Does what it’s supposed to do. Nice cool breeze blowing when filled with ice and water. Relatively easy to clean afterwards. Pipe is a bit fiddly but easy once done a few times
Best idea I have had to purchase this product great cooler and fan bought the temp down quickly and no issues will buy one for my partner as she suffers controling her body temperature after cance
I love this air conditioner, it makes the room cooler than a fan, when I used a fan I was still sweating and feeling sticky but with this it cools the room down and my tiny chihuahua loves it! Only thing is it could do with being a bit quieter but I’m happy with it! Wished I thought of getting one before.
I am very happy with this product keep us cool when on use very quiet with ice pack in the back which give use very cold air and very recommend

Love the unit as it really does give out cold air. The best way to use the item is more then the ice packs provided, refrigerated water and some ice. The colder the water tank the better the unit!
Easy to set up. It’s on wheels, so it can be moved wherever.
Good if freezer blocks are put into machine, it works with or without, but freezer blocks make it even more colder. Great in a heatwave.
It kept us cool during the heat wave but a tad noisy but worth the money we paid
Bought during the summer hot spell as an emergency purchase. Visitors were staying in my back bedroom which had sun all day long and just couldn’t cool the room down. This certainly helped but to be honest only an actual air conditioning unit would have worked in that weather. Maybe it would work better if I had been able to use it before the room got so hot. Definitely better than the fans we had been using.
Wow it really work. Kept all the rooms cool to sleep in ordered 3. Really does work well especially with the cool blocks in too.

For ice cold air you definitely need alot more ice packs. Ice cubes work better as I was making my own ice blocks up using small freezer bags. Done the job required lovely

The good: it’s quite nice looking, and despite the warehouse description saying it would have cosmetic damage there is none that I can see. its light and manoeuvrable and definitely cools the air. I have a large open plan living room, and it cools about as well as a large fan does there but its much better in the bedroom as its a smaller space. I don’t think it’s too particularly noisy, no more than a fan, and the controls are easy to use.
The bad: I was expecting not to find the manual as described, no problem as they’re usually freely available online but mine is missing the remote and the ice packs too and you have to use the remote to set up the timer, which I had been hoping to do when I go to bed as I don’t want to leave it running through the night. After spending some time on chat trying to sort it, there doesn’t seem to be an easy solution to this, so if you’re buying from the warehouse, I’d say that you should be aware there might be some missing bits.
Still. Its ok, its cooling me down, I can probably live without the remote. I could do with the exercise.
This has saved us in the current heatwave. It’s really powerful and cold. It is however quite loud and heavy to move from room to room hence the 4* but a great substitute for air con.
Only downfall is maximum timer of 8 hours compared to a handful of others on the market.
But as a bedbound person in a UK heatwave on 32 medicated tablets a day and a 12 month a year constant fan user. This feels like a life saver.
Looking forward to buying my next one and think every home needs one.

It’s a good compact unit with a powerful fan and cooling via water tray. You’ll need to maintain it though, clean out the intake filter on the back and empty the water bucket every couple of days and replace with fresh.

I’ve been very pleased with the unit it is very efficient & easy to setup. I use it in an office environment, the remote is really useful as if & when I have to take a call you can either reduce the fan speed or turn it off, when the call is finished simply turn it back on.
Bought for daughter, keeps cool with ice packs but not as cold as an air con unit it for the money it’s great for hot summer days
Bought this for hubby , really cools the room down in about 10 mins , being on castor wheels is great for moving it around , great value for money
I don’t like summers as I can’t stand heat especially when I go to bed. I work at night so find it difficult to sleep on a hot day, this year I bought this before actual summer started and that made a big change in my sleep. Its touch buttons which green light blinks when dark. It’s really easy to use.
The only drawback I felt at the time was that it’s low so I put it on a wider stool and wake up with a smile
This unit is quite small and easy to move around on its casters. The tank is easy to remove for filling/cleaning. I use it in a small study (9’x9′) and it cools the air really well. The only down side is the noise, even on the lowest fan setting it’s quite noisy. I would seriously look elsewhere if you wanted to use this unit at night time in a bedroom.
Very happy with the purchase of the newer digital model of this device, works surprisingly well for the 2 weeks of summer we have here in the UK.
The ice blocks provided are very small so my only advice would be to purchase some larger additional ice blocks.
Otherwise fantastic product, really helped cool our rooms which was essential while my wife was heavily pregnant.
Taking the water tank out to fill is bit fiddly, use a jug to fill it in situ instead.

