and no one, including a mechanic with specialist tools could get it out rendering the scooter useless. However son adored his scooter so I bought another one. The lights are fabulous and don’t stop working. All in all it’s a great scooter, it’s a shame we had to replace the entire scooter though because of a problem caused at the factory
However one of the bearings broke after 2 months and I had to replace it, so not sure whether it’s an exception or these have limited lifespan. We shall see!
I have purchased two of these scooters now for my grandchildren and they are brilliant. They’re extremely solid and sturdy, fold up easily to throw in the boot of the car or tuck underneath the pushchair when I’m collecting them from school and the adjustable handlebars mean they don’t grow out of it in a year or two. The children adore whizzing along with their flashing wheels. The company also provides excellent customer service, swiftly contacting me to offer a replacement box when I complained that the box was damaged (by Amazon) albeit the scooter was perfectly fine.
I bought this scooter for my 6yr old granddaughter and she loves it. She had an old one form a friend that she was not very confident on. But this one was so sturdy and stable and from the moment she got on it she was away. She absolutely loved it being purple{her favourite colour} and the light up wheels are a big hit with her and her friends. I read the reviews before buying and so glad I went with this one.
We had bought the smaller micro scooter but the next size up from that brand was really expensive. We bought this scooter instead and we are really impressed with it. Our daughter loves the sparkly wheels, its sturdy and really well made.

Ordered as a replacement for my 6 year old daughters birthday. I am impressed with the
quality and sturdiness of the scooter. Though I find it a little difficult to close as it’s tight, this doesn’t bother me particularly. The steering is much better than the one she previously had (not a turn handle steering) but the lights are bright and the base (where you put your feet) is wider which I think is a lot better! The brake is great and the double wheel thickness at the back is a nice touch! My daughter loves this scooter I think it’s a great buy and would highly recommend
Our 7 year old daughter loves this scooter. It’s a great height on the handle and the lights in the wheels add some fun when scooting at dusk or on a rainy or cloudy day. Feels sturdy and it’s easy to unfold for use. I find the release pull a little tighter to fold it up again but that’s probably more to do with the angle? I would definitely recommend this scooter to any child over 5+
Nb Measure your child’s handle bar height compared to the maximum height of the scooter. If its too short then go for the next scooter up in this range.

So glad i got this one over the micro scooter (120) it’s just as good if not better, it’s sturdy, easy to fold and carry. Wheels light up and adjustable height this will see my daughter until she’s 10/11

This is the big brother to the RGS-1 which my son had before this one. This is much sturdier and heavier as its for older kids than the RGS-1 is aimed at. Don’t get me wrong the RGS-1 is great, and is better than more expensive scooters.
The RGS-2 is just better still. My son loves it, it rides smoothly and the wheels light up as he goes.
The folding mechanism is also far superior to the RGS-1. The deck is a mix of thick plastic and some metal.
All in all a really awesome scooter.
Delivery- fast and securely delivered without any damage. Item was packaged very well and came in two boxes.
Scooter- first off, the idea of building a scooter makes me sigh, however, after unravelling the packaging I found the scooter was already prebuilt and only needed the removal of plastic film on the handles!
This makes life so much easier and saves time.
The quality of the scooter is evidently there and is worth every penny spent! I wish I had purchased a scooter like this sooner.
The scooter has over 3 height adjustments and a very tight grip preventing, any unwanted handle movement!
Plenty of foot room on the board itself allowing your child to position themselves comfortably in addition, with gravity and movement of your child upon the scooter, the LED lights flicker in numerous colours.
A safety break is placed at the back of that hour child can firmly place their foot on allowing them to stop instantly.
Storage- I love how this scooter can easily close down and open up saving space within the household and making it easier to carry around. Though the scooter has an open and close mechanism, I feel confident knowing my child is on the scooter and it won’t fold due to its secure folding mechanism.
Overall- scooters like this should be available on the market in stores. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money on previous scooters brought from high street retailers. This product Is durable and reasonably priced!
For the company I have to give a five star rating for overall quality and service and no doubt will I be making an additional purchase!

