As far as using this as just a stand, my unit seems a bit glitchy. I turn it off by holding the button 3 seconds and sometimes it doesn’t automatically start charging so I’m able to use it as just a stand, but the majority of the time, it just keeps turning on and starts charging even when I power it off, so I end up fidgeting with it for 15-20 minutes to get it to not charge while propped up. Frustrating when I have work to do so often times, I just end up not bothering with it.
To reiterate, this is a portable charger. It does its primary job very well, but if you’re looking to use it as simply a stand when you don’t want to charge, you may want to look elsewhere.
I purchased the Apple Magsafe; wasn’t happy, and returned it to purchase this. I love the product; however, I am concerned with how hot it runs the phone while charging. So hot that it starts to affect the phone performance itself. Good battery life, that last a longtime, but it does charge slowly in my opinion tho. But good purchase overall. I am just going to continue monitoring the hot exposure.

Anker 622 permet de recharger 1 1/2 la batterie d’un Iphone 12.
La fixation magnetique magsafe est trs bonne si la batterie est installe directement sur le dos de l’Iphone ou si elle place sur coque magsafe d’Apple.
La batterie chauffe lors de la recharge par induction ce qui est normal. La temprature n’est pas plus excessive que lors d’une charge sur le secteur avec le magsafe d’Apple.
Je l’utilise depuis 6 mois et j’en suis content.
Molto bello ed elegante, pesa poco e i magneti sono molto forti. Carica velocemente, scaldando poco il dispositivo in ricarica. Qualit Anker sempre la migliore. Lo consiglio se non si vuole spendere il doppio per l’accessorio originale apple che carica alla stessa velocit.
La uso con iPhone 13 pro max prima che sia totalmente scarico e devo dire che lo ricarica molto velocemente. Non ho notato un particolare surriscaldamento del telefono. Comodo anche per ricaricare gli AirPods.
O carregador funciona muito bem. Consegue carregar duas vezes o meu iPhone 12. diferena de outros comentrios, no julguei que a bateria ou telemvel aquecesse de mais. Recomendo.

Great product , only down side . With some iPhone MagSafe product the magnet is not all the time 100%. Particularly on the case. Don’t go third party apply case if you are planing to by this battery. My the original Apple case. It is a little heavy but great for all around.

La ricarica comunque piuttosto lenta
Iniziamo col dire che la consegna avvenuta rapidamente, nei tempi prestabiliti ed in condizioni perfette.
Relativamente al caricatore, ANKER una marca molto nota e, apparentemente, molto affidabile. Le sue caratteristiche sono direi standard (5000 mAh) in grado quindi di caricare qualsiasi telefono in tempi relativamente rapidi (non ho ancora avuto la possibilit di testarlo approfonditamente ma da alcune prove iniziali il mio iPhone 13 pro max viene caricato al massimo al 70/80% in un paio d’ore, pi o meno in linea con le caratteristiche di altre power banks ed anche del caricatore Apple, che per costa circa il doppio). Ha una presa in/out Usb C che permette di caricare anche altri devices in maniera rapida ed , inoltre mag safe (che credo sia una caratteristica solo Apple) quindi in grado di caricare gli iPhone dotati di questa tecnologia attaccandosi al retro grazie ad una calamita molto efficace – difficile che si stacchi da sola – quindi senza necessit di alcun cavo. Ci permette di potere utilizzare il telefono anche in mobilit durante la ricarica: molto comodo. Credo sia forse la migliore alternativa al citato caricatore Apple non volendo spendere i ca 100 del suo prezzo.E’ dotato di un sistema a led per verificarne la carica. E’ comunque un bell’oggetto di diversi colori, piacevole al tatto, molto leggero, pratico da trasportare. Molto utile la possibilit di utilizzarlo anche come stand per il telefono grazie ad un supporto incorporato nel suo retro. Direi un’oggetto “must have” per evitare di rimanere senza batteria del telefono e per avere in ogni caso una riserva di carica anche per altri device (iPad, auricolari etc.). Per quanto mi riguarda lo considero un buon acquisto e spero anche di buona durata.

Diese hier ist flacher – dafr aber grer , so dass sie fr ein iphone mini nicht geeignet ist.

