El paquete lleg ms rpido de lo esperado, es el segundo gunpla que compro por este medio y del primero que me lleg un poco golpeado de la caja (pero en buen estado las piezas) Esta vez la caja lleg solamente con un golpe en una de las esquinas, el resto de la caja est intacta, y en cuanto a las piezas estn en buen estado, de igual manera el manual y todo sellado en su bolsa protectora.
Me encantan los gundam y sobre todo el barbatos, es mi favorito, pero para alguien como yo que esta en el coleccionismo de figuras gundam el recibir la caja en este estado es algo triste, aunque el producto como tal esta bien si es lamentable el trato que se le da al paquete, no se hasta que punto sea problema de amazon, el transportista o el vendedor, pero podria mejorarse la manera que se envian ya que las cajas son muy fragiles y no incluye ningun tipo de proteccion a la caja.
This was my second build, it took around 4 hours, not my favourite as the limbs and head come off pretty easily so it’s a bit fragile, but once it’s on the shelf or stand it looks great!
This build is very easy to do compared to other HG Gunplas. He is easy to pose, and I got him for the purpose of learning how to paint gunpla. I have not finished painting the parts yet. But so far, he looks good and is well balanced without a stand… but unfortunately, does not come with any real options for weapons.

This Gundam was my favourite to build. Honestly I was super happy when I came in it was in good condition. No problems at all was Isabell with less than five hours and I completed it at 2:30 PM to all the way to 10:30 PM night time so I was able to take snapshots and displayed and model it and do all kinds of videos within. It was pretty sick and I enjoyed building that it was fairly easy actually, to be honest I liked all the instructions were somewhat coloured at the end of the extractions when it showed like putting the back piece on And it was really sick when I seen the design it was all in colour because I’m used to black and white so black and white was honest see what I was gonna go for but then when I seen colour in the art, I was so happy to see that it was easier and the instructions are actually labelled in English And Japanese so enough said will done projec
A friend introduced me into these models as he has two Master Grades he did a while back. I’m an Engineer, and grew up watching Toonami so I was familiar with some of the Gundam series. I bought three different Gundam models ( Entry Grade RX-78-2, High Grade Blazing Gundam and this High Grade Barbatos Lupus) for around $60. Overall, I enjoyed all three with the Barbatos Lupus and Blazing Gundam being my favorite as the detail is very good. For first timers these models are all very easy as the detailed steps and instructions are easy to follow. There are some details in the instructions that take a minute to confirm how the part is oriented before assembling. Being a HG Gundam these models only stand around 5-1/2″ (14cm) tall. Also, some of the fitment of the parts are not as tight as I would have hoped making some of the joints prone to easy movement or removal. Overall, the price and detail of the model was very good and give it 4 stars.
Barbatos is so fricking cool!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was one of the first Gunpla I assembled and I got him purely because of how awesome he is! I have gone and started watching Iron Blooded Orphans so I could see more of this gorgeous mobile suit!!!!! Barbatos Lupus was super easy to assemble even for a beginner like me! He is pretty sturdy although the point where the waist connects with the torso is a bit loose. But otherwise he has great detail for a higher grade and he is extremely poseable. I love taking pictures of him and getting to look at him on display! He is truly awesome!!!!!
Llevaba tiempo con ganas de introducirme en el mundillo de las figuras y me ha encantado la experiencia de montar este mecha.
Sin duda el ir montando la figura con el manual de lado y ver el resultado final hecho por t mismo es estupendo.
No puedo hablar igual de bien de la calidad del plstico: desde un brazo que quedaba flojo hasta la espada que sin hacer fuerza ni nada se ha roto ya dos veces. Como podeis ver en la foto he tenido que tirar de remedio casero y con un poco de superglue he pegado la espada y ajustado un poco mejor esas piezas que se caan.
Por ahora me da igual ya que es mi primera figura y me interesa customizarla, pero para alguien que quiera la figura tal y como es puede ser un problema que sea tan frgil.
Este foi meu primeiro colecionvel do tipo adquirido, e minha primeira experincia montando um Gunpla, para quem gosta da srie, pode ter certeza que uma experincia incrvel, voc monta j querendo comprar outro e montar, imensamente satisfeito com o produto e a entrega, obrigado!
Fue un regalo para mi novio, le gust mucho y vena completo, lo nico malo es que la caja lleg algo maltratada
Une bonne maquette “d’introduction” pour un enfant de 10/11 ans. Un peu technique tout de mme pour tre intressant, pas trop long faire non plus. La technicit des grappes est ahurissante (pas besoin de colle pour le montage, grappes multicolores).
Une suggestion: ne pas hsiter commander une base ‘volante’ pour le montage final. C’est un petit investissement supplmentaire pour un maximum d’effet.
Pretty easy kit to build in a couple of hours and panel lines make it pop more.
Artikel kam zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt bei mir an. Durchlief den Zoll problemlos. Bin sehr zufrieden.
ste fue el primer Gundam que armo, mi experiencia previa haba sido con Zoids, y estoy sorprendido con el rango de movimiento de cada articulacin, lo que conlleva que la figura sea posable ms all de lo que esperaba.
No requer de herramientas especiales, con tijeras delgadas pude cortar algunas piezas, pero en general pude extraerlas con un poco de presin de la ua.
Comet un error en la rodilla y lo not hasta el final, pero pude desarmarlo sin problemas, no requer de herramientas ni las piezas se daaron.
La calidad fue muy buena, espero despus poder comprar el Barbatos Full Mechanics o el 1/100 a futuro, porque la versin 1/144 usa la armadura como parte del montaje, mientras que las otras dos es un esqueleto (frame) ms la armadura removible.
La nica queja qu tengo es que el paquete vena muy maltratado, pareca que le pusieron cajas pesadas encima.
Nice kit. Really enjoyed the building process. Make sure you have the gundam model tools when building.
Overall, this model is easy to assemble. My only complaints were the limited range of the hip and shoulder joints. Also, the top and bottom halves of the model are connected via a single ball joint. That particular piece has a gimmick built in to allow it to slide forwards and backwards slightly. This movement is very loose and the model tends to slouch forwards because of it. From what I’ve read in other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one who had this issue. Furthermore, the sword nearly broke in half during assembly. The large blade is affixed to a narrow handle and that’s where the weak point is. Be mindful of that.
I custom painted my model in pearl metallic paints via airbrush. I didn’t bother using the decals. I airbrushed those areas the intended colors. Afterwards, I panel lined and covered the model in a gloss clear coat.
It took 2h for me to finish this build. O personally really like the way that Lupus looks on display.

