Nice size, light weight and compact. Exactly what I needed.
Perfect for my needs. Very portable and user friendly. Good price also.
Great little laptop for anyone that needs a small one for travel. Plenty powerful enough for everyday tasks and boots up quick.
I’m an electronic engineer and this was cheap enough to purchase to run a particular piece of test kit. It really is a fully-fledged PC, running Windows. Perfect for what I needed.
Is this the fastest processor or best screen quality ? No. However it is more than zippy enough for browsing, streaming and coursework. (Albeit it does get a little hot after about 6 hours studying but that’s really on me), battery life is around 4/5 hours from 100% but it gives you plenty of warning before it conks out overall 10/10
This is a great fast little item, but only hitch is the @ symbol
Just cannot get it, every laptop I’ve owned never had a problem but its fast and great
If anyone knows how to get the @ symbol please let me know
Not good when you need to use this symbol
Seller us great refunded me
I needed something small and light that I can use on the go. A normal laptop is too big and heavy, and a name-brand tablet with a keyboard is too expensive. When I saw this at c.150 I thought it would be worth a try. I was worried that it might be a little slow, but it’s not at all. I’ve upgraded it to Windows 11 and it has been running with no problems at all. The keyboard and touchpad are both responsive and the screen (although not full HD) is decent too. I’m really impressed with this and I have been using it a lot more than I expected, including at home when I’ll generally use it rather than my PC as I can sit on the sofa and watch TV at the same time. Great value, too.
My neighbour is setting up an online business and after some back and forth with myself she realised that it was going to be impossible to do using her 5 year old Samsung phone
so we started looking at notebooks..
Top of the list of requirements was an SSD, not eMMC storage, some expandability either through SSD upgrade or SD card, a decent CPU with a clock speed over 2.5Ghz, an easy to use OS, at least 4GB or DDR4 ram, decent battery life and a decent screen.
My neighbour had a budget of 150-250 and this notebook fell right in the middle of her price bracket coming in at 199 although there was a 40 off voucher which swayed her considerably more towards this than other notebooks of a similar ilk. The Amazon reviews were also very good as were the couple of online reviews we found.
We also had to bear in mind that my neighbour had never used a computer in her life and her technical knowledge extends to sending a text message.
I walked her through setup which is easy enough and then we started to get her online and using websites and so on. My laptop was over 1500 so it would be unfair to use it as a comparison but this notebook is pretty fast when it comes to web browsing/video playback/shopping/banking/listing items for her to sell and it performed well in everything you would use a notebook for day to day. I’ve used laptops at 3 and 4 times the price which have been slower..
Summing up then, she is chuffed to bits with her new laptop and it does everything she needs it to do really well. The build quality is also good and this notebook feels solid, the screen is perfectly acceptable at this price point, storage is adequate for day to day use, battery life is great for something this size and we got all the usual warranty’s.. Great value for money and a good starter machine for my neighbour..
Bought two of these for my brothers. Excellent machines for the price. Long lasting battery. Would definitely recommend.
Needed a laptop for my son to revise for his SATs and he will need a laptop to do homework when he starts high school at the end of the year. Didn’t need anything fancy but saw this, its small and compact so great for travelling and storing away, laptop came with half a charge on the battery and since I set it up and did all the updates the battery is still fairly full. I expected it to be a bit slow but it wasn’t at all it was able to update everything fairly quick and the processor is able to keep up with running multiple tasks. Set up was simple, you can enable or disable the voice assistant. Great for basic laptop needs, not sure how it would hold up for gaming or streaming but for the price you really can’t complain.
I have gifted this to my daughter for use with her homework. Due to the size of it, it is great for portability and also for smaller hands. The price is very reasonable as well. It has 4GB RAM and a 128GB SSD, which is plenty enough. It boots up fast as well.
It was easy to set up. The screen is nice and bright and the picture quality is good. It has all the necessary ports for allowing her to connect USB sticks and her headphones. She is impressed with it and so I am happy with that.
This is a really compact laptop, i wanted one that i could actually put away in my house on a shelf in our living room, this one slides in next to some oversized books nicely and almost looks like it’s not a laptop when put away which is exactly what we wanted.
It’s a straightforward all rounder laptop great for word processing, streaming and a bit of excel and spreadsheet work.
It has a smaller 11.6″ screen which keeps it’s overall size down, i don’t expect it to run full gamin, but it would run a fair number of online games easily and with a possible SSD upgrade up to 1TB i can’t see any issues in storage either.
The battery runs for ages, due to the small screen so i can leave it off charge for the whole time i am doing anything even if it is for a few hours, then pop it back on charge.
