Me encanta, tardas muy poco en cambiar de peso. Le pongo un 9,9, para llegar al 10 le falta que no se movieran nada los pesos, pero al ser ajustables es normal. Las recomiendo 100%
Il manubrio realizzato con un mix di materiali ben studiato, con pesi e supporto in ferro e metallo, e barra centrale in plastica, rivestita in silicone, dunque antiscivolo, nell’area di presa. Tra i vari dettagli possiamo notare i dischi ottagonali, il rivestimento gommato esterno, la manopola relativa alla scelta del peso e il pulsantino rosso adibito al sistema di sicurezza per bloccare e sbloccare la regolazione. L’alloggiamento del manubrio, che funge anche da stand di scarico per i pesi in eccesso, realizzato interamente in plastica, anche se robusta e resistente.

quasi inutile sottolineare l’efficacia di un sistema cos immediato, che permette di fruire delle proprie schede di workout con tempi di regolazione praticamente nulli, andando a realizzare con facilit i circuiti di allenamento pi complessi, comprese le superserie piramidali, senza dimenticare che non necessario inserire alcun blocco all’estremit e preoccuparsi che i dischi possano scivolare via durante l’utilizzo. Di fatto, la parte pi delicata dell’allenamento consiste nel riposizionare il manubrio nello stand: in questo caso bisogna stare attenti anzitutto al verso del manubrio (torna utile il pulsante di sicurezza come indicatore) e poi a riporre il tutto perfettamente nell’alloggiamento, magari aiutandosi con l’area centrale. Da questo punto di vista (e non solo) torna molto utile la presa del manubrio in s: si tratta di una presa ergonomica, comoda ed antiscivolo, forte di un rivestimento robusto in gomma che facilita tanto l’estrazione del peso quanto l’esecuzione dell’allenamento per tutta la seduta.
I manubri ATIVAFIT sono stati realizzati tenendo conto delle esigenze domestiche, e si vede. I manubri sono infatti ottagonali, evitando scivolamenti indesiderati, mentre, pensando alle dimensioni, il singolo manubrio si attesta attorno ai 42,5 cm di lunghezza per 20,5 cm di larghezza, leggermente pi lungo di un normale manubrio di ghisa da 25 KG che si trova in palestra. Ragionando sul complessivo, invece, possiamo notare che anche gli stand non occupano un millimetro in pi di larghezza, contenendo gli spazi in maniera impeccabile. In assenza di una stanza dedicata al fitness, i manubri possono essere quindi riposti facilmente sotto al letto, dietro un angolo, o perfino migliorati in termini di portabilit ( sufficiente acquistare un supporto con rotelle o rivestire la superficie d’appoggio di un materiale che ne renda pi semplice il trascinamento senza rischiare di graffiare il pavimento. Da notare anche il rivestimento esterno in gomma ai lati dei manubri, dove campeggia il logo dell’azienda: una chicca che evita di provocare danni in caso di urto con oggetti della casa o tra i manubri stessi durante gli esercizi. In caso di problemi, comunque, ATIVAFIT prevede garanzia post vendita per un anno.

Il sistema di aggancio e sgancio dei pesi fenomenale. Comodissimo per cambiare peso tra una ripetizione e un’altra, tuttavia il bilanciere, per quanto mi concerne, troppo largo e facendo petto, sulla panca, al momento di massima estensione, fa toccare i due bilancieri “troppo presto”.
4 stelle. Ci son quei 2cm di troppo per parte che privano questo oggetto della perfezione.

Just be very careful when you adjust the weight. When we first opened the package, the system was adjusted to hold all but the last one or two weights, and the loose ones, caught in the plastic, fell and dented my floor. Thankfully this warned me that you have to be very precise in selecting plates, and make sure it has a good hold before using. I imagine that if someone was not careful the selecting pin might not be fully engaged, and during use a plate might fall free. Especially dangerous if using overhead!!
So long as you remember to test the selecting pin and its hold before picking the weights up, they should be fine to use. Check EVERY time!
Great value for money as you get 25kg on an adjustable dumbbell. The downside is because they are adjustable and have to carry 25kg of weight, the dumbbells are very wide. This means it makes it more difficult to do certain exercises together, for example dumbbell curls. Because they are so wide they clash if you use them both at the same time, so you have to be careful

I had dumbbells that use plates & spin off collars on my wish list and then I started to consider adjustable dumbbells. I’m seriously glad I did. After you make a few weight changes by moving a pin rather than adjusting 4 sides of dumbbells you will be glad you got these.

