Great set of multi-function weights and options to create the various free weights, barbell and kettlebell.
I would have given 5 stars if I had the option to create TWO Kettlebells – this is really disappointing as this was the main reason for the purchase, and the other options being an additional bonus….so to do a kettlebell workout with two of them is not an option, simply because only one piece is provided to create this. If there was the option to create two kettlebells – this would receive a raving FIVE stars!!
Why is there only an option for one kettlebell? And can you supply the additional part so that I can create this? Then this would be awesome!
Worth every penny. I started working out over lock down and needed something heavier as my strength grew. This is a really good set with lots of weight options and combinations so you can cover a good range of movements.
Easy to install, weights came packed in bubbles package, plastic material. One downside is no proper storage kit.
They worth every penny, for someone who struggles to find time to go to gym as much as I want to, they are great!!!
This is a very good set of weights! It has many pros and one small con, which I’ll discuss later.
First off, the package it arrived in was relatively heavy! All in all, we’re talking over 22 kilos, of which 19kg are all the plates and the remaining 3kg are split between the bar, the kettle bar, nuts, etc.
The premise of this set is very simple. One can opt for dumbbells or can combine the bumbbells using the main bar into a barbell! The plates are good quality plastic filled with cement and iron sand, and having weighed each plate, the markings are quite spot on!
Everything is held together by the orange coloured nuts. They are high quality plastic (orange too, so you cannot miss them) and screw on and off very easily!
I have tried a number of combinations and I have to say it’s very easy to transform from one format to the other; I just, however, would not do that during my workout, as it can be lengthy; allow me to explain: the way the dumbbells get slotted onto the main bar is very safe, but equally, as they need to be screwed into each side of the bar, it takes times as the one side of the bumbbell goes quite a lot inside the one side of the bar! Very safe, but quite time consuming!
The main bar itself has thick padded foam; I know, as I did some shoulder exercises and placed the bar on my neck and shoulders and did not feel any discomfort whatsoever!
The kettlebell format is one that I only tried once; it works nicely and when in that format, the weight distribution is good, so one can keep balance!
Now, onto the only con I could make out! Regardless of how well you screws things, they will come loose! Now, this is no biggie, as a) they will never come completely loose and b) you can tighten things up during the rest period! To clarify, the nuts don’t come loose that often; that’s what I liked about the whole setup. What does come loose is when there is a fully constructed bar, the dumbbell sides can come loose!
All in all, a very nice introductory set to weights for someone who wants to have a go before they graduate onto something more solid and expensive!
Those dumbbells are so flexible! The weights are evenly distributed and easy to replace. You can pick from 4x2kg, 4×1.5kg and 4×1.25kg – 19kg in total. Since the weights are adjustable everyone in the family is able to use and enjoy these. Also love that it comes with a bar which can be joined with the dumbbells for bench press. Had my first workout with them today and quite happy with the quality so far.
Though I don’t like to have weights where I am
Required to change the weight mid set, these are suitable to have as a back up. I have set the weight to a weight I’m happy with and left them aside. These feel very plastic so I doubt there will be much use out of them when compared to my other weights. Nonetheless a good set to have around. These weights also stack onto the home gym version of cables.
So this set includes two dumbbell attachments, two handle attachments, one joining bar, a kettle bell type attachment and the 12 weights, coming in 4 x 2KG, 4 x 1.5KG and 4 x 1.25KG. Overall there is a good mix of weights and sizes, a good degree of adjustability and the option to turn your single barbbells into a full size bar.
I love the flexibility of the set, the ease of adjustment and the fact it’s suitable for my wife doing Yoga exercises and me doing weight training. I’m not a hardcore gym nut, just someone who wants to keep a bit of tone and these weights are perfect for my needs. Pricey to be honest but just the going rate at present, great set nonetheless.
I have finally got my husband to exercise! He was always finding some excuses not to exercise – “no proper equipment etc.” I bought some other equipment for him but he didn’t like it

Came well packed and has a lot of adjustable parts. Can be used in different styles, easy to move from one style to an other.
When not used can be left on side, doesn’t take much space as traditional long models.
Holding parts contacted with non slippery material, it’s quite comfortable to hold in hands.
As unit comes to parts can use personal creativity and style or combine use it for fitness, such kettlebell tops can be used for push ups or as leg holders.
Overall nice package which helps to train different parts of the body by adjusting its style. Please note total weight is around 20kg.
This is a really superb set. You have use of barbells dumbbells and kettlebells all from 12 weights , 3 bars 2 keyhole bell handles and one stick and 4 nuts. They seem to be very good quality and have included wrist wrap and gloves (not so god quality and good photographic demonstrations The exercises are endless, deadlifts, biceps curls, squats and clean and press to name a few, Cant waiit to start working out . I am only sorry that I did not get these during lockdowns
