I contemplated building a gaming machine for my son (14m) and after doing a fair bit of research settled on this. It is literally plug and play and was up and running 10 minutes out of the box. Only thought is modern games are so big I wish I’d gone for a bigger SSD to the supplied 240 GB. All in all fantastic kit for the money and very easy to set up.
Bought this 6 months ago and it will play anything in ultra or high graphics the only downside it is abit loud with the 3 coloured fans on the front other than that happy days
Delivery: Ordered this product On Monday, it arrived on Sunday. That’s the bad part. They sent this PC on Saturday and it arrived on Sunday.
The PC itself: Recommend 100%, the PC arrived exactly as the specifications said. It arrived with useful programs and the BullGuard antivirus installed.
Computer was running slow at first, turned out to be a software issue. Antivirus was slowing down Computer. All good so far.

Very high performance with a great price. I tried the latest games with maximum resolution and everything was perfect and smooth
Delivered quickly, quicker than original date indicated, packaging was very well protected. A nice machine. My son is more than pleased with it. Not a full on gaming monster but more than up to the job at a reasonable price and easily upgradeable. The only downside is no wifi card fitted which for the sake of another 28 quid for a high speed dual band with bluetooth 5 its no great hardship but would be nice if it already came fitted.
769 for this machine is an absolute steal! A 1660Ti and a six core 4ghz processor eats pretty much everything for breakfast at 1080p, it’s not far off a 1070, if not pretty much the exact same but cheaper.
It ran DOOM amazingly, it was a smooth 60fps experience at maxed 1080p. The Witcher 3 also ran smoothly 60fps on 1080p high settings. I tried putting all the settings on ultra and noticed some stuttering when I was moving the camera (it was a little shaky) but it was otherwise 60fps, maybe an inconsistent 60fps that probably would become more stable if I used those settings more, as it seemed like the shaders hadn’t properly loaded into the world yet. I also tried Dying Light, which ran smoothly with maxed settings and looks absolutely beautiful (make sure not to use film preset!).
Machine looks nice, especially with a RGB keyboard. This machine also works really well with emulation. Tried Dolphin and CEMU and games were consistently at 60fps, and with 1080p settings.
Another great thing about this machine is, when I’m doing regular browsing or typing, the CPU is consistently below 10% even with an animated desktop.
I haven’t contacted support services or anything, but I plan on looking to upgrade the storage as 1TB is probably not enough, as I’ve already used up half of the provided storage and I probably will need to uninstall games like DOOM if I want to install other games.

As a PC newcomer I was looking for a good pre-built PC to get me started, and I have to say I’m in love with the PC provided! Works perfectly straight out of the box, all extra packaging and necessary instruction manuals were packaged with it and it runs perfectly well, with high performance and ease of use. Delivery was quick and it arrived earlier than expected, and I was kept updated well by AWD-IT themselves as to the status of my package. Would recommend highly.