This dumbbell is great for ramping set which increases weight a bit each set. The least amount of increment is 2.5kg which is little over 5 lb. decent built quality. Comfort handle. May buy another one the creat a pair.

Lo primero es que es facilsimo el ajuste que trae para poner diferentes pesos, muy rpido y fcil, solo hay que ajustar el peso que queramos y ya se ancla.
El mango al ser de plstico parece un poco frgil, pero he de decir que cumple perfectamente con su funcin.
Trae una base la cual est muy bien para apoyar y guardar la mancuerna.
Precio y calidad? Para m est bastante bien, cumplen su funcin y tienen una calidad bastante buena, otra mancuernas cuestan bastante ms y el ajuste de peso ms lento.
Son precisas a la hora de seleccionar el peso: desde 2,5 hasta 25 Kg. En mi caso, ped dos mancuernas y obtuve descuento por ello, en total, pagu 349.
Vienen muy bien embaladas. Las cajas son resistentes. Lo que hice al desembalar, es usar despus las cajas (previo forrado) para usarlas como soporte, ya que de lo contrario, agacharse tanto al suelo puede resultar incmodo. Tambin podis usar un mueble viejo, una banqueta, etc. para hacer las veces de “mancuernera”. El caso es tenerlas a una altura cmoda, de forma que cada vez que las apoyis, no tengis que forzar mucho la espalda.
Un detalle obvio: para cambiar el peso, la mancuerna ha de estar con el botn rojo mirando “hacia arriba” y apoyada en su molde (de plstico duro y resistente). Desde la posicin de apoyo, seleccionis el peso en el rotor mientras a la vez tenis pulsado el botn rojo; una vez seleccionado, se suelta el botn y tiris de la mancuerna y ya tendris el peso seleccionado listo para usar. El mecanismo es preciso.
Tiene un agarre cmodo, no molesto (las uso sin guantes). Con dos o tres cambios de peso ya le habris cogido el “truco”.
Recomiendo este producto si lo que queris es tener unas mancuernas que vayan desde 2,5 a 25 kg. Son resistentes y de calidad. No recomiendo darle fuertes golpes dejndolas caer al suelo, pues imagino que el mecanismo de engranajes y el encaje de los discos se podra ver daado.
Tan solo resear que en la realizacin del ejercicio, los discos tienen una pequea holgura, ello debido a que el acople no es estanco 100%, algo que, desde mi punto de vista, no resulta molesto, a pesar del pequeo ruido que se escucha por la pequea holgura. Al fin y al cabo, como estars entrenando con msica de fondo, tv, etc, apenas se aprecia.
Si os decids por la compra, que las disfrutis como yo!
Die verstellbaren Hanteln von ATIVAFIT sind preislich zunchst schonmal deutlich attraktiver als die der bekannten Marke. Okay, durch diese Firma bin ich berhaupt erstmal darauf gekommen, das es sowas gibt. Fr eine Hantel aber knapp 300 zu bezahlen finde ich schon etwas berzogen. Andererseits bringt es natrlich auch nichts, wenn man gnstigere Hanteln kauft, mit denen man nur rger hat.
Genau dieses Problem lst ATIVAFIT. Man bekommt verstellbare Hanteln fr einen fairen Betrag. Rabattiert kommt man schon auf fast 50% Ersparnis im Vergleich zum (ich nenne es mal) Original. Das ist schon ein Wort. Eine Garantie gibt es ebenfalls.