Om te beginnen heb je veel kleurkeuzes, heb je een stand in de batterij verwerkt die in horizontale en verticale richting werkt door de stevige magsafe in de batterij (op een tech21 hoesje met magsafe voor 13 mini). Laadt de mini van 0-90 procent draadloos en bedraad kan de batterij 12/15watt laden mocht je haast hebben, tevens is de MagGo 40 goedkoper dan van apple zelf. Tel uit je winst.

Il prodotto di Anker in termini di ergonomia e dimensione della batteria e’ il migliore che al momento puoi trovare sul mercato. Molto superiore a quello Apple e a meta’ prezzo.
Molto utile e fa il suo. Ma se devo usare il telefono non posso utilizzarla. Scalda cos tanto che si blocca il cell dopo un po’. Ma comunque io lo uso con iPhone X una cover per far diventare MagSafe. Magari con i modelli pi recenti va meglio nn so
I was so disappointed when I got this. I bought it for my wife after I had got another Anker changed that looked exactly the same. I was chuffed with my battery charger until this arrived. As soon as I opened the box I saw that this one was an upgrade of the one I had bought only a few months before!
Not much of a different except, wow you can stand this one up with the nifty little magnetic stand. Why was a disappointed? Well Because I had told my wife that this was her one and now she has a better charger than me.

Senza cover (o con una apposita) scuotendo il telefono non accenna a muoversi. Non puoi vedere la batteria del powerbank sul tuo iPhone, ma ha uno stile meraviglioso, il magnete molto resistente e non si toglie Facilmente, pu anche essere usato come poggia telefono e ricarica incredibilmente veloce (mi aspettavo che caricava circa il caricatore da 5w ma la differenza notevole)

This product has a very good finishing and works well when the mobile phone is seating over it in horizontal position, however it is not made to work with the iPhone SE 2022 (3rd generation) as it cannot hold in the upright kickstand at 45 degree. This is due to the fact the iPhone SE 2022 was not made to be compliant with magsafe power banks, but except for that, it works fine.

Come sempre Amazon una garanzia, arrivato in un giorno. Ordinato la sera alle 22 e alle 11 del mattino era gi arrivato. Prodotto davvero stupendo in tutto quanto. Si attacca veramente alla perfezione sul mio IPhone 13 Pro Max, molto forte anche con la cover Originale Apple MagSafe. Carica veloce. Da 40% al 100% in circa 50 minuti. Consigliatissimo. Sicuramente apprezzato anche per un regalo
La batteria sembra funzionare bene. Io ho una custodia spigen magsafe e si aggancia benissimo e la carica parte senza problemi. Uno “difetto” sul mini sporge dalla sagoma del telefono di circa un centimetro nella parte inferiore. Niente di grave ovviamente. Io la ricomprerei!

Grundstzlich finde ich die Powerbank ganz gut. Optisch ansprechend und das Handy hlt sich bombenfest. Nur wird beides durch die induktive Ladung viel zu hei. So ist es eher was fr den Tisch, anstatt das Handy in der Tasche zu laden.
Excelente batera, por tamao ( muy compacto) acabados y versatilidad, se adhiere muy bien con fundas MagSafe. Se recarga rpido y claro solo da para una carga completa de un IPhone 13 desde un 20 al 100% de batera. No he probado si lo carga completo desde 0-100%.

