Bosch cross line laser UniversalLevel 2
The cross line laser for projects requiring precise alignment and point transferring

Universal helper for your projects
Wallpapering, placing pictures on the wall, centring lamps above a table – the areas of application for the UniversalLevel 2 are manifold thanks to the laser cross as well as the two plumb points.
-
For precise work in the interior
The cross line laser works with a precision of ± 0.5 mm/m with a working range of up to 10 m, making it the perfect support for interior levelling projects.
-
Simple and ready to use
The self-levelling function automatically compensates for unevenness of up to ± 4° so the laser lines are automatically precisely aligned horizontally and vertically.
-
Intuitive handling
The UniversalLevel 2 offers a variety of modes, so that either a laser cross, all laser lines and plumb points together or lines in tilt mode are projected.

Great laser level for most people
This set with the tripod is more than good enough for most people who are looking for a laser level. Simple to set up and use, and a strong clear red laser.

I love this!
This is another thing of why did I not buy this years ago.
I like DIY and do live alone so I do almost all with one set of hands. This makes it just so much easier. Simple things like measuring a shelf can be pretty difficult when you have to hold and mark at the same time.
I took a really long time deciding which one to get and I still can’t find good comparisons and unfortunately I have only tried this one. But I’ll try compared to what features I saw on others.
If you wanted a line that was 90 degrees to the wall along floor or ceiling it would be quite hard with this one. Thought you could make a measure for the wall to line it up fully straight to the wall, it doesn’t come with anything to help.
The plumb dots are quite useful.
I like the tripod, it’s sturdy and fast to use but it’s not that tall. I almost can’t think of many jobs that you would use it for that this would work straight from the ground. The wind up fine adjuster is also good. The floor to ceiling holder looks great and I plan to get it at some point but it’s an extra 50 at least.
Overall I do think this was a really good buy (it was on offer when I got it, but I think it is good for full price) and I have had plenty of bosch items as I trust them to last.
