at this price I expected these to be pretty bad, but I was proven wrong, I was suitable impressed with how good they actually sound, and not just oh better than I thought, but actually really good. My wife is the gamer, so wanted these, and she’s very happy with them, says they fit nicely and are very comfy, and as to sound, excellent.
I have no idea what others are talking about when mentioning the USB cable is too short? it’s on the same cable as the audio, so it’s the same length (unless there’s been a modification in the design since), anyway I think it’s fine. The audio cable has a three bar 3.5mm minijack connector, for stereo audio and microphone, plus they come with a short adapter that spilts the audio into two separate 3.5mm minijack connectors, one for separate stereo audio and the other for the microphone, should your PC have separate outputs.

These arrive in branded box, the headphones themselves are comfortable to wear and have good sound although my daughter only uses for gaming and not listening to music. The microphone works and wires are good length. The lighting effects are controlled by usb cable which could be a little longer but my daughter doesn’t really use lighting as she said keyboard and PC lights up anyway and there on head so she can’t see effect. My daughter is use with PC and is very happy with them.Good value for comfortable and well made headphones
My son wanted these for chatting with his friends on the Xbox. They work well. Sound is clear and mic is clear. Easy to connect. Overall very good

This Black Shark gaming headset came as a complete surprise. Headsets can be very useful when gaming or chatting online but, I have to admit, I didn’t expect much given the low asking price.
The headset is delivered in a decent presentation box and is perfectly packaged. Removing the plastic from the sides of the ear-pieces wasn’t the easiest since they were wrapped beneath the strap but I got there in the end. The headset itself is remarkably well-designed and it looks and feels far more expensive than it actually is. The padding for the head and the ears is thick and soft, making it comfortable to wear, even for a few hours at a time – and that is an essential point for any gaming headset.
The 50mm sized drivers are nice quality. Whilst not hi-fi standard, which no one could expect for this price, they do give an acceptable sound and most people would be able to adjust the EQ on their computers via their soundcards options. The microphone is perfectly positioned and is a nice shape. It picks up the voice with ease without it sounding too harsh and without any feedback.
The inline control for turning the microphone on/off was surprisingly bulky but at least there would be no fear of having to fumble around looking for it (a failing with headsets and smart phone headphones).
The RGB lighting effects are a bit unnecessary for my taste since, when wearing the headset, the user can’t see the lights anyway. But it is included. To use, the USB plug must be inserted into the device. I notice some complaints that the USB section of the lead is on the small side and some users have experienced difficulty with this option. On the model I was sent, the USB lead is near-enough the same length as the mic/headphone plugs – all at the end of a very long cable. I had no problems plugging all three into my computer’s main sockets, nor in the sockets of my separate sound card. And, since all three plugs are at the end of the cable, I really can’t see how some users have had difficulty using the (unnecessary) lights unless they have USB ports some distance away. Perhaps those users did not have separate mic/headphone sockets and so needed to just use the single 3.5mm audio. In any case, male/female USB extension leads are really cheap – I need to use them for my external HDDs and disc drives, and have never had an issue.
With extremely good build quality for the price, a range of options for plugging it into various devices, an acceptable sound and good comfort, I really can’t fault this headset. Indeed, I can say that it is as good as my own gaming headset which cost twice as much and doesn’t look anywhere near as nice as this one.
The seller has provided great display pictures with a lot of descriptions of each part of this headset and, in all honesty, I just couldn’t fault it – and I am extremely fussy when it comes to my computer equipment. This is definitely worth a try for anyone in need of a budget headset.
Priced at a mere 16.99 at the time of this review, I find this Black Shark gaming headset to be overloaded with features and quality that you would be hard-pressed to find on a much more expensive model. I have decided this will be my go-to for gaming now and my own headset can be relegated to a cupboard as reserve. Given the quality, the design, the sound, the features, not to mention the outstanding price, I have no hesitation in recommending this as a great budget headset, especially for gaming and for some casual online conversations. It does not set out to be a hi-fi replacement but does what it is designed to do very well.