Product is great but one of the wheels led lights stopped working but other than that the build quality is great and well worth the price.
What exceeded my expectation was the customer service from Francesca who went above and beyond that the parts were sent to make sure the scooter was back to its original working state.
I think that this scooter is great value for money. My daughter has found it easy to steer. The break is good and easy to put pressure on. The wheels light up and it folds up. The folding was a little stiff to start with but now is absolutely fine. It’s simple to adjust the height of the handle bars. Would definitely recommend it, I was looking at the maxi micro scooter which is more then double this price and my daughter is just as happy with this especially as it’s orange and it has lights in the wheels.
Bought one of these for our eldest last year and it’s been brilliant. It’s very sturdy and will designed, and the lights look fantastic at dusk. Even better, she recently walloped into a curb and broke the spring in the steering. The parts are very cheap to buy and quickly delivered, such is great. However, I couldn’t get 2 bolts to budge to do the swap. 3style have been brilliant and offered to do the repair for free out of warranty. Fantastic customer service and communications. Would certainly buy again.
I bought these for my 4 year old grandsons. They have used them almost every day and zoom around all over the place. I previously bought the smaller versions when my grandsons were younger so knew of the quality of the scooters, hence purchasing the next size up. Would defintely recommend. Good value for money.
I brought this for my tall 6 year old Son for xmas as him mini micro brake broke and was really impressed by the sturdiness of it – my son uses it too and from school most days. I’ve told everyone about them and would recommend them over a 100+ micro. Today after 6 months of use the spring broke – I was not impressed however I called 3 style to see what the warranty was and to explain what happened and I was blown away by the amazing customer service. She explained to me what had happened, what I needed to replace, sent me the replacement and showed me where to find a pictured step by step guide on how to fit the replacement. There was no jumping through hoops to speak to an actual person, there was no we need to see pictures of the broken spring – it was just pure brilliant 5* customer service and for this reason I will carry on shouting about how good these scooters are and still plan to buy another when the mini me’s micro breaks. Thank you 3 style!
Amazing scooter. Very easy to ride, I brought this for my 5 year old as he struggles to ride the traditional 2 wheel scooters.
He loves it especially the light up wheels.

Very strong and sturdy scooter bought for a 5 year old who had outgrown his previous scooter. He loves that the wheels light up.
It’s quite heavy but doesn’t affect ease of use for the child. I find the pull mechanism to collapse can be quite stiff but overall very pleased
Buying this model was really good choice because it helped my child to learn comfortably and confidently ride on a scooter. (We tried some other products but none of them worked so well.)
So, we were happy scooter owners with a loads of happy rides until 2019 when I realised one of the shank bolts got lost somewhere.
I have contacted the seller about where I can get a replacement from. They responded very quickly and advised: they would send me a replacement bolt but I should purchase another one from their store. The reason I needed to buy a bolt was in the last three years they have changed the construction of the product. Therefore I have purchased a bolt and they put another one into the package plus, as they improved the scooter, they also sent me a replacement of the steering spring too. All of these for the price of one bolt!
They also gave me the guides for replacing the bolts and steering spring too.
Once I received the parts it took me 5 minutes to replace the old part to the new one. Then after the first ride my child has confirmed this was better than three years ago!
This is what I call customer SUPPORT is really outstanding these days.
I highly recommend this scooter and especially the seller and definitely will purchase more product from them in the future.

Unfortunately, it had a major fault with the bolts. It couldn’t open at all and none of the keys provided couldn’t fit in either.
Luckily, after few emails exchange with one of the help team. I received a replacement scooter with no extra costs. And remember I live in Republic of Ireland which I was worried that I would have to pay extra costs for replacement. But that wasn’t the case, all my requests were done. I asked them to check over the replacement scooter for any fault before they sent and also keep the same colour as green was my son favourite colour.
The price is also good for such sturdy scooter and lightning feature.
Overall, my son and I are pleased with the second scooter.

Really good kids scooter for the slightly older child – perfect for our 6 yr old granddaughter . She is using it on the shortest setting so it will adjust 2 times as she gets taller .The lights on the wheels are a nice touch and the way they only light up when spinning is very good . Looks good , seems very well built and goes well . Nice product .
I bought the product for my son, who loves it and have tremendous fun. It’s fast and much safer than the previous one.
We had a broken part after 3 months, but the manufacturer was prompt in fixing. With 4 day turnaround, we had the scooter back with the broken spring fixed.
I would buy it again.

Dont make a habit of leaving reviews but this scooter is just superb. The scooter has a nice solid feel and is very well engineered. Not sure why I was even considering paying double for a similar product. My little one is over the moon with it. Bought some micro scooter accessories which fit nicely!
WOW…. this scooter is AMAZING. Brought it for my son’s 4th birthday (he is tall for his age). He loves it. In the matter of 3 days he has learnt balance, steering and to use the break. I was torn as to what scooter to buy my 8 year old boy for Christmas as I weren’t sure if he would use it as he has autism so didn’t want to spend a lot but also didn’t want to buy rubbish! This is perfect! People out and about ask where it’s from and the quality is unbelievable! Beaten purchase I have made all Christmas.
Recently upgraded my daughter to one of these from a smaller scooter.
These are great – built really well. I’m 13 stones and have used it, it didn’t break, which is saying something.
The flashy lights are awesome, especially when its dusky/dark. Get your kid to wear flashy trainers too and have a disco 🙂
The handle has nice rubber feel and good height adjustment so I can see us getting a lot of use out of it. The plastic base is quite strong, and there are two wheels on the rear for strength. Has the usual rear brake mechanism too.
Can’t fault it yet, thumbs up!

