A seguito di passaggio all’induzione ho preso questa caffettiera; come la precedente che avevo per i classici fuochi, devo dire che un ottimo prodotto. Caffettiera da 3 (dosi generose) con riduttore da 1.
Con un po’ di pratica e un po’ di energia la caffettiera si riesce a chiudere pure con una mano.
Il manico scalda molto meno, rispetto alla versione per fuochi tradizionali.
Si pulisce bene , ma per esperienza, quando si toglie la bratta, se si usa il riduttore state attenti a non farlo finire nella pattumiera
Ottimo prodotto che consiglio per chi vuole togliersi lo sfizio di un bell’oggetto e di un ottimo caff!

Ich nutze die Espresso-Maschine seit mehreren Wochen jeden Morgen und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Kaffee gelingt gut (hngt selbstverstndlich auch vom Kaffee ab) und durch den Klickverschluss anstelle eines Schraubgewindes lsst sich die Kanne gut ffnen, auch wenn sie noch hei ist. Ich bin rundum zufrieden.
La migliore caffettiera di sempre, la chiusura geniale. La uso su fornello elettrico e funziona perfettamente. All’interno c’ gi il riduttore per fare un solo caff anzich tre.
Ottimo prodotto per qualit per design e per funzionalit. Non si avvita ms di aggancia in modo facile ma sicuro. Base ampia stabile sul fornello. Assolutamente soddisfatto. Si tratta inoltre di acciaio che evita rilasci di sostanze nel caff. Ottimo. Servizio impeccabile.

I’ve been using bialetti stovetop “espresso” makers since 1985. This is the first time I shifted. Good move. I love that this product is made of stainless steel (though even while not using too high a flame the bottom section of the pot is yellowing just barely). I think this makes a better, and slightly larger and stronger cup of coffee than a bialetti 6. I like the design and very much like the locking mechanism. Looks good, works better. Just a great purchase even for the cost.

I saw this machine for the first time in Italy and fell in love with it. Expensive but love the good coffee it makes. I have bought the 10 cups size which produces two full cups of coffee and it is perfect for me. Beautiful design and finish. Very pleased with my purchase!

This is a very beautiful and innovative design; its main departure from classic moka pot designs is how the upper section–where the coffee ends up–attaches to the little tank. Other designs have the upper section screwing down onto the tank, with the seal being effected through a rubber gasket. With the Alessi 9090, the attachment is via a snap-down mechanism involving the handle. Here’s the thing: if the snap-down seal is not good enough, steam escapes past the join and there’s not enough pressure to make a pot of coffee. This happened in my case when I used Lavazza coffee, ground for moka pots (rather fine), but not when I used a coarser grind coffee such as Starbucks. My fix was to make a washer out of a sheet of 1mm thick microwave-safe plastic and place it between the gasket and the upper pot. This made all the difference, and now even an espresso grind works with the Alessi. This problem wouldn’t arise with a screw-down, but I’m happy now with my little fix.
Got it when it was cheep, worth Getting if you can find one not full price, my step mom has had hers for 40 years and it still looks like new.
A bit pricey but very aesthetically pleasing. Quality is flawless and you can clean this one easily. The latch mechanism is very good. Don’t regret paying a little extra

Lei resiste in un mondo in cui le macchinette elettriche e le cialde hanno preso il posto del vecchio rito della preparazione del caff.
Con il suo profumo, il suo rumore, il suo gusto sempre simile e sempre nuovo.
Questa caffettiera stata inventata dal geniale designer Richard Sapper pi di 30 anni fa, e ha realizzato un oggetto tanto bello quanto funzionale in ogni suo aspetto. (infatti era un designer, non un semplice styler).

