Der Akku vom Akku Schrauber passt Problemlos, deswegen wurde das Gert ohne Akku gekauft.
Vom Handling einfach zu bedienen und bis jetzt keine Problem beim Rasen trimmen als auch beim Kanten trimmen. Faden stellt sich automatisch nach und der Verbrauch hlt sich in Grenzen, wenn man nicht zu oft oft ein- und ausschaltet.
Alles ok. Bosch Akku Rasentrimmer EasyGrassCut 18 ist ein guter Rasentrimmer fr den Garteneinsatz.
Bin mit dem Bosch 18V POWER FOR ALL 18V-System sehr zufrieden. Besitze verschiedene Gerte.
Had a Flymo Countour XP which I replaced this with. The obvious difference is the lack of the cord which makes it easier to use. But the way this is designed around the cutting area is much better too, it is much easier to accurately cut around things like climbing frames and swing legs due to the design of the safety guard on this compared to the flymo. Battery life is fine, I only need to charge it once every 3-4 times I use it but my garden is fairly small (10x5m grass). Uses the same battery as my hedge trimmer too which is good.

I have power tools in this Bosch range and really like how easy to use and reliable they are. This strummer lives up to and exceeds expectation. Intuitive to put together, took no time. Looks great, just as I like a tool, no nonsense, and nicely balanced. Tried it immediately on my allotment – trimmed up the edges in no time, enough grunt to handle quite overgrown grass. I’ve used a petrol strummer previously, and this cordless makes the job so easy in comparison. Top Marks Bosch.

I already had a strimmer. So the wife wasnt please I bought another when or garden is fairly small. But I hated untangling the cable each time I needed to use it so I bought this one. I was so happy that instead of just cutting the edges as i had originally planned I ended up cutting the whole lawn as it was so light weight and easy to use. I can get rid of the lawn mower and old strimmer now. Also, its less nosey than the old ac one I had so the neighbors are happier.
Der Rasentrimmer ist eine groe Hilfe. Nach dem groen Rasenmhen noch schnell die Konturen scheiden, ist damit kein Problem. Das mitgelieferte Kabel ist aber nicht sehr stabil. Sobald ein Zweig dazwischen kommt, reit das Kabel. Der Rasentrimmer ist sehr leicht und leise.

Bei meinem alten Gardena Trimmer war eine Akku-Lesistung von 1,5 Ah nicht ausreichend fr ca. 70lfdm Rasenkante.
Habe sowieso einige Bosch Akku Gerte, mit mehreren passenden Akkus.
Daher kam fr mich der EasyGrassCut fr mich in Frage.
Bin mehr als zufrieden mit dem Trimmer!

Ich habe die Bosch-Akkus und wollte daher einen passenden Akku-Trimmer.
Und dieser hat meine Erwartungen bertroffen. Seine Power ist deutlich grer als erwartet. Ich kriege damit alles getrimmt, was mir vor die Nase kommt; man muss nur aufpassen, dass man seine Pflanzen nicht beschdigt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Trimmer im Set mit Heckenschere gekauft. 1 AKKU 2,0Ah incl. . Grundstzlich bin ich vom Trimmer total begeistert, 1x zum kennenlernen benutzt, beim 2. Mal richtig “in die Mangel” genommen bzw. den mitgelieferten Akku richtig “ausgequetscht”! Kanten und Problemzonen waren relativ schnell erledigt, obwohl es da so einige gibt. Dann noch Rasenflche (Nachsaaten, Auswchse usw.). Hat ca. 35 -45 min Nutzzeit durchgehalten!
Es hat allerdings etwas gedauert, bis jede/r seine ergonomische Position gefunden hatte. Der zweite Handgriff am Stab macht es sekundenschnell mglich! Trotzdem werde ich aus alten Gitarrengurten/Notebooktaschenhalftern einen Schultergurt “basteln”. Geht bei uns lteren doch etwas auf den Rcken!
Fazit: Fr ab und zu, Ecken auszudnnen bzw. Problemzonen zu bearbeiten, ein Supergert!
Bitte beachten: Leider ist das, im Set Heckenschere/Trimmer mitgelieferte Ladegert natrlich nur ein Notbehelf! Ich hatte unabhngig dieser Lieferung ein leistungsfhiges Schnellladegert als auch einen zweiten Akku 2,5 Ah fr die Heckenschere bestellt! Wurde im Rahmen der Rezension fr den Trimmer nicht benutzt!