This Black Shark gaming headset is a great gaming companion for under 20. It is large for girl gamers like me, but the cups feel comfortable on my ears. The sound playback is clear and plugs into my switch via the AUX port. In able to get the colourful led lights, you need to have them plugged into a USB port. It has a minor design fault with the USB cable being too short if you want the lights to go off. Being a Nintendo Switch gamer and not having my device plug into the mains. It is a little annoying I can not have the lights go off during gameplay.
This connects very easley to the PS5 and the sound quality if good not great. Overall it is a good produc
Medium quality headset with good relationship between quality of materials and sound quality.
The noise isolation works fairly well, the microphone transmits the sound of the voice without distortion and the in-line controls are very responsive.

This is a surprisingly good gaming headset from Black Shark. It’s made well and comes in a nicely presented box.
The headset itself is covered in lots of protective film. It seems a little overkill, but the manufacturer clearly wanted to protect all the fancy panels etc on it.
This can either plug into a single 3.5mm phono port or can be converted to twin ports thanks to the included lead. The light patterns on the headphones and mic work via USB, so simply plug into a source to use. Even a powerbank can be used for it.
The top band has plenty of padding and this feels comfy to wear, even with a big head like me.
Sound is more than acceptable for a budget headset. It was tested to chat to a friend and sounded clear and reasonably loud. Even game soundtracks were clear.
Whilst pink may not be to everyone’s taste, I gather other options are available. For my daughter, who loves pastel colours, this is perfect.
Overall, I can definitely recommend this.

Black Shark Gaming Headset
a good affordable gaming headset that’s perfect for anyone on a budget. these headset will work with about any console or PC.
The USB for me was a little small and needed to be longer. when you plug the headphone jack into your controller for console it means you literally will have to sit close to the console, for PC this isn’t as much of an issue. the only thing the USB powers in the RGB effect on the headset themselves which does a very good job and they do look nice.
the mic was nice and clear and other players can hear me fine. the controller to mute the mic is on the cable along with the volume controls for easy access.
the foam around the ear cups and headband was rather nice there soft and comfortable for long periods.
sound quality is fairly good for the value its not suitable for competitive gamers however perfectly acceptable if your looking a cheap headset just for playing casually while the material is durable.
overall a good inexpensive headset for casual gamers the value is on point for the price. sound and mic quality was acceptable and the RGB effect does look nice however the USB could be alittle longer.

Very confortable headphones with adjustable foam headband and noise isolation ear cushions, are very sturdy and the sound is great. The microphone is bendable, nice design.
Lovely pink colour.
Came in it’s own box, very well packaged and fast delivery.
I would highly recommend.

Black Shark Gaming Headset.
A really good value headset looks and feels way more expensive than it is
it’s very good quality and its ideal for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox, Switch, mobie phones and tablets.
The USB port is to power the lights on the headset which means to get the best from this you will have to get a usb extension and lengthen the cable because in my opinion it makes you stand to close to your PC or games console.
Other than that this is a very good headset sound is really good for the money microphone works really well headset feels quality, good and solid each ear is adjustable to fit your head size.
Comes with a 4-pin 3.5mm jack plug fitted, and the USB plug is only for powering the lights on it, you also get a splitter adapter to change the single 4-pin plug into the two 3-pin plugs for separate mic and stereo headphones. Pretty cool methinks.
Sound quality in the headphones is pretty good. It’s clear and quite rich and bassy. Mic audio is pretty good too, clear and rich and I’ve been told by my gaming buddies that I sound clear. I found it doesn’t need to be too near my face either, which I prefer.
Fit is good, I have a large head and these fit me fine using the adjusters on the headband.
I think my only small niggle is that the pads started to make my ears a bit sweaty after a while.
Overall for 16.99 at the time of this review these are very good. I’ve had some real rubbish headsets for a lot more than that price, so I reckon if you pay that for a pair of these you’ll likely be quite impressed.

I honestly didn’t expect to be blown-away by these headphones, but for the cost they’re amazing!
Sure, they’re not gonna rival the expensive Astros or Steelseries headsets, but for less than 20 at time of writing you could do a LOT worse!
Non-controllable RGB LED panels are inlaid into each ear cup and are powered by a single USB-A plug (solely for the LEDs, it does not carry audio, and does not need to be plugged in if you don’t care about the RGB) and then you have separate TRS 3.5mm jacks for mic and audio, and a supplied joiner to convert it into a 3-pole TRRS plug for a combi jack. They’ve thought of everything.
Build quality is superb with a glossy white finish, comfortable headband and nice click detents for the size adjustment. Everything feels well put-together and there’s no wobble or rattle to speak of.
In terms of audio quality, several people who tried them said they weren’t very far off Hyper-X Clouds, and they absolutely trounced my son’s budget (still more expensive) turtle beaches.
Black Shark are killing it with their budget gaming range and I’m here for it!

