Easy to set up to operate on WiFi but needed support to link it to my pc. The online support was great.

easy installation works quite well
when you over come the software installation (use the cable supplied) it works relatively well there is some lag with it from time to time , and the system does crash quite often rebooting it does restore but does miss a few recordings at times within the selected movement area and tends to send the camera around to the full extent either left or right before it rests its self . saying all that its what it is and on the whole works quite well and its a good deterrent , the connection on the data thro the phone is hit and miss some days it is better than others , thro the wi fi it works quite well if you have a fast connection .

Works well with existing CCTV system
These were some of the first camera’s I’ve purchased, approx 3 years ago and they’ve spent the remainder of the time outside. They’re durable, easy to mount and offer some decent options for their price.
These are used with iSpy to provide home CCTV using a range of different branded camera’s – without a doubt this is the best brand / model I’ve tried. They do support RTSP and do apparently support ONVIF but I had some issues with the ONFIV and PTZ control. That being said, I can use iSpy to tilt / pan without needing anything specific.
I think one of the camera’s has a faulty wireless module as it simply refuses to connect unless there is nothing between it and the AP – I use ethernet with this one and does work fine for that. Similar to some other cameras though, they are also susceptible to vehicle traffic, with an an increase in frame drop.
The picture quality is great in daylight and gives really good clarity, you likely be able to identify someone at a solid 50ft with a bit of zoom. During the night though, this does drop to around 15ft – much farther out and the quality is too grainy. For standard HD camera’s though, I have no complaints at their price.
The two-way audio does work really well too, with the mic on the camera’s being decently sensitive without distortion on louder sounds. The options to switch between the various night modes is a little limited but does work well enough – If you are monitoring a small area and light leakage isn’t an issue, the built-in spotlight is brilliant and allows the camera to see full color HD.
I would be more than happy purchasing these again, either stand-alone or to add to an existing DVR / third-party setup.

Excellent value for money.
These cameras are great value for money. Exceed expectations, picture quality is great, microphone is slightly muffled, but could be the wind noise. Intelligent tracking isn’t the best, it’s very sensitive. I’ve tried setting it at minimum, but still too sensitive. I have switched it off. Pan and tilt work well also the facility to talk over the camera from your smartphone is a good feature.
Setup is fairly straightforward on your smartphone.
I have bought several of these cameras for my family, and my premises. I have bought them from 199 down to 40 and non have let me down. The cheapest are unbelievable for the price, giving you more security.
Amazing camera and service
Very impressed with camera….resolution is amazing…..even at night, auto tracking mode really handy…..best camera I’ve ever bought. The customer service when emailing is brilliant…..asked a few questions and was replied to with screen shots with instructions which resolved my issues. If I need another camera I will definitely purchase this one again. ***unable to upload picture/video to show as camera is on public road***
Better quality than expected for the price.
Originally purchased in March 2021, but the Left/Right pan action recently stopped. Contacted Ctronics and corresponded over several emails with one of their agents Eric. Brilliant at confirming with engineers that the fault was down to a motor. Eric Immediately advised that a replacement would be sent… just had to confirm original order details and address. The new one arrived within 3 days !! .
I cannot speak too highly of Eric’s attention to detail and professionalism in dealing with this issue.

I bought one and this is amazing. The night vision is very good and you can see everything. The fact you have an application for your PC or helps managing things and you can see multiple ones at the same time. It’s amazing and delivered what promises.

Great Camera
Great Camera for the money. Picture quality is good even at night. Shame there is no zoom on it though and only takes a 64gb maximum micro SD card. Apart from that it’s easy to install.
Superb camera and great price.
I bought this security camera on recommendation from a friend who also has one and haven’t been disappointed. For the price, I don’t think you’ll find better and when I did unfortunately have a problem, the manufacturer was able to rectify everything via a team of very professional employees.

Amazing Camera for its price
First the price is right. The company has good PR. The camera does what it says on the box. I have one on cable one on WiFi. both work through app on my mobile phone, tablet and computer. PC has a different format but all easy to use. Setup was easy. I have used these for well over 12 months now and I have relied on their recordings. Sometimes too many recordings because we have lots of cats around that trigger the camera. Even a spider walking over the lense. Then there are the good triggers when a fox passes by in the night. I don’t recommend leaving the camera set to follow your subject on rainy nights. Rain can send the camera mad in stormy weather which I think can break wires inside the camera from moving back and forth very quickly. However good setting in normal conditions. Zoom is possible by pinching the screen on the phone or tablet. My main camera watches my vehicle about 40 metres from the house and the picture is very good. Tilt and pan is brilliant. I have my garden camera positioned on the corner of the house mounted on bracket that moves the camera 6 inches away from the wall. This enables me to pan all the way from my back door round to the side of my house where my shed and greenhouse are situated. If your budget is small and you want to feel safe, knowing that if criminals were to raid your property, you have the proof. This camera is for you.

Set up
Now have two of these cams, one without zoom and one with. Can be fiddly to set up( best done before you fit in final position, I use cable to connect to router first then us the WiFi) they will occasionally drop out and you will need to unplug to reset. Alarm notification to your smart phone works well. Can pan and tilt from app. Sound quality poor, but haven’t needed to use that function much
Excellent camera - very good picture quality
Replaced an older camera. I liked the pan & tilt feature and that’s proved very useful. Slight problem with fixing screws when I was at the top of a ladder but eventually resolved. Overall, a well-built camera with an easy-to use app. Thoroughly recommend it.