Small but cool for what I need, hard to get use to the American keyboard but otherwise all good
Got a new laptop and it has been brilliant comes on straight away and can use the features good for someone who is starting up with new laptop!
For 200!! You get a 11.6” screen that’s FHD IPS!! It has a Intel Celeron N4020 UP towho h can handle up to 2.8Ghz!! And for Storage it has 4GB LPDDR4 128GB SSD!!

Hurry and get the available voucher offer for this laptop! It takes this laptop to a super scorching hot price. Even without the discount voucher I would say that this laptop is great value for money. The only risk you are taking is with the brand. Granted that Chuwi is not well known but I guess that is why they are undercutting their competitors for market share. This small lightweight laptop is amazing value. It is very sleek and slimline in design and the moulded plastic case is well constructed. The keyboard is tactile and responsive. The operating system is Window 10 which I am more than happy with. Specifications are acceptable and workable. The screen display is very good (I guess with a small 11.6″ screen you don’t need super high HD for clear picture and video!) and the sound is acceptable for music but I would recommend external speakers or headphones for better bass.
I think the best comparison of the laptop is whether you can get a similar priced tablet to be able to be as functional as this and my opinion is that you would be able to. This laptop allows you to do so much more office related work or school work and projects. For this reason, I would definitely choose this over a tablet.
The CHUWI 11.6″ Laptop is a lovely compact laptop for travelling or taking on the go. The device is compact and lightweight. It has a good overall spec with an Intel Celeron N4020 processor, 4GB of RAM, 128GB SSD with 512GB of expandable TF space (card not included) and it runs windows 10.
Startup, initial installation and first use all are very straight forward and easy. The screen is bright and colour and with 1080P resolution. There is also an SSD expansion slot allowing you to add up to 1TB SSD.
Considering this laptop is under 200 I think it’s a steal. The casing is of good quality, looks great and it even has a webcam too. Keyboard has a nice feel to it, trackpad is very responsive and overall the computer runs and works well. Very please overall and fully recommend it for anyone after a low cost compact device on the go.
I’ve recently bought the Chuwi Hero book Air laptop and I am already in love with this laptop. It is very light in weight and can be easily carried from one place to another. It is having 11.6” inch IPS Display which makes the screen look ultra-slim. It is consuming less power due to fanless technology. The viewing angle is 178 degrees wide which is very comfortable to view the screen. This laptop also provides eye protection technology which is the best technology and a much-needed one for every laptop user. This eye technology provides ultimate protection and comfort and helps to increase concentration. It also helps to improve task efficiency. These laptops came pre-loaded with Windows 10 and can be upgraded to windows 11. The body design of this laptop is very thin and light. This Hero book Air laptop is compatible with different types of my office-related applications. My kid is also able to attend her online class and follow her classes and many learning activities on this laptop only. It can be operated with 2400 MHZ operating frequency. This laptop is operated very smoothly even if multitasking. This laptop is provided with a full-size keyboard which is very comfortable to type providing a good typing experience. It also prevents mistaken input effectively. The characters of this laptop’s keyboard are enlarged for a better view and also the touchpad. This keyboard also has some shortcut combinations. It is provided with a 4800mAh large capacity battery with which the charge can last for 9 long standing hours. I am so happy that I chose the best laptop.
I wanted to get another updated laptop; but was also conscious of the overall weight, as I often carry it around. This slimline, lighter weight laptop, not only delivers on the more portable aspect, but also the latest technology, and beautiful clear screen, which make it a must have.
The easy to use voice prompts make setting up a doddle; and if I choice to do so, voice activation is available, instead of using the keyboard. It appears to set up for the US market, so I needed to make sure I changed to UK during the setting up process, but this again was quick and easy to do. Window 10 is the system provided, which I am very happy with; I didn’t want to change to Window 11 at this early stage.
Super fast response; with a Bluetooth connection; and very good battery life, when I compare it to my previous top branded purchase. I love the sleek feel of this laptop, a strong plastic outer case with steel keyboard and screen surround. The weight is a lot more fitting to the description laptop; other models I have used are just too heavy and need a desktop to hold them whilst using.
I was also very impressed with the sound quality, which is crystal clear, with or without earphones; again something I thought I might have to compromise on, for this price. The keyboard is has smooth touch keys and is very easy to type on; and it’s internal memory perfectly sufficient for everyday tasks; I am using a memory stick to store important documents, and most of my photos.
All the usual ports are available, so anything I want to attach to it, has been without problems.
I must admit I had wondered if I really would be able to get this high tech, portable laptop for less than 200; and here it is; so delighted.
A quality build, high tech product, which I am delighted to own; would I recommend, you bet I would!