This is a headset.
It’s a headset that connects to the standard 3.5mm jack plugs (green and pink) on your PC or similar.
The USB connection is just for the flashing spectrum lights on the side, and led on the mic, which are just for fun.
This isn’t a USB sound-card built into the headset, which is worth noting.
So as a headset using the the standard jack plugs it’s okay – I actually think the lights are fun – yes you lose a USB port to drive them, but to be fair you don’t need to turn the lights on to use the headphones and microphone.
In terms of price USB headsets are available at this price point, but tend to be more expensive, and the certainly don’t have the strong design theme, okay that’s the flashing lights this unit has.
I think then at this price point this headset is actually good value as an overall package.

I was pleasantly surprised to se the manufacturer has made no false claims here with this headset. Let’s be clear it’s perfectly fine for the low asking price. If your after a pro level headset then you need to spend the money. Like all the sets in this price range the USB connector is only to provide power to the lights on the headset and nothing else. Refreshingly the listing makes this clear it also only claims to have stereo sound and noise isolating ear cushions. Doesn’t sound like much but this is rather refreshing as it makes no false claims of 3D sound or noise cancellation like some others do. just a honest description yes the usb lead could be longer but other than that it’s all good

Oh yeah really good heads up for the money. They may not rank up there with the really expensive models but are well worth the money. Aggressively
Needed a quick replacement for my old headset.
Bought these and they seem fine for my casual gaming and work fine.
Not sure how long they will last though.
Knocked one star off as USB cable for the LED lights is very short.
Great product, and the best thing for not listening to everyone else.

In this household, we are certainly no strangers to the Black Shark universewe have used a lot of their products in the past and some are still in use here todayin general, we find their products to be of decent quality and fairly priced. When I saw the inexpensive multi-compatible Black Shark Goblin X1 headphones on offer, of course I jumped at the opportunity to try them out!
The Goblin X1s offer multi-platform compatibility through the included 3.5mm connector. The X1s also feature a clear, bendable, but non-removable microphone and cool-looking RGB lighting that will likely appeal to younger gamers. Black Shark have also made controling the X1s easy by including convenient in-line controls that are always within your grasp.
I couldn’t help but notice right off the hop that the Goblin X1s are an attractive pair of headphones for the pricethey have a nice balanced look to themthey’re not big and clunky, but they also look good and sturdy. They are built mostly of plastic that is reinforced with aluminum on the head-brace and they are adjustable by 2.5 cm on each side. The head-brace is nicely padded with synthetic leather and memory foam for comfort. The ear cushions are made of synthetic leather and memory foamthey look a bit thin to me, but so far, they’ve been comfortable enough to wear a few hours at a time and they have been relatively successful at keeping environmental sounds at bay. These headphones are definitely light enough to wear for extended periods of time without suffering from fatigue.
Soundwise, like most headphones aimed at gamers, the Goblin X1s are bass-heavy to please those who savour their explosions. 🙂 Due to the powerful bass, the low-end of the mids has been scooped out somewhat which causes deep voices to sound kind of muffled and makes them hard to decipher at low volume. But the rest of the midrange has good clarity of detailyou can hear footsteps still off in the distance that are moving ever closer, which is helpful if it’s your enemy coming for you. I feel that the treble has been leashedit’s not as spirited or bright as it could be, causing my Magic Dust to lose some of its “sparkle” . As a result, I wouldn’t recommend these for listening to musicthey just don’t have the vitality and separation of sound needed to create a spacious and dynamic soundstage. Put another way, the sound is clear enough, but it’s lacklustrethere’s no “oomph” to it and not enough depth, in my opinion. For the purposes of gaming, I feel the X1s are passablemany gamers will enjoy their bass-heavy sound profile and will find the clarity they provide to be sufficient.
Since the flexible microphone has omnidirectional pickup, voice capture is pretty much assured, especially since the mic is flexible and allows you to place it in optimum position by your mouth. I’ve used this headset on both Skype and Zoom and was told my voice came in crystal clear, though there is a slight bit of echo here and there, but certainly nothing that would cause frustration to those on the other end. I do really wish that the mic was removable, though.
I know the cool-looking RGB lights will be a main attraction for a lot of younger gamers, but you might want to tamp down your excitement a little because it’s not all rainbows. Sadly, the lights aren’t customisable and, madly, the lights require the very short USB to power them, which is pretty inconvenient and adds some unnecessary bulk. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me because I can do without the lights, but if you are buying these, in part, because the lights appeal to you, these details are likely going to matter.
Overall, these headphones are pretty decent quality, especially for the $34.99 price. Right now, as I write this, a $5 coupon is also being offered which makes them an unbeatable deal, especially for younger gamers who like a bit of flash. We certainly enjoy having ours around as a second pair of gaming headphones and I like using them for Skype and Zoom calls, too, as the mic is pretty dependable. They aren’t going to compete with $300 headphones, but they are pretty impressive for what they are. I hope this review has helped to make your headphone comparison shopping a little easier.
This is a really nice gaming headset by Black Shark. The over all look is gaming style with the lights and comfort headset. The part that goes across the head has cushion for long time wear and comfort. The ear pieces are over ear which are the best for gaming, comfortable and my ears fit completely in them.
The lights are a nice touch especially for a gaming set up or streaming videos.
These work well on our lap tops as well as our ps4 controllers. My son has been using them for the ps4 since they arrived. He likes that they are comfortable, loves the lights and says that the sound quality of the audio as well as the mic are both fantastic.
His friends have no issues hearing him when he is on mic and there isn’t any static.
Over all a nice looking set that is comfortable and has great quality. Fantastic price point as well.
It sound exactly what it would sound like if you use. Let’s see if it will last. Price cheaper than normal. Good for gaming :$