Lovely scooter, which was brought for our 6 year granddaughter. Very good price, easy to put together and solid construction. Was a bit confusing when arrived, as the box said ‘not suitable for under 3’ which made us wonder whether we had ordered the correct size, maybe be better if it said ‘suitable from age 5’ etc?

Arrived in good time and my six year old loves it. Lots of the children in my son’s class have these types of scooters. Product folds down making it easy to bring on days out or pop in bottom of buggy. Handle is adjustable so my son will get a fair amount of use from it .I think its expensive for what it is, but thats the same for all these type of scooters not just this particular one.
Very sturdy good design goes fairly fast ..she says..easy to turn…doesnt vibrate loads like stunt scooters…able for more uneven bumps and ridges and it folds down going in boot or on bus. Cons would be heavier than more expensive one and has just selection set height options for the handlebar to stop at not full choice….a bit stiff to fold .But overall happy with it for price…
However, I’ve given 5 stars because the experience with this company has been first class. They have made modifications to the springs which have caused me a lot of problems, but the company have been amazingly helpful.
They replaced my scooter very quickly, and they have even sent me spare springs in case I have more problems, although these new springs seem much better.
The scooter itself is superb. In the winter, when it’s very dark, the wheels are very colourful and bright, so you’ll always see your child in the distance, and everyone will be amazed. This makes the scooter worth having, and the customer service makes the whole experience almost painless. I recommend these scooters, especially if the spring issues are now resolved.

