Great so far. Completely non-stick, and stable on an induction hob. Probably best to gently wipe clean (avoid dishwasher) to preserve the non-stick.

I use it with an induction hob and it’s brilliant. Don’t be put off by the size – the footprint will fit a large induction hob ring.
I’ve had several standard woks over the years, all ending up going rusty or food sticking. Having taken the plunge with this wok, and from the positive reviews here on online, this was the best! I use one on gas and other on an induction oven. It’s a heavy solid wok. Handles are great but can get hot on high heat, although that is not a problem using oven glove or cloth. Unlike cheap woks, once you’ve cooked anything, it can be left to cool down with lid on without risk of rusting. It’s quite large so ensure you have enough cupboard space to store it. I use this wok for cooking much more than stir fries. Makes great curries.
The solid base takes awhile to heat up, so don’t be afraid to turn the heat up high at the start. This makes perfect stir fry’s, especially using rapeseed oil. Food NEVER sticks. Wok is large enough to move ingredients around without fear of spillage. Will cook for at least six to 10 portions, depending on appetite! So easy to keep clean. When finished cooking, allow the empty wok to cool down and gently rinse with mild warm or hot soapy water. Don’t use any abrasives on it. After washing, immediately wipe dry with kitchen roll and then to keep it Prime, wipe the inside lightly with oil before storing it away. I feel this will last for years. Never use metal tools to cook with. A proper flat non metal or wood spatulas are ideal. Circulon is a fantastic product, so much so I also have Circulon Yorkshire pudding dishes and pans. Never dissapoints and never sticks.

had this wok just over 7 years. It is great. No problems with non stick coating. Been in the dishwasher loads. Have found it easy to scrub clean when necessary as well. It is not 100% non stick. Some things do need a stir but not a problem for me.
Nice looking but the lid does not fully close. However i am very happy with it as it’s heavy and the food is tasty when when i use it. Excellent product.

Der Wok ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und es wird gehalten, was einem versprochen wird. Es macht unheimlich viel Spa mit diesem Wok asiatische Kstlichkeiten zu kreieren.

This is the third Wok that I have purchased for family and friends, I would highly recommend this to you, having a flat bottom gives you more room and a much more even cooking experience. Enjoy.
This wok was purchased specifically for use on an induction hob and it has really impressed. Heats up very quickly and its size allows contents to be moved around with little risk of the contents escaping. It is a joy to use and very easy to clean. It is heavy gauge, well made and stays put – a quality kitchen item that will not disappoint.
I only use circulon pans and this is a perfect addition to my collection!
Only down side is it is a little heavy if holding in one hand….

I ordered this wok from New Zealand, and had it within a week. Just amazing service. It arrived very well packaged and protected. I have used it a dozen times now, and I abolutely love it. I have an electric ceramic radiant coil cooktop, and it performs perfectly on this. I did read a couple of reviews that said it would not work with this type of cooktop, but I have other Circulon Infinite cookwear that works really well, and so does this. I use it on Med-High heat (Circulon don’t recommend the highest heat setting), let it heat up for about 5 – 10 minutes, then cook. Being hard anodised aluminium, it gets nice an hot all over and up the sides – which is ideal for a wok. I really like the large flat base, which gives optimum contact with the element. Love it.
Excellent wok – I’ve now decided to buy a frying pan in the same range. You can use virtually no oil and the food doesn’t stick! Only niggle is the small handle on the lid to hang it up – which I don’t need and annoyed me – I couldn’t see it in the picture. However, I’ve snipped this off.

I already have a similar sized cast iron Wok which I have had for years but it was time to replace it. Having other circulon products this was my first choice.
As other people have said it has a large flat base which Is far far much better for ease of cooking. It is most definitely totally non stick and cooks wonderfully.
The construction of this Wok is bomb proof and very well made worth every penny of what I payed for it.
Yes you can buy cheaper woks but you will regret that choice . I believe that it doesn’t matter what Circulon product you buy they are all well worth the money very well made and last for years.
Some reviews say the metal handles get hot when in use if you rivet a metal handle to aluminium body then heat it up it will get hot and they do just apply some common sense when you are using it and you will be fine. Although it is steel utensil safe I would always avoid that and use wooden utensils. Also you don’t need to make a huge quality of food to justify buying one of these it will cook smaller amounts too. Plenty of room to move food around.
Buy one you will not be disappointed and will serve you for years

Having previously tried the standard non stick Wok, these are in a league by themselves. A little on the heavy side and flat bottomed but it cooks very well. We were so impressed that we have now bought a set of this type of saucepans
just what others have said! Although its a tad heavy it is still easy to handle. Sturdy and strong, which I bought one years ago! Works on my big ring on my induction hob so I am very happy!
Not cheap, but great quality, solid, best-in-class (and I’ve had several over the years). Design-wise, the base could be slightly smaller in diameter – ie the whole pan could be still more rounded. However, for the majority of wok-cooking needs, it works very well indeed. I hope to get many years of service from this item.