Aber reden wir nicht lang drum herum. Die Hantel sind der OBERHAMMER. Sie sind einfach nur gigantisch. Ich bin’s von der Einfachheit der Verstellung absolut begeistert. Man drckt den roten Knopf und dreht mit der anderen Hand am Verstellrad auf das gewnschte Gewicht. Nun den roten Knopf loslassen und die Hantel mit dem gewnschten Gewicht anheben. Die restlichen Gewichte bleiben in dem Halter stehen. Die Halteschale verfgt an der Unterseite sogar ber Griffmulden. Mit Hilfe dieser Mulden lassen sich die Schalen samt Hanteln super leicht anheben und transportieren, falls das mal ntig ist.
Einfach nur genial.
Zwar ist der Kunststoff der Schale nicht wirklich wertig verarbeitet, das spielt fr mich beim Training aber keine Rolle. Daher gibt es hier keinen Grund zur Klage.
Man braucht nicht ewig Schrauben schleppen, drehen usw. Die Hanteln liegen in ihren Schalen und werden daraus innerhalb von Sekunden mit dem gewnschten Gewicht entnommen.
So kann man das Gewicht Satz fr Satz erhhen ohne dabei langwierig herumzuschrauben.
Qualitativ machen die Hanteln (ich habe gleich 2 bestellt) einen sehr guten Eindruck. Sowohl was die Mechanik angeht als auch die Optik. Beim einstellen des Gewichts hakt nichts. Das Rad lsst sich Gewicht fr Gewicht sehr leicht drehen. Die brigen Gewichte bleiben sauber in der Halterung stehen.
Rein mechanisch gibt es also berhaupt nichts zu meckern. Im Gegenteil, so einfach und leichtgngig habe ich mir den Mechanismus nicht vorgestellt.
Ich wei jetzt, warum diese Hanteln das Geld kosten, was sie kosten. Man verstellt hier das Gewicht in 2,5kg Schritten. Im Grunde habe ich hier 10 Hanteln. Bentige aber nur den Raum fr eine. Wer also wenig Platz zu Hause hat, der ist hier genau richtig! Vom Preis fr 10 Hanteln mal ganz abgesehen.
Das der bergang von der Gummierung zum Kunststoff nicht ganz sauber ist, strt mich in Anbetracht des Preises berhaupt nichts. Ob die Gummierung am Griff sich mit der Zeit beginnt abzulsen, kann ich jetzt noch nicht sagen. Sollte dem so sein, werde ich das sicher hier editieren. Bisher kann ich mich darber definitiv nicht beklagen.
Mein Fazit: Qualitativ berragend und preislich SEHR ATTRAKTIV, im Vergleich zu dem was es sonst noch auf dem Markt gibt. Ich kann hier eine 100%ige Kaufempfehlung aussprechen. Begeisterter knnte ich nicht sein!
200 fr eine einzige Hantel sind, sind wir mal ehrlich, schon eine Menge Holz und ich habe lange mit mir gerungen bis ich mich dann zum Kauf entschlossen hatte.
Fr dieses Modell von ATTIVA FIT habe ich mich dann entschieden, weil es zwar, wenn auch nur wenige, andere Anbieter fr diese Art Hantel gibt aber zum einen die Technik berall die gleiche ist und die anderen im Endeffekt das gleiche Produkt teurer angeboten haben und tun. Wieso also mehr bezahlen!?
Im Endeffekt spart diese Hantel enorm viel Platz ein, da sie smtliche Hanteln bzw. Gewichte von 25,5Kg bis 25Kg berflssig macht.
ber die Qualitt kann ich noch nicht viel berichten, nur so viel: 1 Monat Nutzung mit Gewichten zwischen 10-15Kg und es hngt, knirscht, rattert oder klackert nichts. Fr mich sieht sie und funktioniert nach 1 Monat noch immer wie an Tag 1.