Modellino semplice da montare e molto bello da vedere. Un po’ pi “vuoto” rispetto ad un modellino gi montato ma lo consiglio caldamente.
Update: I recieved my panel liner and have lined it and used the MG barbatos decal sheet to add even more detail to it. It really makes it pop with the more defined lines and extra eye catching aspects.
Only complaint would be time to get the package. But we’re in good shape

A surprising amount of care has gone into making this high grade something special. Lots of multicolour plastic instead of stickers, and a very unique sculpt make this one worth picking up. And he’s cheap!
It was the first Gundam I assembled and I had so much fun doing it, every click of pieces was pure enjoyment.
Got as a present for kids for Christmas. He absolutely love it. Said it was awesome. Look like a lot of peices for younger kids. Great project to work with your kids and have family time doing something together.
eally nice model to build. Some parts were hard to nip off due to not enough space to fit nippers. Recommend using exacto knife for those parts. Overall awesome model

Instructions were very easy to follow. Some joints are loose, but nothing that can’t be fixed. I still think I would prefer bigger scale, so it may be my one and only 1/144th.

Es una maqueta que es fcil de montar, con un acabado muy bueno sin necesidad de pintura. Lo menos bueno de este tipo de maquetas es el uso de pegatinas, pero este modelo en concreto hace un buen uso de ellas.

Great kit, really easy to make and expected quality. The hands are a bit lose but to experienced builders that’s easily remedied. Bigger than most 1/144 kits out there.
It feels like it has potential,but be prepared to do some modifications, especially on the hands of you want to post it with the mace

I gave this to my son for his birthday today, and we’ve completed it already! He is 10 and he was able to assemble it mostly by himself after I cut out the pieces.

This is a great model for those into Gundam, Patlabor mecha modelling. Goes together well and is easy to pose. Take care when removing the sword from the sprue though, the handle to blade area is very thin.
Excellent kit. It feels and stays up so much better than the first Barbatos HG. Compared to all forms, this is the best.
