Don’t normally leave reviews.. bought this a while back and the cameras are great. Have had issues with the charger. But,have had them replaced twice no questions asked.
Really pleased with this product and the service. Had a problem with one of the cameras and ended up with a replacement. Great communication helped make this an easy task
Very good product and in a very attractive price. Very easy to use and interface very intuitive. Set up is straightforward, just need to press one button.
Battery is rechargeable and comes with charger for each cameras and monitor.
Only downside regards poor sound quality.

I originally ordered this product in April 2020, the product surpassed all my expectations and I love the fact I can keep an eye on both Children who are in seperate rooms.
In January of this year I experienced a technical issue , I contacted the seller and the customer service I received was exceptional.
I was given trouble shooting advice and when that didn’t rectify the issue I was sent a new parent unit .
As a parent it’s refreshing to see a company respond in this way & I honestly can’t praise the company enough

I bought this item in june but only started to use the second camera recently. It was malfunctioning and I reached out to babysense customer service. They promptly supported in guiding me with basic check steps. After few tests they sent me without any problem and cost a replacement camera that works perfectly. I definitely recommend this product and brand
This is a very overdue review! I bought it in April 2020! I can not fault the product or the company! Initially I needed long range so the first monitor I received I was very disappointed to find the range was less than my ancient one. Rather than return straight away I contacted Babysense. They were so incredibly helpful, initially we went through all the trouble shooting procedures when that didn’t work they apologised profusely & said I had a faulty product & sent a new one next day delivery! How well they knew their product because I’ve never had a problem since, the range is phenomenal, the picture quality, battery, sound every feature is amazing! I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough and to have such amazing customer service in today’s blameless society it was so refreshing to deal with an honest company with such integrity!
I love I can see both my children if needed or just one or the other. Easy to use & love the room temperature feature on the display. Little things but really gives you peace of mind! My only regret is I haven’t had the opportunity to use more of their products as I have a 6 year old & a 2 year old so the baby years are slipping away!
Buy it! I promise you won’t be disappointed!! FYI I never write reviews but firstly I promised I would & secondly I really felt I needed to!
Picture quality is very good but the screen does switch to night mode (black and white) very easily without the room being very dark. Very happy with it. Sound is great. I use it for day time naps so I am not sure if battery would last a while night but it has lasted a good few hours in daytime for me. I’m happy with the product for the price.

Unser Elternteil hatte einen Fehler bzw lie sich nicht mehr abschalten und dann in weiterer Folge auch nicht mehr einschalten. Wir haben den Kundenservice kontaktiert, schnell eine Antwort, einen Lsungsvorschlag und im Endeffekt ein Ersatzgert bekommen! Sehr freundlich!

1. Le telecamere non sono a batterie ma a corrente
2. Le telecamere si devo fissare per forza al muro
3. Non funziona bene lo switch telecamera automatico perch impostata per 4 telecamere
4. Quando si deve entrare nel menu bisogna stare attenti perch il primo comando “musica”. Inavvertitamente si potrebbe far partire una musica…

To have two quality cameras controlled from one simple unit is perfect for us now we have two children. And a great price too. One of the cameras wasn’t displaying the temperature correctly and they sent a replacement instantly. Very good customer service.
This is great we have the 2 cameras set up and the picture and sound is great. Having it switch between cameras allows us to keep an eye on our toddles and our baby at the same time