Provato ormai per parecchie ore e mi ha decisamente soddisfatto. Rifinire dove non arriva la tagliaerba diventato divertente. E’ leggerissimo, efficace anche con erba abbastanza tenace, il filo resistente e la pila dura il giusto. Si monta con facilit.
Je recommande vivement cette article, vraiment gnial, efficace. J’ai un terrain de 420 m2 et je m’en sers pour le bord de ma terrasse ainsi que les contours de mes haies et arbustes. La batterie tient environ plus d’un quart d’heure. Largement suffisant.
En fait je suis super super contente car c’est vraiment ce que je cherchais : il est lger, trs simple d’utilisation, le fil ne se coupe pas sans arrt comme avec d’autres appareils que j’ai eus, et il fait des bordures top en l’utilisant en dresse bordure ( la verticale). Le rsultat est aussi bien que ce que faisait mon mari avec son rotofil thermique.
Je ne l’utilise qu’environ 25mn d’affile, le temps que dure la charge de ma batterie, et c’est aussi bien car a me force m’arrter et m’vite d’avoir mal au bras (j’ai 71 ans) Super Rapport qualit prix, livraison rapide, je n’ai vraiment que du bien a en dire
Der Trimmer ist sehr leicht und handlich. Mich hat erstaunt wie langlebig der dnne Faden ist. Er hlt weitaus lnger wie bei meinem bisherigen 220 Volt-Trimmer mit dickerem Faden aus dem Baumarkt.
Ein 2,5 Ah-Akku , welches ich besitze, hlt lange durch. Ich habe ,zum Test, das Gert 25 Minuten am Stck benutzt. Danach war der Garten fertig und der Akku war noch nicht leer.
Ich kann nur sagen, es ist ein guter Kauf und das Kabelgert wird entsorgt. Die Geschichte mit der “Strippe” mu man sich echt nicht mehr antun.
Wer bereits ber die Bosch 18 Volt Akkus verfgt, fr den ist dieser Rasentrimmer ideal. Pro Akku 20 – 30 Minuten Betriebszeit, das reicht. Liegt gut in der Hand, ist relativ leicht, und lsst sich ber die Griff-Verstellung der Fhrhand perfekt ergonomisch einstellen.
Overall I would recommend this strimmer, especially if you already have “one 4 all” batteries. You just have to get used to using it in a different way.
Ich nutzen den Rasentrimmer fr eine kleine unebene Rasenflche und kann nur staunen wie mhelos und einfach die Bedienung des Gertes ist. Top ist natrlich auch die Mglichkeit seine Akkus von bestehenden Systemen am Rasentrimmer zu verwenden.
j’ai achet ce produit pour complter une gamme de diffrents produits pour couper/dbroussailler pour un grand terrain (8000m) ; j’avais dj le coupe bordure bosch avec des lames plastiques, trop lger et trop petit pour la colline et une echo thermique lourde et longue mettre en oeuvre; ayant dj les batteries et vu le prix bas je me suis dit que a valait le coup d’essayer; et effectivement il est trs bien pour les coupes d’entretien, quand vous avez 20mn le soir et que vous allez faire propre 25m tranquille sans efforts et sans vous embter avec l’essence ou les dmarrages difficiles; comme bcp de ces produits bosch 12v, trs bien pour faire 80% du boulot par petits bouts de temps en temps; le fil est assez costaud pour couper les herbes moyennes, pas trop hautes cependant ou trop paisses; (pour a il faut plutt prvoir une machine qui vaut 10 fois ce prix)
This little line trimmer is ideal for my small backyard. It’s the first time I’ve had a cordless trimmer and – for me – it’s much easier to manage than either petrol powered or corded electric models. It was easy to put together too. I’m very pleased with it.
Two click and push fits for the stem and slot in guard with a screw to tighen. Got the one without battery as already have a Bosch drill. Attached battery and worked perfectly, also bonus is that it is quieter than the Black and Decker wired one it replaces.