Con respecto al producto; la verdad es que parece que tiene bastante calidad. An as no puedo dar una opinin definitiva porque me acaban de llegar, con lo cual no he tenido tiempo de probarlas, y tampoco puedo comparar con otras, porque son las primeras mancuernas de este tipo que tengo, pero en general las veo bien.
El mecanismo para ir cambiando los pesos funciona perfectamente y el agarre es bastante cmodo. Son un poco ms anchas que las que yo tena por casa, pero a m personalmente no creo que me resulte incmodo a la hora de usarlas.
Conclusin: yo las comprara porque son bastante ms baratas que otras marcas que hacen este tipo de producto, y sobretodo te ahorran muchsimo espacio.

Dieses ewige Hantelscheiben wechseln nervt im Homegym einfach unendlich. Und fragt mal die Nachbaren, die freuen sich erst recht wenn regelmig Hantelscheiben auf den Boden fallen.
Diese Hantel schafft da Abhilfe.
Einfach den roten Knopf drcken und das gewnschte Gewicht einstellen durch drehen das Rades. Dafr sind an der Vorderseite wie bei einer Uhr die Gewichte markiert.
Die Hantel macht insgesamt einen gut verarbeiteten Eindruck und lsst sich problemlos aus der Halterung und auch wieder in die Halterung fhren.
Ich denke jeder der am berlegen ist sich verstellbare Kurzhanteln zu holen, wei genau wie viele bungen man damit durchfhren kann.
Es lsst sich eigentlich jede Krperpartie trainieren und viele bungen die sonst mit der Langhantel absolviert wird, kann man fast gleichwertig mit Kurzhanteln ersetzen.
In meinen Augen die perfekte platzsparende Option.
Nachdem die Fitnessstudio die ganze Zeit geschlossen hatten, habe ich mir die Hanteln fr zu Hause zum Training gekauft.
Die Hantel liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist sehr griffig.
Durch die vielen verschiedenen Verstellmglichkeiten ist die Hantel sehr flexibel und fr jeden einsetzbar. Besonders fr Anfnger ist es gut, da man leicht beginnen kann und dennoch genug Gewicht drauf packen kann.
Das Einstellen der verschiedenen Gewichte ist sehr einfach und geht innerhalb krzester zeit.
Die Hantel hat auch einen Schutzplatte dabei, um mgliche Beschdigungen beim abstellen auf dem Boden zu vermeiden. Die Platte selbst verkratzt den Boden nicht

Es perfecta para obtener mucho ms rendimiento del tiempo que inviertes en el gimnasio ya que los cambios de placas de pesas se realizan de manera sencilla y rpida y en pocos segundos.
Fabricada la mancuerna en acero cromado es muy resistente y verstil. La puedes ajustar de 2,5 a 25 kg por lo que puedes realizar un amplio espectro de ejercicios solo con girar la esfera modificas el peso rpidamente.
Es perfecto mi caso cuando realizas las serie acompaado de otra persona y los pesos de trabajo son diferentes. Es una forma muy rpida y cmoda de seguir trabajando .
Minimiza mucho el espacio y sobretodo es muy polivalente y en ella concentras multitud de recursos que de la manera ms clsica son todo discos por el suelo y perder el tiempo en montar y desmontar.
La encuentro super practica y de muy buena calidad y perfecta para las series.

What is great about this is that it doesn’t take up too much room compared to perhaps the traditional triangular set up with different weights.
As it is so innovative you have 7 different weights all on one compact size. This means it is beneficial for people with different weight preferences or to progressively move up the weight range.
It is nicely balanced when in use too and doesn’t jiggle about or anything like that.
I’m really impressed with it as it provides a great weight set that doesn’t take up too much room in my small flat.

He cogido 2 mancuernas, todo genial. La recepcin correcta y todo en buen estado. Para ahorrar espacio en casa muy buena opcin. Es cierto que los discos bailan un peln cuando la mancuerna pasa de horizontal a vertical, como en un curl de bceps, por ese motivo no le doy las 5 estrellas, porque no se mantienen rgidas al 100 %. Aunque la ejecucin del ejercicio se puede realizar sin problemas y con total seguridad. Para ejercicios de pecho u hombro donde la mancuerna no cambia de posicin los discos no bailan lo ms mnimo, ya que se mantienen apoyados y no colgando por as decirlo del cierre de seguridad. El cambio de discos es muy bueno, de ruleta y de momento funciona bien. Creo que para este precio es la mejor opcin si no dispones de mucho presupuesto y sobre todo no dispones de mucho espacio y quieres tener una amplia eleccin de peso en la mancuerna. Si algn da haciendo ejercicio se me vuelca un disco o algo por estilo informar inmediatamente, pero he analizado sus sistema de seguridad y creo que es prcticamente imposible que este mtodo falle para que el disco se caiga. La ruleta al girar cambia la amplitud de la barra interna, que es la que tiene varias posiciones para dejar salir el disco o mantenerlo junto a la mancuerna. Este es su sistema, al girar la ruleta de peso vara la posicin de la barra de tal manera que pasa a ser ms ancha que la parte del disco por donde sale, por tanto es imposible que se salga. Lo nico que tiene un rango de un par de milmetros entre la barra y el tope del disco que es lo que hace que baile un peln cuando cambia de posicin la mancuerna, pero al fin y al cabo con una mancuerna muy pesada de discos de toda la vida tambin sucede esto, incluso con ms peligro de que el disco venza el gancho de la mancuerna. En fin, no me enrollo ms, muy contento con la compra !!