It was lightweighted. Handy. But it will take 3hrs to charge an Iphone 12 phone and only reach 80% of charging. The powerbank itself will take less than an hour to recharge anyway.
Ich habe sie seit heute im Einsatz nachdem ich von der Original Apple MagSafe Bank mehr als enttuscht bin ..berzeugt diese Powerbank im vollem Umfang .zwar etwas schwerer als Apple aber die ladeleistung ist um einiges besser und der preis auch geringer.daher volle fnf Punkte von mir .und Leider bleibt Apple im Schrank.hab noch einige von Anker s Produkten und bin von allen sehr begeistert also super und bessere Alternative zur Apple powerbank .
This is a great product utilising the MagSafe on the phones. Battery pack itself charges very slowly and doesn’t give a full charge of either a mini or standard which is a slight shame. Other than that, it’s brilliant to not have to walk around with a load of wires
Sin duda alguna por el precio es un dispositivo perfecto para magsafe. te dura aproximadamente una carga completa y un poco (dependiendo el iphone).
Recomiendo la compra.
Ich habe mir den Artikel gekauft um “Unterwegs mehr Power” zu haben sowie auch damit das iPhone einen Stnder hat und schn aufgestellt werden kann. Hier komme ich dann auch schon zum Manko –> die USB-C Ladebuchse sollte an der anderen Seite oder links/rechts angebracht werden. Aktuell kann die Powerbank entweder GELADE oder als STNDER verwendet werden. Wre die Ladebuchse also nicht UNTEN so kann man LADEN und die Powerbank als STNDER verwenden 🙂
Ansonsten –> top Produkt, Leistung ausreichend, Magnetkraft in Ordnung (mit besserer Hlle frs iPhone um Klassen besser …). Mit einer “normalen Hlle” ist quasi keine Magnetkraft vorhanden und das Induktionsladen funktioniert nicht daher der klare TIPP / Empfehlung meinerseits –> kauft euch eine Schutzhlle mit integrierter Induktionsverstrkung, dann passt das perfekt.
Sicherlich, man kann auch andere power Bank mit Kabel nutzen. Wegen meinem neuen iPhone mit MagSafe wollte ich jedoch eine Lsung ohne, dass Kabel in der Tasche rum fliegen. Diese Power Bank ist ideal dafr. Besonders gefllt mir der kleine Aufsteller. Ich habe ein 13 pro und er hlt gut. Bei einem Max wre ich skeptisch. Ich muss die Hlle zum Laden abnehmen, das wusste ich jedoch vorher, da meine Hlle nicht MagSafe kompatibel ist. Also habe ich das Handy inklusive Power Bank in der Tasche gehabt und es ist nicht verrutscht und hat mein Handy geladen. Es wird relativ warm, jedoch nichts worber man sich Sorgen machen muss finde ich. Der Preis gegenber anderen power Banks mit Kabel ist saftig, wer das Geld hat, kann hier gerne zugreifen.
Beim 12mini ragt der Akku ca. 10mm ber den Boden hinaus. Er steht ber. Die Standfunktion ist stabil. Der Fu auf der Rckseite des Akku ist sehr passgenau eingearbeitet.
Ho acquistato questa batteria per utilizzarla sul mio IPhone 11 e avere anche una basetta comoda per il telefono. L’oggetto comodo e compatto e regge l’IPhone sia in orizzontale che in verticale ma, volendolo ricaricare totalmente, non si riesce: aggiunge il 50% di carica media allo smartphone. Pensavo molto di pi e a una velocit maggiore.

Die Powerbank funktioniert mit 12 und 13 er IPhones tadellos. Ich nutze oft die praktische Standfunktion.
Preis eher hoch fr das Produkt.
Was eventuell noch zu verbessern wre: Steckersnschluss auf die andere Seite. Dann knnte aufgeladen werden auch wenn das Handy zum Laden angeclipst ist und trotzdem richtig stehen soll.
Ansonsten echt klasse. Ld mein IPhone 13 plus komplett auf, wenn der Akku bei ca 20 % steht.
The look feel and size is amazing. It’s far better than the Apple official bank. But it’s important to keep in mind it doesn’t charge my iPhone 13 pro completely not from a 20% charge. Apple integration like Belkin does would be nice. However, it charges itself very quickly and is amazing for the price. Far superior to Apple.
Der Akku ist prima um ihn unterwegs dabei zu haben. Mein iPhone 12 Pro Max ldt er zu 70-80% auf.
Das ist genau das was man im Zweifel braucht. Er ist klein, handlich und ist auch prima als Halter zu nutzen.

Ich bereue nicht, das Produkt von Anker anstatt das Original von Apple gekauft zu haben.
Zudem ist das Produkt von Anker deutlich gnstiger und man bekommt zustzlich noch einen Handystnder integriert. Ich habe nur einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag. Bitte setzt doch den Anschluss fr das aufladen an die Seite. Somit kann whrend der Standfu in Benutzung ist, das Handy geladen werden. Auch ein lngeres Ladekabel wre super. Auch gerne gegen ein paar Euro mehr beim Preis. Ansonsten: Anker mach weiter so!

