This is a lovely bird box and look really smart attached to the side of our shed which is located at the end of the garden. The box is really easy to attach to a shed or a wall, and once attached it appears to be secure, plus there is a catch on the side of the box to allow cleaning after the birds depart. The only thing I did prior to attaching the bird box is to give the little roof shingles a coat of sealant as they look to be plain untreated wood and hopefully this will extend the life of the box. It’s been attached to the shed for a about a month and recently a pair of Blue Tits have decided to make it their home, so it seems to be equally popular with the birds as it is with us.
Very well built and looks nice in our garden. No birds nesting yet but too early to say if successful
