I suffer in the intense heat climate change is often bringing to our summers, and found that these work really well, especially slung around the shoulders. They could be a tad larger, but they’re certainly effective.
Used these whilst on holiday in Florida and they certainly helped all the family to cope with intense heat. Easy to carry around and wet as needed.

These come with 2 nice colours and are good for both males and females. They are the perfect size for the gym, not too big and not too small. It hasn’t been hot enough yet to try out the ‘cooling’ properties but I am intrigued to see how it works – Only time will tell I guess.
Took these on a recent holiday abroad. Ran them under the cold tap for a couple of minutes, then rang them out thoroughly. Folded them up and placed in a zip lock bag. (The cheap food type bag) later in the day whilst around the pool, removed one gave it a couple of tugs and hey presto a cold cloth for face / neck / head, and it stayed cold. A new staple for the suitcase.
Pretty good items if your suffering with hot flushes. Simple to use and so lightweight not too long but just long enough to go around your neck and have an amount of fabric overhanging.
Two in a pack mine were blue and pink but think there are other colours available too. Make good cooling items for pets too if they are suffering in the warmer weather. Know our dog will quite happily walk around home with one like a saddle across his back after a short walk out.
This pack of two sports towels is very useful. They come in two distinctive colours, and they are very good at absorbing moisture. They are long like a scarf so you can tie it around your wrist or head, or hang it around your neck. They dry quickly and wash really well. Great for exercise.
2 cooling towels really good long length but not to wide.
The towels are lightweight I generally wear one around my neck while I’m working out cardio in the gym and when sweaty have it directly to hand to wipe away any sweat.
Wash fine in a standard wash and dry really quickly.
The towel has great absorption, and excellent for the gym.

These towels are great. They are long and thin, good for going round your neck. They are actually quite effective if damp. They are lightweight and compact to carry – wet them, seal in a bag to take with you.

I’ve only had occasion to use these a couple of times but already I can see that they work well. They are very easy to use, it’s just a case of wetting the towel and then wringing it out – finally just give it a ‘snap’ (much like in the school changing rooms) and then you’re ready to go.
I’ve found that they keep me pretty cool on hot days when I’m ‘working up a sweat in the garden’ – I had thought that they’d have to spend time in the fridge, but that hasn’t been the case.
At the time of my review 6.98 would get you a pack of two of these towels, which is very good value for money – I’m happy to recommend these.
The towel is well-made, light, and thin enough to put around your neck while running or working out.
If you sweat a lot, I’d recommend a thicker towel because the lightweight dress can’t hold a lot of fluids.Having said that, they are not big. If you combine two handkerchief that how big they are.
The mesh is smooth and non-abrasive on one side and satin on the other. Overall, I would strongly recommend it for the price. Because they’re so light, they’re ideal for athletes, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts. I also use when I travel its just smart choice, its becomes so small it literally comes in my handbag. Pricewise it ok too.
Excellent product when having to workout at the gym. When a towel is sharply snapped it becomes really cold. Great for cooling and drying off after sweaty exertion. I would recommend these cooling towels.
These towels are a great idea as I usually just use a face towel or cloth to wipe down my face or neck when too hot in the summer but because these are nice and long you can wear it around your neck like a scarf and then just pull it up to wipe your face when needed. The towel does stay nice and cool and doesn’t hold too much water so it is not dripping on you. Overall this is a good quality and good value set of towels for 6.98.
I bought this pack to help me cooling down during my intense workouts and i’m not sure if I like them or not. They are very thin and I don’t find them to have a cooling effect when following instructions and wet them a little before use. They are a little rough on the skin (like the face when you sweat a lot and wipe it away) On the plus side, it’s lightweight and compact. Can fit in pretty much any bag.

The quality is good, and very absorbing water. It’s light enough and you don’t feel any weight while doing outdoor activities. Highly recommend it for outdoor use.
I’m peri menopausal and these towels are great for hot flushes. Just get them wet and drape them across your shoulders or tie on the head or wrists. They are very versatile and also suitable for the gym or hot weather days.
These are fab for taking to gym or on holidays, you can wet them and put them in the fridge to keep them really cold for hotter climates or just wet/ wring out and store in a bag for going to the gym and cooling off there.
They work really well, they are soft and light weight and for a two pack they are great value for money. They also wash nicely even on a cool wash they come up fresh and clean.
Good to have especially when going to the gym. The size is big and you can just hang it on to your shoulders when doing exercise or make it as a turban. It’s light microfiber and easy to fold and put in a gym bag. Thin but does the job. Would be nice if it has a carry bag.
These towels are made from the same fabric as my dog’s cooling coat, and I know how much that helps him. I tried one out after a brisk walk over the nearby hill and was very happy in how fast they work. You have large arteries on the neck that are quite close to the surface, the towel isn’t just cooling your neck, it is cooling the blood too making you cool down. They are very easy to carry and to wash and dry.

These sweat towels perform much better than my old ones, thanks to the cooling effect. They are a great size for laying on your yoga mat, adding protection while undertaking floor exercises.

At 6.99 this is a decent set of cooling towels that are very lightweight and slim so can easily be worn as a head scalf, hairband, round the neck or small shawl to hide your back/shoulders from the heat and chance of burning. I personally wouldn’t call them towels as they are only 30cm wide but a generous 120cm in length. In the summer this type of cooling product is invaluable for the dogs, and now we have our own we can all feel chilled when the weather gets (hopefully) blisteringly hot.
I recall some years ago being in Central Africa and it was incredibly hot and humid and the sweat was pouring off me. My friend gave me a damp towel which I put around my neck and it worked a treat and it lasted. When it dried out, it was just a matter of putting some more water on it. The downside with the towel was the size of it. You get 2 of these towels in the pack. They are about the size of a hand towel. They are much thinner and lighter than an ordinary towel and have a nice soft well made feel to them. You wet them, ring them out and slap them before putting them around your neck. The towel really does feel refreshing it is does cool you down. This fits comfortably and nicely. It also protects the neck from the sun. I like these. Great for holidays in hot countries or when exercising and for the price great value.
The actual towels have good length, however not the width. The width is slim, so slim and long, which would be good for sweating around the neck if working out.
Very lightweight and good strong material.
I use mine being a lady of a certain age for the menopause, the towels are so light and brilliant for this. Plus if on a bike ride, or any sweating going on with working out, walking in hot conditions. Also if hot find a spring water walk, soak the towel and lay it across the back. So lovely.

I got this for my gym exercise. Normally i will wrap over my wrist. it is long enough to make a nice knot before running. The length is 20cm longer than my normal ones . It has a nice cooling effect. It also dries veryquickly. I use it to dry my hair after swimming. good products for money.
I am really happy with these towels for the gym.
Nice microfiber material which means they are absorbant and very lightweight which will not take much space in my gym bag.
They dry very quickly which is a useful feauture as I constantly wipe my work out sweat and feel cool as I dry my face and back where I sweat a lot.

I was shocked at how good these towels work, they’re really cool, lol. All you do is wet them, wring them out and give them a flick to snap them and they feel nice and cooling against the skin and are still cold 4 hours later. They are a good size, you can wrap them around your neck or your head (my son said I looked like Rambo) so I think it would help with a headache too. I also think they would be good to lay across my feet when they swell up in the summer heat. It was quite warm here yesterday but we’re not really ready for these just yet, but I’m sure hubby and I are going to love them out in the garden this summer.