Whrend das Apple Produkt eher die Hand schmeichelt, wenn es am iPhone angedockt ist und natrlich auch Softwaremssig besser integriert ist, punktet das Anker-Modell mit der Option ber Kabel auch andere Gerte zu laden, dem Stnder und hherer Batteriekapazitt. Braucht man unbedingt mehr Akku als der Apple-Charger bietet? Persnlich denke ich nein, es geht mir nur darum, nicht pltzlich ohne iPhone zu sein und dafr reicht der Boost des original MagSafe Chargers natrlich. Aber fr rund 30 gnstiger und weitestgehend gleicher Funktion (es fngt auch von alleine an zu laden, sobald man es mit dem iPhone verbindet) ist dieser Anker eine tolle Alternative.

Senza necessit di spendere i 120 per il prodotto di casa Apple, questo prodotto offre un ottimo valore di ricarica in uno spazio piccolissimo.
Comodo da portare in viaggio addirittura in treno o in aereo potete guarda un film mentre vi si ricarica il cellulare sfruttando il suo stand posteriore.
Il cellulare pu essere tenuto sia orizzontale che verticale senza problemi.

Great product, clearly well build and robust. Small enough to fit nicely on back of iPhone 12 and won’t cover cameras. Stores enough charge to do one complete charge of my iPhone 12 which is very handy. Overall great product.
Pro:
1. Die Akkuleistung ist viel hher. Es wird mein iPhone13P vollstndig geladen.
2. Der zustzliche Stand kann hilfreich sein. Habe ihn allerdings noch nicht oft verwendet. Allerdings wurde dieser sehr gut und nicht strend an der PowerBank angebracht.
Neutral:
1. ber den USB-C kann man sich streiten. So etwas hat ein iPhone noch nicht. Also ein zweites Kabel.
2. Verarbeitung ist wie beim Original sehr gut.
3. Der Magnet hlt bei Handyhlle nur mit einem zustzlichen Metallring.
Contra (hierfr die Punkte Abzug. Eigentlich sogar zwei Sterne):
1. Nur mit einem USB-C Netzteil und dem beigefgtem Kabel habe ich eine Ladung bei >2,4A. Mit einem einfachen Kabel erreichte ich ca. 0,7A. Warum??? Ich verwendete das selbe Netzteil mit USB-C & Standard-USB Ausgang.
2. Starke Wrmeentwicklung an der PowerBank beim Laden des iPhones. Wie auch in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben, wird die PowerBank doch sehr warm. Laut Beschreibung hat sie einen Temperaturschutz, welcher aber noch nicht ausgelst wurde.
Wem die Temperatur nicht strt und ein entsprechend Netzteil besitzt, kann ich die PowerBank empfehlen.
Invece per quanto riguarda questa devo dire che esattamente tutto quello che mi aspettavo da un powerbank dalle giuste dimensioni e sicuramente dal giusto compromesso come qualit prezzo.
Non stato fino a poco tempo fa che mi sono imbattuto in questo prodotto di Anker che soddisfa tutte le caselle. Le dimensioni e la forma sono fantastiche e si adattano perfettamente al telefono con una forte connessione magnetica. La sua qualit costruttiva azzeccata. Ha una capacit molto superiore a quella di Apple a met prezzo e il retro si ripiega in un pratico cavalletto, perfetto per viaggiare! La ciliegina sulla torta la porta USB-C, il che significa che pu essere utilizzata anche per altri dispositivi come Oculus Quest o qualsiasi cosa che utilizzi USB-C. Infine l’unica cosa che ti manca non acquistando il pacco batteria ufficiale un’animazione iOS quando lo colleghi e l’uso del widget della batteria per mostrarti quanta carica rimasta nella confezione. Alcune persone adorano questo genere di cose e questo li spender ad acquistare la batteria ufficiale molto pi bassa rispetto a questo superbo prodotto.

This was a present for me, I had said exactly what I wanted from Amazon. Much cheaper than Apple’s own MagSafe battery and it’s black colour goes better with my black iPhone. Most important, it allows me to charge my iPhone without using the lightening socket, which had failed on my previous iPhone due to overuse for charging the phone.

I am really pleased with this charger. It looks great and the built in stand option is really useful when you want to prop the phone up on a table to watch a video in a coffee shop for example. It provides ample charge to get you out of a low battery situation without the hassle of wires. You won’t get a full battery charge from this device but that’s not its intended purpose. Think of it as being that plastic container of petrol you carry in the boot of your car in case you run out of fuel on a long journey and you’re still miles from a petrol station. The magnetic connection is pretty secure and I am also able to fit the phone into my top pocket with the charger attached. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and i’m using a Spigen clear Magsafe case on my phone.

