I love this new burn pit everyone ask were I got it from…thanks again amazo
Just big enough to have a nice size fire, not too big as to worry about safety
Like that it’ “deep dish”. Works great. Love the handles. Easy to move around even with a fire going.
This is my second purchase of this fire pit. We have one at our primary home and one at our vacation home. The first we’ve had for several years and it is in perfect shape still.
I’ve had this fire ring for a few weeks and had several fires in it. It’s a great little fire ring and sturdy. You can view the fire from the sides through the screen mesh all around the sides. Comes with a mesh cover and handle for adjusting logs inside the ring. Great purchase.
Needs touch up paint already but overall am very pleased
It’s a great product overall. I put it together with my dad in about 10 minutes, light enough that I could lift it easily on my own, although it does rust after so many rainy nights. (The rust part is to be expected, although it’s only surface rust). It’s been amazing overall as I’ve been using it nonstop this whole summer.
Perfect size for the back yard! Lots of airflow for big fires or just keeping a couple logs lit.
The fire pit itself is really sturdy and an attractive piece. When we received it we were missing all the hardware and 2 of the handles. We contacted Amazon but unfortunately they had no more in the warehouse so they asked if we wanted to return it for a refund. They offered us a 20% refund which we opted for and then we went and bought some suitable things to put it together. We are very happy with the purchase.
This was a lot more sturdy then I thought it would be but has had several fires in it now and holds up very well. Very easy to assemble as well
It’s a great firepit and with a brick pad it makes a great addition to the deck. It does seem a little week in the legs/feet and I drilled 4 small holes in the bottom to let water drain if it gets rained on.
Love my new fire pit. It’s big enough to hold good sized logs and was easy to assemble. The only problem is with the stoker which keeps unscrewing in the middle. Overall It’s a great purchase.
Merci
Really nice fire pit! Worth it, although it rusts really quickly, so either buy a cover or store indoors.
Easy to assemble and is great value for the money. Its a good size file pit.
Cela m’a l’air trs bon produit.
Great fire pit, holding up well. After a year in the elements ( and a Canadian winter, 8 months of it) it rusts like anything else, but acceptable nonetheless. Great airflow, nice pit.
Very cool! It’s a lot deeper than fire pits I’ve seen at Lowe’s or wherever and less expensive. I’m sure it’ll rust away but still worth it. Arrived today and have already used it to burn junk mail and tree branches from my yard
Let’s start with the positives. This was very easy to assemble. There were no missing parts or bent pieces. And unlike for some reviewers, there were definitely holes in the bottom for the legs. After put together, I was actually kinda surprised by its size. It’s bigger than I expected. It’s also light and sturdy. It’s not so light that it feels cheap either. The mesh top also does its job and protects from sparks and pops and all that. All in all, very very nice.
Now for the lone negative. The poker is not good. It’s a two-piece poker that screws in the middle. And it’s flimsy. Seemed to get worse as the night went on. I actually plan on buying a different poker.
Also to note, the next day while cleaning the pit I noticed that a small spot inside had peeled paint. This is absolutely not an issue since is was so small, and I also plan on painting the pit with with some high-heat paint. I also used some sand in the bottom. Clean-up would have been better if there was a hole for drainage, but honestly it’s not necessary and overall clean-up wasn’t bad.
At the end of the day, the fire pit surprised me very much. It’s far better than I expected. Nothing warped or bent from the fire (unless you count the poker, which was bending due to just using it, which is also the reason I took a star off. yes, it’s that bad).
Big, solid and sturdy.
Worth a purchase.
The mesh is pretty delicate so comes imperfect. Much deeper than expected. The ring handles we’re banged up a little out of the box. Nice to look at.
Small and easy to build. Used for driveway fire pit.
So, this bowl is about 24″ in actual usable diameter and it has proven to be a perfect size for a simple backyard fire pit. Even with a bag of sand in the bottom, I can carry it pretty easily and have tried a couple of different locations on my back patio. The cutouts are such that airflow is good and the flames are easily visible.
This isn’t something that I’ll be passing on to my grand kids with the “estate”, but for something that allows me to enjoy a basic fire out back on a cool evening, it does the job well.
The design is great .But quality of material is looking cheap!
Would recommend. Sturdy and easy to assemble. I had a fire-pit (hole) built into my patio, but decided to put down a few bricks and use an elevated fire pit. I bough this and it worked great. It can be a little finicky with wind and actually getting it started.
I would recommend a cover since it will hold water if it rains, but the covers are cheap.
Easy assembly, recommend the cover Amazon suggests you buy with it. I’ve bought more expensive fire pits that will never even be close to this quality. If you like the way it looks buy it. It’s worth twice the price.
ambiance feu de camp assur
pratique transporte
We like this pit because of the depth. Also, though it is a raised pit it allows the heat to exit where it keeps everyone warm. The lid allows us to cover the pit and not worry about sparks.
Bought this as a gift for my father. Very sturdy. Will drill holes in the bottom for water drainage as was mentioned in other reviews. Doesn’t rock at all if you tighten the legs on correctly. No rust nor damage upon receipt like some others mentioned. Very easy to assemble.
missing a leg should have 4 legs according to instructions but it only has 3 and will not stand correctly
Love this fire pit. Bought it to burn sticks that fall from the trees around my house. Now that The sticks are cleaned up I burn it for the enjoyment of sitting around the fire and relaxing.
Great lightweight fire pit. Drilled a hole in the bottom as others have stated. I leave it in the back of the 5th wheel. For the price if I have to replace it after a couple years that would be fine.
Came packaged securely. I imagine it will last for 1-2 summers. Not heavy duty quality material and you shouldn’t expect it at this price point. The cover is terribly cheap and it will last a matter of months. Just fine. I like the style
Easy to assemble, good size for a fire pit. The depth is good. You can toss a pretty good size log into it and make ‘smores. It is somewhat thin steel, but that makes it easy to move by the handles. You get what you pay for.
GOOD for the price. If you don’t take care of it, it won’t last. Protect from rain. Ours lost a lot of the paint but still works fine.
We were so excited to get this fire pit. It’s great quality and was easy to put together. My husband had it ready to use after about 15-20 minutes. Looking forward to using it lots this year.
Easy to assemble and looks great. For the money it is a good value and decent quality. The lattice sides cast really nice light. I would recommend buying a fire grate as this will improve the life of the fire pit.
P.S. the design around the outside looks very cool when a fire is going 🙂
We love this fire pit. The metal is thick enough so that the pit keeps its shape well, and once it heats up it stays hot for a good amount of time. The pit is large enough in diameter and height to accommodate a decent fire. It looks really good when the fire is burning. The handles are very sturdy when you need to carry it around, and the supplied rod for removing the cover is likewise very strong and durable. We are very happy with this.