Great machine. Easy to use. Edging feature particularly good. The batteries I use with my drills seem to last quite a long time. Would recommend.
This is very easy to use. In fact it is almost too good. It easily cuts edges of the lawn, but you have to be careful not to overdo it. Take it slowly at first until you get a nice edge. I like the fact that it uses the Bosch universal battery system. In my case, I use the batteries from my Bosch drill.
Dieser Trimmer wurde irre schnell geliefert. Es erfllt alle Kriterien, die ich an einen Rasentrimmer mit Faden stelle. Mit einer Akuladung kann ich ca 1 – 2 Stunden trimmen. Es ist leicht zu halten, leicht zu bedienen und tut was es tun muss. Insbesondere dient es auch als Rasenkantenschneider wenn man es entsprechend hlt. Es schlgt jeden Rasentrimmer der mit Plastikmesser betrieben wird. Kommt in jedes Eck mhelos und sauber hinein. Tolles Gert zu einem erschwinglichen Preis.

I used it first to strim a 20 metre by 2 meter strip of grass which had gotten very long. I used up 3 and a bit batteries to do the job. Luckily I have 4 batteries from my drills available. Performance of the strimmer is adequate and the spool seems robust. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE THE BATTERIES AND CHARGER.
Does everything it says. I wish I had bought one sooner. I have no trouble with the spool feed as others have mentioned. Couldn’t go back to cords and leads now. Very easy to use.
I already had the lithium batteries for the drill and skil saw. Very pleased with performance of this. It’s actually better than any corded one I’ve ever had. It’s light, ok for a tall person and the line feeds out as it should.

Ein tolles Gert, habe schon sehr viel damit gearbeitet.
Funktioniert wie es soll und die Handhabung ist auch total einfach und gut.
Manchmal knnte er etwas mehr Power haben, das ist das einzige Manko, aber bei einem Akku betriebenen Trimmer ist das eh normal. Akku sollte man einen mit 4-5Ah kaufen. Meine mit 2,5Ah sind bei dichtem Gras so schnell leer. Wobei die 2 genau ausreichen bei mir.

This line trimmer is great for around the home, very light weight and really good battery life.
It can do my lawn (30-40mins) in one charge.
It has smart features such as the ability to turn the head 180 degrees to do edging, and a handle that can be changed to any angle.
Only giving it 4 stars as I think that the head should have two cutting lines instead of the one. Not that the cut is particularly bad, but I think it would be a bit more efficient with two lines.
Still a great product though.

Einziger Minuspunkt ist aus meiner Sicht der Vorschub des Trimmerkabels bei jedem Bettigen des Einschalters. Damit wird stndig dieTrimmerschnur ein Stck vorgeschoben und wenn sie zu lang ist abgeschnitten. Ich finde das eine ziemliche Verschwendung und es hinterlsst auch immer wieder Plastik Stckchen im Garten, insbesondere wenn man mehrere kleinere Abschnitte schneidet und zwischendurch absetzt.