Apple should have made this, although I’d say it doesn’t fit with their simplistic and clean approach to design. This is the perfect battery.
A quality product that does a great job. The charger is light but has plenty of power. It’s really useful and doubles up as a stand if needed.

Einziges rgernis bei mir: Ich hatte nicht das richtige Aufladekabel fr dieses Teil.

Habe mir die neue Anker Powerbank fr mein iPhone 13 pro angeschafft, da ich noch eine MagSafe kompatible Powerbank gesucht habe, die bei geschftlichen Terminen unauffllig das iPhone ldt ohne Kabel.
Bisher funktioniert sie wie gewnscht. Sobald man sie an das iPhone andockt, beginnt sofort der Ladevorgang, ohne dass man vorher noch eine Power Taste drcken muss. Das finde ich sehr praktisch. Ebenfalls lassen sich die AirPods Pro problemlos auf der Power Bank laden.
Die Mglichkeit die Power Bank auch noch als Stand zu nutzen, finde ich ganz praktisch und hoffe, dass sich die Funktion auch als langlebig herausstellt.
PRO:
– Magnet hlt super, die Verwendung in der Jackentasche funktioniert problemlos
– Powerbank kann auch als stylischer Halter verwendet werden (Hoch- und Querformat)
– Powerbank kann als Wireless-Lader verwendet werden
CON:
– Powerbank steht bei iPhone 12 mini unten ca. 1cm ber
– wird ein iPhone “angedockt” schaltet sich die Powerbank automatisch ein und die Powerbank kann nicht “nur” als Handyhalter verwendet werde
TL;DR This is one of the better battery packs that I’ve used, the addition of a kickstand and smart magnetic charging is great but it doesn’t come without it’s drawbacks.
Longer version;
I’ve used the previous version of this battery pack and while I loved it, I thought it was a little bulky and that the charging speeds (5w) weren’t as fast as MagSafe (15w) but adding official magsafe support would have driven the cost up a lot so I dont mind this trade off as the USB-C port on the bottom also outputs at a higher rate than the Qi charging. while this version is thinner, it’s also a lot wider and taller meaning those of you (me) with a Mini iPhone will find that it sticks out on the bottom a fair bit which doesn’t make it unusable, but it doesn’t look as elegant as I’d like. This also supports passthrough charging so you can plug it in over night and use it as a Qi charger for your phone using 7.5w rather than 5w when the battery pack is not plugged in to a fast charger.
You’d be surprised how useful one of these battery packs are and the addition of a stand makes it a lot easier to use when sitting down on a train or plane.
My ideal usage for this battery pack is to use a short lightning to USB-C cable and having a faster charge than using Qi but this will make it so the stand becomes unusable.
Es gibt andere Aussagen hier, aber bei mir hlt mein dickes iPhone 13 Pro Max super per MagSafe. Der eingebaute Stnder war mein Kaufgrund, habe aber zu dem Preis schlechteres erwartet.
Das Teil hat Verbesserungspotenzial. Aber wenn man das Preis Leistungs Verhltnis sieht zum Apple Original mit 109,-, hat es keinen Sterne Abzug verdient.
Mein iPhone hat er zu ca. 52% aufgeladen. Damit bin ich voll zufrieden.

Kann die Hobbykritiker hier nicht verstehen. Klar ldt das Ding auf. Muss halt der richtige Saft zur Verfgung gestellt werden. Akku ist auch deutlich gnstiger als das leistungsarme Original von Apple. Auf den fehlenden Andockton kann man da auch mal verzichten, oder?
It’s a okay alternative to a chunky portably charger or even the Apple MagSafe. However, if you are buying this with impression that it’ll charger your phone to 100% then you are mistaken. I have the 12 Pro Max and I’ll get up to 70%ish from a dead battery. It’ll get you through the day so I can’t complain to be honest, but if you want something to charge your phone right up to 100% then this isn’t the product for you and I would suggest to get a traditional portable charger.
Very portable, fit perfect with my iPhone 13pro and the magnet it’s pretty strong so don’t worry about accidents! It can charge your phone twice in one go and also can be useful as a MagSafe charger as well just in case you dont bring witha iPhone charger with you! I just really loved it!