I can recommend the product and the fantastic customer service and follow up. I had an issue with my product, they were very caring and attentive, I got a replacement and it has been exactly what I wanted. They are very comfortable and have worked great. I feel very satisfied with my headset.
I was so excited, I need to be on lots of conversations on a regular day, so a gaming headset seemed like the best way to go. The Bluetooth options are not that good, but no one could hear me today. I eneded up with the phone against my ear in order to have a conversation where the other party could hear me.
They feel very comfortable. But I won’t be able to use them for I wanted them for.

The headsets sound is extremely clear. When someone is talking you can really hear just how crisp the sound is. The bass is not too bad. I mean, it never really is the greatest on headsets I find, personally anyways. Others may find it more noticeable though. The cord is really long, I like that. But I always end up forgetting that it’s connected to my controller so when I go to get up I always pull my controller to the ground. I’m not sure what the smaller cord is for exactly, a computer maybe? It has a mic, and headphones on it.
You can shut the mic off and turn the volume up from the little black part of the cord.
I’m happy with these ones, my bf loves them. He stopped using his old favorites for these ones so it has to be good. Lol.
Works very well! Fits good and the sound is unreal. Ive tried a few and for the price nothing has compared to this. I highly recommend!!!
As gaming headphones, I haven’t used better. Musically, they are less impressive but that is not why I intend to use them for, so I am perfectly happy with them as they are.
Aside from looking attractive with their overall design and LED lighting features, they are simply very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The support bridge over the head does not cause any pain amd the ear pads don’t produce any undue pressing or friction.
Sound quality is pretty crisp and clean with enough bass response to give your the punch that you want for explosive laden sound tracks. Online communication is clean and clear with both parties hearing each other clearly. The mic is easy to adjust and it stays right where you place it.
Everything about these headphones just works and fits, exactly as I had hoped and it is my opinion that these are everybit as good as others that I have tried at 2x the price.
Definitely recommended.
his is a really nice gaming headset. i love the way it looks and love the way it feels. It is easy to plug it in and use it. The sound quality is amazing and beyond my expectations. It is of good quality. It is comfortable on my head. Great for gaming. Great gift for children or adults who love gaming.
I’ve fallen in love with Black Shark. They make very good stuff. I have a few other gaming accessories from Black Shark so I though I’d give their headphones a try. I am absolutely pleased with the performance. They are super comfortable. I can go hours with them on and have no sore ear issues. The sound is fantastic and volume levels are great.
Black Shark stuff also looks great. So if you’re picky with how things look then you’re going to love these. I’m not one that uses cheaper products for my PC set up but with Black Shark, I have no issues.
Absolutely recommend these.
If you’re getting this headset, then I imagine it’s for gaming. I can verify it works quite well on a Windows 10 PC. I’m surprised at how well the audio holds up considering this particular unit is lumped in with the “budget” crowd. Going at just $28.99 after factoring in the $3 seller coupon, this is definitely NOT the headset you want to overlook if you’re on a budget.
Sound/audio quality… check.
Microphone quality… check.
Cool LED lights…. check. (USB powered by the way)
Build quality… check. (really sturdy frame)
Price point… double check.
Hits all the high marks. No brainer with this one. If you like what you see, and you’re on a budget, then get it already.
Great feeling while wearing them. Sound is awesome and mic is great. Awesome headset! BUY IT.