Nice looking unit and with fresh ice blocks and fresh water the lowest setting really makes a difference.
Bought this to go with my smaller one. Filled it with cold water from the fridge and in went 2 ice packs and blasted it on number 3 talk about cold air was greaaat. Only down side if you have it on high you have to turn your tv up as it is quite loud. Overall a very good cooler easy to move and clean highly recommended
This product is a must to have if you don’t have air conditioning, keeps the air cool and comfortable. It’s very easy to adjust the settings with the remote control and manoeuvrability is effortless.
Good chilled air flow but a bit noisy. Needs included ice chiller pods to work well. Large unit but manoeuvrable. Good size tank. The control panel annoyingly flashes whenever the unit is on and the more you increase the fan the more the panel flashes.

This does help in particularly hot temperatures but only if you keep water in it, with ice or icepacks it cools alot better. Id say it does a pretty good job of cooling down a small room temporarily. Its loud on the higher settings but fine on the lowest also the lights on top are very bright, I’ve stuck a bit of paper over the top to dim the lights.
Obvs have to put ice and blocks in. It’s no Aircon unit but much better that a normal fan. Noisy but lovely breeze comes from this unit.
It’s an air cooling fan, not an air conditioner, for 89 I thinks it brilliant. Like all fans you get the benefit from being directly in front of it, it doesn’t cool the room down much, but I didn’t expect it to. We bought it during the heat wave as our normal fan just wasn’t enough. It can oscillate sideways and the vents can be angled up and down so it pretty much blows in any direction you want. It is noisy but not too noisy that you can’t hear the telly when it’s on it lowest setting, we don’t use it in the bedroom so can’t comment if you can sleep with it or not. For less than 90 for a such good brand, I think it’s fantastic value for money.

Also, my standard fan was just blowing around hot air but the air cooler actually works at cooling the air! I’ve been using ice and additional ice packs along side the two ice packs that comes with it. The fact it serves as a humidifier also is a bonus.

I opted for the manual version without a remote as I didnt want to pay extra for a remote than I knew I’d soon lose. I do like the ‘swift’ option which blows the air side to side.
Noise: it’s quiet on speed 1 and 2 but it quite loud on speed 3. However, I don’t think it’s much louder than a standard fan on speed 3. I’ve been leaving it on speed 3 and sleeping through with no problem
Fantastic it has keeped me nice and cool in this very hot 30c+ weather we have been having this week in London from 18/072021 I highly recommend this air cooler. (Please don’t confuse this product with a air-conditioning unit as it is not. They are completely different beasts) that said I love my air cooler and it is a very good value for money product. 5 stars
Its a decent size and good to cool a room down. Yes the fan is a but loud but i dont find it any louder than a normal table fan or standing fan.
It does not come with a battery for the remote which you ll need to buy seperate.
Over all money well spent for the current hot weather and as it works as a fan as well may come in handy in other seasons.

But the down side is more than outweighed by the good point of it improving air quality, it flushes water down the intake filter for the cooling and this collects so much dust and especially pollen it turns the water cloudy with a few hours use, so make sure to empty the old water regularly and enjoy being able to watch TV and use the computer without any streaming from your nose and eyes!

This is a great solution to air conditioning the water in the sump really help to cool the air not just move warm air around.
Good quality. A bit of noise when on full. Manoeuvres easy. Air is quite cold with ice packs.
Have used this product for a few weeks, now it is obviously not an air conditioner and doesn’t keep the room cool like an air con. It is however better than a fan and when you are sat in front of it does keep you cool, especially when you put ice into it. It is strong enough to oscillate cool air around a good sized room. It is much nicer looking than other coolers too. Overall content with the purchase and it has been good value for money.
Brilliant product. Purchased as we live in a middle flat so it gets warm fast and I couldn’t be happier with it. Does exactly as it says. The water tank is easy to fill. I don’t use it in the bedroom so unable to rate sleep mode. All in all, this is a solid mid range cooling unit capable of cooling a reasonable large room.

Whilst this will never be as good as an expensive air conditioning unit – this is brilliant for cooling down a room and keeping it cool all though the night – from a noise perspective it’s not too bad at all – I would definitely recommend this
My only nag would be that it doesn’t have a timer to turn itself off, I imagine this is a digital only feature but it’s pretty basic.

Good value for money. however whilst I find the flashing lights quite soothing my wife finds them disconcerting as she suffers from migraines. An unnecessary feature.

I love my cooler, we have velux windows in our room so cannot use window fan, this cools the room very efficiently, it is a bit noisy but dies not affect you sleeping. I love it.
Generally is good and does what it should only drawback is that it’s very noisy
Noise level is higher than a regular fan but with music playing or headphones on it’s easy to drown out.
Lowest setting isn’t too noisy.
The wheels are convenient to move it around and have locks so it says in place.
Also note that, while I haven’t seen any temperature drop where I sit, the room is very large but I can sit comfortably in my corner for hours with cooler running, which was impossible before.
Decent but to loud, one of the wheels broken can’t get through to website, url not working, to get assistance.
