INSTALLATION STEPS

Use the key to open the lock clockwise, pull out the key.
Then put the steering wheel same as the picture showed.

Rotate the shackle, tightening the steering wheel.

At the first time you finish locking it, if you find the lock body is not tight enough.
And, you can adjust it with the ALLEN KEY.
Next time, no need adjustment anymore.

Not sure what the one star guys was talking about! I’m using this locker for almost 2 years and it’s brilliant! Very strong metal and is also pretty heavy. Very good design also so it looks like part of the interior. Highly recommend

Die Justierung am Lenkrad ist was fummelig. Wenns passt dann Tropfen Klebstoff auf das Schrubchen und fertig. Prima ist, wenn man versucht das Teil zu entfernen wird die Hupe sofort ausgelst.

Works well on my Jeep Renagade, my only concern is that glass breaker point is not covered , with a chance that with you taking it off and on again you might catch it on something, and it is sharp.

It looks hefty without being heavy (therefore helping to put thieves off), it’s very well finished and doesn’t scratch or mark my leather steering wheel at all. Easy to operate. Well worth the price and gives me peace of mind.

A fine, robustly made piece of equipment. I need a visual , anti-scum bag theft deterrent in my vehicle. This device certainly fits the bill. It is large and highly visible when clamped to my car steering wheel.

I was very impressed by the packaging after removing it from the Amazon delivery bag. The box was wrapped neatly in a white plastic. After removing the plastic to expose the actual box I processed to open it. Again I was pleasantly surprised that the steering lock lay in a plastic foam box for protection against damages during transit.

The lock it self, is quite study and beautifully finished off. It’s supplied with two keys and a little pad you can use for protection. It also comes with an Allan Key in order that you can make adjustments to the paddle that goes in front of the steering wheel airbag.

Unfortunately there are no instructions other than what’s shown on the side of the box. Which is in picture form and words written under each of the picture. Totalling four altogether.

Fitting the lock to my vehicle was quite easy. I did have to make an adjustment using the Allan Key provided. Having done that I found the lock fitted perfectly and I think it would give anyone who wanted to steal my car a headache.

Overall I’m pleased with the device as it does what it says and I’ve not experienced any problems. For what it cost I would recommend the Blueshyhall Car Steering Wheel Lock

Easy you to fit and remove from steering wheel . Would prefer it to be in a vibrant colour to make it obvious to would be thieves it is fitted, and encourage them to move on to another car. (Selfish I know, that’s life).

Very quick and easy to use, once you have adjusted the small screw to fit correctly it looks very strong, it’s not bulky like other locks. If you try and take the lock off without the key the bracket over the airbag/horn will press the horn, hopefully a good deterrent from someone trying to take your car. Great price. I would recommend it.

Fairly heavy, 1kg in weight and does not leave any marks on the wheel/dash. Sturdy design – but go for the one without the safety hammer, which is not necessary in the design, as this is a sharp spike underneath the logo on the metal bulkhead, which sticks out for no reason where you handle the device to close it. Have had to sandpaper it to make it smoother. The lock is adjustable, which varies the height that the bar rests above the dashboard – quite easy to do – and ensures this doesn’t leave any marks on the wheel. Been using for 2 years – very easy to put on and remove using the duplicate keys.

Very tidy and easy to use product. Not been “tested” yet by any bad people, but if nothing else works as a good deterrent.
