Great sound when in radio, cd mode, but when it comes to Bluetooth quality of sound quickly dissipates. Remote is not to great unless your standing right in front of it and 1 yard away. Real shame!!
The quality of sound is fine, but the writing by each control button is very small and difficult to read especially if on a low shelf as mine needs to be. The remote control has to be with six feet to work
This was chosen to replace a defunct (and very expensive) Panasonic unit. What a find, though! The sound quality is far better than I dared to expect and the DAB reception is excellent. Thoroughly recommended
Overall a very nice piece of kit. It does exactly what I want which is to provide me with a range of options of an evening – radio, CD, and external connections via Bluetooth to an iPod. The USB charging port is an unexpected bonus. I had no troubles tuning the radio and all the stations I expected to find were there. The only downside is that the handbook is a little light on detail. Overall I am really happy with my purchase
Ok, so I got this as a workshope radio to replace an old radio.
At half volume I can hear this over my noisy lathe!
Sound quality is great, easy to use, more functions than I can make use of, and a simple interface.

DAB & FM radio excellent as is the cd player. Programming the pre-sets for radio stations a bit of a challenge for me but not really an issue to fret about as the DAB radio stations listings is easy to navigate. Sound quality better than I expected; visually looks good. Good value for money and pleased I purchased.
Bought the above as the pressie my hubby bought was not up to standard. Read a few of the reviews and took the risk it was only 30.00 above what his nibs bought me….oh my l was astounded at the sound that came out….Im so pleased l bought it…….lve still some things to get my head around but Im sure for us oldies its not complicated and the kids will show me how….It is absolutely beautifully made…the feel of the product its well worth the money are your sure youre selling it at the correct price….A good investment…..
Bought this because I needed something to do when the missus is watching her Saturday and Sunday crap TV and all the soaps during the week. Didn’t want to break the bank for something that will only be used for a few hours a week and I’m so pleased I bought this. Icad connect using the headphone jack or Bluetooth, it’s got usb’s for my gadgets, dab radio, cd etc. For the price it’s fantastic. Sounds like something a lot more expensive.

The only negative, but one which is important, is that the reception isn’t fantastic. I have another DAB radio by PURE. It’s smaller but the reception is a fair amount better.
Wow if you’re looking for a brilliant radio/cd player look no further. The Azatom is the best little unit I’ve come across ever. The sound is amazing when it goes to sleep a clock face appears which is very useful, and it’s the first radio I’ve ever had a remote control for but it’s very responsive and works well with the unit. It’s a great addition to our kitchen, it’s bought our house alive again!!
Happy with this the sound quality is good for the price and it looks nicer than many more bulky units. Unfortunately the first remote control was faulty but they quickly sent a replacement when I emailed them, good customer service.
Only had it for 3 weeks, but looks good, sounds good but let down by faulty remote control. Returned remote without any problem and received new remote within 48 hours. Excellent customer service. Would have scored it 5 if it was not for the faulty remote control.

I had no DAB radio signal. Now I have good DAB and can play my CDs.