Good picture quality thought and good sound quality
Amazing product for the price. Iv had no issues with this product. I use it to be able to see both my children on one screen while they’re in seperate rooms sleeping. The only minor thing is the volume is really sensitive even on 1.
The image flicks through from both cameras as a setting or you can set it to one camera.
Buon prodotto e ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo. L’unica cosa che un po’ mi ha infastidito la lucetta verde che lampeggia durante la notte..ho rimediato mettendo un pezzetto di nastro adesivo sopra per oscurarla. Comunque la ricomprerei!
Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my monitor and it was sorted straight away! Great baby monitor I especially like the fact you can have the camera’s on auto rotation so I don’t have to switch between the cameras manually. Highly recommend!
This monitor has been perfect for monitoring both our children. The screen is a great size. The battery lasts really well after being charged, and the range is good allowing us to go in to the garden and still get perfect images. I had been using for 6 months and had a minor problem with the charging cable. I contacted customer services and received a very quick response and the issue was sorted within 2 days with a replacement sent straight out to me, really great customer service.
The white noise sound just plays for 15 minutes. Could not find option to set it longer. Good camera, good sound sensor.
Purchased as my previous baby monitor stopped working, I wanted two videos as have an 18 month old and another baby on the way. So far so good using in the 18 month olds bedroom, battery life perfect for using the monitor downstairs for the nap during the day and early evening, I usually plug in overnight. So easy to use, had it set up in two minutes. Value for money is great, as good as previous 1 camera monitor which was a lot more expensive. Hope it’s as good with the two cameras, haven’t been able to test that as yet.

The quality of the picture is so good! Works when I’m downstairs & baby is on the 3rd floor which is great as other baby monitor Signal isn’t as great! I also thought I was having an issue with my monitor turned out I was actually using it wrong but the customer service was AMAZING when I say amazing I mean it! They helped sort my issue straight away even though I was emailing them late evening they were still responding. Honestly speaking not only a really good baby monitor but amazing customer service too!
This one has 2 Cameras so I can monitor both my children. It’s battery life is around 4 hrs with the screen on permanently. It has eco modes so it goes to sleep which you set up. The cameras are very clear day and night. When it’s plugged in at night, the lights are bright and flash but I just put a sock over it. The cameras move really well.. I’d definitely recommend this monitor which I have no been using for over a week.
I am very happy with the way the screen flicks between the two cameras, allowing me to watch both children easily. The talk function is also very clear so I can talk to my daughter without climbing two flights of stairs.
Good product for the price can’t go wrong. Absolutely fantastic customer care. Original had faulty button on the receiver. Sent a replacement no quibbles. When the replacement went missing in delivery a third one was sent. This one I can confirm has no faults 🙂
These are brilliant little cameras! We’re using them in the same room ones our old camera didnt cover both of our children and luckily they don’t interfere with each other. They’re so easy to set up and use, the sound quality is great as well as the picture. We really can’t recommend these enough!
Cons are, the monitor and cameras have power lights on constantly which are annoying, we’ve put stickers and bluetac over the lights as they are really bright at night. Most baby monitors have this problem but some your can turn the power lights off. Another issue is when you have both cameras cycling on the monitor every 20seconds or so it does a poor job of jumping to the correct camera when one of your children makes a noise. But it is fairly simple to quickly jump between cameras. Probably more of problem if you have more than two cameras. Finally, the lowest sound level before mute is still a little too loud in the bedroom if you have another sleeping child in the room where the monitor is it may wake the child. So we end up fumbling around quickly to mute the monitor.
Other than these issues it’s great, good value for money and the issues raised can be put up with if you wish to save some cash
Amazing picture quality and sound!!! The lullabies and white noise is quite loud but we use the white noise on a cot mobile so that is no problem. The charger broke for the parent unit so I contacted the supplier and I received a new one within 2 days. The customer service is excelle

Love this monitor. I thought you can move the whole camera angle with the parents monitor but you can only zoom. (The camera can be moved to almost any angle by hand but if you have two children in one room you need a separate camera to point at each child. You can buy lenses that are 15 extra that say widens the camera view, I’ve yet to try this) very easy to use. The monitor battery doesn’t last an entire night with a single charge which is disappointing I would expect it to last around 12hrs with a charge but that’s just my opinion. (9pm-7am my children sleep but around 5am the monitor will start beeping needing to be charged). Clear sound and reasonable nighttime image
