I was a bit worried because these aren’t the original Ring door bell batteries. But they’ve lasted twice as long!! As soon as one comes off I charge it and it’s ready to go again when the other one runs out. Lasted about 3 weeks and that was putting it straight in from receiving it without giving it a charge first. Very happy and definitely recommend
I bought a 2 pack of these batteries in Aug 2022 to go in my outdoor battery powered Ring Cams (the Cams only come with 1 battery but have 2 battery slots and these batteries were to fill the spare slots). I have the Cams connected to the little solar panels from Ring that charge the batteries (which work well). I quickly noticed 1 of the new batteries had a problem though so changed it for 1 of my spares. I charged the faulty battery from the mains and it looked like it was taking a charge but it drained dead in a matter of days when it should have lasted 2 to 3 weeks like all the rest do. I repeated the process to make sure and same result. In fairness to Natno (Ada) I sent them a message telling them about the problem and they replied in just a couple of hours, they asked for a photo and once I had sent that they sent replacement batteries which arrived 3 days later. What surprised me most is not just how quickly and kindly they dealt with it and me but the fact that they didn’t just replace 1 of the batteries they sent a new 2 pack replacing both batteries even though only 1 battery had been faulty. You can’t say fairer than that, so I left them this feedback review to say thanks and give credit where it’s due. Few months down the line now and both batteries are going strong. They arrived, I charged them to 100%, put them in my Ring cameras and they work. Not much more to say
Replace my batteries in two ring devices these batteries seem to be better than the originals.
Faultless company service, just one small glitch, one of the batteries didn’t register its power with my ring camera, I cleaned contacts and still no joy. I contacted the company and the best service ever a lot of companies could follow suite.
A replacement battery arrived within 48 hours, and it could have been sooner but I delayed in responding to their reply.

I’m pleased to say that the customer service was fantastic… the original item died after 3 months, however their customer support team replaced the item without any issues or headaches and pleased to say one of the two original items continues to work well as does the replacement – thank you!
One of the pair lasted about half the time of the other, now it won’t recharge.
Edit: I’ve been contacted by the seller and they are sending a replacement.
Second edit, I’ve received replacements and all is ok. Very good customer service.