in acciaio, non si ossida come una normale moka di alluminio, non trasmette sapori metallici al caff, molto robusta, non vi si brucer il manico, si pulisce meravigliosamente bene,
comodissima da aprire e chiudere anche da calda, e pu essere caricata mentre l’avete gi messa sul fuoco per risparmiare tempo.
Ha una base ampia adatta a molti fornelli, senza bisogno del riduttore.
Inoltre permette di concentrare il calore in maniera ottimale sul corpo macchina, per una pi veloce preparazione e una migliore efficienza energetica.
Insomma, penso non abbia lasciato nulla, nulla al caso.
Io ho preso quella da una tazza (mod. 9090/1), ci vengono due caff.
Nelle foto vi ho messo diverse immagini della scatola, se potete leggete i lati in cui parla del suo prodotto.
Meritano.
In pi ho fotografato la differenza di dimensione con la mia vecchia da 3 tazze (mod. 9090/3) che ha circa 35 anni.
Costa parecchio, ma un prodotto unico, bellissimo, estremamente funzionale e INDISTRUTTIBILE.
Se tenuta con un minimo di grazia vi durer oltre una vita.
DIFETTI?
Un paio.
Il manico, seppur di un metallo speciale che trasmette calore pi lentamente, scotta.
Non ustiona, ma i pi delicati avranno bisogno di una presina. (Per la sua temperatura dipende molto dal l’altezza della fiamma sotto).
Io la prendo tranquillamente con le mani, con un p di fretta.
Infine, si.
Costa.
Ma per me, vale di pi di quel che costa.
Prodotti cos escono dal tempo e dalla logica terrena del vil denaro.
Aspettate una buona offerta e regalatevi, o regalate, qualcosa di unico a chi pu apprezzarla.
A tutti gli altri, baster una Bialetti da 12.
Caffettiera eccellente, remake per i piani ad induzione, della classica Alessi di molti decenni fa. Cambia solo il materiale, questa pi leggera. Il caff lo fa molto buono, e trovare una moka che faccia un caff buono senza bruciarlo (parlo per i piani ad induzione, chi ce l’ha lo sapr), molto difficile. Questa fa un egregio lavoro; l’unica cosa che ho notato che quando la si apre per pulirla (operazione tra l’altro SEMPLICISSIMA e pi efficace rispetto alle moke tradizionali), resta molta acqua dentro la camera, nonostante stia sempre attento a metterla al di sotto della valvola.
Comunque, straconsigliata!
Il caff ottimo, esce rapidamente e ci sono 3 tazze abbondanti.
La chiusura sembra difficile ma ci si rende conto quasi subito che funzionale, e si impara a maneggiarla correttamente.
Il manico in acciaio e si scalda, va dunque maneggiato con le dovute cautele.
Pulizia facile in lavastoviglie.
on l’ho scoperta adesso, saranno almeno trentanni se non erro che la ricordo a casa mia, poi mamma me ne ha chiesto un’altra e l’ho presa, ottima per chi soffre come lei con le mani, i polsi delicati etc.. insomma mancanza di giovent, ma tutti ci dobbiamo passare, almeno lo speriamo!
dico che spocchiosa perch quando si mette il caff bisogna fare molta attenzione che rimanga dentro il filtro e che sia la giusta quantit, altrimenti la chiusura ti fa tribolare. per basta imparare a correggersi man mano. bello il manico che non si scalda. un p difficile reperire le guarnizioni nella grande distribuzione. cmq un prodotto che sopravvive a molti proprietari!
Caffettiera che rappresenta un vero must nella mia famiglia, regalata e ricevuta. Ottimo caff gi al primo utilizzo, materiali eccezionali, stile che non invecchia, elegante da mostrare. Ne abbiamo una ancora perfetta dopo circa 25 anni, usata quotidianamente. Straconsigliata!
This espresso maker is worth every penny!! It’s easy to use, makes stellar coffee, and looks adorable. The wider bottom makes it sit on my gas grate very solidly. The 3-cup size I purchased actually pours 3.5 espresso cups. More than enough for 2 to 3 people to have a shot. Easy to open and close. I can’t say enough good things about it!
Two of the main the main reasons I bought this one instead of cheap ones is 1) it’s stainless so no pitting! And 2) it’s actually made in Italy, not China.
Been using this exact model for a couple of years and decided to buy another one as a present. Possibly the best stovetop espresso maker there is… No complaints about the quality, it’s perfect. Some reviews mentioned signs of inner corrosion, but I struggled to find any, and could only assume that it varies from item to item.

Very nice lines. Does tend to leak a bit of coffee from gasket while brewing. Washes us the dishwasher! Much better than my aluminum stovetop espresso maker!!
Bellissima esteticamente, comoda per l’apertura ma usandola sempre con il riduttore spesso esce il caff freddo ed un po bruciato nonostante spengo la macchina quando inizia a far rumore.

