This is amazing! We set it going upstairs when we come down in the morning, and downstairs when we go out. It will do skirting boards as well as other flooring. You have to be careful of loose cables etc and it can get stuck under furniture that is slightly too low – you just have to put something in the way before going out.

I never ever rate stuff.ever! But this is fantastic we have a hard floor house ground floor stone and wood which we try and keep very clean, set this chap off and what he comes back with leaves me baffled, the fluff and dirt that accrues daily he finds is on one hand disgusting but on the other so good that he’s doing his job! I thought it was a gimmick for the kids to be entertained but it’s a proper machine that works really really well.

Honestly, best 100 I’ve ever spent. Bob, as he’s called just potters round the house as I getting on with everything else. Is he the most powerful vacuum I’ve ever seen? No. But I have a dog the casts everywhere, and he keeps on top of a chore that I hate doing. Brilliant.

My first one stopped working unexpectedly. I had really prompt service and responses from the company, who sent a replacement battery and, when it still didn’t work, sent me a replacement cleaner with no fuss at all! Best service I’ve had from any company on Amazon!

Definitely worth the money. Easy to set up and use. It’s basically just plug in and go. I’m not too sure about the mapping of this a it just seems to go wherever it wants to. It’s lightweight enough… you need to make sure your floor is clear of anything at all at it likes to eat everything. The suction is ok. Not amazing, but does the job. Can preset it so it comes in whenever you want it to

Seriously, this is like having a maid! It’s great!
I set him (mine is a “he”, I don’t know why) off, he does his thing, and when he’s tired, he goes back to bed. Hoovey (that’s his name) is fantastic. Thoroughly recommend!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have to admit I was sceptical, I didn’t even take the plastic off the remote in case I needed to return it but it’s brilliant. I set it off in the morning and it cleans the whole of my downstairs (living room, dining room (both carpet), hall (laminate) and kitchen (hardwood) and takes itself back to its charger when it’s done. It easily switches between carpet and hard floors and even goes up onto my door mats and hoovers them. I set it going upstairs too, but put a barrier across the top of my stairs because I haven’t worked out yet if it can tell there’s stairs and stop. It does a brilliant job! I have two cats and a dog so I empty the compartment after each clean, but it’s really easy to empty takes about 10 seconds and feels like no effort at all vs. actually hoovering! I absolutely love coming back to a hoovered floor, I wish I’d bought this years ago!! Only thing you need to do is make sure there’s no cables lying around on the floor. It sucked up my phone cable and stopped itself once (no damage, just stopped hoovering) but I’ve learnt that lesson!

Brilliant piece of kit this, recognises when it’s about to get stuck and reverses out of it, although it doesn’t have an app it comes with a remote its very simple and easy to manoeuvres, I only use the remote to send it home but it will go home when its running out of charge. Honestly i was worried that I was getting a cheap one that would t do what I wanted it to do but it’s brilliant. The stuff it picks up is unreal. Goes over rugs and Detects carpets, even goes over my bathroom mats !..it’s a great bit of equipment.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersIn July 2022 we purchased our Bagotte BG600 Robotic Vacuum cleaner, which was quickly christened ‘Wall-e’. It proved to be an excellent purchase collecting a surprising large quantity of dust and household debris. We were so impressed with the vacuum that we bought two other machines for our children.

At the end of June this year it developed an issue with one of its side brushes. I contacted the company by email and immediately received a response from their customer service representative Antina. She provided advice and suggestions as to how to deal with the issue, eventually she arranged for a replacement machine to be sent out. I must admit my initial email was sent out, not expecting any response, so to have received the support and care we did receive was both surprising and fantastic. I cannot recommend this company and vacuum more highly. The machine is brilliant, and their customer service is exceptional. Thank you Bagotte and team.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersBought on a whim because I got sick of using my dodgy dyson on it’s last legs to clean my kitchen every single day to keep on top of the continuous and relentless stream of yellow dog hair that seems to stream from the back of my boisterous yellow Labrador.

This robot hoover is a game changer. It doesnt have tons of features and the dust box is a little small so needs emptying every other clean but I press ‘auto’ on the remote once a day and let it run around the kitchen, hall, and utility for about 3 hours until it gets tired (out of battery), full, and confused and goes by itself back to its dock to recharge. The next day I repeat.

It’s literally that simple and I never again have to think about hoovering.