Das Hantelsystem ist schon sehr praktisch, brauche jetzt fr die meisten bungen mit Gewichten nicht mehr stndig die Scheiben wechseln. Hatte vorher die 12,5 kg Hanteln derselben Marke, diese simd aber schnell ausgeschpft.
Sie sind ziemlich massiv, das zusammenstecken hakt allerdings etwas im Vergleich zu den kleineren Hanteln.
Woran man sich auch erst gewhnen muss ist, dass diese doch sprbar breiter sind und regelmig den Krper streifen. Kann die Hantel dennoch uneingeschrnkt empfehlen.
Fr meinen heimischen Fitnessraum brauchte ich dringend Einhandhanteln. Da ich dort aber nur begrenzt Platz habe und keine Unmengen an Hanteln haben wollte musste ich mir was einfallen lassen. Nach ein wenig Recherche bin ich dann auf diese verstellbare Hantel inklusive Hantelscheiben gestoen. Der Preis erschien mir sehr in Ordnung und daher habe ich mir vorerst eine bestellt, direkt aber mit der Aussicht mir direkt noch eine zu bestellen sofern ich mit dieser zufrieden bin.
Der erste Eindruck:
Die Hantel kam direkt in einem Stck bei mir an, man musste also nichts erst zusammenbauen. In dicken, passgenaue Styropor hat sie beim Transport auch nichts abbekommen. Nun habe ich sie mir mal etwas genauer angeschaut und ich muss sagen dass die Qualitt sehr gut und die Verarbeitung makellos ist.
Einsatz beim Training:
Das verstellen der Gewichte geht sehr einfach, man muss nur den kleinen roten Knopf drcken und das Rad an der Seite auf das gewnschte Gewicht einstellen. Einstellbar sind Gewichte zwischen 5 und 25kg, je in 2,5kg Schritten. Das wechseln geht innerhalb von Sekunden und man spart sich das nervige auf- und zuschrauben und das aufsetzen von passenden Gewichten wie bei blichen Hanteln. Der Griff bietet sehr viel Grip und er bietet einen angenehmen Komfort beim Training. Auch wenn man ganze 25kg an einer Hand hat ist der Griff sehr angenehm.
Optisch finde ich sie brigens auch sehr ansprechend.
Anmerkung: Diese Hantel ist brigens nicht mein erstes Produkt von ATIVAFIT, wie ihr auf meinen Bildern sehen knnt habe ich von dem Hersteller auch eine Hantelbank mit welcher ich auch sehr zufrieden bin.
Fazit:
Hier habe ich “10 Hanteln in einer”, was das an Platz und auch an Geld spart erklrt sich denke ich von selbst. Gute Qualitt und perfekt durchdachtes System zum guten Preis. Ich werde mir noch diese Woche eine zweite bestellen.

Die Hantel wurde viel schneller geliefert als es angegeben war. Das Paket war entsprechend schwer und unsere Postbotin hat mir wirklich leid getan und ein entsprechendes Trinkgeld bekommen.
Die Hantel ist robust verpackt und gepolstert.
Im Paket ist die Hantel und eine Hantelablage.
Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut. Alles ist gut verarbeitet und sehr robust.
An der Seite der Hantel gibt es links und rechts ein Drehrad. Hier kann man das gewnschte Gewicht einstellen. Dazu sollte die Hantel auf der Hantelablage stehen und man muss den roten Knopf drcken.
Wenn man jetzt die Hantel hochnimmt, bleiben nur die eingestellten Gewichte an der Hantel – der Rest verbleibt in der Hantelablage. Das alles geht schnell, einfach und problemlos.
Auch das ndern der Gewichte geht schnell. Hantel zurck auf die Ablage – roten Knopf drcken – Rad drehen – hochheben … das war es …
Es hat fr mich schon etwas fazinierendes und ldt auch zum spielen ein.
Aber nicht nur der Mechanismus funktioniert tadellos – auch der Rest der Hantel ist gut und praxistauglich.
Gute Griffergonomie, hochwertige “innenelemente” aus Metall … es macht richtig Spa mit der Hantel zu trainieren.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Hantel und das Trainieren macht richtig Spa. Sogar meine Frau wollte sie ausprobieren und die meinte noch am Anfang: Sowas neumodisches brauchen wir nett … von mir beide Daumen hoch und 5 Sterne!

La diferencia entre esta mancuerna y otras que he visto es que esta,…. selecciones el peso que selecciones, est equilibrado en ambos lados, es decir,… la propia mancuerna hace para que en un lado tengas el mismo peso que en el otro por lo que la mancuerna no se desequilibra y puedes mantenerla recta cuando haces las repeticiones.
Tambin la seleccin de peso en esta mancuerna es mas amplia que en otras.
Es muy sencilla de utilizar,… aprietas el botn rojo para desbloquear la rueda lateral y seleccionas el peso que necesites. Una vez seleccionado el peso, sueltas el botn rojo y te aseguras de que haga “clic”.
Estoy ahorrando para comprarme otra igual.