It’s fun, it’s fast (so, handy it has a break), it’s sturdy, it’s a smooth ride, it’s easy to steer, the board for the feet isn’t too narrow – and that’s just my opinion after having a go – I’m nearly 40! It’s also got amazing flashing (disco style) wheels – which are very eye-catching. It’s easy to fold and adjust. It required no assembly whatsoever. Straight out of the box and away you go – unlike previous scooters I have purchased. I’d like to stress that I bought this for my six-year-old daughter, though wish they did adult versions! 😉 I teamed it up with a pink pony scooter head (different seller) as my daughter loves horses. Much cheaper (and less responsibility) buying this than buying a real horse! She is one happy little girl. It’s like something out of pimp my ride! Great value for money and my daughter has been on it loads. She says how much better it is than the other two scooters she’s had.
This scooter is solid, although it’s quite heavy, particularly compared with the Mini micro, which we had before. You’ll notice the weight if you have to carry it to and from school! My nearly 5-year-old daughter still loves the scooter though, especially the lights on the wheels. The lights get brighter the faster you go. My daughter is quite light (16 kg), and has a bit of trouble pushing hard enough on the brake when on a steep hill.
We accidentally ordered the wrong colour at first, and sent the scooter back to the seller. They were good about the return, and even refunded the shipping cost on the first one they sent out (though not my cost in sending it back, of course).
I have just gone to ‘build’ this for my daughters birthday and found that no assembly is required just I told adjust the handle and you’re ready! I read some reviews about this scooter being very hard to fold/unfold and can confirm that this is not the case – the scooter folds up and down with one pull instantly. The scooter seems very sturdy and I’m sure will last years the flashing wheels are a nice touch too.
Great Scooter for our Granddaughter, the only issue was the “build” instructions were not perfectly clear which caused some confusion in the first place. Other than that its a great scooter which has already had quite a bit of use, whizzing round the house and then also a trip to the park before going home to Mum & Dad on Boxing Day. Love the wheels which light up when going round…
Bought the scooter for a six year old boy. It is perfect for him and he is very happy with it.
The scooter appears to be very sturdy (two months of daily use so far and no complaints). I was surprised how smooth and silent it was on the road, compared to previous scooters we had. Also the lights in the wheels look very bright compared to other scooters with led lighted wheels I’ve seen children driving around.
The only minor drawback I can think of is that it’s a bit heavy, which comes into play when my child has to carry it up the stairs, but I guess it just testifies to it’s sturdiness.
I just wish it came in adult size! 🙂
I rarely write reviews but I had to say how pleased we are with this scooter. We bought it for our son’s 5th birthday and it has been a huge success. He previously had a 2 wheeled scooter but really struggled with it and didn’t want to use it. He has some sight problems and is not able to see in 3D and therefore struggles to judge distances, this often result in low confidence when doing physical things – however on this scooter he was off and away really quickly! He is going down hills confidently, steering and really enjoying riding it. It has made us so pleased that he feels confident on it and actually wants to scooter to school on it. The flashing lights area an extra bonus and were a great hit! I cannot comment on longevity as we have only recently purchased it but the construction is sturdy and it appears to be of very good quality.
Bought this for my boys 4th Birthday and he loves it. Its really well made and perfect for him and under 50. The handle is easily and securely adjustable, the foot plate is wide and sturdy and the wheels are good and wide with thick rubber. The lights are cool too. Took him 1 day to master the hill on our estate as he feels confident riding it. He is the envy of all his buddies!
Turned up exactly when they said it would and is plenty tall enough.
As to the initial quality, pretty dam impressive. Its a solid felling scooter with metal bolts and lots of screws really giving the overall feel of a solid construction that folds up to fit into the boot easily. The LED lights work great but obviously are near invisible in direct sunlight but take it out for a spin in the evening or on a cloudy day and its like disco!
My daughter loves it and that’s coming from owning a mini micro that this scooter replaced.
As to its long term quality only time will tell but if anything terrible turns up, I.e, wheels suddenly fall of I’ll update.
A last note that sold this scooter to me is that they have ALL of the parts at a reasonable price on their webpage if general wear and tear leaves us needing parts in the future.
*Update* One year down the line and a zillion miles later this scooter is still worth every penny. The wheels still light up and no faults whatsoever.
*Update 2 18/09/2019* My daughter is now 11 and plays more on her bike. The scooter is still in constant use however but more by her neighbourhood friends. “Finally” the scooter has had its first fault! One of the bolts came loose, 10 seconds tightening it back up and good as new! 3 years down the line and 10 zillion miles later still going!
Bought this for my 6 year olds birthday after a lot of looking around at different types. Have to say I am really happy with it it's really well made and my 6 year old who was too nervous on a two wheeler has absolutely nailed it on this scooter and loves it. The only thing I found at first was the slider to fold the scooter was a little stiff. But a minor problem once I'd watched the technique on the you tube video.
I purchased this scooter for my great nephew that lives in the wonderful UK. He absolutely LOVES this scooter. It’s very well made, easy to assemble, and it came in his favorite color, orange. He’s four years old and rides like the wind (with his helmet on, of course)! His favorite feature of this scooter iis that the wheels have neon lights inside the tires that shine brightly when he rides down the street and he has attracted a lot of attention from the other kids on the block! All in all, a great buy for a scooter that should last for years.
Bought for a 2.5 year old after she experienced one of her friend’s scooters and wouldn’t stop talking about it. The other scooter was the mini micro, the leading brand in the UK.
I thought the mini micro was good: light and easy to maneuver. When I stood on it, though, the deck would warp and bend so much that I couldn’t use it. Quite flimsy, although fine for small kids.
The other thing that shocked me about the mini micro was the high price… Even second hand!
This scooter is so much better in several ways:
1. Half the price of the mini micro. New.
2. Much more robust. It is rated to hold up to 50kg, but I am over 70kg and have used it without problem! The deck does not bend at all
3. The handle extends to accomodate older children. This is not a feature of the basic mini micro. You need to buy the deluxe model, which is even more expensive. Very easy to adjust with a quick release clip that can be tightened and a mechanical lock when it reaches maximum extension.
4. The upright bar for the handle is ‘body coloured’, a nice touch, which improves the look significantly
5. The folding mechanism for the handle is very quick and easy to use. You just pull the black collar up and this unlocks the mechanism. Quite compact while folded. I did not fold the mini micro so can’t say whether this is better or worse, although the mechanism on the micro appears less aesthetically pleasing.
6. The wheels light up! These seem to work on a dynamo and don’t need batteries as far as I can see. They are VERY bright and effective. Wasn’t sure whether this was just a gimmick before purchase, but they really add to the experience!
7. The double rear wheel appears to help stability and will likely help reduce wear in the long term.
8. Greater range of colours available.
9. The front of the scooter is not as sharp edged, so any collisions with people hopefully won’t be as painful!
10. You will see many second hand micro scooters with cracks on the front edge. Ours has been crashed into concrete several times already and no damage yet. I just think the front is a better design on this model.
It is heavier than the micro, but this hasn’t caused a problem in use for the child at all.
The lean to turn steering system works in the same way and is excellent. Handles appear durable yet not hard and very comfortable to hold.
Can’t comment on long term durability yet, but after a couple hours of use on tarmac, there is no visible wear on the wheels.
We have one very happy child who is proud of this scooter.
This scooter arrived within a couple of days,brilliant, it was for my granddaughters 5th birthday this week end, as it was the half term we decided she could have it earlier so she could get used to a bigger scooter, well she just loved it, what a hit, all her friends parents r asking about it and where was it purchased. It’s sturdy, like the wider footrest and of course the lights, they r a thumbs up from the children.