For the price point of under $30 I didn’t expect much except to have an extra set of headphones for when my son inevitably breaks his existing ones and needs these.
As soon as my son tried these out for the first time on his gaming system he announced that these are his favorite pair and tucked away his other ones.
He said the sound clarity and quality are amazing and they really fit his head and ears well.
The controls to adjust the volume or mute the mic are located on the cord instead of the headphones, which he prefers.
There is a plug for all 3.5mm audio output devices, an adapter for devices with separate headphone and microphone ports, and a USB connector to power RGB lighting.
If you are searching for a wired headset with a microphone, this is a fantastic product to consider.
Simple in-line controls on the headset wire allow you to precisely change the volume or mute calls without interfering with your conversation.
A noise-cancelling microphone enhances the clarity of the voice.
This plug-and-play headset can be used with any PC or Mac computer without the need to install any software.
Minimizes unwanted background noise for clear conversations
The adaptable connection comes with two adapters, one 3.5mm and one USB, and is compatible with a phone, a computer, a PS4, Xbox, and other devices.
The Noise-isolating Ear Cushions are soft and extremely pleasant to wear for long periods. While using these headphones, you will not hear anything around you. Earcups made of breathable memory foam block out background sounds.
With its adjustable foam headband design, this headband is suited for a wide range of users.
Last but not least, the price is very reasonable.
There were so many gaming headsets available on Amazon I am glad I chose this one. The sound quality is amazing and it looks grea

For the price of $30, these are definitely worth it. Apple Airpod sound quality with Snowball mic quality, enough has been said.
For more info:
RGB is optional, you can plug in the USB for RGB or leave it hanging.
Headphones feel durable and have soft earmuffs and a soft head pad.
They’re of standard child size and are adjustable for those with smaller or larger heads. If you happen to have a small child-sized head, these headphones will be uncomfortable after a while, but there seems to be no discomfort with normal adult-sized heads.