In pratica vi un buttone rosso che va tenuto schiacciato memtre si regola il peso mediante delle manopole laterali da un minimo di 2.5 kg ad un massimo di 25 kg, con aumenti graduaali da 2,5 Kg. Il manubrio davvero molto efficiente, robusto, realizzato in acciaio, maneggevole e l’impugnatura comoda e sicura. Il prezzo non basso ma la qualit ha il suo costo. Contento dell’acquisto.
Als passende Erweiterung fr das Homegym gekauft. Hantel hlt was sie verspricht und spart im vergleich zu herkmmlichen Hanteln echt Platz. Auch bungen berkopf sind kein Problem – alles hlt wie es soll.
Surpris par la qualit du produit et la fluidit du mcanisme. Un peu de mal comprendre les frais de livraisons nanmoins mais bon le produit en lui mme est top et concurrence trs largement les haltres bowflex par exemple
Can’t complain too much, it’s a weight, does what it says it does. Looks good and saves a lot of space compared to buying each individual weight. Wish the plates themselves were a bit more snugly locked – they shift around a little bit when in use, but nothing dangerous or that would stop me from buying this.
This dumbbell looks too advanced. I really like it, it is not as cumbersome as I saw in the gym. It is heavy but small in size and beautifully designed. It makes people want to pick it up. And it has a plastic but very strong bottom seat, which can hold the dumbbells very well. The dumbbells are super convenient to use, I only need to adjust the lock grooves to change the weight. The dumbbell handshake with a ripple, a non-slip design, the feel is very good, it improves safety and stability. For people who want to exercise at home like me, I strongly recommend you to buy this, value-for-money product. I hope I can lift 12.5kg with one hand soon.

It takes a little getting used to changing the weight but once you know what to do it is easy and quick to change. The tray in which this dumbbell sit on it well fitted and useful.
I think wife and I will be be cancelling the gym long-term and just aim to get the odd gym equipment for home with the savings. Our longer term plan it to build a small exercise frame outside with a small sheltered area.
The dumbbell is well designed and well constructed. The adjustment mechanism works well when the dumbbell is placed appropriately in the base, which some disappointed purchasers have probably failed to do. The 44-pound dumbbell allows for seven different weights.
This is how it arrived. I already own one of these and love it. Not sure is this is an amazon issue or a UPS issue but it’s unacceptable.

These are great weights with adjustability, and don’t take up a lot of space. The reason for 4 stars is that one of the weights came with a broken tray. I didn’t want to have to ship the whole thing back and wait for a new one (they wouldn’t just ship a new tray), so I just used duct tape to hold it together. Otherwise, good weights. BTW, Amazon offered me a $25 credit if I just kept them, so I did that. I would have rather had an unbroken tray, but not a big deal. My husband uses them daily.
5 dumbbells in one! This product works well for tight spaces or where you just don’t want extra clutter. A bit on the expensive side, but worth it IMHO.
Customer service: We ordered 2 of these dumbbells and one of them arrived with a broken base – we contacted the seller and they immediately replied offering to send a replacement. We were very happy to get the replacement base about a week after we received our original order.
Product: My boyfriend has been using them the past few days and is pleased with the ease of use – easily changing the weights, good quality and sturdy. So far it’s been easy to use – it does make a little noise but I think that’s to be expected.
Nun zum Produkt: Keine Frage – ca. 220 pro Hantel ist sehr viel Geld und ich habe deshalb auch lange berlegt, ob ich soviel ausgeben mchte. Der mutnaliche Marktfhrer in Sachen Systemhanteln verlangt jedoch fr eine Hantel (24 kg) ca. 440 , was ziemlich genau dem Doppelten entspricht.
Wenn ich bedenke, dass diese Hantel jedoch sehr viele andere einzelene Hanteln ersetzt und mein Sportzimmer dadurch weiterhin sehr aufgerumt wirkt, relativiert sich der Preis. Die Qualitt ist wirklich gut. Die Gewichtsscheiben sind aus Eisen. Das Einstellen der Gewichte funktioniert bisher reibungslos und ich kann somit ohne groe Verzgerung die Gewichte zwischen den Stzen oder bungen recht schnell anpassen. An das Zurcklegen der Hantel in die Hantelschale gewhnt man sich auch relativ schnell. Anfangs musste ich noch etwas ben.
Die Hantel ist relativ gro, aber das wusste ich, bevor ich mir diese bestellt habe – insofern keine berschrraschung. Ich wrde mich freuen, wenn der Anbieter auch einen Hantelstnder in seinem Angebot htte. so geht es aber auch.
Update: Just received the replacement base (shipped from China). At no time did I receive an email letting me know that they were shipping the replacement. So, communication is still inconsistent but I’ll improve my review now to 4 stars since the company did come through as originally promised.