Sehr gute Lsung fr Notflle wenn der Saft ausgeht. Allerdings wird das iPhone brutal schwer. Die Kombi erwrmt sich whrend des Ladens deutlich. Die Leistung schtze ich auf etwa 3000 mAh.

It’s not officially Magsafe – only Apple’s own battery is. But this is a much more powerful battery made by a reliable brand. The magnet is very strong and the stand is a nice feature if you need it.
This Mag Go feels really premium too, more premium than Apple’s MagSafe battery. I love the texture of it and how it’s thinner than the older model. It also is wider and longer, they had to change the design so that it could accommodate the larger camera module on iPhone 13 models (especially the 13 Pro/Pro Max). The bottom of the powerbank sits flush with the bottom of my iPhone 12, but it’s still comfortable to hold.
The wireless output when not connected to a cable is still only 5 watts, but then so is Apple’s version and you can’t even charge your iPhone from it using a cable. This one has a USB C port with an input and output of 12 watts, I wish they could find a way to make it 18/20 watts for full speed wired charging. There are Magnetic, wireless powerbanks that can also output 18 watts with a USB C to Lightning cable, but they are either larger, like the full size of your iPhone or from cheap no-name brands that I wouldn’t trust to charge my iPhone with on a regular basis. If you plug this one into a power adapter with 12 watts or more, it will charge the iPhone at 7.5 watts, wirelessly. It won’t be way faster than 5 watts, but it will speed up charging speed slightly.
This is the best third party magnetic wireless charging powerbank that you can get for iPhone 12/13 series. I think it’s worth 60 if you find yourself needing an extra 50% of a full battery before you get home at the end of your day. Or if you are often not able to charge your phone sometimes, like you work outside or in the car (and your car charger doesn’t work or something). You could just get a regular portable battery that requires a cable, but those won’t comfortably fit in your pocket.
Using it wirelessly, it can provide about 50-60% of a full charge for an iPhone 12 Pro, a little more than the Apple MagSafe battery, but not by much. A good example of why you can’t just look at mAh, 5000 for this one vs 1460 on the Apple one.
It wasn’t until recently I came across this product from Anker which ticks all the boxes. It’s size and shape is great and fits the phone perfectly with a strong magnetic connection. It’s build quality is spot on. It has a much higher capacity than the Apple one for half the price, and the back folds down into a handy kickstand – perfect for travelling! The icing on the cake is the USB-C port which means it can also be used for other devices such as an Oculus Quest or anything that uses USB-C. Finally it charges at the same speed as the official one, unless the official one is also connected to the mains via a lightning cable in which case it then charges at 15v.
Finally the only thing you are missing by not buying the official battery pack is an iOS animation when you connect it, and the use of the battery widget to show you how much charge is left in the pack. Some people love that sort of thing and it will sway them to buy the much poorer value official battery over this superb product.
This will be going everywhere with me when I travel!
– Type-C charge port removes the need to carry around a lightning cable.
– Works as a regular wired battery bank for other USB devices.
– Wireless charging works exactly as you’d expect.
– Magnets hold well either vertically or horizontally.
– Kickstand is simple, with a tiny tab to make it easy to open when you want, but doesn’t seem to come open accidentally.
The Neutral:
– Size-wise, when connected to a bare 13 Pro, the bottom of the charger protrudes a few millimeters past the base of the phone. With my phone in its case, they’re almost exactly aligned. The phone is wider than the charger, which is good. The top of the charger goes right up against the edge of the camera bump on my case. If you have a case with a really large protective lip for the cameras, I could imagine it could interfere slightly.
– The edges are on the harder side. But I could say the same about the edges of the phone itself, so if that doesn’t bother you, then this shouldn’t either. I find it more comfortable to hold the phone by the charger so the bottom corner doesn’t push into my palm.
– Overall size is good.
The bad:
– The product description and images compare this product to the older Anker Magnetic 5K. Which is still for sale for a few bucks cheaper. The pictures make it appear that the two are the same width/height, with the 622 being thinner. The 622 definitely is thinner, but it does so by being both taller and wider. If you have a regular, Pro, or Pro Max phone, this is fine. But if you have a Mini and are deciding between the two, you might prefer the thicker but shorter design. Anker should really show the two products to scale if they’re comparing them in that way. So I’ve attached comparison pictures.
Other thoughts:
– Would be nice if we could charge the bank wirelessly.
– Would be nice if could charge two devices at once.
I can imagine both of these capabilities would add size/complexity/cost, but I wouldn’t say no if it was available.
Meiner Frau habe ich die Original Apple Externe MagSafe Batterie gekauft womit sie sehr zufrieden ist. Sie ldt mit 7,5V und hat eine Kapazitt von 1460 mAh.
Diese Anker 622 Powerbank ldt ebenfalls mit 7,5V und hat eine Kapazitt von 5000 mAh.
Mann kann sie deshalb gut vergleichen und darf nicht den Fehler machen mit anderen Powerbanks zu vergleichen die fast alle mit 3,81 V laden.
Verarbeitung:
makellos verarbeitet was man auf den Bildern leider nicht so gut erkennen kann. Design und Haptik sind unglaublich gut.
Funktion:
Sie ldt gleichschnell hat aber viel mehr Akku Kapazitt als die Original Magsafe Batterie und dazu kann man sie super als Stnder oder Halter benutzen. Ich kann meinen Iphone 13 pro Max, vertikal oder horizontal stellen, sie hlt bombenfest. Man kann sie auch mit mehreren Winkeln hinstellen.
Man braucht sie auch nicht erst ein zu schalten wenn man laden mchte. Einfach auf das Iphone andocken und sie ldt sofort, exakt wie die Apple MagSafe Batterie. Bei anderen Modellen muss man erst auf einen Knopf drcken damit sie ldt.
Ich werde garantiert mehrere kaufen da man sie nicht nur als Powerbank nutzen kann, sondern auch als Iphone Ladestation.
Update:
Ich habe gerade getestet was man alles damit laden kann und bin berrascht. Iphone X , Airpods pro , Galaxy Buds usw. ldt sie ohne Probleme. Einfach auflegen und sie ldt automatisch.
Auch andere Gerte wie Ipad Air usw. kann sie laden, jedoch nur per Kabel.
Update 2:
Die Powerbank hlt zwar bombenfest an meinem Iphone 13 pro max, leider klappt sie aber nach ca. 5min. durch das hohe Gewicht zusammen wenn man sie senkrecht oder waagrecht stellt. Somit ist sie als Stnder fr das Iphone 13/12 pro max nicht geeignet.
Es steht zwar nicht explizit dran dass Iphone 12/13 max damit klarkommt aber vorher hatte ich auf Amazon eine Frage gestellt ob man das Iphone 12/13 max senkrecht aufstellen kann und wurde von Anker als “ja” beantwortet. Das war eigentlich ein Hauptgrund fr den kauf und die Akkukapazitt eine nette Dreingabe.

