I read the reviews and i was skeptical because nothing could be this good, BUT it is!!! I used it immediately after receiving it, and I have never seen my diamond so sparkly. It’s still sparkling even after 5 days of cream and sanitiser use. When this runs out i will be repurchasing!
Product worked exactly as advertised, my ring looks amazing after using the pen to clean the diamond stone. Would definitely recommend compared to taking it to a jeweller.
I’ve been using the Talk Town cleaning solution and cloth up until now. This blows that out the water, not just in terms of ease of use but also effectiveness. My ring looks as sparkly as the day I got it – I’m beyond impressed!

This is absolutely brilliant. I clean my diamonds and this little tube makes them sparkle like they have been professionally cleaned. Its so easy to use and great value for money. Every jewellery owner should buy themselves a tube of this!

I heard about this item from jewellery club and after buying, I tried it on my platinum ring in which it sparked so well and looked like a new ring totally!
The I decided to buy a cleaning kit from the same brand in Amazon with the thinking that it would help with my silver pendant and bracelet (as they are big so I worried this pen wouldn’t enough and shouldn’t use for that purpose as this item is clearly stated to use on diamond and gold, platinum only)
But the cleaning kit did not work!!! Even same brand!? Maybe it’s too weak and as they are the same price so the solution inside was cheaper hence not as good as this one?
I was in desperate so I tried to use this pen on my silver pendant … MAGICAL!!!!! You can see on the picture I uploaded! The solver pendant that I forgot in my drawer for almost 3 years which turned black totally, it turned back to as new as I could remember and all the black oxidise layers melted out!!!
I love this item totally!! They should make a bigger pen for multiple purposes rather than just say “for diamond”, if there’s a version of this in big size, I will buy right away!!! For now, I’m buying 3 more pen!
The funny part was: it’s too good to be true so I spent all my day before writing this review for cleaning my stuffs just to see their sparkling and the pen is still having some juice left :O couldn’t believe in my eyes even the brush is now ruined as I used it for over 10 items!!
The tip is that if any item is hard to clean, just rub it gently and leave it for 5-10 mins before rub again with new gel from the pen and then clean with hot water!

Absolutely love this product to clean and shine my engagement and wedding rings. However this time product was faulty, I kept twisting to bring product up through brush and nothing came out until the lid popped off and overflowed!

Brought/given as a gift, so can’t comment to how good/not it is.
I did not like the fact that the product did not come in a sealed package with instructions. It was just the stick in an envelope, not good enough! I love the product but it should NOT have come without packaging !
I liked the fact that you had complete control of where you put the cleaning fluid and that it gets into all the nooks and crannies that just dunking your jewelry item into a normal cleaning solution.
Really impressed with this product. I had unfortunately got blue dye stuck in all the little crevices of my engagement ring setting – making the stone look blue! 5 mins with this and it looks brand new again. Easy to use and diamond sparkling away 🙂
I have a yellow gold ring with Diamonds and I love to use this to really clean and refresh my ring. The white bristles get into all the little nooks and crannies.
Personally, The way I use it is wet the bristles, turn the twisting side, bring up a little product, clean the ring. I then (with the stopper down to stop the ring falling down the drain) I continue to brush the ring, under running water, ensuring I get all the product removed.
I find if I don’t do this last part that it can dry and nearly look like dried toothpaste.

Excellent product. Cleaned up my jewellery quick and easy. Used it all in one go though as I had a lot to do and they were minging but are all sparkling now. Will be buying another to keep in reserve.

You wonder if the liquid is actually coming out as you turn it, so go easy. It comes and it’s brilliant! You only need a tiny bit, rinse with warm water and the results are astonishing. The brush gets in all the nooks and crannies and the diamonds sparkle beautifully. My friends always mention when we’re out how bright my ring catches the light.

I own two special rings and they always looked dull after a clean in washing up liquid. This pen has brought them up sparkling clean and they look brand new again. To think if I was to take them to a jewlers it would have cost so much more. Amazing value for money.

This is amazing at keeping diamond rings sparkly and clean. It is simple and easy to use and so handy, especially during this time when you can’t go to the jewellers to get rings etc professionally cleaned.
Bought this for my engagement ring and thought I’d get a bit of use from it for other jewellery items too. It arrived in good time and was well presented. The fact it feels like a pen makes it easy to hold and use.
The blue gel can sometimes take a while to appear and then come out all at once, but when this happens I grab a couple of other things and clean them too so it’s not a waste.
I used this on a pair of old amethyst earrings as I hoped it would make them sparkle a bit; they practically changed colour!
Very happy with my purchase and I’ll buy another once this one has run out.

Could not recommend this product enough!!! I use it maybe once a month and it just clears up my ring beautifully. Moisturiser, hand sanitizer seems to blur the diamond so this gets it all off.
It’s not quite as good as a professional clean, but an absolute bargain without having to leave your ring at the jewellers!

This is an excellent product. Easy to use. No nasty smells. Quick and efficie
Gets in the little bits at the sides and makes all sparkly again. Applied and left for 30 sec, then rinsed under the tap using the little brush I applied with to wash it off
Have used this pen for a while now, does the trick and makes things sparkle without damaging. Worth purchasing if your wondering if it works.
It was quite effective but can’t say if it’s the original product or new as it came in a transparent bag rather then it’s original packaging shown in the video… Which was disappointing…otherwise it worked fine
4 stars as it gets very soapy but cleans the jewellery very well. Would be great to have something to help get rid of it instead of having to run the jewellery under the tap.
I was apprehensive on using this on my silver rings with crystals from Pandora. But seems ok. Has brightened them up. Used on diamonds and even though some rings quite dirty where I don’t remove before washing hands, and are old they do sparkle better. Maybe could have done with supplying a little brush for the fiddly settings. I cleaned with water and polished with kitchen paper after using this product.