In use every day! Holds heat well, good base width for initial browning of large batches of meat. Can use as a slow cooker for casseroles too. Perfect for a stirfry. Cleans up well.

Unlike so many other woks at a similar price this one is large and has a 26 cm diameter thick stainless steel 3 layer base incorporating an aluminium sandwich to conduct heat rapidly to the excellent ripple like nonstick cooking surface.
The wok heats quickly and evenly on the induction hob and notably the sides heat quickly too being hard anodised aluminum. Perfect. Good quality tight fitting chromed steel lid included for steaming as well as frying. It has the capacity to prepare enough food for a large family or dinner party.
As one other reviewer noted this wok is not going to perform well on an electric halogen hob as the thermostat will automatically reduce the heat to a point where proper stir frying become impossible but if you have gas or induction it is a far better proposition than any expensive cast iron Le Creuset wok that when heated takes an age to cool down. Note that Asian chefs never use cast iron woks.
Overall a recommended buy especially at this price.
This was bought from my wish list as a present and it is the best thing I have ever cooked with. I use it for stir fries, curries, fajitas, tacos, slow cooking, quick cooking. The lid was a big selling point for me and it is perfect. Cleans easily, nothing sticks and really is the best wok/pan I have ever used. Worth the money.
I bought this to add to the 3 saucepan set and stockpot. Ideal for use on my induction hob. A touch on the expensive side, but a really good quality pan. Made quite a few stir fries in it now and nothing sticks, and only use a small amount of oil. Would recommend.

Very solid build and therefore quite heavy. Good quality non-stick finish, looks smart, and I wouldn’t want anything much smaller to cook a family meal. If you want a good-quality, non-stick wok, which is therefore easy to use and care for, you will struggle to find better at this price.
Bought this after much deliberation. Very good wok and a doodle to clean. Large base that covers the wok burner to ensure that the flames heat the base and no the sides where the metal isn’t as thick. The lid also features a metal loop should you want to hang it up. Happy with this wok and got it for a very good price. If there is a better wok I’d like to see it.

The wok is large and has a great non stick surface and has very even heating. The only downside is that it is heavy, always has to pick it up by both handles.
It’s great for cooking meals for the family due to its size and heat distribution. Food cooks well in it. So far, cleaning it is easy due to the non-stick property. A fifth star would be awarded if it remains non-stick for a reasonable length of time. We’ll see!

I use this pan at least 3 times every week for everything – Bolognaise, Chilli, Curry, Stew, soup, I have even used it in the oven, and occasionally for a stir-fry. It is the only pan big enough to cope with the family sized meals I make & can make double quantities for freezing.
It was expensive, but will give me 10 years plus of service, easily, and so was very good value for money.
It is so versatile, you will hardly use any other pans again!
My oldest is off to University later this year and will be sending one with him.
You will not use another pan. I use it for most of my dishes. Pastas, stews, risotto, paellas, the lot. A bit on the heavy side but ad least i know its quality and not some cheep rubbish. Look amazing in the kitchen, i use it as a serving dish as well. I love to show off

This is an excellent WOK which keeps its heat throughout stir-frying. The domed lid enables you to steam food and retain the flavour. Well worth the money and highly recommended. Quality product.
This wok looks good and with the glass lid, is really good value. Least expensive I have found.
It does take longer to heat up on my induction hob but I have had several other woks that the food ends up sticking to the bottom but not this one. It isnt as heavy to lift as I anticipated either so I would recommend this to others
for the price Circulon Infinite Wok, is the best, I have ceramic hob and the heat transferred to the wok is good, but not thr brst.

