It’s been a week since I sowed this grass seed. I’ve kept it moist by showering it twice a day as suggested and it is germinating. It is growing really quickly, so much so that I can see how much it has grown during a single day! I can’t wait to see how it looks in a couple of weeks.

Years of having to reseed the lawn and trying to make it look half decent due to two crazy dogs that pee poo and skid up and down on it ( sometimes all at the same time!) This has made the lawn look thicker than ever and covered all the bald and brown patches. Highly recommend
Why second time a charm. Well after about a week of watching nothing except for one small area showing any signs of life. (In the first picture, to the right of the frame). I knew something was up. How can one area grow and none of the others did? This Would point to not being a seed issue, so I sowed again. While sowing again I realised their were NO signs of the seeds previously scattered.
Looking out of the window the reason for the lack of seeds and hence growth became clear. Ugly baby birds mom and dad were helping themselves to breakfast uninvited. Pigeons. After various methods of seed protection were utilized, from a light sprinkling of soil to a frame the results the second time round were very good. One picture shows all lawn the top half is new the bottom is orginal lawn. Remaining pictures show on going patch repair and ugly Baby.
Have kept the areas damp and the growth is in sunny, shade and partial shaded areas.
I did not expect a great deal of putting the grass seed down some reviews positive some negative. I find the seed very good and strong . It works better covered up for a week then uncover and the grass should be through.

Rack out old grass, sprinkle new seed water and let nature take its course. Needed 2nd application on some areas
This only took 9 days to grow, before pic is patches from dog pee and after is now, hoping this grass will be better, very easy to grow
After a bad few summers with weak grass, dogs and a little person I decided to give this seed a go. Slow start but once it got growing it thrived! So far no patches or bleached spots, it’s extremely thick and green and will definitely buy again for patches when my puppy inevitably rips chunks out.