This is a lightweight and easy to use trimmer. It has been used on 3 or 4 occasions and is powerful enough for the intended purpose. Battery life so far is good and recharging time is quick enough.
The first one was, to my mind, faulty but was replaced by the vendor: Avon Garden Machinery – -excellent service! I have been using it this week to cut mostly tall dry grass stalks (not thick ones) and a few small green weeds that have come up since a heavy (petrol motor) strimming 2 months ago.
-Like: light-weight easy to hold and carry – even on rough sloping ground where a heavy strimmer could be difficult. I have raised it above my head to trim weeds off a high terrace wall! Battery life surprisingly good -by the time its ready for recharging I am ready for another coffee!
Strimmer cord strength although 1,6mm diameter (very thin compared to that of a heavy strimmer e,g. 4mm)) it does cut dry grass and thin stems OK. So far I have recharged the battery 4 times and still have cutting cord left on the spool.
It appears that the spool’s spinning inertia feeds another short length of cutting cord every time you stop the motor (a cunning design) so you dont have to hit the strimmer head on the ground –
BUT this means you need to keep the motor running or if you blip on and off then out comes more cutting cord! -so it seems. Get used to that and its fine.
No real dislikes but please note it is NOT a replacement for a heavy motor strimmer
-more a light but effective trimmer, I doubt it would cope with cutting thick or wet grass.
I have both this and a heavy, petrol motor strimmer and am delighted with this as a lightweight trimmer between the use of the heavy strimmer or lawn mower.
The single strand of cutting cord is just 75mm long so it does not cover a large area.
But it is a useful tool and I lwill be using it a lot! Follow-up report after 5 days and about 6 re-charges of the battery…. I have now had the same problem as with the first (faulty imho) strimmer- the complete head unit (including spool of cutting “cord” flies off having unscrewed from the motor’s spindle. Unfortunately the head unit is held on the motor spindle by a small square nut. I have not found a way of locking the freely rotating motor spindle do as to do up the nut. This happened to the first strimmer -same model-within about 15 minutes of use. Vendor is in touvh eith Bosch to investigate in the meantime I have no means to attach the head unit to the motor spindle = no stimner..
Had similar budget trimmer which was useless, so my expectations even for a higher priced product were a bit reserved. Fortunately this little trimmer has pleasantly surprised me. The box it arrived in was tiny, good to see companies trying to reduce the amount of unnecessary packaging. This obviously meant a small amount of self assembly, which was simple and required only the use of a screwdriver to attach the spool guard.
Battery charging was fast using the compact supplied charging unit & simple to connect to the trimmer. Operation was very easy, with a flip out handle to aid holding and operating. The auto feed spool works well and the cord strong enough for typical garden weeds and grass, Using for edging lawns is not so good though. The head does not rotate, so makes holding awkward.
Battery life seems pretty good so far, but then it’s not a huge garden.
I would recommend this trimmer for anyone with a small to medium size garden needing a light duty trimmer. I think it would struggle with anything too long.
Ist sehr vielseitig und praktisch. Von gras Rndern ber Wiese bis hin zu Brenesseln. Ist nicht dafr geeignet, aber um ab und zu ma was hheres abzuschneiden durchaus zu gebrauchen.
Das einzige was mich endteuscht hat, ist der fadenkopf. Die kleine feder ist mir des fteren schon herausgeflogen. Des Weiteren verknotet sich die Spule stndig. Wre ich Bosch, wre es mir peinlich auf so einem Mist meinem Namen zu schreiben.
Fazit:
Man bekommt ein durchaus akzeptables Gert vor einem normalen Preis. Das Gert ist gut zu bebrauchen und auch einigermaen kraftvoll. Das einzige was mich endteuscht hat war der fadenkopf, welchen ich durch einen anderen ersetzt habe. Damit war das proplem auch eliminiert.
good to use. my son helped put it together but no problems after that. everything going well the I tried to strim some big weeds and everything ground to a halt ! Might need a replacent spool.

This is a very solid and dependable strimmer, especially if you, like us, have a small garden and are no keen gardeners! It is very light and easy to store and manoeuvre , and you save your energy to deal with the grass. the operation is very simple and safe, and you can relax a little around this item. It come in a deceptively small box, but don’t despair, assembly is quick and easy. This makes an onerous job relatively easy, and has to be recommended highly.
Der Rasentrimmer arbeitet ohne Einschrnkungen gut. Ein Akku (2,5AH) bringt eine reine Laufzeit von rund 30 Minuten. Fr mich ausreichend um die Arbeiten auf meinem Grundstck zu beenden. Das Trimmergebnis ist absolut identisch mit allen vorher eingesetzten Rasentrimmern. Das Handling ist in Ordnung. Interessant ist die Mglichkeit die Drehung umzukehren. Somit kann man an Stellen, an denen man mit der “normalen” Drehrichtung nicht arbeiten kann, den Rasen ordentlich trimmen. Ein kleines Manko muss allerdings erwhnt werden: Die Fadennachfhrung ist nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprechend. Recht oft kommt es vor, dass der Faden in der Trommel abreit und die Trommel geffnet werden muss.
Insgesamt ist das System – Ein Akku fr viele Gerte (one4all)- sehr gut.

