Hanging Strip Handles Heavy Wall A
I had used Command strips in my rented office before to display framed, A3-sized photographs, which were previously hung on wires but the cleaners kept bumping them leaving them misaligned and it was a pain to go around every morning and straighten them. The two Command strips which held each framed photograph in place were never replaced, even after several years.
I wanted to hang a very heavy wall canvas that arrived with no hanging wire. I checked the description on various Command strips for weight allowances and quickly purchased these. They arrived the very next day, and I immediately set to work attaching four of these to each corner of the canvas having previously ensured the wall was clean and dry. Sure enough, the strips worked as they should and the canvas has now been on the wall for weeks without issue. Certainly, I don’t expect the strips to fail and the canvas to fall down. I’m sure the canvas will remain in place just as the framed photographs do in my former workplace.

I’ve been using these to both stick up decorations and hold up plug extensions.
A couple of these on the back of a plug extension can support all the sockets being filled.

I love these. I’ve been using them for years, including when I lived in rental properties. They do not stain the wall and they’re super sturdy. I’ve used them on the back of frames, canvases, even mirrors.

I needed to attach some picture frames to the walls in my rental property without using nails or screws and these have been so easy to use and so far nothing has fell off! The instructions are also very clear and easy to follow and they are easy to remove.
These are brilliant. They can be a little pricey however they are worth every penny.

The no damage removal is a great selling point and very useful. It’s also better than the hook and loop stuff. This stuff connects together much the same way as Lego with micro bumps on both sides interlocking. Means it doesn’t stick until you press it together. Very pleased with this.

These kind are very thin. Still hold well…There are different command strips that are thicker.
These are a centimetre wide.

Why have I resisted these for so long? Probably price, I suppose.
However, the headline is that they’re excellent, vastly superior to all the dodgy offbrand velcro “coins” that drop off the wall a few hours after application. They stick well, they come off cleanly, they hold well.
Interestingly, there’s no concept of hook and loop here, either. You can cut one strip in two and join the two shorter parts together. It’s incredibly convenient.
The only fly in the ointment is that they’re quite expensive. I’d suggest you buy a small pack at first to check that you like them, and then consider a bigger pack to get some slight bulk pricing once you’re sure.

Mostly Effective, But Not for Rough Surfaces
I’ve found these adhesive strips to be quite effective for hanging a variety of items. However, there were a couple of instances where the surface was too rough for the adhesive, resulting in the items detaching from the wall while the strips remained in place

Easy to use, not for large pictures, have cut in half for thinner frames, 1 picture did not hold. Easy to use much better if you add top part onto picture then remove strip when ready to hang, the 2 sides do stick pushing down on top one, listen for catching crunch noise so know firmly connected

Amazing product and only your imagination is the limit, I have used these to put up whiteboards, blinds, mirrors – anything you can name is possible to do with this key ingredient, no screwing into walls needed. Used these to hang some Acoustic Foam Panels from ArrowZoom without damaging the underlying wallpaper/paint, and they work like MAGIC.
Before, I used Double-Sided Tape or Black Sticky Pads which kept failing when the room gets too hot or humid, and had a bad time removing hideous marks on the walls after taking those off that practically fused to the wall better than they held up the panels – or even resulted in the horror of tearing the Paint/Wallpaper.
I have all my panels hung using these Commands Strips now ( Just 1 pair of medium or large strip per panel since they are inexpensive, 1 on the back of the panel and 1 on the wall).
They have never fell off, stuck on quickly and easily after cleaning the surface with Isopropyl Alcohol.
When removing all it took was a swift pull in the direction of the arrow shown on the back and they came off super easy with NO MARKS!
I only regret that I didn’t use these before, now ANYTHING going on a wall without drilling will be done so with these strips because I now know that it has amazing adhesion to hold it well whilst being able to be removed easily without leaving any marks.

had 4 lovely mirrored pictures to hang in a 2×2 orientation. These are not light at nearly 2kg each and had two d loops on the back for a picture wire . Previous experience told me that hanging these accurately and nicely aligned with picture wire is almost , if not impossible. I wanted a very neat and precise solution. I bought the large mounting strips for extra security. Fitting was a breeze, following the instructions exactly.
I used 4 pairs of strips per picture , but I believe I could have got away with only 2 pairs now fitted. The connection is via almost stickle brick type connection between the two halves. Providing you hear them crunch together these provide an incredibly strong connection.Very neat and secure! Highly recommended
Great if you're rubbish at DIY! (Like me)
Command strips are on walls in almost every room in our house. I think we have around 20 pieces of artwork hanging with these. Being rubbish at DIY, means these are a godsend. No nails required and they hold up some pretty heavy pictures.
These strips use 3M adhesive which is pretty-much the best you can get. It doesn’t ruin the walls but it does leave a mark and can take the paint off if you snatch them off.
The velcro fastening is sturdy and has never failed me. Just make sure you push the picture firming onto the wall so you can hear the velcro on the picture, fasten into place with the velcro on the wall.
The only downside to these command strips is if you are in an old house. Our house is 150 years old, has cold brick walls. The glue on the wall strip sometimes doesn’t like being hot, cold, hot, cold, on the walls where you may have a matt or gloss paint. I’ve had occasions where I come back from holiday and a piece of art or a picture is on the floor. On a couple of times it has crashed to the floor, damaging the skirting board and then breaking the picture frame.
Would I trust them with the Mona Lisa? No. But they are great if your photos or paintings are fairly lightweight or if you live in a house where the walls are plasterboard, and not cold brickwork.