Ho acquistato qs caffettiera perch la precedente l’ho rovinata facendola cadere malamente due volte. Ero perplessa x alcune recensioni lette. Invece il miglior acquisto potessi fare: prezzo vantaggioso, prodotto perfetto, la mia caffettiera di sempre! La precedente fu acquistata in negozio. Nessuna differenza con questa. Prodotto perfetto, caff subito buono, imballo eccellente, in anticipo sui tempi previsti x la consegna. Se potessi metterei 6 stelle. La consiglio a tutti. Non c’ confronto con nessun altro prodotto. Costa pi di una Bialetti, ma la tua caffettiera x la vita.
Si lava in lavastoviglie. Va su induzione come da istruzioni. O su gas. Chiusura perfetta, nessuna perdita. La uso tantissimo. Consigliatissisma!

Ho restituito il prodotto nei tempi e senza alcun problema. Avevo ricevuto un’altra caffettiera in regalo (di altra marca) e quindi, della Alessi tre tazze, non ho potuto neanche giudicarne il funzionamento. Posso solo commentarne l’estetica (realmente bella, da esposizione al MOMA) e la solidit del materiale. Purtroppo, essendo l’altra caffettiera un regalo ho “dovuto” tenermi quella. In questi casi di restituzione il servizio Amazon davvero impeccabile, veloce e gratuito (nei tempi indicati da regolamento).
Non posso parlare per tutti gli altri piani cottura a induzione, ad ogni modo su quello della MIELE KM 6629 funziona perfettamente.

Unlike other people I haven’t found the game getting hot. My guess is that the ring was too big for the pot.
We have used a 3 cup AllesI for years and find nothing else matches the quality of the coffee it makes. We also bought a six cup. The 3 cup only makes 2 black espresso shots. Worth every penny. It keeps its looks and lasts for ever.
First one I received was not hermetic – leaking during the brew. Got a swift replacement from Amazon. I have to say its worth every penny. Build quality and quality of espresso it produces is stunning. I was hesitant between 1 cup and 3 cup version and in the end cant be happier with the 3 cup one. Perfec

No more dripping, this latest Alessi product not only looks good but works well, except – every so often (1-2 a month) the top won’t come off after use. It is just stuck. A lot a wiggling and running it under hot water sometimes helps, or I look for someone stronger. I have not yet figures out what works.
Fun to use, no leaking at gasket as with screw on stovetop espresso makers. Needs a strong arm to release handle.
9090 by Richard Sapper 6/3 cups
Beautiful design. Stable, no spilling no boil over and no burning if you remember not to brew with burner on high (I use electric coil stove with setting at 5/10). Makes a full regular sized (~12 oz cup of the best Java ever).
Respecto al envo, pedida un domingo a media maana, la tena en mis manos el lunes a primera hora de la tarde del lunes.Me equivoqu de tamao y solicit un cambio a Amazon. El martes ya tena aprobado el cambio y la etiqueta de retorno en mi correo. Llev el paquete a Correos el martes por la tarde y el mircoles por la maana volva a tener la nueva en mis manos. la volevo da molto tempo e tutto andato perfettamente. Tempi, imballaggio e cose scritte confermate senza sorprese. La uso da pi di un mese e va benissimo
Dopo un anno di utilizzo praticamente quotidiano, posso dire che questa caffettiera vale tutti i soldi che costa. Il metodo di chiusura a scatto robusto e veramente comodo, il caff pronto in un attimo e la caffettiera si pu lavare in lavastoviglie. Realmente un ottimo acquisto.
L’ unica contrariet mi venuta dall’ aver acquistato inutilmente il riduttore, che la caffettiera aveva gi in dotazione anche se io non lo sapevo; e in pi invece di metterlo nella scatola della caffettiera me l’ hanno mandato con spedizione separata facendomene anche pagare le spese.

I just received my 9090/6 and I couldn’t be happier.The quality is beyond compare. This is my third moka pot the first one I found on Maui at a donation thrift shop. It was also stainless and I made the best coffee many had tasted with it. Unfortunately I cooled it to quickly too many times and it sprung a leak.
The next one I got was also stainless but the quality of the Bialetti was far in superior to the antique relic I had been accustomed to and the relief valve went within a year.
Wow first sips from the 9090 and I know we will be friends for years to come.
Best investment so far this year!!