PS as far as build quality goes this thing is superb. My dog actually threw up on the floor about a week after getting it! To my horror I later discovered that the hoover had ran through the pile of dog sick/ sheep poo, and was distributing around the kitchen floor (the downside of leaving a robot to clean your kitchen for you while you watch youtube videos in a another room). I had to take the hoover apart and clean it thoroughly with bleach to remove the traces of dog sick, and the smell! Amazingly after a few days left to dry the hoover out before turning it on again, it restarted with no issues and has worked perfectly ever since. So I am very impressed and highly highly recommend!!!! Bargai

Golden Review Award: 24 From Our UsersIt’s a great little gadget for the price and takes the hassle out of hoovering as you can just set up the timer and let it do a run through every day before you wake up. Works well. Mostly. In the beginning I have woken up many times to find it stuck on a cable or under some piece of furniture. It turns itself off if it gets stuck which is good. There is a simple solution to use the tape that comes with it but I didn’t want to use that, so I have put cardbox boxes and loose cardboard under the tables and radiators where it used to get stuck. It’s smart enough to avoid them now. I also don’t leave any loose cables or backpack straps on the floor now so now it doesn’t get stuck usually.
It does a good job. On automatic it doesn’t use max power, that you have to do manually but if it’s running everyday I don’t have any need to use max power. I do that sometimes when I put it in the kitchen on the linoleum floor. Obviously it has shortcomings when it comes to hoovering right in the corners and some other tricky spots but they are very few. Using it everyday on automatic, I use the other vacuum about once a month or less to do the countertops and other tricky corners.
The remote is good for starting/stopping it but also to drive it to spots you want it to tackle.
The reason I had to write this review is because of their customer service. After three years, the battery of this vacuum has been degrading and now it only runs for about 5 minutes on a single charge. I asked a question on this page and some other buyer suggested going to their website. I emailed them from their website and got a response within 24 hours. They didn’t have a battery they could sell me so what they did was that they sent me an almost brand-new vacuum to use the battery from. It arrived in about 3-4 days from their service centre in Germany. It looks brand new, everything shiny and clean, with charger dock, manual and everything else that comes with a new piece. Since it was a complete kit, I decided to just use it rather than take out the battery. Battery replacement is also easy to do, I had seen a tutorial on youtube. But I had the original UK cable for the wall socket, so I can just use the replacement and bob’s your uncle.

I don’t think you can expect any better customer service than that.

I bought it in the month of March 2022. I love it. I call it Darling as it keeps my flat clean. I live on my own and used to struggle to vaccume my flat due to depression. Since, I got the Bagotte, cleaning my flat became a fun and favourite game for me. Its operation is easy but I just can’t leave it on it’s own to clean my flate as there are things on the floor which I need to move to make sure that place is cleaned. So far, I didn’t have any problem. Some times it goes to a same place to clean again and again, then I would operate it with the remote. If my there are no bouncing areas and things to move on the floor I could leave it on timer. However, Thank you Bagotte 🙂

After getting this little guy out of the box and waiting patiently while we charged and powered him up, the anticipation set in. Finally after several hours of being on charge for the first time we set him off, I was quite impressed how nimble and capable he was tackling different obstacles and how he actually reacts to his surroundings. We left him to do the kitchen and the lounge area and everybody in the house including the cats all couldn’t take their eyes from it. We all watched it very closely. Even though it appears to seem like it’s driving around at random we realised he must be timed to two settings because sometimes he goes around the perimeter of the room and other times just seems to do long strokes.
As it handled the kitchen with ease we guided him to the living room and again we was quite impressed with how he managed to get under the couches. At the end of his long 45 minute run he returned himself back to his pad with no help from us, although a bit sloppy, we had bets to see if he would make it, I lost, he did! We decided to empty him and couldn’t believe how much he had collected.
Although this is a very impressive product and is quite capable scooting around on his own I wouldn’t recommend leaving him unattended as there are the occasional time he gets stuck but doesn’t realise he’s stuck.
I call him a he because after using him first thing in a morning while getting ready for work and using him in the evening when I return there’s just nothing to not love about him, I would say he’s worth every penny !

My wife and I love this robot, it pretty much gets all the loose dust etc and saves us time when we expect visitors etc. The remote is handy and we love the spill clean up function where it runs in increasing diameter circles then decreasing its way back to centre. It finds its own way back to the charger once the battery voltage drops which is around 2 hours of cleaning time. Maintenance is easy and the spares kits, sold separately, with brushes and filters make it easy to refresh the cleaner.
I bought a can of air to blow out the dust from the hard to reach areas though it comes with a handy brush anyway. The air can is handy for cleaning behind the front sensor/ bumper panel.
It wanders from room to room with a mix of flooring types. Hardly ever gets stuck and that’s usually our fault for leaving loose power cords etc around for it to snag on. It let’s you know what’s wrong by beeping.
It’s a well used item in our house and when it eventually gives up the ghost, I shall by a new one from the same manufacturer.

Been using robot vacuum cleaners for years , have two, my more expensive hoover packed up and I still have my ilife that’s never been a problem so brought this one, just gets on with it, I had the mapping type that knows where it has been but only issue with them they only go once over a area, where these just go everywhere more than once until they need to charge so pick up more. This seems ok. Only used on wooden floors. Fog doesn’t like it.