Definitely capable of holding heavy stuff
I live in a rented flat and don’t want to drill any holes in the wall, since I’ll have to cover them up when I leave. Because of this, I had my IKEA Skadis pegboards precariously leaning on the radiator, which wasn’t ideal.
One day I just decided to try these picture hanging strips. I’ve used them for artwork before, but never something I deemed heavy enough to make me afraid it might just fall and break into pieces. Well, I’m here to say the heavy ones (“for up to 8kg,” they say) work wonderfully. They’re still above the radiator, but now they’re properly on the wall and I can use them without fear of dropping anything. The pegboard works fantastically, too.
Potential knock-off produc
These arrived in a lovely envelope but they were not in their original packaging. Not sure if it’s a knock-off or parts from a larger multipack. They seem to work okay so far though.
Excellent quality
Excellent quality product. Have used quite a lot of these for picture hanging. One accident suggests taking 7.2kg weight capacity may be overly optimistic, but for general photo frames and canvas prints works very well. Easy to put up, easy to take out. Price could be lower….but may be quality justifies the cost!
No more drilling!!
Great for hanging light pictures to the wall. Only left this for stars as when I took the picture down to swap it with another it pulled the strips from the wall too. I have no doubt the picture would of stayed up had I not disturbed it. Will be using these all the time now to save drilling.

I had to screw the holders in the end becaue I’m not confident that the wine bottles will be onuncy after numerous falls of about five feet.
I’ve used command strips for numerous other things in other parts of the house uncluding the little shelf/holder things for the shower that come with them and they are perfect for the job.

I used these and they are really good easy to use and remove if you need to reposition them again, for the price I think they are a great idea. Few weeks in .. No problem so far. After reading so many negative reviews i wasn’t too sure but to be honest some lacked common sense. Why would anyone use these little stickers for a risky object like a glass mirror is beyond me. Simple frames or canvas is best and it has worked for us.

Great stuff. Just moved into an apartment and didn’t want to use nails. Placed many little and small pictures up with these! Best part is; I removed one (A5 size) as I didn’t like the placement and using the same adhesive managed to place it elsewhere. Not only did it come off ridiculously easily, it didn’t leave any mark. Amazing how such little things have that much power. I haven’t used on anything exceedingly heavy like a mirror, but highly recommend for small and bigger picture frames.

Always use Command strips for picture hanging and they are great.
The only downside is that over time (im talking over a year), they adhesion to the wall may give up. This may be the way I am using them as sometimes I have been guilty of using larger ones than can fit on a frame edge so air may be getting to the adhesive and drying it out.
All in all though I am very happy with them, and these packs are good value as they come in OEM packaging.

These are so easy to install and stick very well! The only potential issue is if you dont clean the surfaces properly as instructed then they won’t stay quite so well. So make sure you follow the instructions carefully!

Very good alternative to no more nails or actual nails and screws
Excellent product. Strong adhesive properties, simple to use with adequate instructions provided. I used mine to hole up a full length mirror on a painted bedroom wall. Used four large strips, one on either corner. Lasted a very long time, 18 months+ (think it may have been longer) before finally falling off, and that was where the velcro had given up, not the adhesive backing on the wall. I then peeled off the old ones from the wall, and to my great surprise, they come off smoothly and left no marks!!! I have since used a fresh set (used 6 this time) and there is no sign of my mirror moving anytime soon. Highly recommended product, even at full price. At my time of purchase they were cheaper on amazon than anywhere else, Argos, screwfix, wilkos etc. I got them on offer so even better. My only negative was the package was broken when delivered but thankfully the strips backing protectors were still attached and all strips were present and accounted for. I will be using these deffo in the future for picture frames etc.

If like me you live in a very old building, and every time you hammer a nail in the wall to put up a picture, half the plaster comes off, then you are gonna love these.
Do be guided by the weights on the packaging but I would always recommend putting and extra one on when hanging something heavy just to be in the safe side.

These are so good if like me you want to hang a picture near a light switch and you’re not quite sure where the wires are in the wall! There’s no way I’d use a nail so with these I can hang them anywhere with no worries. They are super strong and hold even heavy picture frames easily! My go to product that I always have in the DIY drawer.
Does what it says on the packe
I must admit I was a bit dubious about these at first. They didn’t seem very sticky and we’re difficult to line up. I measured and marked up where to put the strips on the wall and frame. Definitely need to allow them to dry and takes a bit on lining up and pressure for them to stick but have put 4 photos up now and all stayed up. No damage to newly painted walls either.

