Fits well, great shade from the sun & kept me feeling cool still.
So, so pleased with this.
As I hate caps, I was keen to try this hat to wear out and about now that the sun is making an appearance in the UK!
This is soft and so comfortable – and I love it.
Having the strap is great for when you’re at the beach and the wind picks up a little.
The coverage is just fabulous from this, front and back.
Best of all it looks great, even better than in the picture.
I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Good sized hat, and does a good job at providing shade and covering the neck. It’s very comfortable and fits whether I have my hair up or down. It isn’t the most “stylish” of designs but depends on where you’re going to wear it and whether you want to feel protected from the sun.
This multi-purpose summer sun hat for women comes available in many colours and design variants. You’ll be spoilt for choices! I picked the beige coloured one as it fits my gardening clothing.
The hat has a nice long brim, and an adjustable long neck guard. I’ve been using this for a while for my gardening and I’m loving it.
For 15.99, I think it is a good price to pay for a nice quality sun hat that’ll protect you from the sun.
It is well made in good quality, all stitches are in place. The shades are wide enough to make sure my face get protected. There is an adjustable and removable string to tie the hat on you just in case of a windy day, at least it won’t blow away. The ruffles on the back looks so elegant. Just love to have it when it’s sunny and it goes well with my summer dress.
This is a nice sun hat. It’s not expensive feeling or anything like that. But it’s a nice quality hat, that will protect you from the sun. It works as intended.

This is a lovely hat with a wide brim and good neck coverage at the back. It’s lovely and lightweight and can be secured under your chin with the attached pull cord. Very useful while working in the garden and stays put without heating up in the sun. Highly recommended.
Not going to win any beauty awards wearing this. Doesn’t look as good on as the model in the photo, but is soft and comfortable and shields you from the sun when gardening or working outside, so as long as the neighbours don’t see me I’ll be wearing it round the back.
This hat is an absolute dream for anyone who ever gardens. With a firm front that will never flap into your eyes, but shades your whole face, you’re absolutely sorted when you’re outside. It covers your neck really nicely too, and if you’re a little scared of bees, you don’t have to worry about noticing them in your peripheral vision because you don’t have any! Genuinely helpful!
For size, it is quite big, but does come with optional padding to help it fit medium sized heads. My head is 60cm and it’s deep enough and wide enough even for me. Plus it has the tie under your chin so you don’t have to worry about it flying off in the wind or if your head is smaller.
My hair isn’t long enough to try the ponytail hole, but it’s quite a novel idea and I like the thought that my hair can be up and off my neck without having to worry about any sunburn at all.
The material is lightweight and keeps the sun out without keeping all the heat in.
I wouldn’t call it much of a fashion statement, but its protection and fit are second to none.
Comfy to wear and perfect for keeping the sun from your head and your neck, this hat is perfect for use when the sun is out! It’s a soft style hat that can be easily thrown in a bag and fits nice and securely with the aid of the drawstring in the hat. I like that it has a ponytail hole as I often find I have to choose between hair up or wearing a hat – now I won’t need to! It covers your face with a nice wide brim and your neck fully with the long back. It is also 50+ UV protection rated so this is a bonus. Well made, great colour with plenty of others to choose from and well priced, a great summer hat.
This hat actually had more material in the back than I thought. The medium size fitted perfectly over my thick hair. The hat is well-made, very light and the material kept my head cool. Given the hat’s floppiness and lightweight it won’t coz any issues when packing to go on holiday as it will sit nice and flat in a suitcase and won’t really add to the weight. Because it is so light it will be easy to carry it around in a backpack too – just in case you need it during the day.
It does give you a lot of shade as the brim is so big and the back flap is so long, some might feel a little swamped in it, especially if you are used to wearing baseball hats or straw hats. However, It’s a nice hat for the beach as it looks fairly elegant and will give you shade if you are taking a break from the sun. As it is quite deep it should stay secure on your head in the wind and it also has a chin strap for extra security which can be tucked out of the way if you don’t want people to see it. The hole for ponytails is a welcome addition.
Love that I can put my hair out of the hole in the back if I’m wearing it up! It’s quite a wide floppy brim. The fit of the hat part is a bit small but wearable.

