It took me a little while to get to know this little hob . It’s different cooking on this compared with gas or electric , but when you get used to it you’ll love it like I do .

My rental flat has a traditional solid plate hob, it takes too long to heat up and wastes so much time when cooking, so i decided to use this single induction hob. What a difference it makes! It heats up the pan within 2mins, i normally use 1000w. It is safer to use as when detected no pan on top, it would throw a warning and cuts the power. It was easy to use and convenient as i can move it around or even use it for hotpot!
bought this for our motorhome instead of using the gas, great buy heats up so much quicker than gas.

Once you’ve fathomed how to use it properly (I found YouTube helpful) The temperature control is amazing. It’s been my main cooking facility for two years and it’s been flawless.
Great little induction cooker that works exactly as you'd expect it to.
We had a complete kitchen refit in the house and needed something to cook small meals or lunches while we couldn’t use the kitchen. We normally have an induction cooker hob so having one of these seemed like a great idea – and it was! This little cooker works just like a normal induction cooker hob. It heats up very quickly and it surprisingly powerful. We rarely used it above 1kW. I think you could cook a whole cow with it on its highest setting! It plugs into a normal plug socket and works very well.

Bought this for my husband to use on his boat, tried it at home first, love it, so it’s a new induction hob for me.
Works well but not for everything.
Love the fast heat up (never used an induction hob before), easy cleaning and the fact that you can set the temperature and walk away confident that it won’t burn. Minor annoyance that the buttons aren’t illuminated so I have difficulty reading them where the hob sits. Main problem for me as a gas hob lover is the 20 C steps in the heat settings, far too wide, should be 5-max 10 C and the fact that the heating cycle is pulsed. When preparing stock for Chinese soups you need a low simmer, 80C is too low and 100C is far too fierce on the pulse part of the cycle. It’s not too bad at 80C if you put a lid on the pot but if you’re trying to reduce the liquid as well having a lid on stops that from happening.
For use in our motorhome
Purchased for use in the motorhome, needed an induction cooker where I can control the temperature and the amps being used so as not to trip the fuse board.

As sated by others, could do with a little finer control around 100 degrees however its a wonderful cooker. Works best on thicker based pans, which help spread the heat. Timer function is great and useful.

I wanted one of these after using my parents glad version and finding it great.
This one is all I need for me in my flat, is easy to operate and gets the pan got quickly and efficiently.
To get the right temperature take a bit of practice, but I find the temperature change happens quickly, so requiring extra heat or reducing heat, is almost instantaneously happening.
Super for camping
We used this for a camping trip on a Dorset hillside, a typically challenging environment for a camping cooker.
Boiled water and made dinner in no time, and is very nicely controllable when you want to simmer.
I guess we may use it at home as a spare cooker when extra guests arrive.

First time I’ve used this induction hob, and I’m pretty much satisfied with it. My house electric cooker was broken and it was costing me about 2 hundred quid to get all 4 burners. I was advised by the technician to get an induction hob as it’s very good in cooking chapaties and energy efficient.
This induction hob is very easy to use and clean as I struggle before to clean my electric cooker. With different temperature control settings, food can be cooked according to our needs.
Although my house pans didn’t work with induction hob and I’ve to buy new ones but I believe it’s worthed.
I have never used an induction cooker. Some people will tell me that it consumes electricity, making me resist even if I need it. This time I bought one at the strong request of my husband. Now my feeling is “this decision is too wise”. I don’t know how much need to used it costs electricity, but it’s really fast. It not only saves half of my cooking time, but also solves us meal problems in the past two week. It is easy to move so that it can be used wherever there is a plug, and I can even take it outside the house to cook fish and curry that are very problematic

Brilliant purchase
One of my best purchases. Really easy to use and super fast. I am remodelling my kitchen so am without a hob and this has meant we can still cook. I have also used it outside to brown onions when we have a bbq. I know it is going to be useful for a long time…especially when cooking at Christmas and I need another ring…

Love it ! It heats up the contents so much faster anyway than my previous hob. And it is very easy to clean.

This is a great little machine. We have used it while replacing ou kitchen and it has taken the pressure off signifcantly. The heat is quite central on our pans so you need to adapt your cooking when using.

This hob works really well. As I’m used to a hob where I just turn a knob to change temperature and thinking of low medium and high, I’ve had to get used to actual temperatures but now I have, it’s as good any I’ve used. Would recommend it.

seems to work pretty well
In common with all of these single ring induction hobs, there is a bit of a knack to using it for lower temperature simmering, but it works better than expected, is easy to clean and use, doesn’t make a racket and looks OK. No sign so far of the power cut out when used to heat aggressively, but we’ve used the kettle to boil water where needed so haven’t had to whack it right up for long to date.

Having a total refit off the kitchen needed a hot plate induction as that what my new one will be wanted to see how well they cook. And I must say I was not disappointed brilliant and so easy to use. Will come in handy to use outside with the BBQ.

I really like this single hob. We usually use the hob to cook hot pot. This no too heavyweight easy to move and it has amazing temperature control. Very easy to use. And when we done just clean straight away. No trouble.
Would recommend for light use

My only nag is that it beeps really loud! Wish I knew if is there a way of turning on mute?

Great induction hob
This induction hob is great for hotpot. It has fan cooler, it makes some noise but make it running not too hot while using. The pot got boiled fast and auto turn off when it reached the temperature set, has timer as well which is convenient. Working so far so good.

The temperature goes up in increments of 200 from 200-2000, can fry on 400 or 600 if your stuck for time. Also great using Wok for stir fries. And so easy to clean just a spray and wipe and done.

I’ve always used a gas hob so this was a bit of a revelation. Having temperature control is very useful and it makes a stovetop espresso in a minute and fifteen seconds. Very good and impressive for such a comparatively cheap piece of equipment. Easy to clean too.
