Sapphire crystal – the hardest glass
Our sapphire crystal is the third hardest transparent material after moissanite and diamonds. A particularly crystal-clear, hard and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal ensures an unrestricted view of your BERING dial. All BERING watches are equipped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
Mineral glass – the standard glass
Mineral glass is also a crystal glass, but with a structure similar to that of a rock crystal. It is a common material in the watch sector, but it is less resistant and more susceptible to scratching. BERING only uses sapphire glass in its timepieces and no mineral glass.
How long does the watch run on one battery charge?
When stored in complete darkness, the watch typically runs for 6 months on a full charge until the next charge is necessary. This battery life increases when the watch is exposed to light in between.
How is the watch charged?
The watch has to be in the sun for about 24 hours to be fully charged. If you charge the watch with sunlight, don’t leave it on the dashboard of a car because the temperature can get extremely high.
How do you know when the watch needs to be charged?
If the battery is only charged weakly, the watch indicates this by moving the second hand in “two-second steps”. The clock will run for another 3 days with this “two-second cycle”. Then recharge the watch.
Does the watch need a battery change?
In contrast to batteries in a conventional quartz watch, the battery does not have to be replaced regularly.

El reloj es precioso, discreto, elegante, queda super fino, es cmodo de llevar y de momento, funciona de maravilla. Tendra que pasar ms tiempo para poder afinar ms mi opinin. Pero, por ahora, muy contenta con l. Ojal que funcione bien la carga por luz por mucho tiempo, porque es un avance tremendo, y una de las razones por las que lo eleg.
So very delicate and comfortable to wear. The band is shiny and easy to adjust. I will most definitely be buying another watch from this seller again.
My only single complaint was that the delivery (I believe it was DHL) person LITERALLY threw the package across our patio(our front door is off a large patio) against the house. Gate was not locked. They threw it hard enough it sounded like a huge rock hit next to our glass door. I was freaking out worried that it was going to be shattered. But it was good. Thank goodness!

This is actually a question, do you know where I can buy or find the black rubber band loop that comes with this watch? Mine is coming apart and I can’t seem to find one small enough.
This watch is gorgeous! I find it easy to read. I haven’t taken it off since I got it. I wear it in the pool and the shower. It’s very attractive. My only wish is that it could light up in thre dark. I recommend this watch.
Love this watch. latch came loose when I adjusted it. Took it to a jeweler. Now it works great and is secure. I had not clipped it down securely.

I’m a big fan of Bering and have had one of their watches for over 6 years with zero issues. I loved the idea of the solar model as soon as I saw it existed, it doesn’t get shipped to my country though and the re-sellers charge too much for it so I decided on ordering it on here. I’ll start by saying I expected this watches face and encasing to be white from the pictures on here, but it is really silver. It is still a beautiful watch, but in my head I expected white. I am also a thin person, and this watch’s wristband is very long, this is positive for some people, but if you have thin wrists the extra material of the wristband will turn around more than you will like and you will need to have it fixed. Other than this, I have had a good experience, it keeps time and date correctly and I haven’t experienced any delays or malfunction even if i don’t use it everyday and keep it inside a drawer.

I received the watch but not keeping right time. put in the sun for 2 days and it charged. Now keeping correct time and its a comfortable and beautiful watch.
I love this watch! It’s very classy and lightweight! I would recommend this for anyone!
I wish the face were a little prettier. Maybe it’s the solar technology that makes it look matte and dull, but it kind of looks to be the texture of printer paper. Additionally, the second hand doesn’t perfectly align with the number tick marks on the face. Finally, I have never gotten gold-polished stainless steel so I am nervous the gold part around the face won’t look too sharp in a few months. I haven’t noticed any scratching or diminishing gold color, but it is a concern of mine.
Overall a good watch. Like another said, the face is smaller than expected, but I think it works with the proportions of the band (and looks good on my wrist).
Just love this watch. Never liked the big clunky trend so I’m very happy to find this smaller clean-lined watch that actually has a second hand, which I needed!…and a calendar date too! I think it’s clean & sophisticated lines are beautiful and classy-looking, and I’m especially happy to find all this in a solar watch. No more batteries! I couldn’t be happier. Bought a second one in gold.
Love the look of this watch but lost it on the third wearing. Sadly, the clasp on the mesh band is difficult to secure and because it is so comfortably light I didn’t realize I’d lost it. Luckily I found it in my house a couple of days later. Whew. I have now practiced closing it and I think I get it now. Just in case, I’ll ask a jeweller if a safety chain can be added.