I have recently replaced my kitchen, I have an induction hob, this is just right for my needs, not all saucespans are compatable with induction. This wok is really big so you would never need to use another one as well.
Solid construction, non stick coating and very easy to clean.
It is a big wok, so storage may be a problem but I leave mine out on the wok burner as it is so stylish.
Lifting and tipping food out is a bit awkward as it is fairly heavy, so get someone to help when you move it.

I have got used to using this wok for a long time. I have to turn the induction hob to 8 or maximum because of the large amount of aluminium in making the pan, for the pan to be hot enough to cook Chinese food. However, the non-stick is very good and it has kept its non stick stick all this time. I also like the size. I like the shape and size of the lid.
I am now recommending this wok for my Chinese friend who has an induction hob as well.
I’ve recently had my kitchen remodelled and I wanted a set of new cookware to go in it. After reading many pleasing reviews about the Circulon Infinite range I decided to purchase a lot of it. I haven’t been disappointed. It’s sturdy heavy, without being too heavy to pick up (even when full). It’s extremely hard wearing. It cooks excellently. It looks great.
The wok is beautiful, and massive! We can cook a nice big stir fry for the whole family and also do a big batch for several meals together.
I would recommend these pans to anyone. They are on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. I believe I won’t be replacing these for many years to come.
I have had several wok’s over the years and have been disappointed that most of them don’t seem to last 2 minutes.
After looking around for a couple of months I eventually went for it and bought this item, I was nervous about spending so much but have been thrilled with the results every time I have cooked in it.
Yes it is heavier than others but it’s still managable and an absolute pleasure to cook with. I’m going to get family to put money towards more products from the range for my Xmas Box.

It does everything in the cleanest and easiest of ways and the food tastes good.
I use it on my induction hob finding the heat evenly distributed.
* There is no doubt that this wok is extremely sturdy and well made
* It has a very large flat base – one of the largest I have seen in a wok. This means that more of the cooking surface is in contact with the heat
* the sides of the wok are gently sloping. This means that you can cook a large amount of food at the same time and they will still be in contact with the cooking surface of the wok
* non stick surface – the food genuinely does not stick at all to it
* easy to clean – just was immediately after use with hot soapy water. It doesn’t need any care other than that
* the handles are riveted onto the sides of the wok. There are no screws to come undone or loosen.
* the handles on the wok and the lid are thick and heavy duty – they are not going to break under any normal usage
* the stainless steel lid is large and if you are not stir frying it allows for plenty of steam to accumulate keeping the food moist and hot
* works on all cooker types including ceramic and induction hobs
* comes with a lifetime guarantee – this gives you confidence in the quality of the materials and the workmanship
Things that I didn’t like about this wok:
* it is heavy and not being overly tall or muscular, I do find that once it is full of food it is heavy to lift
* When cooking a standard stir fry for around 5 minutes the handles get warm but are not too hot to pick up. If you accidentally have the handles overlapping another ring on the cooker be aware that they can get extremely hot.
* the non stick surface will scratch if metal implements are used (but most people are aware not to use metal so that shouldn’t be a problem)
* because it is such a large pan it does require a decent amount of storage space in your cupboards. Unfortunately you cannot store it with the lid inverted into the main body as the lid is much taller and the handle of the lid ends up scraping on the non stick bottom of the wok
* the stainless steel base doesn’t conduct heat as well as a copper base would but it does still heat up very well
Overall impression:
A huge wok that is ideal for cooking meals for a large family. It is solid, sturdy and the quality of the build is obvious to see when you see it in real life. It is expensive compared to other woks on the market but I can’t see that I will ever need to purchase a new one so to me it was worth it.
Handles remain quite cool while cooking.
Good solid coating and easy to clean.
Overall an excellent replacement for the disappointing Ken Hom wok we had before.

have used it on my ceramic hob, it retains heat very well (that is after 15 mins or so of pre heat with little bit of oil) but if you are wanting to sear/brown food on high heat, you will be dissappointed so adviseable to look for other wok.
Having said that, because of its excellent heat retention, you could just use minimal liquid for any type of cooking and it still keeps food moist, of course with the use of the domed lid. Need not to worry about burning the bottom of the wok.
I believe that if you use the right utensils for the non stick, it will be your long term kitchen partner 🙂
You can use it for many types of cooking on the hob and under the hob as it is also oven proof.
We have always bought Circulon in the past and have never been dissapointed this is no exception the product is great the non stick qualities superb a great piece of kitchen equipment which should last as long as the old one has.