Excellent value for money, easy to assemble, well packaged with timely delivery. Got this going at night into the late evening, fantastic.

With some sand & bricks lining the bottom, my first fire was a big success. No paint peeling yet.
Fantastic good size. Well made and arrived on time. Easy to assemble absolutely love it.

For the money you can’t go wrong, would buy again.

Sieht toll aus. Verarbeitung sehr solide.
Love it. Keeps us warm on chilly evening in the garden. Easy to assemble.

Fully fired out it belts out the heat and there is not too much smoke either once its up and going.
We use it on a flag otherwise it would burn the lawn. The cover and mesh sides keep the embers in.
Make sure you get a cover and use it. I forgot to put it back on after a session, it rained and it rusts. A spray tin of woodburner paint will solve that.

sehr gute Artikel, gut verarbeitet, hab schon mehrmals benutzt, bin sehr zufrieden.
You can sure spend more money on one of these but you can’t build a better fire than with this one. DO get the custom fitting $23.98 Landmann USA 29300 Big Sky Fire Pit 30 inch diameter Cover to go with it. We put (4) 11.5″ concrete paver blocks down on our concrete patio as an elevated base and heat sink, upon which we set it. The instructions do not call for filling the bottom plate with sand and we let the ash accumulate to an inch or two to build our fires upon. There are no holes in the bottom for draining rainwater and if you get the cover you’ll never have a rusty mess to deal with. This same model is sold under different names for higher prices but Amazon Basics is the best buy.
We bought this to enjoy for the fall/winter months. Assembly was easy. Legs and bowl seem tough, and very sturdy. The fire bowl is big enough to enjoy the fire without having to keep getting up to add wood to keep it going. I think the whole family will really enjoy being able to use it this winter.
ot used it now the summer has gone but seems well made

Pros:
Mesh top keeps sparks/ash from flying up
Long poker works well for moving logs around and for taking the top off
Very lightweight and easy to move
Cons:
Does not come with holes in the bottom for drainage- you’ll have to drill some
This is a *BASIC FIREPIT*. It’s going to rust, and if you don’t have a cover for it, it’ll fall apart in a year easily. YOU MUST HAVE A COVER!
Firepit is rather deep, which can make getting all the ashes out a pain (I wait until they’re cool then tip the whole thing into an ash bucket)
Mesh on the top rusts quickly even if the firepit is under a cover, just from humidity
You’ll have to paint this with high-heat paint every year to keep it from rusting through (I use Krylon High Heat Max Special Purpose Aerosol 12 oz. Black , one can of this is probably going to last through three years or more)
For the price I paid ($100 plus $15 for a firepit cover), it’s definitely been worth it so far. I have a smallish patio (15’x20′) and it’s a great size- big enough to have a good fire but small enough to have four or five chairs around and light enough to move out of the way when not using. If I owned my house I’d want something larger and more substantial but since I’m just renting this will do fine for now.
UPDATE JUNE 2016: Still looking good, still going strong. I do have to hit the screen with a coat of fire resistant paint every couple of months but I would expect to have to do that with any screen that wasn’t straight up stainless steel.

For the price of this firepit I expected it to be a bit chincy… But this thing is strong! The paint on it seems to be a little sensitive to the elements but for this price you could get a new one every couple of years! We plan to repaint it come spring. And im sure it will last many years.
