Find it easy to use
Pleased with this vacuum, it’s lightweight and easy to put together. Does a good job of vacuuming both my laminate and carpeted flooring. You do need it on high for carpets which means the battery drains very quickly but it does my downstairs on the standard setting (laminate) and the stairs and upstairs (my carpeted areas) on the high setting and then it’s easy enough to pop back on charge. Short battery might be an issue for some but I think it’s to be expected with a cordless vac and it does all the rooms I need it to do so I’m happy enough.
Happy with this purchase of the Prettycare W300. Prompt delivery and good value compared to other well known brands. Robust build, nice smooth operation, LED panel shows remaining power whch is useful. Suction power is good.

Great for hardwood floors, and manoeuvring round corners and appliances. Lightweight and very easy to use.
Bought mine for my 3 rooms of wooden floors and it is so ideal. The suction is good and the light really help. Shows up the bits in the hidden corners.
So easy to empty. The light stopped working after just 5 weeks but I emailed customer support and had an instant reply.
A few suggestions how to solve it and hey presto it was working in minutes. My fault as I hadn’t connected the pipe fully.
NEW EDIT 11/2/22: The machine stopped working. I thought with the new battery it had sorted things out, but there was a problem with the rubber flap at the mouth of the dust cup that I couldn’t resolve no matter what I did. So the unit has gone back and I’m getting a refund. It’s a shame as the machine itself was great. The design flaw, this rubber ‘tongue’ that blocked the entrance to the dust cup by creating a bottleneck of dirt, let it down. Perhaps the filter needs to be smaller so that dirt doesn’t get locked in with this bottleneck effect. But also, customer service is slow and clunky, which is the main reason I will only consider this brand as a last resort. END NEW EDIT. EDIT: After about 3 weeks of to-ing and fro-ing with Prettycare, I finally received a replacement battery, which came charged at 73%. Now just waiting on the free battery that was my gift for registering the unit. Although it’s taken almost a month, I’m happy with the unit, I did a quick swizz round for about a minute and the unit is easy breezy to use. Lightweight, well balanced and good suction, and with the benefit of being cordless it will make daily vacuuming much easier. END OF EDIT.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The product came with everything it needed, even the handy dandy fixing screws and little pads to hide the screw heads. The machine is light, attractive, and easy to hold. Unfortunately the battery came looking a bit, well, battered. The top has some slight wear which leads me to believe it’s refurbished. Nothing wrong with that, except it seems to have been refurbished out of existence. Other reviews state that the battery came with some juice; mine came with none. I’ve been charging it for five days straight, the socket works, I made sure the adapter fit securely, and nothing. Tried charging the battery separately and on whole machine charge, nothing. Contacted Prettycare through amazon messaging because I got no reply through the Prettycare website. To be fair I got a prompt reply using amazon messaging saying they’ve requested a new battery from their warehouse, but it was tough to send a video attachment as you can only send 4-5 seconds or the attachment won’t go through. It’s a faff and unnecessary since they already have my details but I have to send them again. So right now I can only give one star as I haven’t had a chance to use the machine, and the Prettycare website is worse than useless. Pro tip: wait 24-48 hours before registering your warranty or it won’t go through.
Easier to manage than corded vacuum but a little difficult to manage as moves from side to side. Not very powerful, does hoover up some dust and hairs. Probably get what you pay for.
I have subsequently been offered a replacement/refund. Also replacement battery.
The customer service is very good and they have reportedly address some of the suction issues. I think for normal day to day dust (no animals) this would be a good little cordless vacuum cleane

Had this about a month now. Great lightweight hoover, perfect for what I need, the battery power does go down quick on high power but still get a good 10-15 mins and it has really good suction. I’m happy with my hoover and customer service is excelle

It’s first product of the company but noway it’s less than established brands. It’s very well built, looks really premium, lightweight , nice digital display and easy to operate vacuum cleaner.
I have been using it since a few days. Battery holds good as it says on tin. Two suction modes helps in literally cleaning anything.
One thing I am really happy and surprised is it doesn’t tangle with hair and easy to bin.

I’ve bought this to keep upstairs. It is light and easily moves across the floor and will be great for hovering under the bed. Good quality and great price.
One of my biggest fears buying from unknown makes, is what you can do if the item breaks etc – the effort to get things things replaced, fixed or refunded, can seem more trouble than it’s worth at times.
Prettycare have been amazing – they have been fast and communicated with me every step of the way. Very impressed and I’m looking forward to having the vacuum sucking up like a pro again soon.

Extremely helpful customer service… The vacuum I received had a faulty battery, they sent me a second battery through the post for free… Which was also faulty, so then they sent me an entire new vacuum which came with a working battery! Very happy indeed.