This is a fab bit of kit. It was easy to assemble and the battery arrived charged enough for a quick go but, needed a full charge thereafter.
Being cordless makes it super easy to use. A second battery would be a nice addition so that you can go for longer, or swap batteries when one dies, rather than needing to wait for a re-charge but, as ever this is where the manufacturer gets you. It’s not the tool is the power pack. Probably if you already have or intend using all Bosch tools that use the same battery this would be perfect.
I haven’t used many strimmers to compare it but, it certainly gets the job done well. It efficiently cuts the grass right up to our fence and around the bottom of the our children’s swing where the mower can’t reach.
It’s a little heavy to use after a while, but our garden isn’t too big that this becomes a problem. A strap would sort this out if you have a larger area to cover.
Overall this is perfect for me and does a great job at dealing with the unruly parts of my garden.
So, there you have it. My daughter is chuffed with this and it’s a good tool in the right garden. Just aim higher if you have a big place or a lot of tough work for it.

This cordless strimmer comes almost completely assembles and is very simple to complete. The battery docks to a charger and then slots into the top of the strimmer itself – very easy. The action of the strimmer is very good; doesn’t feel quite as powerful as a plug-in but that might just be a perception. The lack of a cable more than makes up for that anyway, and the battery life has been great so far. Being able to roam around the entire garden without extension cables and entanglement has been a big, big benefit and I would definitely recommend this strimmer.
Laddove con il decespugliatore con motore a scoppio passavo molto rapidamente e tagliando via in un attimo qualsiasi erbaccia si trovasse sul suo percorso… con questo tagliabordi devo essere molto paziente, procedere lentamente, spesso passare pi volte sullo stesso punto prima di ottenere il risultato voluto. Se poi incontro erbacce un po’ spesse, per tagliarle devo colpire un po’ sopra il ceppo di partenza e letteralmente “prendere a schiaffi” il fusto fino a che si taglia (o si consuma!). Ho da rasare anche una piccola aiola di circa 5 metri quadri, ma piuttosto che farmela tutta con questo tagliabordi ho preferito andare a prendere il tosaerba… ci sarebbe voluta troppa pazienza…
In positivo c’ sicuramente, l’estrema comodit nel tagliare zone di piccole dimensioni, zone strette, zone vicino ad elementi delicati come i tronchi delle piante (data la bassa potenza non li incide o recide come farebbe il decespugliatore a benzina). Inoltre poco pericoloso, poich la bassa potenza non permette facilmente a sassolini o altro di essere sparati nei dintorni.
Consigliato solo a chi ha piccoli lavoretti da fare, con erba tenera.
This, thankfully, is a different prospect. Lightweight, easy to put together and take apart, cordless and with a decent battery life and overall a very decent little strimmer that’s more than capable of dealing with long grass and weeds as long as the stems are not too thick. Surprisingly quiet for a strimmer, which is a blessing, and easy to use. I’ve used it twice now to strim round the grass at the edge of the lawns the first time the grass was quite long, maybe 6 to 9 inches and it was fine, the second time, a fortnight later, the grass was shorter and very easy to cut. So far I can’t fault it.
This strimmer arrived in a surprisingly small box, assembly took less than 5 minutes. It took longer to read the instructions than to assemble the strimmer.
Once the battery was charged and clipped into place, you will find that the strimmer is very nicely balanced for two-handed operation. A quick pull on the trigger is all that is needed to trim the lawn edges. The cutting cord automatically feeds to the optimal length.
My old corded strimmer will probably go to the jumble sale.
This Bosch strimmer arrives collapsed down in a small box. The three metal sections of the pole simply push into each other and click into place. The guard is then affixed to the base of the strimmer with one screw.
The battery took around 90minutes to become fully charged. Using the strimmer is very easy. It’s incredibly light weight; so much so it can be lifted with just one finger. I managed to trim the edges and remove weeds on both my moderate sized front and back gardens and the battery was still performing with no sign of becoming flat. I also appreciated the semi-automatic line feeder which greatly reduces the need to open the spool cover to manually feed and thread the cutting line.
The advantage of using this 18v battery system is that the same battery can be used to power an array of garden and power tools and with each tool purchased you’ll get a new battery, so in theory you should never have to wait for a battery to become charged to continue with the task in hand. A little pricier than some available strimmers, but a worthy investment.
The trimmer comes well packaged in a smallish box. The whole thing took a few minutes to put together – most of that time was spent reading the instructions. Once fitted together it was just a case of charging the battery – which was quicker than I expected.
Taking out into the garden I found it well balanced, fairly lightweight and powerful enough for most trimming needs. Because of the good balance I was able to use this for quite some time before I felt my arm was beginning to feel uncomfortable – sadly I am not as young as I was – but by that time I had done all I needed. The end result was perfectly fine and as good as with my corded one. In all honesty my fairly new corded streamer might find itself put in a corner on the shed from now on!
For me this is a perfect tool for those quick jobs as it means I don’t have to unravel a long cord and plug and unplug in order to cover the whole garden. It simply means I can cover the whole garden without trailing wire and without having to make sure I don’t get caught up with the cable.