I’ve got my fair share of external battery packs and did consider the Apple MagSafe one, but decided it wasn’t worth the 99 price tag.
I first heard of this one on a MacRumors article and was pleasantly surprised to see it was available next day from Amazon. Kudos to Anker UK for getting it out so quickly, and also a reasonable price compared to US as well.
I got the blue to match my blue iPhone 13 and Jay Blue Apple Silicone case. What appealed to me over the previous Anker pack was the flip out stand. This is a great idea.
From approx 10% free left on iPhone battery and using a fully charged Anker pack, I got up to 93% before it ran out, so in my calculations approx 80% of an iPhone 13 battery. This I think is much more than the Apple one for less than half the price.
You can also use it to charge another device using the usb c cable so it is more versatile. I also like the the battery indicator at the bottom.
Admittedly it is more pricy than regular battery packs but if you want a snap on pack for iPhone 12 / 13 and you are using a MagSafe compatible case, it makes it (to me anyhow) worth the extra cost.
Update after a few weeks.
Still very happy with it but my one complaint is not being able to use it as a stand without it charging the iPhone. If the power button could turn off the battery pack, it would be 100% . Maybe the next version.
Recommend to use a PD device to charge the battery.
Battery appears to charge (using my MacBook PD charger and supported cable) at the same time as the phone. Can’t say 100% if this is pass thru charging but appears to be similar.
Handy kickstand allows you to position your phone on a flat surface to charge in both landscape and portrait mode. Overall a good product, only downside is the 7.5w charging speed but this is an apple limitation on 3rd party accessories.
One cool trick is to mount the battery in an existing car phone mount and then snap the phone to it using the MagSafe to MagGo connection . Holds very well!