These are actually the bomb!
Bought them to hold up my daughters back drop for her birthday and they held it so well, I didn’t think they were going to means as my wall is artexed so it’s not flat and I was trying to hold a piece of fabric up. It worked so well. I couldn’t reccomend them enough.
Super sturdy
Honestly so happy with this, I was a bit hesitant at first because I was planning to use it to hang a fairly big canvas, but it has been absolutely perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

These are so useful! Having moved in to a Flat that does not allow nailed Walls I was initially hesitant as I didn’t think they would work as well. However I have now used almost the full pack and my walls are no longer empty. They are easy to use and as long as you follow the instructions then they should hold pretty well. I haven’t actually removed one yet so I’m not too sure if it leaves any readiue or no
For a non-diy person what's not to like?
I am under no illusion about my diy abilities. These are an absolute godsend and do exactly what it says on the tin. I have had 2 more repeat orders – love them!

Really pleased with product, recently had walls plastered and did not want to use tacks but did want to get my pictures up but was concerned as they were heavy. I was recommended to try the Command strips, I am so pleased that without effort my pictures are secure and look fab.

These are brilliant, great velcro style tabs and hold amazingly well. I’ve put a large clock up with them, I’ve even cut them down for smaller items. Ideal if you’re not allowed to drill your walls for picture hanging. Lots of size choices and simple to remove.

Put up a large print and a couple of paintings yesterday, easy to do and so far they have remained on the wall.

These are absolutely brilliant for pictures, mirrors, toilet roll holders. I have purchased several packs of these and I’m more than pleased with the results. They’re also very good at holding a good amount of weight. I highly recommend this product.
Much stronger than I'd though
I used the hanging strips to hang 2 mirrors, as I didn’t want to drill through the wall. They are absolutely excellent. I wasn’t overconfident they’d work at first, but I needn’t have worried. Delighted with the results.

Just what I needed, good quality, great value for money, you have to follow the instructions though, don’t cut corners and make sure you use the correct weight for the hook/picture strip

Great value and works like a dream, make sure you have the correct size and amount for your frames weight otherwise they will fall, always remove frame from wall while one side of the strip fixes to the wall 1hr otherwise it will fall and pull off paint.

he product adhesive is super strong even taken my paint off the wall a few times though they had been on the wall for well over a year so u know the adhesive is strong and lasts, i currently have 9 A4 sized pcitures frames that are still on the wall after a year aswell. they have pads which u can use to remove and is the way i recomend u remove them and do it slowly taking your time otherwise these tabs will strip paint easily. hence why im only giving 4 stars for the easy to remove section. they are easy to peel stick increbly fast and are strong enough to hold a wooden picture frame with glass on the wall. i ordered my second set they have arrived and just liek the first set they are outstanding. iv now used a couple on my desk to disk down orblematic devices that like to move looking at you hdmi switch xD all in there there a all round pad that will mount and hold nearly anything u would want to. no dont hold up ur tv using them haha xD be sensible now. and dont forget they are velcro too!!!

Not only are most of my pictures are hung up with these (only the very heavy frames aren’t) but my bird bath is fixed to the top of a fence post with two of these. It only comes adrift when a particularly large pheasant decides to take a dip! I think that’s a pretty good ad in itself.

Good stick easy to peel off.
These picture and frame stickers are very good I used 4 on a biggish frame then I had to change it and put a bigger frame up they stick very well and when I had to peel them off the wall to change the frame they came off nicely no paint came with them you just stretch the little tab then peel gently they come off easily no problems yet infact iv ordered some more because they are so good

Love these. So easy to use. Had my room replastered and didn’t want to hammer holes in the walls so tried these. Had lots of new pictures etc to put up so gave them a try. Wouldn’t use on heavy objects but they fine for most other things. I cut them in half for small things.

No more Hooks
I use the Command Picture Hanging Strips for all my pictures. I won’t be banging holes in my walls ever again! I am so pleased I discovered this product, as it does everything it says.
I love them!
So practical and functional if you don’t want to make holes in your walls at all. I used them for a small/medium size mirror and to fix venezian blids. I just couldn’t use it with a hanger, not sure why, I added 8 strips each side but it dropped. I guess they will sell bigger ones which can take more weight. However, a friend of mine told me that on big paintings always fall in the end. I hope not as soon I will want to hand paintings on my walls. Good for certain objects anyway

Used for all my art – including frames and canvasses , both heavy and light. This stuff will hold up ANYTHING with enough strips.
A must have!
I use these for everything. We rent so try not to put hangers in the wall and these are the perfect solution. They leave no marks and are easy to put up. I always use the 4 sets rather than 2 when hanging as have learnt the hard way that things will drop off if you overload the hangers. Better to be safe than sorry!
Easy to remove when you want to rearrange your things or for when you are moving. Just pull the little tab and make sure to hold at the top of the fixer to make sure it doesn’t ping you!
Quality Always
We made a few errors in getting the paintings just right glad it was so easy too take off an put back on an without leaving any marks or damage on the wallpaper