It arrived in a smallish box which made me think that there would be a number of bits to assemble. In fact it has a clever design with 3 pieces which are simply pushed together. The base safety plate is attached by a single screw. When I first assembled it the handle kept rotating. I realised that this was because the 180 degree button was not engaging properly. Once I had twisted it far enough it clicked into place.
The one downside I can see is that (as far as I can see) Bosch have re-designed their universal power for all battery. I have some previous Bosch equipment which uses that system and I tried putting one of those batteries on the strimmer. Nothing happened. The battery supplied with this worked fine but it is a different design. Just something to be aware of if you think that either you have existing batteries which will work or think that as you have batteries you could buy a model without a battery.
The strimmer slotted together and seems to be quite robust for its purpose in life. You only need a slot-head/Philips screwdriver for the 1 screw that attaches the guard. Together with the battery, the strimmer is still light, and whilst there is no adjustment in shaft length, it was comfortable for me at 6 foot and my wife at 5’6″.
The battery will fit a range of Bosch Home and Garden tools, allowing you to purchase the naked tool without duplicating chargers and batteries, hopefully saving a few pounds and storage space.
I wanted a lightweight lithium ion powered strimmer to get into a few awkward nooks and crannies in the garden, as well as trimming around washing poles, trees, etc. This Easy Grass Cut Strimmer suits my needs perfectly.

Der erste Rasenschnitt hat ausgezeichnet geklappt, der Faden hlt gut durch, der Akku auch. ich habe alles mit einer Akku-Ladung geschafft. Und endlich kein endloses Gefummel mit langem Kabel (mein Rasen geht ums Haus rum und hat ein Rondeel und einen Teich mitten im Rasen).
Wenn der Faden krzer wird, wird durch kurzen Ab- und wieder Anschalten 1 cm freigeben. Gegenber dem Auftippen auf der Erde bei herkmmlichen Trimmern ist das sehr bequem. Allerdings muss man seine Arbeitsweise etwas darauf einstellen, damit nicht unntig Faden verschwendet wird. Also bei kurzen Strecken, in denen nichts zu Trimmen ist, einfach weiterlaufen lassen. Daran habe ich mich schnell gewhnt.
Noch ein Hinweis: Wenn man sich bei Bosch registriert, verlngert sich die Garantie um 1 Jahr !!