A la larga sale econmica.
Prepara un caff molto buono e direi particolarmente aromatico, si pu usare sia sui fornelli a gas che a induzione. E’ fornita con il riduttore del filtro.
A very nice coffee pot, makes good coffee. Reason for 4 stars- the handle gets quite hot and it is overpriced.
It makes great coffee. If you are not born Italian, this device prepares two cups of coffee 🙂
This size makes just enough for about 3 small espresso cups, or one big latte (a 33cl mug). I also have the 6 cup size which is better if you make coffee for two.
A few tips:
1. Use a tamper to make sure that the grinds are well distributed and well pressed. It makes a huge difference. For this size (3 cups) you need a 49mm tamper (or 48 if you can’t find the other size), and for the 6 cups you need a 58mm tamper. They are easy to find on amazon and not expensive.
2. If you boil the water prior to putting it in the bottom part then your coffee will be ready literally in 1-2mn, and this prevents the fresh coffee grinds from sitting in the basket for too long.
3. To clean, run the pot under cold water so that you can unclip the top without having to wait for the pot to cool down (the stainless steel is very heavy so this takes forever!).
4. Use espresso ground coffee, not filter.

Meraviglioso design e caff delizioso gi dalla seconda moka. Possedevo gi quella da 6 e ho voluto acquistare quella da 1 per un uso giornaliero. stupenda, facile da caricare, pulire e il caff sempre buono. Costa un po’ ma ne vale decisamente la pena, un oggetto fatto per durare per sempre.

Despus de varios da usndola, no he tomado el caf caliente nunca. Ocurre que , como se trata de poca cantidad de caf, al subir ste, se encuentra con que el cuerpo superior de la cafetera est fro an , y el poco caf que sube se enfras al momento. Una pena que no haya satisfecho mis expectativas .
Nach einem Jahr tglich mehrmaliger Verwendung knnen wir in unserem Haushalt zuversichtlich berichten, dass dieser Mokkakocher (Fr Espresso haben wir eine Espressomaschiene, also mit Druck etc.) einwandfrei und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit funktioniert. Besonders praktisch und gut durchdacht erscheint uns der Verschluss. Wir haben uns damals fr dieses Modell von Alessi entschieden, weil es aus Edelstahl ist und weil es die Mglichkeit, mit Hilfe des Filtereinsatzes, 1 1/2 oder 3 Tassen, zuzubereiten. Wir haben diesen Einsatz natrlich auch schon einmal verloren, aber ganz leicht fr 4 Euro nachbestellen knnen. Es sei noch erwhnt, dass wir immer ein Induktionsfeld fr unsere Alessi 9090/3 verwenden.
Icona del “fare il caff”, sicuramente, nonostante gli anni, la migliore ( ripeto, assolutamente la migliore) caffettiera per uso domestico presente sul mercato.
Un disegno bellissimo ed essenziale, che sintetizza anche graficamente la funzione.
Un sistema di apertura, ancora oggi estremamente innovativo, dato che nessuno pi riuscito a fare di meglio (nemmeno in casa Alessi).

E’ una caffettiera unica al mondo, ne avevo una di trenta anni fa (proprio 30 !! ) che ha cominciato a perdere un p di acqua
da un forellino sul fondo causato dal “logorio di una lunga vita di servizio”.
Ho ricomprato esattamente lo stesso modello ( questa nuova anche adatta ai fornelli ad induzione, unico elemento nuovo )
e fra trenta anni o gi di li penso che la riprendero !!! 🙂 🙂
Della qualita Alessi non avevo dubbi, sono anni che utilizzo la stessa caffettiera ma da 6 tazze. Comprata per mia moglie che voleva una tazza per il caffe’ del mezzogiorno. Dopo varie caffettiere ho risolto con questa. Non costa poco ma e’ definitiva.

Adems como es de induccin se hace el caf en menos de 3 minutos.
Al principio, sala vapor por la junta, pero pronto descubr que era que pona la induccin a mucha potencia, de manera que en lugar de ponerla a 9… (el mximo) se pone a 8 o incluso a 7 y sale perfecto.
Enhorabuena por el producto.
En cuanto a la distribucin , todo correcto, lleg en el plazo indicado.

Una delle migliori moka realizzate nell’universo dei prodotti per il caff fatto a casa. Un design antico ma sempre nuovo ed innovativo, sempre al passo dei tempi e delle mode. Immancabile i ogni casa, un ottimo elemento per la cucina ma anche come arredamento, dando quel tocco speciale a qualunque cucina o salone che si rispetti.
L’ho comprata per mia madre, che da usa da 20 anni la stessa caffettiera ma da tre tazze e ne sempre stata entusiasta.