Build Quality Mirrors $100< Gaming Headsets Oversized Ear Cups - Fits All Ear Types Without Discomfort Compatible with All Platforms (PC, Mac, Consoles, etc.) [CONS] Sound Quality & Microphone Acceptable [PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] When I initially opened the box to handle the gaming headset, I couldn't believe the build quality given the $30 price tag. I've gone through a number of gaming headsets over the years ranging from $50-250 and the quality of the Black Shark gaming head mirrors my sub $100 headsets which in itself is wonderful. As for the comfort, again I was blown away because it's as comfortable as a Logitech gaming headset x2-3 the price given the Black Shark has memory foam cushions and large ear cups to accommodate any ear size. As for the sound quality, I can tell immediately it's on the lower end however, that's completely fine given this is a budget gaming headset. It's completely fine for non-competitive gaming which requires higher end gaming headsets that allow you to hear enemy footsteps and spells/casting, etc. in detail to identify them better. Moreover, the microphone is also acceptable and more geared towards 'average' in quality; my voice came through clear in discord however, my high end Razer and Logitech gaming headsets could be heard much clearer. In any case, I really appreciate the Black Shark gaming headset performing this strong for $30, great for kids or adults on a budget.
My grandson is a full on gamer. Anything that aids in his gaming is a bonus. This headset can be used with several devices. The cord has several types connections so it can be used freely. The mic can be adjusted to any position and lights up. The headset itself is LED lit and has a nice colour sequence..looks great in the dark. Will definitely provide hours of gaming entertainment for sure.
This “Black Shark Gaming Headset” is outstanding. The best part of this product is that the microphone and both sides of the headset lights up. The lights are very colorful. The ear sockets fits well around the ears. It fits comfortably and it’s not like other handsets that feels tight or squeezes the ears against the side of the head. The metal microphone wire is flexible. I like that the volume and mute button are attached on the wire to control it and not on the headset. It makes it easier to reach. The sounds are very clear while playing videos games on PC Definitely worth having! I highly recommend it. The product was nicely packed in a box and delivery was fas
I have used and reviewed a number of headsets both gaming and not so much. Some are outright garbage and some are surprisingly good. This one is in the suprisingly good category with a couple issues.
So, lets get after it!
I’m pretty picky about my headsets for gaming. I want comfort, good sound, strong build quality, and a good mic.
The Black Shark covers most of that but has a few shortcomings.
The key thing here though is this has a crazy low price of $40CAD.
The build quality is decent. A metal headband that is very adjustable and fits my giant noggin very comfortably. Quite comparable to my Logitech Pro. Earpieces are the usual plastic with memory foam and cheap fake leather on the cups.
This one also has pretty (but quite pointless) RGB lights on it. Not a huge selling point for me, but the kids like it. Problem with this though is the RGB lights are not programmable as there is no dedicated software for it. Also, no way to turn them off except to unplug the oddly designed USB cable that exists solely for powering said lights. I really don’t understand that idea at all. I would rather the USB work as most gaming headsets do; as an audio connection. To include a USB connection that functions solely as a power supply for the RGB lights is, lets be honest: really, really, really, really, really, REALLY stupid.
This headset has a rather bulky and awkward 3.5mm adapter with both the aforementioned USB and 3.5mm Headphone mic jacks on the same cable. WHY???? It literally requires three inputs if you want to have the purdy lights.
Another issue is the mic and the headset cable are NOT detachable which is a pretty big bummer for me with any headset as you’d like to be able to use it for other things. The attached main cable sets it way back in terms of versatility compared to others like my Logitech or Alienware which both have detachable cables.
Also, since there is no dedicated software, there is no adjustable side chain feature. Side chain allows you to hear your voice in the headset so you don’t YELL AT EVERYBODY!!! You can do it via the Windows sound control panel where you use the “listen to device” settings but unless you’re running some high end gear, there is almost always lag which causes a weird echo effect making it for me, annoyingly unusable.
I honestly don’t get why these no-name importers cheap out on the software as it could make a HUGE difference in how functional and useful the product is. Black Shark is a little more known than most of the import brands on Amazon so they deserve a little more criticism in that regard. I should also mention that Razer also makes a product line called Blackshark so don’t confuse the two. I don’t know how there hasn’t been some legal action on that front. Anyways…
The mic sound quality is excellent. Unfortunately, the way it’s designed it wont sit straight in front of my face and no matter how many times I adjusted it, it would go back to a 45’ish degree angle pointing up at the ceiling. There’s also a blue light on the mic, but again….doesn’t add to the quality. Huge strike for not being removable or at least, retractable.
Sound quality in general is actually pretty good. It could be better if they had made software for it, but I’ve covered that already. In a typical night of gaming, I used it in Destiny 2, The Division 2 and iRacing and it worked very well and produced quality sound in all three. It works very well with music too but again, the mic doesn’t detach…so there’s that.
The volume/mic mute switch is a reasonable size and shape and unlike the last headset I reviewed, isn’t ridiculously heavy or placed in a really dumb place along the cable.
Another beef I have with headset manufacturers is the use of this awful fake leather on the earpieces. If you’re making a gaming headset, you know people are gonna get sweaty and the faux leather feels gross after a while. It’s physically comfortable as far as the memory foam goes, but gets slimy regardless.
Bottom line is a few flaws aside, it’s a very good headset especially for the money so I have no issue recommending this for the most part save the few issues I mentioned.
Sealed retail packaging. Well protected. Weight is acceptable. Headband has nice stiff stepped adjustments on both sides. Padding is thick enough but not perforated. Ear pads are nice sized and thick but also not perforated. Connection cable is long, braided and flexible but the controller for volume and mic mute is too large. The mic is on a flexible goose neck with a lit mic but the length is no adjustable. The headphone lights are bright and optional if you plug in the USB connector. The lights work with or without volume and are not adjustable. The sound is decent and full with no distortion and loud volume.
Overall good looking and comfortable but can get hot .