I like the dumbbells a lot but the stand is fairly chintzy. I ordered two dumbbell sets and one of the stands came damaged. After initially following up my service email in a timely way and promising a replacement, Ativafit hasn’t responded in over a month. You have to have the weights in a stand to use them/adjust the weights so I don’t have high hopes for how long this will last.
I’ve been using the product now for over a month and the design is ideal for quickly changing the weights for each workout and family member. The weight selector works well and the grip feels perfect for curls (medium/Large size hand). I had an issue with the base due to shipping damaged and reached out to ATIVAFIT customer service. They were very professional via email and shipped a replacement ASAP.
Great weight set but I feel it was too expensive for only ONE set of dumbbells! I ordered the second st directly from the company and saved $200!
Received without any damage. To adjust the weights you need to lift the knob and adjust. It is super smooth and easy.
Definitely a space saver, and tons better than having to buy individual dumbbells for the same weight range (up to 44lbs) if you can even find them. The handle is comfortable, and it’s super easy to adjust the slide to the desired weight. It did arrive with the storage tray broken, but I contacted the seller and they shipped me a new replacement tray right away. The overall weight distribution is good depending on how you’re holding the dumbbell. It doesn’t feel as solid as a standard dumbbell, but still a great dumbbell.
I haven’t really used the weights yet, LOL. But these are actually 2nd sets of these weights I ordered. I bought a set in last summer for my son and I really liked how it felt. They feel very comfortable to hold and the weight distribution is awesome. I have to say it’s a bit pricey but I think it’s the value if they lasts. Only time will tell. The locking mechanism seem to work well and hopefully they will not wear out to be dangerous. But so far so good.
Ottima fattura ed anche ottima qualit dei materiali usati. Unici nei ( a mio parere personale): 1) vernice dei pesi delicata 2) sono molto larghi 3) l’aumento dei pesi va dall’esterno verso l’interno…..sarebbe stato meglio al contrario.

Un manubrio mi arrivato con la base d’appoggio distrutta. Mi hanno inviato quella sotitutiva nuova subito senza nemmeno avere foto del pezzo rotto.

I was skeptical about these because of reviews that they arrived broken or were loud and shifty when lifting, but I went ahead and ordered them because gyms are closing again here in NY and I’m tired of not being able to work out.
Not only did they arrive in perfect condition, but they do not rattle and shake to excess when curling or any other use – that is, compared to the Bowflex version that I used to have, and that is currently sold out. Bowflex is more than twice the price and I can say with full satisfaction and honesty that these are better. They’re sleeker and more compact which makes lifting easier. They also don’t feel all plastic-y like Bowflex did.
Out of 10 I’d give them a 14.

Has a nice comfortable handle. Changing weight is easy with the sliding knob. This unit is in metric, so you’ll have to convert kg to lbs. With every weight selected, the dumbbell is about 45 lbs.
Ich hatte mir bei der ersten Coronawelle zunchst ein Hantelset mit zementgefllten Kunstoffgewichten gekauft, weil mir Systemhanteln zu teuer waren und schnell darber gergert. Das Ummontieren zwischen den Stzen nervt doch sehr schnell und die Hanteln mit Kunstoffscheiben (groe Scheiben bei hherem Gewicht) sind deutlich unhandlicher und bentigen viel Platz. Wer preiswert kauft und denkt das geht schon, kauft halt zweimal. Daher relativiert sich der geringere Preis der Kunsstoffhanteln sehr schnell.
Die 2,5 kg Abstufung der Systemhanteln ist ideal sowie im Sportstudio. Ich hatte zunchst Bedenken, dass die 25kg pro Hantel ggf. nicht ausreichen. Tun sie aber! Man vergisst immer, dass das Kurzhanteltraining anspruchsvoller als das Training mit der Langhantel oder an Maschinen ist und durch Variation der bungsgeschwindigkeit und der Wiederholungszahl die Trainingsintensitt steigern kann. Ich empfehle, auf jeden Fall auch eine Hantelbank zu kaufen, um sinnvoll trainieren zu knnen.
Die Hanteln wurden brigens deutlich schneller geliefert als hier angegeben und der Support reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich auf Anfragen.