My second purchase of this excellent camera
Have one on the front of the house it’s about two years old now so got this one for the rear which is much darker, as with the older camera works well. The wire’s can be a pain being three in total but quite easy to get round, for both my cameras I have mounted them on small plastic sandwich boxes that are frost resistant etc. Then all wiring coils up inside with just the power lead to place, either through a wall or to a junction box or via a window, remembering to first pair the camera with your wifi making sure you have good wifi reception in the area you are going to permanently fix the camera. Pretty easy job with good results. Happy.

The camera seems to consume a great deal of SD card memory because of its sensitivity. Regarding the company Ctronics, after my two Ctronic 6s cameras both failed within a week, their customer service went out of their way to provide technical support before offering to replace them FOC. As they were both outside of the 12 month warranty period, they didn’t have to do it but I’m very grateful for their support.

Very good camera, but unfortunatley after a few days use would not pan. However, customer service dept was perfect with a swift reply and suggestion the camera was replaced. A replacement camera was received two days later. A further review will be submitted once the replacement camera is installed and tested.
Very easy to instal
I found this camera to be extremely easy to instal and set up. I had it up and running in less than an hour after it was delivered. I can now see what’s happening when I am not at home via the mobile phone app and I can also record what is happening either onto the SD card or directly onto my desktop.
The motion tracking is fantastic, it can follow someone from the top of my path to my front door.

It is quite easy to set up but to get fixed to where I wanted was more difficult. I ended up buying some attachments from one of those adventure camera things but it’s ok now.

Brought camera July 2021, was working perfect then unfortunately stopped connecting to device one day.
Tried weeks to reconnect. Gave up.
Contacted CTRONICS directly to find out if it was me doing something wrong or the camera.
Sent a video of the reset process and the camera functioning. CTRONICS offered a replacement which came today (all in all took a few days to solve & receive!) can’t wait to get it back up 🙂

Overall amazing purchase , picks up any sound & movement outside your property & Starts recording a “human recognition warning” for you straight away.
It has a function to allow you to talk through the mic. Also, a night time light which is perfect in a area where the night street lights get turned off. Only looks like a security light too !!

I couldn’t connect this camera at first to my phone and ultimately my Wi-Fi network but the after sales team sent me some step by step instructions which has got my camera fully functioning and I’m so happy with every aspect of the camera

Bought this around 2 yrs ago and don’t normally write reviews but the camera stopped working, on emailing the company I received a reply back from Lucy who informed me the camera had a lifetime warranty and after a few checks by their engineer it was agreed to send me a new camera which arrived in 2 days, Lucy kept me informed all the way through the process and her customer service was absolutely fantastic, if your looking for a cctv camera to look after your property then this combined with excellent customer service is the camera for you, highly recommend and would have no hesitation in buying anymore cameras from them.

Bought this camera to keep an eye on my property and car. When it came I found the User Manual not brilliant but online help good. Worked through the set up and got the camera working with a very good picture. I then went through all the settings and found that I could not set up my email to receive notifications, so I emailed the Customer Support and had an email back from Eric Shenzhen explaining what I needed to do to try and fix the problem. This all worked and now I receive emails with a picture when ever the camera picks up any movement. Overall I am very Happy with the camera, price, quality and service.

Excellent cctv camera
I have just taken delivery of second camera. I can thoroughly recommend these cameras. The price is excellent. The picture quality is first class. The night mode colour recording is great. Installation and set up is easy. I have mine on PC and mobile for easy access. The online tech support was tremendous, given time difference the response was very fast and through. Great camera at a great price.
I looked at many camera’s, tried a few and of them all this camera had the best combination of video quality, on board features like PTZ with auto tracking and audio, and of course price. Many cameras with a similar feature set were far more expensive. Ease of setup was also really good, 15mins from opening the box to having it connected to my home network and controlled from my phone. And for me one of the most important things was support. I had little trouble connecting it to my non C-tronics NVR for central recording so I emailed support. They replied straight away and they sorted the issue within 24hrs, brilliant! Happy custome
Superb for the price
I Initially bought one of these to see how good it was, I was not expecting what j got, the picture is exceptional in all weather, the motion tracking is great and it is a very solid camera, the initial set up can be tricky I think some people may struggle with that but once set up it’s amazing, I have bought a second one, recommended to friends, installed two more at my parents house and one at a freinds, and all of them work like a charm brilliant cameras, I would highly reccomend

Without doubt this is the best value for money regarding quality. The aftercare (I needed to connect to my mobile) was quick and accurate. The quality of sound and picture is perfect. It does exactly what it says and is easy to use. My second item is on its way and I would reccomend this to anyone.

Ideal entry level security camera
As a complete novice as regard to these devices – i’d heard on TV that you could get them for about 35 ? so looked at the range – and paid a bit more, very easy to install and operate with a large choice of features that you may or may not use (e.g. choice of siren or dog barking – played from the camera!),
I understand that some cheaper units use some generic software that can be problmatic – but we have no complaints so far.

I personally bought this to keep my garden and front door area safe& it does exactly that! Every little thing that goes past the camera is caught by the detection and its brilliant, even flys!! I love the product, even people who come to visit say its a smart looking piece of tech, a few of my family members have actually bought it! Good Security Camera
Initially I had problems connecting it to my wifi so I can’t comment on that.I connected it to my hub by ethernet .Once connected the camera has smart tracking and mic ,Also at night a light comes on .It records to a micro sd card.Have to say I’m very happy with it,sends alerts to my phone and was easy to set up,other than the wifi connection.