The hat has a wide brim, removable chin strap and adjustable hat band. The fabric is strong and tightly woven while still being light and breathable. The brim gives a good level of shade from the sun and the flap at the back of the hat helps to protect the neck area. The fit can be altered by tightening or loosening a draw string hidden inside the hat band. It ties at the back of the hat. The chin strap can be adjusted using a black plastic toggle. The strap is attached to the hat via two clips, so it can be completely removed from the hat if required.
The hat is the same colour fabric on both the outside and inside. The hat has no stiffness to it which makes it easy to fold up and store in a handbag or backpack. The hat is well made and neatly sewn together. Care has been taken in both it’s design and construction. So it looks nice on and offers a decent amount of protection from the sun. It’s a good quality hat that looks quite flattering on.
This hat has a really good quality look and feel to it. Nice bow detail to the back.

At 17.99 at the time of my review (with a discount voucher currently available to bring the price down further) I feel it is a really good price for a good quality sunhat.

This is a gorgeous cream sun hat! It is almost like the shape of a bonnet as it has the material at the back but it is very lose so ideal for warmer weather. It is a very pretty hat!
The hat is wonderfully made with tight, neat stitching and no loss threads anywhere.
The decorative material around the head part of the hat is lovely.
It fits as expected and also has ties that go below the hat if you wish to use but they can also be decorative.

This is sturdy and well stitched. It’s plenty big enough and the brim is quite rigid so it doesn’t obscure your view. I wouldn’t call this the height of fashion. Once on, it gives the impression of an old-fashioned poke bonnet. But if we’re wearing it in the back garden, it is a very protective gardening or sun hat, because it protects the front of your face and the back of your neck equally well. The advantage over a straw hat is that this is easily storable.
The downside, according to Aunty B, is that it gets a little hot. However, this is useful for anyone who gets light-triggered symptoms during the summer, such as migraine.
Got this for my wife. She is well pleased with it. It looks good. It looks fashionable. It is well made and provides good wide protection form the sun. A good sun hat.
It probably won’t win any high fashion awards, and has a bit of a ‘Handmaid’s Tale’ vibe about it … but this hat does what it needs to do and looks fairly good into the bargain.
It’s light, cool and comfortable to wear … the brim is reinforced to protect your eyes from the sun, while the back falls loosely down the back to protect the nape of your neck. It is lined inside, with a large bow on the back, which is merely decorative, but quite attractive, and it also has a pony tail hole. There is a detachable chin strap to help keep it in place in windy weather. All told, it’s well thought out and seems very well made.
Good for the garden or the beach, it can be rolled up or packed flat … but may need a bit of an iron if you want to be seen in public in it.
I have a standard ‘M’ head size – 57cm – so I chose the ‘M’ and it fits perfectly. However, it does come with the means to adjust the size downwards if necessary.
I think 18.99 (as at 16.5.22) is a reasonable price, when all of the above factors are taken into consideration.
I love the product although it’s a little big. I’ll adjust to my size. Surprised at the quality of the product. I will be buying other colours again but in a small size. I have rosacea and very sensitive skin so this is an absolute God send. I highly recommend.
Whilst it fits, it was still a lil snug (60cm) considering I went for the largest size. I disliked how the clips on the inside got caught on my hair, I wish they sewed in little folds to prevent that from happening. Luckily the clips are removable. The bow is ugly irl, but once I cut it off it looks incredible. There’s a random split at back of hat potentially for ventilation? Other than that it’s one of the many preventative steps you can take to prevent sun damage and prevent premature ageing.
I measured my head and ordered accordingly and still found this to be a little on the snug side, not uncomfortable but not as loose and comfy as i was expecting.
There is a drawstring around the crown if you do need to make it a tighter fit.

This hat is exactly what I needed. It fits well and protects my face and neck from sun when I’m gardening. Will definitely take this hat with me on beach holidays. I ordered this hat in beige to reduce sun attraction and didn’t regret it.
This hat is really well made, no questions about the quality. I like the tiny hole at the back for ponytail, I don’t really have the thickest hair and probably won’t use it as I like to protect my hair from harmful rays of sun too.

The brim is nowhere as big as it seems in the photo but it does provide good shade for the face, eyes and ears. As the brim does not go round the back I’d advise getting a second hat with a brim that does protect the back of the neck, for walking around and sight-seeing. It is a little loose on me, but I’ll only be reclining when wearing it that’s not really a problem.