Tout un set d’haltres de poids diffrents en une haltre. Utilisation simple. Trs bon achat mme si un peu cher en apparence car il faut 2 units

Sie kam ziemlich schnell bei mir an und war trotzt des schweren Gewichts, super verpackt und kam alles ganz an.
Sobald man sie ausgepackt hat, kann es auch schon los gehen. Die Hantel hat einen Stnder, in dem man die Hantel aufbewahren muss, da die verschiedenen Gewichte dann problemlos wieder auf die Hantel draufgehen.
Die Hantel lsst sich durch Druck auf den roten Knopf einstellen. Man muss den Knopf gedrckt halten und dann kann man an der Seite die Drehscheibe so drehen, bis das gewnschte Gewicht angezeigt wird. Dann sst man den Knopf wieder los damit es einrastet und dann muss man die Hantel senkrecht nach oben ziehen und hat dann somit nur die Gewichte dran, die man eingestellt hat.
Material der Gewichtsscheiben ist sehr gut und stabil. Bin echt berrascht und zufrieden wie leicht und gut das mit dieser Hantel funktioniert. Sie nimmt nicht viel Platz weg und man kann sie mit einem Geschirrtuch abdecken, damit sie nicht verstaubt. (Nur so als Tip.)
Man kann mit 2,5kg anfangen und dann sich steigern. Maximalgewicht das sich einstelen lsst sind 25kg. Dazwischen kann man 5, 7.5 , 10 , 12.5 , 15 , 17.5 , 20, 22.5 kg einstellen. Ziemlich praktisch 🙂
Preis Leistung stimmt hier auch und werde noch eine bestellen, damit ich eine jr jede Hand habe, lsst sich dann etwas leichter trainieren. Bin zufrieden und kann diese Hantel empfehlen!

It is not. The Settings/Numbers are in Kg, so the highest setting is about 25 pounds. 😉
So Happy to have found these during quarantine. If you can grab them in stock I would recommend! Note the weight is 27lbs PER dumbbell! This confused me at first but the weight shown on the dumbbell is not lbs, but rather kg. To convert to Lbs basically double the number shown (ie, 2.5 kg is about 5lbs and so on… 12.5 kg is a little over 25lbs). Easy to adjust the weight and seem sturdy overall. Great space saver!!!
The weight adjustments are plenty heavy for me to do basic lifting however I am only 5’2 110lbs and looking to tone up; if you are really into lifting heavy I would get the next level or two up.
I ordered two dumbbells and both came well packaged. Shipping was about 1 week.
I only gave 4 stars as one of the plastic base holders was cracked/damaged during transit however the seller was very responsive and is shipping out a replacement base when they can. Will update review if it comes.
Great product at wonderful price.
Great alternative if you don’t belong to a gym, or for any reason you can’t make it to the gym and or you don’t have space or cash to afford a full personal gym. There are loads of single dumbbell exercises to choose from that can be easily found on an Internet search. This product is well constructed and easy to adjust; goes up to about 28 pounds. It’s good for muscle toning as opposed to power or heavy lifting. When I bought it, I could not go to the gym for several months and this dumbell turned out to be a great transition that takes up little to no space.
The only nitpick thing I have to mention is the little play the plates have when selected, it causes clinking of the weights when moving, I was hoping for the weights to lock and not move while I lifted or moved.
These adjustable dumbbells are a good value for what they cost. I was looking for something that was under 30 lbs total and was easily adjustable. These do not work as smoothly as the Bowflex brand (we have these and bought this brand for our son since Bowflex no longer makes the lower weight version), however, they do work well and suit his needs. I would recommend if you are looking for something in this weight range.
Got these for Hubs birthday and he literally uses them every single day. He thinks theyre amazing. There is one problem. Now he is trying to get me to use them….I just might…Highly recommend these!
To change weights you press the red release button and rotate the wheel on the side to the selected weight. It is in kg but the conversion to pounds is easy, just multiply by 2.2
I actually like this since in my head I estimate by multiplying by 2 and know that I am lifting more than I think I am so that will show gains faster.
It is also very sleek looking. It looks and feels way more expensive than some of the overpriced brands. The rubber grip is very comfortable and the cradle holds this thing super securely. I totally recommend this!