This is a very good Vaccum cleaner, my first cordless. It is a joy to use because its well designed and so allows me to get through more corners and angles that i couldn’t with my standard corded Vaccum cleaner. This also helps ease the effort so you will get the floors done alot quicker when compared to a standard corded vacuum cleaner. The battery is surprisingly good, i can vacuum the whole house (3 bedroom) and still have 60%/70% left.

Bought this and happy with how good it is compared to a shark or Dyson for much better value. Its lightweight and moves easily, easy to empty also.
The battery runs low quickly if on the high power mode.
I managed to break it within a week of having the vaccum with an accident (nothing to Do with the vaccum being fragile or anything like that). Contact the company and the customer assistant was amazing and sent me a new replacement part for free right away!

When it used as a stick vacuum, with the sucking end supported on the floor, this is a perfect unit with good suction. The attachments all work well and the power boost is useful.
There is, however, a small problem when using it as a handheld. The battery is above your hand, so it is top heavy, which makes it uncomfortable to use at any “roll” angle, and unstable when it is held upright; if you relax at all it will tend to roll and you have to correct.
Hoover is super light extends long and also goes small ideal for the house and the car battery lasts a long time, really easy to clean out, especially womans hair and gets into awkward corners and under things like the sofa easily

I own a really expensive Miele but never use it, since I prefer this. Its so light and convenient that I only pull out the bulky Miele for “special occasions”. This one is enough for every day use.
I’ll keep this review simple. Bought this vacuum as my Dyson 6 went dead due to battery fault.
Was try to get Dyson 11 but too expensive, therefor find this and think why not have a go.
Delivery is fast and arrival in a small box, which is amazing, as Dyson came with a long and large box.
Box open the vacuum is welly placed in, only need to assemble the bar, the brush and the main body then you ready to go.
The first time you might need to charging as it is not pre-charged.
And after box open I notice the hose bar is actually telescoped, could do length in 50cm to 100cm, but only in this two setting, not really telescope.
The LED screen is fancy, it shows the battery power level and you could change the power from small to large with ‘touch screen’, though the power even in large is not too large, but acceptable.
The brush head is very similar as Dyson, with small motor in which rolling the internal brush, but as the power is not that strong, therefore not so easy to clean hairs or large pieces of dust or dirty things.
Compare with Dyson 6, on hard floor it actually working just same, with less noise.
But in carpet, it is very weak, therefor if you mainly have carpet in your house, consider before purcahse.
I actually very enjoy those 5 LED lights in the front of the brush head, very good for kitchen corner without light.
As my kitchen is hard floor, therefore this one works well, but there are one thing I do not so enjoy is the start and stop button, which is just in the mid of the handle, therefore when you use it, it will very easy to mispress this button, which stop the vacuum, a bit annoying…
Others are ok, as I only use it in kitchen, in my other room I have normal vacuum.
Over all, i give 5 stars, as it does pretty……

The ability to wall mount to charge is another benefit, as you can just hang it up and know its ready to go. I even tackled my daughter’s bedroom with it, and the charge lasted alot longer than other cordless models we have tried in the past. A friend recommended this one and Im not disappointed. Overall good quality vacuum with excellent value for money
This vacuum cleaner is a really clever home gadget. This is a slightly different design to the portable vacuum cleaners that I am used to. The cool looking cylinder design with the long, adjustable tube section is very useful especially for regular cleaning jobs all over the house or even out in the car.
This vacuum is specifically for my house though and it is really helping me stay clean and tidy. Any mess, spill, crumbs, footprints etc can be quickly and easily removed! And it can be used to easily clean the entire room in 1 charge too!
The large dirt collection area is great, easy to empty and low maintenance. I also really love the LED lights on the front and the battery monitor screen on the top.
Within the box are loads of fab little gadgets and accessories. These are for either intricate cleaning areas, flexible extensions and even clean filters!

I bought this to replace my old Henry which was served over 10 years. I usually use hoover when I am vacuuming, but too heavy and inconvenience with cord. So looking for cordless, lightweight and compact size. I’m really impressed with this proscenic cordless vacuum cleaner as it is perfect for stairs and some other corners and no more need to bring out the big heavy vacuum to up and go down stairs every time. The vacuum dust cup is easy to take out to clean and set back. Vacuum also comes with many usefull attachments . I’m really happy with it.
The design is nice, it’s very easy to assemble and change out attachments. The vacuum has two power settings and can be used on hardwood floors and carpets. The battery lasts a good amount of time from a charge but between uses it is always topped up by the wall bracket as the charger connects into it.

The build in material exceeded my expectation. The design is ver modern and the construction of it gives me confidence that it will last for a long time. It terms of weight it isn’t heavy neither too light which would give a impression of poor quality material. It is quite fast to charge, very easy to operate and it even comes with a wall hanger for your to organise your storage and leave it out of the floor. In terms of suction, I have a dog and a child and this vacuum had the power enough to clean after both.
For the price that I paid I must say it is well worth it and I might use my other one only for heavy duty stuff which happens every month or so, so I am using this much more than my previous one.
